Pades Restaurant

It is an upper-class place with a small but elegant menu. Dishes are presented in a very modern and fancy way, and prices are on the higher end, but it is worth it. Everything was tasty and the waiter was very professional.

Really nice, fine dining type of restaurant. With good variety of wines and short menu giving guests a choice of picking a smaller or bigger version of a dish. Worth to visit, highly recommend it to all Verden visitors.

A lovely restaurant in downtown, with an amazing garden area where you can dine if you do not want to dine inside. Former Michelin star restaurant, and you can see why. Delicious food and good customer service. Really enjoyed my experience here, even though I was part of a large group. Highly recommend if you are in the area and seeking a very high quality place to eat.

Never post but had to thank Pades for their kindness. Mentioned was my birthday and was surprised with special little cake as a gift. Such kindness can be rare and will forever remember it. It topped off a wonderful meal. Real food that manages to be different without trying too hard. Speaks of true talent and not just a showman. Love the elegant yet casual atmosphere. And the freshly made walnut cake was enjoyed for days. Thank you Pades!

This was a wonderful spot. A group of us sat in the patio for a lovely meal and great food. The patio area is large and lovely. It was especially nice once it got dark as it's even more pretty in the evening. The staff was really friendly and accommodating to our big group. I jokingly said to the waiter that a colleague got more wine than me in his glass and the waiter returned with more wine for me! The food was wonderful - I had a lovely soup with saffron and then the salmon (delicious and great textural notes on the top with some sea salt and other bits). Dessert was a trio of tasty treats - yum! Definitely worth a stop - simply great!

The best address in Verden! Expensive but it is worth the price: innovative and surprising cuisine, in a really nice place. We had a BBQ in the garden and I never had such good BBQ food. Fish, meat, veg and dessert: everything was perfect!
