"Set in the Payangan region of Ubud, this expansive five-star resort blends contemporary Balinese architecture with sweeping views of bamboo forests and the surrounding jungle. It caters to both tranquility-seekers and active families, featuring the longest infinity pool in Ubud (an 89‑metre heated pool), signature dining venues, a Wolly Kids Club, and an on-site animal garden where children can interact with birds, rabbits and rescued otters." - Sarah Khan

This hotel was the best our trip, the only downside was we only stayed 3 nights! Every single staff member from arrival to departure was welcoming, attentive and kind. The staff at reception were so easy to talk with and organise activities. They organised a free shuttle to and from ubud centre, many many free activities around the hotel, excursions outside, massage appointments and dinners nothing was to hard to handle We started every day with incredible free aerial and regular yoga with amazing teachers Lee and Sudhana they were so lovely and made us get out of our comfort zones it was awesome! Tama and the older gentleman took us on an amazing waterfall tour and went above and beyond taking photos of us at every waterfall, holding our valuables while we swam and telling us amazing stories about Balinese culture all in the back of a safari car! Arya, Windu and Windra at the pool bar were so sweet and welcoming every night! They made excellent cocktails and had great conversation! They were all so friendly and funny The restaurant wait staff were so welcoming and attentive and the food at the main restaurant and breakfast buffet delicious! The spa is so relaxing and they offer a huge range of packages, the staff are all very sweet and really take the time to ensure you are relaxed and comfortable. Highly recommend the hair spa And finally house keeping were awesome, they left little treats and notes for us as well as making different animal every day out of towels for us to find Highly recommend we will be back for sure!

I highly recommend Padma Resort in Bali to everyone. The staff was incredibly kind the entire time. The food is phenomenal. I would especially like to highlight how attentive they were to my gluten-free diet. I have never had such delicious gluten-free pancakes for breakfast in my life. I also loved the morning yoga classes, from where we had a great view of the jungle. Jodi was a very good instructor.🙂 The spa services were also great. I especially recommend the hair spa treatment, it was super relaxing and left my hair in great condition. I will definitely be back to this magical place.

This must be the best family resorts we have been to so far for the following reasons:||||1. The best buffet breakfast ever - we often see a lot of choices at buffet breakfast in all the top tier hotels and resorts but not all are tasty, but padma’s breakfast is with wide range of choices and all are excellent. Only the bakery section already impressed me, its like a pastry and sourdough plus typesss of honey or jam tasting session for you every morning. And there are variations for food on diff days too. (The only thing to improve is the queue at rush hour.)||||2. The excellent service from the staff, esp from Kidsclub and animal garden - all the staff are very professional and smart, they know whats the best to help u out esp when u are travelling with two very young kids (1 & 5 yo) even before u are asking. Every one of them are always with a very friendly smile of face and massive memory, as they memorise your room number, your kid’s names after a day or two. Big shoutout to Yanti!! She can basically manage my kids better than myself at kids club, truly appreciate her help, and my kids both love her sooo much when leaving and wanted to cry when saying goodbye. She is also our tour guide for a private off-road trip that we joined at padma, and she has been very helpful throughout the day, making sure all of us are happy and relaxed :) and i have to say they really entertain every single request from my kids and us even some are very tiny and only good to have!||||3. The dinner choices are also diff every day, we all love their bbq buffet dinner too, just too bad it is only available every wed and we can only had it once only. But options on other nights are great too. ||||4. Kidsclub activities - wide range of fun activities that can make sure your kids are happy and i enjoyed it too for just joining on the side. ||||We will definitely come back and also would like to try the other Padma resorts in Bali.

Absolutely stunning scenery and the resort is against a stunning backdrop! The best part of the resort is their heated infinity pool! If you want to feel one with nature, this is the place to be. The breakfast was okay as we have had much better selection at other five star places. Some dishes were amazing and some missed the mark. They had lovely cakes at the cafe but poor customer service. No one would come to check on if we needed anything..had to keep going to the counter to get something additional. The spa was beautiful in terms of set up but prices were on the high end, maybe a bit too high compared to other places. The gym lacked some basic equipment which my husband was a bit disappointed with. Someone was kind enough to give him the only one bench available so he could do his weights workout. The Puhu restaurant had an amazing food selection with reasonable pricing. Overall the decor and aesthetics were amazing, service overall was attentive, polite and friendly and I was in love with the pool and the hot tub and my stunning room with the garden view! The fun touch was the little animals they house outside in-between lovely walking trails and you get to feed rabbits, cows, goats, deer and a variety of birds.I would definitely recommend!

Highly recommend the Swim&Dine option. Our flight was only 11:30pm and we checkout from our hotel in the morning. It was kinda raining and we didn’t know what to do until going to the airport. Went there with the family and spent all day in their amazing infinity heated pool and jacuzzi with my family. Good food and drink options and staff so lovely (the only name I got to remember is Ariana’s. Super kind! But all staff really good in what they do)

By far the best resort we’ve ever stayed in! We came to Bali hoping to let our kids truly explore nature—and Padma Ubud delivered beyond expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience was magical. Our kids were up and running by 8 a.m. every day with endless things to do: • Fish feeding & fishing • A beautiful animal farm where they fed rabbits, ducks, chickens, cows, sheep—even an otter! • Archery, kite flying, football • A garden full of local plants and herbs • Jungle trekking trails and a scenic river walk • And a kids club packed with nonstop activities The pools are stunning—an infinity pool for the grown-ups, plus a kids’ pool and jacuzzi. The rooms were spotless, the food was excellent, and every single team member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even my 8-year-old commented, “People here are super nice—they always say hi and smile!” Thank you, Padma Ubud, for giving our family such a memorable and heartwarming stay. We’ll absolutely be back. 🌿💚

I could not recommend this resort more! I came to Padma Ubud with my partner for a 1 week stay and it far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is beautifully designed with a lot of space to relax and enjoy the view. The infinity pool with swim up bar is as good as it looked in the photos. The staff were always helpful and kind. The Puhu restaurant has excellent food with generous servings! PS - the cocktails at the pool bar were a little too good especially during the 2 for 1 happy hour

We visited Padma for a date night at the Nest. ||It was an unforgettable experience. Every moment had been thoughtfully curated for tasteful romance. The lights, the piano sonata music, the floral display…moving. ||Our butler Ilham was a gentleman…witty, patient. Couldn’t have asked for a more professional staff member. ||…all just so magical. Immense value. ||Hot tip: ensure you time dinner to enjoy the sunset.
