Padstow Townhouse

Excellent jewel of a hotel. Felt like being in a lovely English country home. Thw rooms are rastedully decorated and we loved the breakfast picnic in the room. We were so well looked after by the team. We will come back. Thank you for a magical stay

A truly special stay, unforgettable in every way||We had an incredible stay at Padstow Townhouse – one that we’ll always remember, as we got engaged during our visit. The whole experience was outstanding from start to finish.||The townhouse strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, full of thoughtful little touches that make it feel both homely and special. It’s clear that real care has gone into everything, from the interiors to the atmosphere. Every member of staff we met was genuinely warm and welcoming, which really added to the experience.||We also dined at No.6 during our stay, and I can honestly say it was the best meal I’ve ever had – especially with the wine pairings, which were spot on.||We’re already looking forward to coming back – it’s a place that really leaves a mark.

If you haven’t stayed you are definitely missing out! We cannot fault The Townhouse, it’s our third stay. All the extra touches & thoughtful treats are so special. Paul & Emma Ainsworth have it spot on here, I cannot find anything like this anywhere else! Please open another Townhouse somewhere in this country. Quality, service, attention to every detail make it so personal. With a short stroll to No6 restaurant where the food is sublime, your stay here is completely perfect.

We were greeted warmly on arrival with several treats being brought to the room.|Popcorn Suite was charming. |The honesty pantry was full of lovely treats and drinks along with the mini bar in our suite.|The breakfast hamper was amazing a real feast.|This was a special birthday treat for myself and my sister along with lunch at No6. The whole experience was so enjoyable Thanks to all the team.

Truly a wonderland type experience from the moment the team contacted us beforehand about our arrival and then welcomed us into our bon bon suite which had surprises at every turn. |Never in the history of arrivals has there been the smell of delicious Cornish sticky fudgy pudding ( puddings made with love have to be one of the greatest gifts of all !) . The moment the door was shut the lids were off and we were diving in with our tea spoons.|Perfectly positioned on the quieter back streets of Padstow and just a short walk that evening to No 6 restaurant which was one of the best meals of our lives we found ourselves making treasurable memory after memory. |Perhaps our favourite - returning back to the suite after dinner and finding a flask of divine rich hot chocolate which we drank almost submerged in a bubble bath looking out at the moon.|We slept like door mice in the comfy bed and awoke to the gentle arrival of a picnic hamper full of carefully chosen breakfast treats and a very responsive toaster.|As we dipped toasted soldiers into golden yoked runny duck eggs we smiled - rounding off possibly one of the most romantic special nights stays. |Bucket list worthy

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. |The team couldn’t do enough for us even carrying our bags up two flights of stairs. |Luxury products in room an impressive selection of drink in honesty bar. |Delicious breakfast delivered to our room at time of our choice. |10/10 for service and staff. |Thank you all so very much.

An amazing short stay in Padstow. Paul has delivered an experience which is 2nd to none. His staff are exemplary Verity and Hannah were absolutely brilliant without making us feel like they were having to make an effort they obviously are just brilliant, lovely people and nothing is too much trouble but you don’t need to ask because they have thought of everything anyway. The room was lovely and the little surprises are the icing on top. I think we might be making a habit of this.
