Paella House

Paella House catered our Spokane wedding two years ago and they were absolutely phenomenal! It was so fun to watch the food made right in front of us, and all of our guests still mention today how much they loved the paella. 10/10 recommend!

Paella House was 10000/10 for our wedding day! Not only was it an amazing experience for our guests to watch them cook during the cocktail hour, but the taste and portion size of the food absolutely blew everyone away. A lot of times wedding buffet food is average, but I can tell you if you hire Paella House you will walk away with happy and full guests that had a fresh, hot, memorable meal. I can't tell you how many people complemented Greg and the team! I would hire them 10x over again for our big day. Thank you to the amazing team!!

Paella House (Greg and Laura) were 5/5 great vendors to work with as our wedding caterer over at Agate Beach Lodge in late June. Since the beginning, communication with Greg was easy to comprehend, was timely, and he was very accommodating when I was brainstorming different menus and meal counts. Overall, securing Paella House was an easy choice, easy process, and day of was also easy peasy as they are very self-sufficient as long as you provide them with a day of schedule and a layout of the venue. We ordered Manchego salad, Paella del Mar and Paella del Campo and ooooo it was a HIT. Our guests loved being able to see the paella being cooked and loved how delicious and unique it was. Would highly recommend them for anyone who enjoys paella, and/or would want a unique experience for their event. Thank you Greg, and Laura! We loved working with you!

Paella House is amazing! The customer service and the food were both fantastic. We ordered a Paella de la Huerta (vegan), Dungeness Crab Paella, a charcuterie plate, and salad. Everything was fresh and delicious, especially the seafood. Portions were very generous – we had 2+ meals with what we had. Ordering and pick-up is straightforward and the reheating directions (we live about 45 minutes away) were perfect. We will definitely put this restaurant in our regular rotation!

My husband and I had Paella House cater our wedding and our guests have NOT stopped talking about how great the food was. We had three different paella options, salad and their charcuterie appetizers. The nice thing about most of the Paella is that it is very dietary friendly (gluten-free, dairy free, vegan) they have an option for everyone. I have a lot of family with dietary restrictions and everyone was able to eat plenty and have CHOICES rather than one option because of their restrictions. Greg and Laura are also fantastic, I met them at a wedding festival. I talked with them and they were warm, friendly and so helpful. I reached out to them initially and then my husband took over. They helped us through some venue scares, and patiently waited on us to make some decisions without making us feel bad about how slow we were moving. The day of our wedding their team prepared all the food and were willing to accommodate some new requests made by our wedding coordinator due to the weather. They were positive with our guests and made every person feel great about trying all of the different Paella! We are eternally grateful for their kindness and for being apart of our wedding! If you're looking for catering I suggest Paella House! It's fun for guests to see the big pans of paella, it's very dietary friendly, it's affordable and it's not done often, so it will likely be new to your guests! Thank you Greg and Laura!!!

I used Paella House for my wedding. They were INCREDIBLE! The staff was so friendly and communicative throughout the planning process. I attended 2 weddings that both used Paella House. The crew worked quickly and silently preparing our delicious meal on time. The crew served it “hot from the wok.” Each variety became my favorite! A great balance of flavors in each bite. Definitely looking forward to my next catered event with Paella House.
