Really gorgeous little local Italian place. When we arrived we were the first people there but the place was packed 30mins later so definitely book. We ordered the calamari to share, carbonara each, and the chocolate fondant dessert. The highlights were definitely the pasta and dessert which were both fantastic! The pasta was al dente and fresh, and the carbonara elements were perfect 👌 The dessert was so chocolately and delicious but perfectly balanced with the strawberry’s and cream. Really lovely staff too! Want to go back in summer because it looks like there’s a really cute outdoors area. Only flag is the indoor seating area is quite loud so not for quiet talkers! Thanks so much ☺️

Lovely meal at Paesan Starters were excellent. The calamari is a must! Pastas were perfectly al dente and beautifully seasoned. Ragu was the favorite. Doughnuts tasted a bit off, maybe old oil or overdone? Not so much doughnuts but pretty tense and shriveled. Overall a lovely meal with great service. Slightly more music would've been great as it was pretty quiet.

This is one of our favourite Italian restaurants in the area. Food is fresh, tasty, and seasonal. Always gets you in the right mood. Make sure to order the calamari as a starter! The wine list is also worth checking out. Thank you Kate for you excellent service. 100% recommended.

I’m changing my review to a 5*++ After having had an unfortunate experience on my birthday dinner, Zaria - the manager at Paesan - went out of her way together with the team to give me a second birthday treat. This time, an amazing experience. I was really touched by her humane way of answering to my feedback offering me and my guests another dinner, genuinely wanting me to have a great memory of my celebration. I felt indeed special and I am glad I can return to enjoy the restaurant as before because it has great food and wine, and a precious terrace that’s a rare gem in London.

The food here was excellent! Some of the best pasta dishes I’ve tasted. Will definitely be back for the squid ink pasta. Also had some great wine pairings. Highly recommend.

I visited Paesan for the first time a few days ago and it didn't disappoint. As an Italian, going out in London for an Italian meal is sometimes risky, but Paesan was a great experience. The team was very welcoming and the service very attentive, the food was delicious from start to finish: we had the mixed board as a starter, some focaccia and then two delicious pasta dishes. They also had options for our children and offered them some colouring activities to entertain them. Thank you!

Excecption food - great quality and well prepared, a very memorable carbonara. Excellent drinks. Wonderful, personable and attentive staff. Warm and welcoming environment - you feel like you're on holiday. Dog-friendly, which is great for us (if you don't like that - don't eat there, simple!) A real gem to have so nearby. Looking forward to returning soon.

Could not recommend this restaurant enough. Everything we ate from the burrata and focaccia starters to the pastas for the mains was incredible. The tiramisu was sooo good. My personal favourite was the truffle pasta. The service was also excellent, our waitress Kate was exceptional!
