First time visiting this pizza place. My friend recommended it. Ordered two slices of pizza and a large Caesar salad. Good quality pizza. Salad was good. Pizza crust was of the thinner variety, very good. Salad greens were fresh and crisp. Good salad. Definitely recommend this place.

Great NY style pizza, available by the slice or as whole pies. Also ad a Caesar salad that was very fresh and nicely dressed. Totally recommend this place.

So lucky to have this spot walking distance from my new Seattle digs. Especially like the monthly specials: Feb was 2 free slices on leap day and March was 2 11” pizzas the second for $3.14 on pi day. Love the crust- it’s got great chew and tastes pure. The sauce and toppings are dynamite. The Caesar salad was good- my preference is to add my own dressing though this came dressed and couldn’t get the taste. Definitely will order again and highly recommend

Fantastic pizza spot: great crust, great tomato sauce, and really great toppings. The service was wonderful, and the restaurant was perfectly clean. Even the restrooms were spotless. I can't recommend this place enough it was just that good!

Feel the fresh - taste the fresh 😃 Any restaurant shall serve to one’s eyes’ satisfaction before the taste takes effect. Pagliacci Pizza near Ballard Lock (NW 54th St. & 32nd Ave NW) in Seattle is one of that kind. The cleanest pizzeria one can imagine; from kitchen to restrooms - just flawless. Simply top notch! The service was superb by young man called James. I asked if I can take a picture while the pizza being hand tossed - everyone seem to agree (I feel customers do often) until a young lady (perhaps a shift manager) vividly wasn’t happy; A little bummer 😞. The pizza tosser (who was posing with great smile and skills of tossing) was absolutely phenomenal with her focus on her work while showing that smile to customers seeking a glance at her pizza maneuvering show. After all, live presentation on preparation of the pizza you eat comes from the amount of confidence the restaurant has in their processes. The Italiano Pizza and Bread Stick I ordered taste great though the Bread Stick isn’t on par to other pizzerias I tasted. James, and the kitchen crew along the great hygiene experience compensates everything else. Kudos Pagliacci!

I've been here a few times now and the food is always perfect. My husband doesn't usually eat pizza crust but he finishes it here every time, and that's to say nothing about the quality of the toppings - all amazing. The last time I ordered online I arrived for pickup a few minutes after it said it would be done and it turned out there had been a mixup and our pizza had gotten burned. They were so nice! They remade the pizza for us for free plus they gave my husband who'd gone in to pick it up a free drink and gelato. I can't always afford to go out for food but when I can I'll definitely be back here, great product and really awesome staff! Thank you guys if you see this, you definitely made a customer for life!

Pepperoni is tasty! Not too salty 👍🏻 Hawaiian is also good, but we hope pineapple’s taste could be stronger. We also ordered a Caesar salad. The vegetables are fresh. Overall, the food are good, environment is clean, worth to come to have a pizza :)

Headed here after a recommendation from a colleague and the cute spot in Ballard was hard to miss. We were able to get half and half with chicken primo and spinach chicken. Spinach chicken had distinct flavors and we loved it. Chicken primo was too bland for our taste with artichoke overpowering the cheese and chicken.

Yelp
Walked in for a quick pepperoni slice at halftime of my locks exploration. Wow it was good. Staff was friendly. Restaurant was quite nice, clean, and new inside. Being from out of town, local costs are a bit of a mystery to me... and the prices seemed a bit steep. But again, wow it was a good slice of pizza.

Yelp
Everyone knows Pagliacci's. It's like every large group's go-to for ordering. I've eaten it so many times, tried all the classics, so many seasonal flavors, and still, I don't think it's anything more than average. There's really nothing too special about Pagliacci's, although I do enjoy the fact that they put on a decent amount of toppings. I'm lucky I don't pay for it very often, because the prices are very expensive for a pizza. Individual slices are over $5 each. The staff are always very nice, and there is a lot of area to dine in. They're always well stocked with cheese, chili pepper, napkins, and utensils too. There is a restroom in the restaurant. Most Pagliacci's have a small parking lot.

Yelp
I was visiting the Ballard Locks, had no idea where I was, but saw it conveniently across the street from the locks. Its a tiny place but its nice and new inside. Pretty tasty pizza. This is my go to place after seeing the locks!

Yelp
Another solid Pag's location! Freshly remodeled into the old totem house space but redo and bigger! Lots of different seating and food options! Shout out to Jordan always keeping the vibes friendly and professional! Don't sleep on the salads either folks!!!

Yelp
Came here for the Grand opening of sorts, which also featured complimentary slices. This to me was an excellent way to promote their pizza. I say this because even after the event ended several people came in and still got some Pizza to go. I wanted to get the Italiano slice, but it was a hot pick, so I had to settle on just a plain and Pepperoni slice. Both were great. The pizza is made with whole milk mozzarella and seasoned tomato sauce baked on bricks. That's a new one for me. I do know it tasted great. The pepperoni was good too. It's advertised as 'Extra Pepperoni" but didn't look too much different than a standard pepperoni slice. Still, it was very good and could taste the ingredients described. This location is new. It is a fair size with some counter style seating in the middle with table seating and a few counter seats near the entrance. There are a few seats outside as well but looks like they'd fill up quick. The staff were really nice, and it looks like they have quite a few people to handle lots of orders which is a good sign. They pretty well handled the big crowd on my visit. They even had a young lady come and wipe all the tables after someone left, so that was nice and echoed a bit of the pandemic time where cleanliness was priority. I liked that. So, everything was pretty much in order and would consider coming back for more, but the prices are a bit of a head turner. For a slice you're looking at $4 - $4.25. A bit of a dig, but doable if you're really looking for a slice. Pies start at $19 for an 11 - inch and go up from there. This is where it gets a bit steep. Again, I think I could come in for a slice or 2, and the pizza is good, but those pie prices hit. Some other places have comparable prices, but here is slightly higher. Still, this is good pizza and in a great location. Across from the Locks, this a good place to come before or afterward for some lunch, take home or eat in.

Yelp
Our Seattle pizza chain. Relatively new in this location. Across from the Ballard locks and near Golden Gardens. The Good -Always clean -Parking is convenient and easy -Friendly and helpful staff -Convenient for a quick slice bite or something more substantial The OK -Limited choices in slices. There is always plain cheese, and that's a plus. Some of the combinations are head-scratchers. I am vegetarian so don't stray beyond that but it might be nice to see a plain mushroom or spinach pie. You might get spinach but with zucchini. -No custom orders. Always worth a go.

Yelp
Only great things today about this place. Awesome service and friendly staff. Pizza is always with multiple flavor slices ready to heat up. A must try if you haven't yet.

Yelp
BEST GLUTEN FREE PIZZA I've ever had!!! The crust is unreal! It is springy, not crunchy.

Yelp
This place is the best. Was a bummer to lose Red Mill, but I've been searching for pizza as good as Knockout (Carlsbad CA, try it!!) for ages and this might be the best I've ever found. Crispy without losing the doughiness. Rotating daily slices always slap. Staff are all insanely friendly. My one and only gripe is the cookies they sell for a dessert option. They're very crunchy and not all that soft, would love to see a few alternate dessert options one day but hey Hawaiian pizza makes for good dessert too

Yelp
Love that Ballard got another Pagliacci! Conveniently in walking distance to our place, dangerous. I've had Pagliacci once as take out and ordered a gluten free dairy free pizza and it was delicious (from a different location). The gf crust is really good. The vegan cheese gets a bit sloppy because it melts a little too much. On this visit to The new Ballard Silsul location we ordered a few by the slice pieces! I brought lactaid and some probiotics because they don't have gluten free dairy free by the slice but it was worth the stomach ache. They have 11" GF pizzas. And their vegan cheese is luckly not daiya, because personally I think daiya is gross. But now I forget the cheese brand they told me. Anyway, we ordered 3 slices, dine in. They were all really good for by the slice. Noting that any pizza you ever eat is 100% better freshly made. But for by the slice they were, yummy. Thin pizza with a fluffy crust. My only note would be having more sauce. The bread to sauce to cheese ratio was a little off. It would even be nice to have a side of sauce to dip your crust. The people next to us ordered a giant Hawaiian pizza and it looked soo good. We overheard them saying how good it is when you get it fresh from the oven! Next time we'll have to do that! The service is great and the ambiance and aesthetic are on point. Will definitely be back, very excited about this new location (and gf df options is a huge plus). A note/request to the owners: I would die of happiness if you added Buffalo mozzarella on the menu as a cheese choice. It is sooo sooo good and a lot of people with lactose intolerance can eat it because it's Buffalo and not Cow cheese! And it makes the best margarita pizza!

Yelp
LOVE Pagliacci Pizza!! Great service, restaurants are clean and fresh. Always on point with fresh ingredients, awesome selections, and the best, fresh salads! I'm hooked on the Pagliaccio salad! Thank you so much for bringing fantastic foods and top notch service in our area.
