Tried the Italian sandwich at this new spot—overall, it was good and I’m excited to support a local business just getting started. The ingredients were fresh and the bread was solid, but for $15 I was expecting a bit more in terms of flavor and classic touches. It seemed like the only condiment was mayo, which felt underwhelming for an Italian sub. I would’ve loved to see the usual oregano, oil and vinegar, maybe some salt and pepper to bring it all together. I brought it home and added the additional ingredients and it tasted so much better!
Hoping they continue to refine the menu—I’ll definitely be back to give them another shot.

Great new deli in Arvada!
Tried the Morey's veggie sub with brown mustard and loved how fresh it was. I'd definitely get it again!
The tiramisu was super soft and sweet!
Looks like they have a lot of different options for pastas (gluten-free included), meats, cheese and desserts.
It was a bit hot in the building, though today was particularly warm, so if it was a bit cooler I'd definitely hang around and eat (and try out their pinball machines; two of them).

Also they have a section for gluten free dried pasta and sauces for you to prepare at home. Bonus two pinball machines, and Legos. Paisanos deli is delicious! The homemade bread, fresh ingredients and authentic Italian recipes make everything taste incredible. Make sure not to skip dessert. The gelato and cannolis are to die for.

This was honestly one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. The bread was out of this world fresh, meat(ham) thinly sliced and fabulous. Great service, also a small selection of Italian goods and desserts and a couple well playing pinball machines to boot. A+

Veggie sandwich is sad.
Supposedly there was cucumber but if so it’s cut so thin I couldn’t taste it.
All I could see was tons of spinach, some tomato, and a shmear of some guacamole type mix.
Not even any white or red onion.
$10.50 for very few veggies and bread is insane.
Please reevaluate the price or add more veggies, add chickpea spread, or more avocado (not a thin spread) to compensate the price.
I wouldn’t pay more than $3-5 for what I received, bread, spinach and tomato.
Would love to come back for a more filled out sandwich!

Paisano’s deli is a great new addition to the area for some grab-and-go sandwiches and easy family dinners with tasty homemade meatballs. Give the savory cannolis a try!

Great new local deli. The club sandwich was awesome. They also have a few shelves with some local Italian foods. Excited to have another place like this locally.
