Great Italian restaurant for my trip with fam! Sean was my server who makes the experience even better. I had: 1. Tomato bisque 2. Calamari fritti 3. Linguine with clam sauce 4. 12 oz prime ribeye 5. Chilean sea bass 6. Garlic Broccolini 7. Tiramisu 8. Spumoni

First all if Sean is your server you've already made the right choice. Very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable of the dishes and wines. We were hesitant about ordering the mushroom truffle pizza in alfredo sauce (as we do not much care for alfredo sauce) but he informed us that the pizza was well reviewed and it has more of a "delicate alfredo sauce so as to not over power the mushroom truffle flavors". He was so right! Very tasty - thanks Sean. The menu is a decent size with variety for all. The wine by the glass section could use some help (more selections would be nice) but overall we liked our choice there as well (Rutherford Sauvignon Blanc - paired well with the pizza and our Calamari appetizer). As for the calamari it was cooked properly and plentiful. One slight criticism = marina sauce should be hot imho not cold. Easily remedied with a request. So long story short if visiting Pechanga go to Paisano's ... and ask for Sean.

Tried the Chicken Parmesan, chicken was moist, but completely bland. No seasoning, no flavor. The spaghetti was just as dull, with barely any sauce to bring it to life. On the bright side, the bread was excellent warm, fresh, and perfectly crusty. The server was overly pushy and lacked any real personality, which made the experience feel rushed and impersonal. For the price, I expected a lot more. The atmosphere is nice, but the food and service didn’t live up to it. Honestly, Olive Garden is much better! Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon!

Had a Cesar salad and the shrimp scampi both were just ok. Waitress was pleasant but only checked on me when food arrived and didn’t see her again had to ask a random waiter if he could find my waitress at which point he was kind enough to get it and close it out for me.

My husband and I came to Pechanga Casino for Labor's Weekend Getaway and got a chance to tried this restaurant and here is what we thought. Vibe : Cozy and warm and lovely. Service : Awesome!!! Specially our server I think his name is Sean (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) He's such a character but in a nice way. He's taking care of us and that glass of Rose' He's recommended me it was one of the good Rose' I have ever had in a long time. Thanks Sean. Food : Cheese Board. We chose the Southern Italy one and it was great! Tomato Bruschetta. It's a must! We had bruschetta from somewhere else before but by far this is the best. Petite Surf and Turf for my hubby.Steak was cook right that lobster sure not petite! It's pretty decent size and seasoning really well. Linguine with clams sauce.Pack with a clams and linguine cooked perfect! Season just right.I add a lil bit of red pepper and that's all I needed. I do recommended you make a reservation specially on Saturday (I've learn that the hard way) Next time visiting Pechanga we will definitely come back!

Google
Food quality was strong, with pasta executed authentically and the sauce calibrated to support rather than overwhelm. Ambience delivered a relaxed, quiet environment, and pricing aligned with expectations. Service was the standout, operating at an exceptional level. Some negative reviews clearly stem from a lack of understanding of proper pasta standards, not actual product performance.

Google
This place really caught us by suprise. We were unsure of the quality of food. But after the first bite of the Alfredo, and shrimp scampi. We were blown away ,it was sooo good and flavorful. This is also a kid friendly restaurant with kids menu as well. The atmosphere was so cool, it was dark and designed like a wine cellar.

I was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional experience I had at Paisanos, despite its low rating (yelp). I made a reservation for a Wednesday evening at 7pm and was greeted with excellent service, food, and ambiance from start to finish. The restaurant was quiet, and we were promptly seated and treated to a complimentary serving of fresh, hot bread with a delicious oil and garlic dip. The calamari was a standout, with a perfect balance of flavors and a crispy texture that earned a well-deserved 5/5. The spaghetti and meatballs were also impressive, with tender meatballs that justified a 4/5 rating. The Caesar salad, made with house-made dressing, was a highlight of the meal and earned a perfect 5/5. The Caprese salad, while classic and delicious, was slightly less impressive but still earned a respectable 4/5. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by Paisanos and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. With its exceptional service, flavorful food, and cozy atmosphere, it's clear that this restaurant is worth a visit while staying or gambling at Pechanga

Yelp
Everything here was excellent. The complimentary bread with the olive oil, garlic, and chili was delicious. The pasta was flavorful and perfectly al dente. The filet mignon was outstanding, flavor was done really well and cooked nice medium rare. The tiramisu was moist but not too moist. Service was on the slower end but staff were still friendly. Overall, great food and a must-visit if you're at Pechanga Resort.

Yelp
I totally judged Paisano's by its (non-existent) cover and assumed it was just another run of the mill boring ole' Italian snooze-fest. WRONG!!!!! This place is fancy fancy, like "did I accidentally put on a dress for a reason?" kinda fancy!! The food? Bellissimo! We were basically serenaded by warm, fresh-baked Italian bread and balsamic dip while we waited. If carbs are a crime, lock me up and throw away the olive oil. We dove headfirst into: * Wagyu Meatballs (juicy flavor bombs) * Fried Mozzarella (because stretchy cheese is my love language) * Chicken Marsala (wine sauce = chef's kiss) * Margherita Pizza (classic, but make it gourmet) * Short-Rib & 3 Cheese Ravioli (this one made me emotional, it was fire!!) * 12-oz Prime Ribeye (cue dramatic steak montage) Every single dish slapped! Hard!!! Shoutout to our servers Sean & Milben... both superstars! Sean had us laughing while pouring water like a stand-up comic w a day job. We're already planning our return. Paisano's, I owe you an apology and possibly a love letter for ever neglecting you this long!!

Yelp
We came here as we got food credit here a $25 and a $35 dollar one. I got the special which had a salad, Spaghetti with meatballs and tiramisu. My wife got the shrimp scampi but had to pay a little bit more for it. The meat balls did had a weird taste to it. I ended up eating the whole thing however. The dessert was great however. Overall, this place was alright, but probably would prefer to eat somewhere else.

Yelp
This was my hubby and I's FIRST TIME here! We usually like to go next door to the GREAT OAK STEAKHOUSE but, decided to try something new so now we know a new lovely and charming Italian date night spot to go to. It's also a great place for friends and family. We noticed the open kitchen concept right away... SONG of the day to play along to this YELP REVIEW: Mambo No.5 by Perez Prado & His Orchestra... A little bit of Lasagna in my life A little bit of Calamari by my side A little bit of Spaghetti's all I need A little bit of Paisano's what I see... We were greeted by 2 lovely ladies in the front and one of the ladies walked us to our table right which was situated in the heart of the restaurant!... We got the $60 dinner for 2: Choice of Caesar Salad or Soup of the Day. We both chose soup of the day which was a very nice and creamy TOMATO BISQUE! LASAGNA: 4.5/5 It was just a bit on the salty side so I poured some TABASCO on top and it was enjoyable. Generous portions! SPAGHETTI with MEATBALLS: 4/5 Tasted good. I'm from LA so it reminded me of a good cafeteria spaghetti or kid friendly spaghetti... STAR OF THE SHOW: drum roll...FRIED CALAMARI IT was so crispy and not chewy or rubbery at all. I finished it ALL by myself!!!! BRAVO CHEF!!! Another HONORABLE MENTION: The complimentary bread and garlic olive oil. It was so big, warm and fluffy! I took one slice from the middle of the basket and it was bigger than the size of my hand!!! The Bread, Calamari and Soup was quite delicious and filling. So when the main course came I was only able to take a few bites and ask for the rest to be packed home including the TIRAMISU... SERVICE: A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Eduardo was very attentive and patient with us! Thank you Eduardo and all the staff there for providing us better service than a 5 star hotel like the Langham in South Pasadena. However, I was a bit confused about limiting substitutions because I wasn't planning on substituting anything. PARKING: Plenty! It's at the Pechanga Casino!! ROCK ON PAISANO's ITALIAN!!!! I was almost discouraged to come because of the 1 star reviews on YELP. They must have improved a lot because my experience was TOP NOTCH. Glad I came and experienced it myself ;)

Yelp
Great food, a little loud on busy nights, but the staff is great and the food is really good!

Yelp
My family and I had reservations at Paisano's a few days ago to celebrate Mother's Day. While the service could be improved, I completely understand that it was an exceptionally busy evening and every table was filled. Despite that, I had an amazing meal. There was not a single dish that disappointed. The standout of the night was definitely the wine. We ordered the Banfi Rosa Regale, and it was phenomenal. If you're a fan of sweet, sparkling red wines, this is the one to try. It beats Stella Rosa by a landslide. We were also fortunate enough to use our Easy Dine and comped points for the dinner, which made the experience even better. The shrimp scampi was delicious, not too oily, and loaded with jumbo shrimp. The calamari came with two sauces, one green and one red, and both were fantastic. I also thoroughly enjoyed the ribeye, cooked to medium rare perfection, and the broccolini had just the right texture. The complimentary bread was warm and tasty, especially with the roasted garlic sauce. Personally, I prefer oil and vinegar, and they were more than happy to bring that out for me.

Yelp
The food here, is very flavorful. From cocktails to appetizers, to the main course, to deserts. The service was very engaging, it was my bday celebration so the staff was very good. I was so excited when they brought out a cake and sang to me, it was so sweet. The Ambiance is very elegant, and vibrant. I see myself going back again, they were great.

Yelp
Wednesday, 12-11-2024: Hubby made reservations for dinner this evening. As we entered we were greeted warmly and shown to our table. We were immediately given water and their delicious bread with garlic & red pepper infused olive oil for dipping. The bread was hot & fresh and complemented by the flavorful dipping oil. Our server, Kathleen, came over to take our orders. Hubby ordered the spaghetti with Wagyu meatballs and I wanted the Penne Vodka. My husband enjoyed his meal while I am taking a star off on my dish. It was flavorful but the pancetta was fatty, chewy, and gristle-like. On the menu, it states the pancetta was crispy. It was anything but. The portions were generous and I could only finish half of my dish. It was great as a left over minus the fatty pancetta. Our server was okay and not as attentive as we would've liked. We ordered the tiramisu and shared it. It was very good. Next time I will try another dish. The interior is upscale and decorated nicely. Lighting is subdued creating a very high end ambiance.

Yelp
We had dinner at Paisano'ss Italian restaurant inside Pachanga Casino. The service was above average and the hostess was very nice and kind. The food took what seemed to be a long time to be long time. We started with a salad and a Tomato bisc soup. Both had a great presentation and were very good. My wife had the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and I had the Lasagna. When it arrived the person bringing the food was very nice offering cheese on the orders. The fettuccine was very warm at best and the lasagna was cold. I would give the overall was a 3. The people we were in contact with were a 4. We will not try them again.

Yelp
I started eating after the meatballs arrive and forgot to take pictures (sorry). It was really good. Not dry, nor was it oily/fatty, just right! We also ordered chicken parm, short rib with ravioli, fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp, truffle pizza, pepperoni pizza, spaghetti and meatballs. Everything was hitting the spot! Service was quick, and the server was very friendly and knowledgeable, giving great recommendations. I hadn't been back for sometime and they did remodel the place, now having a more open feel.

Yelp
Perfect! Absolutely perfect! Staying at Prchanga for several nights we tried most of the food venues and Paisano's was by far, not only our favorite at the resort, but our favorite Italian restaurant we've been to in a very long time. The service was excellent, the ambiance beautiful and intimate with warm lighting comfortable seating, linen in the table and pretty table decor. Our waiter was welcoming and attentive with great recommendations and answers to our questions. We had the northern Italy board to start and for dinner, the Shrimp Scampi, Chicken Picatta and Justin Cabernet Sauvignon. The shrimp on our scampi were very large with a buttery garlic sauce and the picatta was the best I've ever had. I wouldn't change a thing!

Yelp
is a restaurant in Pechanga resort. Stayed there a couple of days I found all their restaurants just average. atmosphere here was pretty good. It was busy and the food was just average not bad not good.

Rob W.

Yelp
Service was good, but the main course entree took a long time. We started with calamari. I'm always comparing the calamari to Watergrill. The portion size was on the small side and the pieces were much smaller. The flavor and crunchiness was fine. For the entree I had the spaghetti with wagyu meatballs. The meatballs were delicious along with the sauce. For dessert we had the tiramisu and it was very simple, but delicious. They poured a creamy sauce on top of the tiramisu. I wouldn't race back to try again, but overall, not bad.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate a birthday. Great location near the North Garage parking area and near the entrance to the casino. We were seated and were immediately served delicious hot Italian bread with a delicious garlic olive oil dipping sauce. We started with calamari and they were tender, and delicious. The pesto dipping sauce was excellent. I had the scampi and it was very good. The shrimp were huge, full of garlic flavor and the pasta was cooked perfectly al dente. Everyone enjoyed there entrees except for the eggplant Parmesan. That dish was dry and overcooked. Would not order that again. The tiramisu was yummy. And the waiter brought a nice surprise dessert for a birthday celebration. The service was excellent. We would definitely come back.

Yelp
Great service and excellent food . Love the bread and garlic olive oil . Highly recommended. Everything was good. Ciao!!

Yelp
Even though this place is inside of a "wannabe" casino (see my review of Pechanga) it's actually the real deal when it comes to Italian food. The ambiance is warm and inviting with an open view into their busy kitchen. It's always a great view to see the pizza you just ordered get slid into a brick oven. The service is also always on point shoutout to Melvin! A few of my favorites are the chicken piccata sub risotto for the spaghetti and the short ribs with ravioli. Any of the pizzas are worth trying as well. The complementary bread is also fantastic as it's always delivered fresh and warm with their house garlic Parmesan oil. So why only four starts? While the prices of everything have gone up over the last year, the prices at Paisano's has increased disproportionately. Just after Biden took office, the piccata was $22 and is now $29; the short ribs were $28 and are now $48. That's a 32% increase for the chicken and 71% increase for the short ribs?!? The food is good but just not worth it at those prices. I guess I'll only be coming here if my craving for italian can't be satisfied by a slice of pizza.
google avatar

Haley S.

Yelp
Pasta was amazing and the bread and butter was really good I'll be bringing my family here again for dinner
google avatar

Barbara G.

Yelp
Super disappointed. We weren't super hungry so we ordered a pepperoni pizza. The crust was so bland I think they forgot an ingredient. The pizza sauce just wasn't right! Something about the acoustics after the remodel, it's uncomfortably loud. The staff was friendly and tried hard so we probably will come back but never again pizza. Fix this place Pechanga we're not the only ones who thought this.
google avatar

Sarah M.

Yelp
Honestly, this place didn't live up to expectations. We've been to Great Oak and Umi at Pechanga and have been impressed by both. Great service and seriously good food. Paisano's does not have the sophisticated vibe that those do. Even though it has doors that close it off from the casino, the acoustics are bad it was unpleasantly loud and echoey. I feel like this place should be listed as a family restaurant so guests know what to expect from the ambience before they arrive. The kitchen was slow (about 20 minutes for a simple salad), the food was good, but not great, and for the price I really wanted it to be great. The chicken Parmesan was overcooked, most of the Cioppino was nice, but some seafood was also overcooked. (Our waiter, who was very friendly, opened the wine bottle on his leg ?!? which just shows a lack of training. But I'm a wine nerd. Others might not care about that.)
google avatar

Yelp
Finally got to try this place out as it had been bookmarked for a few years. We were greeted quickly and led to rest of our dinner party. The wait staff was very attentive for our whole dinner. Our table ordered a variety of the pasta dishes and appetizers. The calamari was excellent as well as the bread and garlic olive oil. The pasta dishes which included the spaghetti and wagyu meatballs, the pappardelle bolognese and the linguine with clam sauce. The food was good but not at the level expected from a higher level Italian restaurant. The pasta was cooked well and al dente but needed a more flavor for my taste. It was overall a good experience but there are other options I'm looking to try out.
google avatar

Edith A.

Yelp
I always order the wagu meatballs as an appetizer and this time had the chicken picante (lemon) and it was fabulous. The service was accommodating to my mom's extensive allergy list. The house made vanilla ice cream was the best I've ever experienced. Definitely be back!
google avatar

Preston B.

Yelp
So far all this casino has, is excellent chilaquiles that they just so happen to serve at another restaurant, that is somewhere else located inside of this casino. With this place, I've have always seen its huge doors while making my way through the casino, but was never really all that psyched nor intrigued on visiting. Once having entered, its overall environment had reminded me of how a cafeteria use to feel while attending high school. I swear to this day that the Pechanga building is an old college campus, it just feels like it, both externally and internal. Our main server was nice, but he always kept repeating himself by offering items that we found no interest in buying. It's like, if we showed any disinterest, he was right there to pick up the recommended alternatives. Once the food had arrived, it was nothing to be all that impressed with. All of the flavors were questionable. While I finished it all, I still had a horrible night in the bathroom once I returned home. Still have two more restaurants to go in this casino, and I'm not looking forward in attending any of them at this point. All stars deducted.

Yelp
Amazing experience celebrating my parents 35 year anniversary. Our server Zac made our experience special and made my parents feel celebrated. The food was delicious. We order fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and one with shrimp. We also ordered lasagna which was the best I've had in a long time. We received a complimentary dessert for my parents anniversary. So glad we came here to celebrate.
google avatar

Catrina R.

Yelp
Let me first start off by saying how great the service was. It was phenomenal so this review isn't meant to be reflective of them. In summation the food was just okay. It reminded us of items off the kids menu where it's not not good but also not not bad. It just wasn't super flavorful. All in all would pass next time we visit Pechanga.
google avatar

Svetlana K.

Yelp
We were surprised to see this restaurant packed in the middle of the week; after dining here it was no wonder because everything was absolutely perfect! From service (our host was Sean) to delicious appetizer, main course, wine and desserts! We had calamari appetizer, seafood linguine and fettuccine Alfredo with amazing Merlot and Caberne, followed by delicious canelone with chocolate and pistachio.... We will return!
google avatar

Christopher A.

Yelp
Reservations at 9pm and took maybe 10 minutes to seat myself and my besties. Had a lot of great options to choose from. I ordered the penne vodka which had really good flavor and my besties ordered the chicken picatta and said is was really good. The chicken was bone in which was different but still good ordered the calamari and wish there was more but still plenty . During the meal ordered the French press coffee and had 2 cups which kept me awake on the drive home . This place was crowded and with great lighting and feel.

Yelp
First time here for dinner. Sometimes it is difficult to obtain a reservation on busier nights. Even as a walk-in, can be full or a 3hr wait. We were turned away before as there weren't any tables available. The hostess at the front wasn't the friendliest. The ambiance was nice though (mostly the lighting). The portion was average, but mediocre for the cost. The bread was good, but our entreés were all mediocre. Pasta was very oily. The shrimps with the fettucine alfredo were pretty big though. Overall, mediocre. Good for the convenience if you want to enjoy a decent meal at a non-fast food restaurant without leaving Pechanga casino. Not worth the $$$ though.

Carrie J.

Yelp
This place is hit and miss, I love the warm bread and garlic oil they give you and probably eat way too much before the main course arrives I have had some yummy dishes in the past but today I ordered spaghetti and meat sauce ( it usually comes with their meatballs which are pretty good but I can't eat them at this time because they're so fatty ) I asked for meat sauce and was told it would be an extra charge, ok tufts fine but ... OMG ! I had a tiny bit of spaghetti and a huge bowl of this horrible sauce, I'm not one to send food back and ate the little bit of spaghetti but it was a huge disappointment! Never had spaghetti like this before, luckily I ate a lot of bread or I would have been hangry! See for yourself.. I would have needed only a quarter of that to cover my spaghetti
google avatar

Lenny L.

Yelp
Been in Pechanga resort and casino lot of times but never had the chance to eat in some of their restaurants. We ended up here craving for pasta the ambiance is really nice place is clean and the service was amazing. But was really disappointed with the food we ordered spaghetti with wagyu meatballs not that good the meatballs have more flour than wagyu you can tell from the first bite. Steak and pasta as well the steak was over seasoned really salty. The bread and garlic oil is really good though our server made it all good for recommending good wines for us to try but the food nah.
google avatar

Gavin H.

Yelp
I am honestly confused at such a "low" rating for this place. We had a great time here! Tucked inside Pechanga, the newly reopened Paisano's is beautiful! It's welcoming but at the same time a really nice fine dining establishment. Service was fantastic! We had a regular server and an assistant and they were both very friendly and attentive for us. The highlights were easily the starters. The bread with the garlic oil was fantastic! The stuffed artichoke might have been the best starter I have had in a really long time. The mains were good as well! The pasta was al dente and the pizza was rich, spicy, and the dough had a good chew to it. The eggplant Parmesan was okay, might have been a little mushy for my taste. Overall, for the amount of food you get for the price was amazing. Along with the great service, I would definitely recommend this one if you are in the area.
google avatar

Christine B.

Yelp
Both the Busser and Server were super attentive to our needs. The food is always delicious here! We had a lovely time!
google avatar

Austin D.

Yelp
The portion sizes here were really good as two people could split an entree and be satisfied. The service was also great! Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp was solid. I think it was just lacking a bit more flavor but the shrimp were fresh and tasty. I would probably order something else next time. Not bad but not great. Calamari had tasty sauce but the texture was a bit too chewy for my liking. The bread they start you off with is nice and warm with a garlic oil that was delicious!

Audrey M.

Yelp
Food is inedible. Skip this place. We ordered calamari, lobster risotto, and gluten free pasta and they were all unappetizing.

Yelp
**RESERVATION IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED** Paisano's Italian is located inside the Pechanga Casino. It is a very casual restaurant that offers delicious food. We tried the Surf and Turf, the Pistachio Crusted King Salmon, and a side of Simple Salad to share. The staff are very accommodating and attentive. The location is very spacious. Surf & Turf: contains palatable varieties such as the 8 oz filet mignon, parmesan risotto, jumbo shrimp, & asparagus. The filet mignon was cooked to perfection, very soft & just overall satisfying. The jumbo shrimp was super fresh & delicate. The risotto was not heavily seasoned, and the asparagus was divine. Pistachio-crusted king salmon: the crumbs on top of the salmon add layers of flavors that are just very exquisite and top-notch. Simple salad: very refreshing and flavorful; the sauce was perfect and goes well with the combination of curated veggies.

Yelp
Paisano's is the best restaurant at pechanga . Got the best waitress Gina . She is so friendly and attentive of what you need . Gina is the best

Yelp
This time around we were very disappointed. Made reservations online and wrote requests in the comments section none of which were met or assumed to have been reviewed. Atmosphere was very noisy. The sea bass was over seasoned and the wagyu meatballs under cooked. Service was inattentive resulting in us having to ask the manager for assistance. Might be a while before we return."

Yelp
The decor is really cute and I love that you can make reservations online. The waiter was great and provided amazing service and great suggestions for food. The manager made the experience HORRIBLE. Started with warm bread and olive oil with garlic, Yum! Ordered the garden salad-definitely skip this, it's a bundle of lettuce and the lemon vinaigrette was thick and not great. Tried the Tomato bisque soup, it was thick and tasted like a bowl of marina pasta sauce with Parmesan in it- also a skip. I was excited for the Sea Bass but it came out smelling so fishy, it was cooked good but I took a bite and had to spit it out bc it was rancid. We told the waiter, who smelled it and confirmed the funkiness of the fish. He offered us something else but we decided to cut our losses and get the check. Then the manager came over while we finished our wine and told us that he and the chef tried the dish and it was cooked perfect and we probably smelled some herbs. Ok, come on, as someone who cooks and eats fish regularly I know when something is bad, so I told him since he likes it he can eat it, it was just so rude to tell me that I'm wrong. As someone who works as a manager in a customer service role, I would never tell a customer, "I tried it and thought it was delicious." You apologize to customers when they decide they don't like something not patronize them and make them feel stupid.

Yelp
We came here with high hopes and left underwhelmed. The food is very good and worth a visit. But... The service and atmosphere is M'eh "at best.". And Wow, it was ridiculously noisy. I couldn't hear my wife and she was sitting next to me. The bus-staff tried taking our food several times, with forks still in our hands. Food arrived incomplete and in some cases forgotten. I was served my glass of sangiovese and yet, after ten minutes my wife's pinot was no where in sight. Huh? Paisano's is a miss. Noisy, and anything but romantic The food is Three and a Half Stars, rounded up to Four. My blended rating is Three Stars.

Yelp
I'm finally glad that Pechanga decided to allow people who like to smoke and gamble the opportunity to do it upstairs. They have a section just four people who smoke and play machines thank you Pechanga. I need a.

Yelp
My family made a day of enjoying the casino and we had reservations to eat here. It's a very nice and relaxing restaurant. The decor is great and comfortable with a cozy atmosphere. The waiter was really friendly and totally down to earth... ( something I always appreciate) because when you're waiter or waitress is cool ,,, it makes your dining experience better. Now for the food,,,,, everything that we ordered was delicious, in fact mouthwatering.. no one had any complaints with our meals. Unfortunately we were having such a great time,,,,, I totally forgot to take pictures.... I only got the fried calamari... Sorry. It was a little pricey but, I think it's worth every penny. If you're planning on going to Pechanga Resort Casino . Definitely make some reservations and try the SHORT RIB & THREE CHEESE RAVIOLI ... excellent.

Yelp
I ordered the spaghetti with sausage. To my surprise, the garlic toast no longer comes with the meal. Then when I started eating, the sausage was pruny and hard. This must've been sitting for hours to be this dry. I could barely eat it. These shouldn't be allowed to serve anymore. So couldn't eat what I ordered and no toast. I figured, I better leave...I'm losing here even when not playing

Yelp
Paisano's is a lovely Italian Restaurant located at the beautiful Pechanga Resort & Casino. We made reservations and were seated promptly after we checked in. The hostesses were warm and inviting. Service was nice and attentive. The complimentary bread was warm, soft, and delicious! The fettuccine Alfredo with chicken was excellent. The Cesar salad was nice. I highly recommend Paisano's for the food, service & ambiance. We will be back!

Yelp
Really nice place to eat inside the casino. The restaurant had a really comfortable feel and great wait staff. It was my son's 21st bday and they gave us a nice cake to celebrate. The food all around was great, starting with the bread service. We liked the olive oil with garlic and chili flakes. Collectively we had the surf and turf, the chicken marsala, the shrimp scampi and the short ribs. Everyone loved their dishes. I would put the scampi above the rest, but the short ribs were the most popular dish. Great place to eat and a good option if you're staying on premises.

Yelp
We were starting a long drive at a late time and ended up in traffic. To avoid this monstrosity we stopped at Pechangas for dinner. I have never been to the casino before so I was gently surprised by the crowds on a Tuesday as well as the bathrooms without peeper gaps. We decided on Italian because we wanted a hearty meal. I saw they had eggplant park on the menu which is my favorite dish. We were seated in very short order after arrival. Sean & Rocio were the most friendly and attentive staff. Sean gave us plenty of time to make our decisions because we were very slow going and was very attentive throughout our meal. Rocio kept our water glasses topped because we were chugging some h2o at the table. We started with the burrata salad and some of the very fresh and warm bread. The bread had the best garlic and red pepper oil dip. I usually try to avoid spoiling my meal but I couldn't help it with that roasted smashable garlic looking at me. I had the eggplant Parmesan that came with pasta and my husband got the mushroom pizza. The food did come out staggered but everything was hot when it arrived which I prefer over them coming out together and one item not being "fresh". Overall I would return to this area for this restaurant experience.
