Paisanos Pizza & Pasta

Came for a couple slices of pizza on a Saturday,good selection overall to choose from. Greeted by amicable staff, quick service. Appreciate that they ask what you want while waiting in line so they can cook/heat it up while waiting to pay. Ambiance is good, isn't too loud inside and seating outside was also available. Size of the slices are big, enough to feed one person, and the white chicken and BBQ chicken wee tasty. Dough was cooked well, crunchy but soft. Price per slice is very reasonable. Lot and Street parking all around.

This was my go-to for calzones, but just ordered one for take-out and half of it was solid bread.

We come yearly to Hermosa Beach and Paisanos is always a must stop for us. Their pizza is amazing. Slices are huge and the dough is fantastic. I had the white slice. My husband tried the eggplant parmesan sandwich which was also delicious. Highly recommend if you are looking for a good NY slice in Hermosa Beach! Outdoor seating is wonderful!

I used to come here at LEAST once a week for over five years. The most recent time I went, the cashier taking my order was extremely disrespectful, never gave me my receipt or took my name. The people in line behind me after I ordered said that he was making rude remarks to his coworkers about me (which I would prefer not to believe, but based off of the rest of my encounter, I wouldn’t doubt it). I waited in line for 30 minutes and asked multiple times about my singular slice of pizza, getting harassed by random men in line no less than 10 times; to be told at the end of it (because of the incompetent and disrespectful cashier) that my order was not there/placed. they stole my money and wasted half an hour of my life, on top of losing a loyal customer. deplorable service, and the pizza was never good unless you were intoxicated anyways. Happily will never return.

My daughter and I came here day 1 of our vacation, and we were greeted at the register by Joseph who was super friendly and welcoming. Our pizza was delicious (we had cheese and white pizza). We were so pleased that we came back for night two. It was very chilly outside, and the inside dining was full. Joseph cleared off a little table on the side that was not technically for customers, so that way we could dine without freezing. Thank you for helping make our vacation, and my first time back in 16 years a blast. You are a rock star!

Best Pizza I’ve Ever Had. Ever had a pizza craving, but not quite satisfied with the one you ate? Like, it was good to great, but it wasn’t the dream pizza you wish you could find. Unless you’ve had Paisanos. Oh my goodness… this is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had. Paisanos New York style, I just did no sausage and extra pepperoni. I literally just ate the pizza of my dreams last night and now I’m ruined for all other pizza. Fresh ingredients, so much flavor, made and cooked to perfection… I didn’t even use ranch as I often do. If you’ve got a craving for pizza, this is your spot. You won’t regret it. Just order a whole one for yourself and dig in.

Pizza has a good flavor, crust is also very good. Not too crunchy just right to be able to enjoy. One slice of thick crust is enough for one person, due to the fact that it’s very doughy. Almost too much. A little less dough and this pizza would be very enjoyable.

I cannot tell you how much you need to try this place. When we entered, the vibe was very welcoming, it makes you feel like your in a pizza shop in NYC. It just got better from there. The prices are fair for pizza as well. We got the cheese and veggie pizza by the slice, and that was the best pizza I’ve ever tried in my life. I recommend this place so much!!!!!
