Margerita pizza & garlic spagetti was great. They used fresh ingredients and food was done just right. You wont be disappointed!

I don’t usually write reviews, but this place genuinely deserves one. What truly made the experience stand out was Atticus. He was amazing. just genuinely kind and attentive. He made us feel like he actually cared that we were enjoying ourselves. That kind of service is rare, and it made such a difference. Highly recommend if Atticus is working, you’re in great hands!

The food is delicious! My sister and I are from Augusta Georgia and we wanted authentic italian pizza. We were very impressed. We dine in and were treated with humbleness. Come thru Fairfax!

Just did takeout for a quick dinner one night. Places the order online then went to pick it up. Was excellent, though the online service said it was ready before it actually was (still only had to wait 5 minutes). Food was great! They have more unique options and variety if you are looking for a break from more typical takeout / delivery. Buffalo chicken pizza with blue cheese topping, count me in!

I had dinner at Paisano’s in Fair Lakes and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs with a side of garlic bread. The pasta was cooked perfectly — just the right texture — and the meatballs were flavorful and tender. The sauce had a great balance of taste, really tying the dish together. As a self-confessed carb lover, I only wish the portion of garlic bread had been a bit larger, but that’s probably for the best! Overall, it was a delicious, satisfying meal that I’d definitely order again.

Food is great, service isn't, this doesn't speak for the entire team but I am speaking for who my cashier was today, I was so close to just walking out the first time I've been met with immediate monotone, I'm not making you take my order. If you don't want to take my order at that point I don't know what to tell you, I really don't.

Ordered thru Uber Eats; half hour later, when Uber said order was ready, I walked into the store and they flatly denied I had ordered. I showed them the order on my phone and they said they don't have it and told me to cancel the order. After much argument, they said they'd prepare my pizza. 25 mins later got a half-baked pizza that tasted like it was made with old dough. Horrible service, horrible pizza. No care for customers.

Losing stars, I have never seen a sadder looking/ tasting sub sandwich then this one. Its a shame to even list it on your menu. Where are the meats? cheeses? tomatoes? onions? and lettuce? Horrible sub sandwich!! Doesn't even taste like a sub should, very disappointing. I have ordered many items from here. Pizzas are definitely your strongest and best quality. Burgers, Stromboli and Calzones are pretty top of score with other pizza chains. Must do something about that sub sandwich. Not recommended

Amazing customer service I will recommend my friends and family the manager and the workers super cool... The food very good delivery always on time and still hot ready to eat. When I go to the restaurant I'm very happy with the workers and manager they are very helpful for me and my family .

Garbage, over priced goop. Ordered a small pizza with 2 toppings. Told them to cook it well done. Received a doughy undercooked pile of slop that wasn't even sliced for $17. This was my second and last time here.

Usually my go to place for delivery and pick up, but yesterday very dissatisfied! They are offering 12 Days of Christmas specials each day. Yesterday was free Chicken Tenders for orders over $25. I ordered a pizza on line for pick up that was $34. I tried to use the special offer and it would not work. When I picked up my pizza and told them that I could not get the special offer to work, they did not care, offer any assistance, or any other compensation. One thing I will not tolerate is that type of poor customer service. May be looking for a new spot starting in 2024!

Not consistent..... delivery is usually slow - pizza is often cold - going in to order is no better, not the friendliest of people... when it's good - it's good tho....

I wish I could give zero. We never received our food. We ordered our food online. Waited over an hour and nothing was delivered yet. Money was already taken out of my bank account though. I called and asked what was going on and they said some orders never went through (interesting because my card was still charged). I still had to give my order again though, I guess the actual food items did not get listed for them to view? The lady I spoke to said they'd get the food out as fast as possible. That still did not happen. Another 35 minutes rolls around and I call back and they say the driver is on their way. Another 25 minutes rolls by, I call back and call to cancel the order because we still have not received our food. Not cool at all. First time ordering too.

Takeout only. Since moving from Pittsburgh, this has been the most consistently, best-tasting pizza we've come across so far. Great topping options (artichoke hearts-yay!!). The gyros are quite good as well. Good salad choices and portion sizes.

The few times I've eaten pizza from here, it's always been soggy. The slices never stand up on their own when you hold one end in your hand to take a bite. $5.99 for a small cup of mac and cheese and 3 small pieces if cheesy bread for $4.99 is a ripoff. Overall the pizza is just OK.

We occasionally get take out from here and we love it. I've heard some people complain about the price, but the quality of the pizza is much better than the garbage at the chain pizza shops. My boyfriend typically gets a large pepperoni pizza, I usually get the chef salad. If I wasn't lactose intolerant I would eat the pizza. However, the chef salad is great, reminds me of salads I would get at the local pizza shops back in Connecticut. If a pizza shop has a good salad, the pizza is even better. Ingredients are always fresh and delicious. I've also tried their sandwiches with fries in the past and those are great too. Delivery is fairly quick, but you can pick up your order to save a few bucks. I highly recommend trying out Paisanos or at the very least stop eating that garbage from Dominos, Papa Johns, Little Cesar's and Pizza Hut.

Of the few Paisano's Pizza places in Northern Virginia which I have visited, this place makes it the best. I realize this is a franchise and things should taste relatively the same wherever you go, but this place does it right. It has been consistent since it opened. All in all, a great pizza option in the Fairfax area.

I ordered two large pizzas through their online app and received it rather quickly, great job! The orders were made to my correct specifications, awesome again, but the dough itself had a diminished texture, and had an especially dry taste and appearance. The aged/expired dough ruined the taste for me and seeing how that the crust/dough is probably my favorite part of the pizza I can't give more than one star.

I've written positive reviews for this restaurant before but now I must give an accurate update based on last nights delivery. The steak and cheese that we've known and loved for over a decade has now unexpectedly changed. No longer served with provolone with lettuce & tomato. Now it's the American cheese wiz instead. Last nights sandwiches were made with very little meat, no grilled onions and cheese wiz. Huge disappointment for us. We'll have to look for another resource for our S&C moving forward. Sorry guys! The product has gotten smaller and smaller whereas the price has not. And the recent changes have ruined what once was our "go to" meal when we didn't feel like cooking here at home. We remain loyal to your calzone and specialty pizzas...

I love this spot. Very quick and good is always fresh. I only docked one start because their customer service can be better. I always feel rushed when they take my order. Other than that this spot is good for take out or delivery.

So last night I order a Pepperoni and bacon pizza the app said it will be done by 8:05- 8:15 . When I made it there to pick up my order I was told that it didn't have cheese on it and it will only take 10 more minutes for them to cook a new piece of cheese. So I went back to my car after coming back in to pick up the new pizza he tell me there's another issue he charge me for extra cheese and I did not out of it so the price has changed and went up and he had already charge my card. This person tell me that he didn't know how to take the extra charge off and to have a nice day. I haven't eaten here in over a year and after that experience I will not eat here again. So my order was wrong two times and you charge me an extra fee for something I did not order. So instead of you calling to verify the order of the first time if you thought there was something off you just chose to make it with no cheese and the second time while I waited in my car And you felt that you didn't make the order right . As a customer I shouldn't have to pay for something I didn't order and I am very upset and disturbed by it

In all my time in the DMV, yesterday was my first time trying Paisano's. I decided to try their pizza to bring to my parents. I called to ask if they had anything already made that I can just run in a pick up. They said no because they make all their pizzas fresh. They were having a special so I thought they would have premade a bunch of pizzas and just kept them warm. That surprised me, and I really appreciated the freshness! It only took about 10 minutes for the pizza do we didn't wait long at all. The pizzas are also really huge and delicious.

Paisano's used to be fantastic & consistent, but now there seem to be more problems with the ordering, & the Paisano's managers all seem to come from the school of "you are very lucky to be eating here". They'll assist in your issue, but not without first denying any wrongdoing, then explaining why you were DEFINITELY in the wrong (even when it is their own fault). And don't make the mistake of correcting them, or redirecting the blame back where it belongs (on them), as then they circle their wagons & double-down to let you know. The Fair Oaks General Manager was super helpful when the Chantilly Paisano's ruined our entire order a few weeks ago, & attempted to blame us for their own oversight. This Fair Oaks loc manager was super-helpful at first by apologizing for the other location's behavior, & claimed that even though we were basically across the street from the end of their delivery zone, they would "happily" deliver to us for our weekly order. That held true for the first 3 weeks/orders or so, until tonight. Today I called the manager & was met with a woman sounding very different. She harped on us being outside of their zone. I asked if she remembered me, since I had spoken with the "manager" every week for 3 weeks now, & it's always been pleasant & welcoming. First she said she remembered, then she said it was a different person. I tried to remind her of the issue, and she was TONE-DEAF. Outwardly displaying her dissatisfaction with having to deal with this and sounding like I was a complete annoyance, she tried to then just rush me off phone by gathering my order by letting out a VERY obvious exhale & stating "ok sir, did you want to order, or..." Well I don't. Who wants to pay someone with an attitude & sounding like they'd rather not, to cook their food? No thanks. I have been a supporter & brand ambassador for Paisano's for 7 years, at MANY locations. Chantilly & Fair Oaks are BY FAR the worst two managed locations I've been to. I hate to let it go, because the food is VERY consistent. But having worked in many restaurants, places like this make me worry about what happens to the food behind the scenes. Issues like that typically translate to a "turn & burn" mentality. If they lose you as a customer, who cares, we'll get another. Turning ticket is what matters most. Quality important, but take a back seat to quantity. I wish you the best, but I can't eat there any longer.

Have been ordering from Paisano's for many years now and never had a bad experience. Food is Always fresh and delicious. It's great for takeout or delivery during the pandemic. Definitely great for comfort food :)

First time I ordered Strombolis delivered...not that good. This time I knew not to order Stromboli's so I ordered the Calzones. When it arrived, it was a Stromboli with the wrong ingredients. Called them up and they quickly remade the order and delivered with the correct ingredients. But it was still a Stromboli. Can you tell which is which?

The food was excellent and the delivery was fast!! Customer service was excellent. I was in town for a short time and wanted good food and I decided on Paisano's , I didn't go wrong

Being from CT, I'm a pizza snob. I like CT pizza. I like NY pizza. And pizza is my favorite food group, so I'm always on the hunt to find comparable pizza where ever I go. This pizza is pretty damn good. One of the best I've had in the DMV. I give 5* for the area. In the nor-east it'd be 4*, but still that is good pizza. My small pepperoni took about 15 minutes, and the (walk up) service was great. I was afraid the pizza was gonna be a soggy mess because when I ate my first slice, it sagged like a mo-fo hanging from my hand. I prefer a firmer, crispier crust. That said, once I waited a reasonable amount of time (like a normal person who isn't trying to burn off the roof of their mouth would) it firmed up well (Still not crispy, but able to be held). The sauce is slightly sweet, pretty acidic and heavy on the oregano - but good. The pizza was fairly greasy (dripping when held sideways), but not so gross that I felt inclined to soak it up w a napkin (like I've been known to do). I imagine delivery would be fast bc they had quite a few delivery people going in and out while I waited for my pizza. The location is small, 2 small tables to eat at, so I suggest taking to go or getting delivery. Small pep and 1 can coke was just over 10.50 Overall, good pizza & good service.

This review is for delivery and it was easy and simple to complete online. The delivery guy was very prompted and had no issues finding my place. I was excited that you could order beer to delivery. You will pay more than normal for the beer but when you to drink and not leave your house it works out perfect. My order was a 6 pack of beer, gyro platter (comes with fries or onion rings) and a cannoli. The cannoli was very yummy and would totally recommend if you want a delicious Italian pastry. However, the gyro platter was not so good. I enjoyed the bread that was used but the meat was another story. I am not even sure what type of meat was used but it was not lamb and beef. I would never recommend ordering this here but I probably should have known better since this is a pizza place. The onion rings were a good and crispy. I would have liked more of those with my gyro meal. Maybe next time?

/delivery order for pizza was fast and efficient. Pizza arrived under 30mins. hot and yummy better than the other pizza joint.

I spent yesterday in urgent care with food poisoning, which my mom also got. No one else was sick. We started getting sick within 2 hours of each other and the only common food we ate that daily that no one else did were your chicken wings.

My best friend and I were so hungry after going to the Whole Foods Fairfax Wine Bar and decided to dip in and use our Paisano's cards from the Yelp event. We had one thing on our mind and that was pasta, and ended up balling out on the chicken fettucine alfredo and the lasagna. The staff was nice, we didn't wait very long, and our food came with delicious garlic bread which made sopping up all that pasta sauce so much easier. Two happy girls full on wine and pasta and it doesn't get any better than that.

Unfortunately Paisanos is probably the most rubbish, non Italian owned psuedo Italian restaurants in all of Fairfax. It was pretty decent a few years back, but they have gone the way of all of the other mediocre to bad pizza delivery joints cluttering up the strip malls. Recently, I ordered a sandwich, fries and pizza and was sorely disappointed by the fact that my order arrived after over an hour, the fries were cold, the pizza was only half cooked and cold, and the sandwich had some gross liquid on it making it unconsumable. When I called to complain, the lady said she would have the manager call me but they did not. The five star reviews I see on here are obviously fake, as most of them are by one time reviewers most likely employed by this place. And DO NOT write me any little notes about contacting the manager and resolving the issue, you had your chance, you blew it, you suck.

Food and service were quick and friendly. I was happy with the cleanliness and all the staff following guidelines during this tough time. Thank you Paisano's!

I'm not sure what all the hype is about with this place/chain, but needless to say I was pretty disappointed over my last pizza and wings order. The buffalo wings are not terrible, but are severely lacking in terms of size and texture. It tastes like they were over cooked, and very small! The Basic cheese pizza is absolutely horrendous. I went on their website, and saw they brag about the types of cheese they use for their pizzas, but it tastes awful! If I were to make a recommendation to anyone looking to go to Paisano's for pizza, I may suggest simply going to Domino's instead. I've seen a lot of the reviews mentioned they have a good value and have quite a few coupons for specials, however based on the quality of food I would say that you could probably get a better deal from a different pizza place. There are a ton of pizza places in this area, so I would probably look into others before eating at Paisano's.

My husband & I have been ordering from this Paisanos a good bit recently to feed our children when we are low on energy. Last time we went in to pick up our food my youngest daughter- 3 yr old, was wandering about while I paid for the food. I had my back turned to her as I signed the receipt & she must have gone out the front door because I turned around & a gentleman in a paisano's shirt came in holding her hand & making her laugh. Turns out he was the manager & she was about to run off into the parking lot! Thank you paisanos for making wonderful italians foods & for watching out for my daughter in a potentially dangerous situation!

Whenever I'm crazing a pizza I will hit up this Paisano's. Great sized pies, fresh ingredients, you can't be mad that that! When placing an order the staff is polite unlike other local pizzerias. Good variety on the menu, great subs, salads, dessert. Whenever I order Wings from here, they always get compliments from guests. Good sized wings and sauce that make you can't stop eatting them!

Only had a mix up once & they were super cool about it. Friendly clerks, consistent quality, quick delivery, good restaurant.

Our favorite pizza place since we moved to Northern Virginia.The food its always fresh. The chicken Caesar salad it's so delicious. The subs and pizza are good as well. They are always cooked perfectly and fast. Definitely we are going to keep ordering from this place!

A bit over priced but good quality food. My favorites are the margherita, Paulie's and Greek chicken salad with feta, peppers, olives, onions and tomatoes with warm pita. Delivery is a bit slow so I'd recommend picking it up so the food is warm. Much more expensive than other nearby pizza places and delivery and tip makes it pricier. Fries, subs and garlic knots are ok but nothing special. Stick to the pizza and salads.

Their chicken wings are good but nothing amazing. We also got a large BBQ pizza and a large margarita. Price was outrageous for delivery next time will just stop in probably only for wings though. The pizza wasn't terrible it was HUGE but wasn't super memorable. I will try this again though because I'm always nearby.

Let me just start off by saying not only is the pizza amazing here so is the staff!! It's fast, hot, fresh and always right! The staff is fast, friendly and efficient! Since we've lived in VA this is our go to pizza and when we have friends from out of town or over, we order from here! We recommend this to anyone! The bacon cheeseburger, the pepperoni, veggie honestly any kind we've tried has been delicious!! Way to go guys!!!
