Great place has very good and very well Colombian cuisine outside of the homeland. Place is large with good service and good music and many 📺 monitors for all the games. Service was very friendly and staff were happy to serve. Food did not get 5 ⭐️ the steak on the Bandeja tasted like a piece of sugar free bubble gum 🤢. Everything else was phenomenal highly recommended.

Outstanding Service and Delicious Colombian Food! I had a fantastic dining experience! The food was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. A huge shoutout to Thais, our waitress, who truly went above and beyond. Her patience and grace while explaining the menu and various options made our meal even more enjoyable. It’s heartwarming to see how the staff treats regulars, like my in-laws, making them feel consistently welcome and valued. This level of service really sets this restaurant apart. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and authentic Colombian meal!

The food was pretty delicious But having someone that is hard to communicate with to place your order is very difficult. I understand inclusion and everything, but it really does make it hard on the average customer that walks in the door. The redeeming feature is the food. Obviously so many different options. I wasn't a fan of the pink sauce but I can see how it can be to the liking of many. It is somewhat near a mixture of ketchup, ranch and mayonnaise. I will say the Pico de gallo type sauce that came with the appetizers was absolutely delicious. Every bit of the food was spot on. But I would say do not miss the pork and do not miss the chicken. Both of those were outstanding above and beyond. I wish I could give this a higher rating but two factors drug it down. One was the service being hard to communicate with wait staff because of language barriers and the environment itself was so loud that you had to flag down people like you were hailing a cab. Those are the only two bad things I can say. But the way heavily on my opinion. The food is amazing. If they can get the rest of the game on board then this would be an outstanding spot. Definitely worth a taste!

Very nice and clean place. The food is excellent, the service is fast and professional. I live very closed to the restaurant and I get my lunch almost every day there … Jesus is my favorite waiter he is very friendly and kind. I highly recommend this place.

We love coming to this restaurant for GREAT Colombian food. It never fails, and is vey consistent. The dishes, according to my Colombian friends, are as close to the real thing as you'll get in Houston. The staff are friendly, and the atmosphere is usually with good vibes. I've tried many different things on the menu and they are all delicious!!!

Came here with a group of 5 at lunch, and found plenty of seating. The dishes were plentiful with food and tasty with some items, and okay with other (beans). The fatback was good, but my preference was to cut out the fat & focus on the meat. The sausage was my favorite. Indoor & outdoor seating available & great selection of non-alcohol drinks. Parties of 5 or more - 18% tip automatically added.

My coworker will bring from time to time food from here. The empanadas are delicious! Great crunch on outside and savory soft filling! And their chorizo too, really delicious

Terrible la noche de velitas. Literal un robo cobrar el esracionamiento, cuando no les pertenece, cerraron todo el shopping, empezaron en $20 y luego $25. Ademas obligar a pagar entrada minimo de $30, para poder sentarse en un parking, que no les pertenece, un desorden total, tipico de Colombianos buscar como robar ala misma gente colombiana. Nunca volvere ni al restaurante, eso es una verguenza!!. Yo asisti el ano pasado (2023) y estuvo todo bien, sin cobro por estacionar y sin cobro por sentarse en la calle, y todo mejor organizado. Creo se les salio de control.

Food Is ok Service is terrible Waitresses don't approach guests right away, don't ask how is the food, if we need anything else. A waiter or server needs to be more attentive with their guests. I only visit your place for the food, not for the service. Educate and teach your servers to be polite . Another thing, we want to see our bill on paper, not tablet.

It's too expensive and they don't serve much food.They stack you with alot of rice and beans.Not much meat

Great for a late-night meal, snack, or drink! The Pandeja Paisa is enough to share for two people. It contains a grilled steak, pork belly, pork sausage, black sausage, fried egg, rice salad, fried ripe plantain, rice, red beans, avocado, and corn patty. I thought it was so-so since the meat did not have a lot of flavor to me, but I've been told this is one of the best in Southwest Houston. We also ordered the Salchipapas as an appetizer which had sausage (hot dogs) with french fries, ketchup, mayo, but next time I would like to order the Poderoso which has pork sausage, sausage, and pork belly in it. The restaurant was clean, nicely decorated, and service was attentive the night I dined in. There is also a bar to enjoy a little night cap!

I was expecting for this to be super delish but it was not. The service is horrible. Kept having to hunt down our waiter. She disappeared for large amount of time. The plate portion are very big, and get you full easily. But it just wasn't appetizing for me. I've had great Colombian food before and this just wasn't it. My last bad impression was the leftover food trays left outside when I arrived and were still there when I left.

Last night-- Thursday - this Westheimer location started with Fireworks (Illegal in the City) then LOUD OUTDOOR music until 1:45 AM Friday morning. Who the hell does that? Not impressed. Police were called by several in our neighborhood. Just called the Westheimer location today for a manager. No manager present and no one spoke English. Not impressed. The food may be good but if they are pissing off the neighborhoods around them then not good. This better not become a common practice as the next call will be to City Council. Would prefer to speak directly to them but they do not make it easy.

Order was made o like said ready by 3:05pm I arrive the man says in minute. 15 min later I ask and they say oh ten min. The order was never put the system and they lied when I arrived. When I asked why it would take over 39 min they pretended like it was not there fault and actually said I could cancel my order. Wow my wife is from South America I am white, instead of helping me and finding someone that can speak Spanish the man behind the bar took my name and saw their was no order and didn't have anyone convey the I formation to me. They then claimed that the system was down and I asked how is it that three other women came in and picked up orders since I arrived if the system is down. They had no answer for that terrible customer service

This is by far the worse food I have ever had... The Meat was like leather the food was cold and tasteless it was HORRIBLE.. The waitress was embarrassed and very kind I actually felt bad for her

Most disappointing food I've had. The only reason they get two stars is because their empanadas were, by far, the best I've had. I ordered a Bandejita Paisa, Sancocho de Gallina, and empanadas. If I could sum it up for you in two words, it'd be NO FLAVOR (except for the empanadas). To start, Colombian places I go to usually give you plenty of ají sauce. This place literally gave me ONE sample size for two whole ass meals. I've had fried white rice but this rice was very undercooked. The beef was overcooked and extremely tough to chew on. The beans look like soup.. And I can't stress enough how much all this stuff lacked flavor. Plantains are advertised as "sweet plantains" but they are very dry.. also lacked flavor. The sancocho straight tasted like caldo de pollo.. and they seem to be pretty greedy with the add-ins (corn, potato, etc.). Thought I'd give this place a try to support another small business during the COVID lockdown but I should've just gone back to Colombian cuisine across the street. Big TIP: It's cheaper if you order by phone than deliver from GrubHu

We ordered a chuzo de pollo and bandejita paisa. The chicken in the first dish was still raw on the inside and pink. Inedible. And the egg on the bandejita paisa had a chunk of egg shell in it. Other than the unacceptable food quality, it was still bland and plain. We aren't coming back to this place again.

Delicious food!! So authentic. I love coming here and ordering the empanadas with delicious salsa. The bandejita is loaded and fills me for another meal to go. So good! Highly recommend. Big servings and the price is reasonable

I've also passed by Paisa Twins but never really paid much attention to it. The shopping center it is located in looks pretty empty. However, the only place that is popping is Paisa Twins. The place has an awesome vibe inside. There is Latin music playing and the general look is neat. On the day I went, I really was only craving some dessert, specifically some Flan. It was around 10pm, and it can be hard to find places open. However, Paisa Twins is open late and was there to the rescue. I ordered there coconut flan and a milo chocolate milk. Oh boy! It hit the spot indeed. Service was on point as well. Definitely will go back to try some of their savory stuff.

I will tell you why I get this restaurant 2 .. let me start by saying that the waitresses and waiters are very standoffish. They do not greet you with a smile. It takes forever for them to come by your table to take your order. you have to ask them several times to refill your drink. They look at you like you're being an inconvenience to them. My advice to the owners is for them to talk to their employees about giving better customer service and a better dining experience. I no longer eat there I only place orders for pick up. And that in itself can be challenging because they will ignore you pretend you're not even there. Oh did I mention that they have the best empanadas!

We used to live in Medellin. This is the best Colombian food we've had in Texas. Was a wonderful experience.

I must say this place has the best empanadas. So, if this is all you want, then this is the place. Those are priced fairly. However, as most Colombian food establishments it is overpriced. All need to come dow on their dinner prices. They would have more success if prices for lunch were the same all day. Meat is a little tough to chew on. So, if you are not a SouthAmerican originally, you will not like it. You are better off at a true steak place. But, for lunch this place is good. Empanadas and deditos are the best deal.

First time here and it was really great! Came Friday night around 9:30pm and it wasn't too packed so that was nice. My bf and I had ordered the fried green plantains, rice and beans, side of avocado, plus the $6 house salad because we are trying to be healthy and vegan. All of the ingredients were so fresh! I also tried their mojito which was delicious! Our waiter was sweet and very fast with bringing our drinks and food to us. Great Colombian food, great service, and great atmosphere!

Food was good! Very flavorful! Had to ask for silverware and finally got up and got it myself, other than that food was delish!

After reading the reviews and wanting to try a different Colombian restaurant from La Olla we chose this place. I will keep it short and sweet, unlike their plantains. Food was good but the service was lacking. A bit over priced in my opinion. $3.25 for 5 small yuca fries is never a good deal. However, I did get a complimentary RAW piece of chicken in the side salad... FYI that should not be included.

I tried this place out over two years ago with a close friend of mine. I their empanadas. Every item on their menu I've tried had been delicious. I don't eat here too often, but when I do pick up from them, it never fails to leave my tummy happy :). From their Bandeja Paisa to the Arepas. They'll continue to have my business.

Stay away from this place, I ordered a plate and all of the meat was undercooked and I got food poisoning.

I ordered the BBQ platter option for about $35 all I got was a single nice empanada, accompanied by a mound of dry chicken, beef, and unflavorful pork belly. The sausage was also cut into multiple pieces which, foodies will know, drain out all the flavor. I expect south american bbq/meat to be extremely juicy and moist, but this was not the case. Looking at the pictures it seems like their sandwiches, hot dogs and burgers look appetizing but I wanted to try the meat platter and that was a huge mistake. I think for South American meats I will stick to the churrascaria.

Had the Carne asada it was outstanding! Great portion, tender and flavorful. Highly recommend this to anyone

Went this past weekend and I can't think of the name of the plate I had but it had beans, rice , grilled chicken and plantain. I also ordered a beef empanada. The food taste fresh, hot and clean. It wasn't overly seasoned and not too spicy. Also they have a great apple soda. I'm going back for the soup, more empanadas and one of their drinks.

When I come here I order big amounts of food to go and they give me a big sauce bottle to go without charging me and this time the worker named David wanted to charge me $5 dollars for the sauce that they always give me. Don't get scammed when coming here.

I tried this place after picking up their card at the gym I go to. I've been to a two different Columbian food restaurants and this one was leaps and bounds better. I ordered their Empanadas, arepas, and some chicken and rice. Everything was so fresh and tasted amazing with barely any greasiness. The owner/manager Sebastian came out and asked me how it was and the staff made me feel right at home. Best part is the water..IS NOT TAP WATER!

Good is good but their service is trash. I walked in and the employees didn't even acknowledge that I was there. I ordered to go, so I walk to the register to pay and the lady and guy that were both there literally were just walking Past me as if they couldn't stop for a second to even say I'll be right with you, waited for a good 10 minutes before I even got asked if I was helped yet and at that my food was ready to go when I got there. They need better employees in the front

Have ordered to-go from this restaurant for a few years. Food is fresh and tastes great, I usually get the bandeja paisa.

The service was good but that food was terrible and thrown together without any care or attention to detail. The pork tamal had very large chunks of vegetables and pork that should have been cut smaller. It also lacked flavor. The ceviche was just shrimp in a tomato sauce & tastes like it was more of a shrimp cocktail mixed pico de Gallo. Nunca voy a regresar.

I decided to come today with my family after some reviews and they were right!! Food is delicious we had different plates to share (Bandeja paisa, arepa paisa twin, patacon paisa twin and perro colombiano) portions are great for the price and all tasted wonderful the natural juice mora en leche as well and even the Tres leche desert I Definitely recom this place good customer service!

AMAZING!!!! Our food was really good. We got Patacon paisa's twin and arepa paisa's twins both were just perfect. Their margaritas are excellent too(frozen lulo recommended.) My boyfriend ordered a Nectar Amazonico, and he liked it. Overall a nice and clean place, great food, and nice staff...coming back for sure

DINIED IN: First I ordered plantains and other items. The plantains never came and the soup was served in a unappealing to-go container. Went to use the bathroom and no paper. Server forgot napkins and silverware and other basic cutlery. Waited 30 for my bill. Although service was minimal, I will say place was clean and kept social distancing regulations. Will conciser other restaurants to fulfill my Colombian food craving.

Love the arepa de camarones that house sauce slays but most of all the arepa de chocolo with an agua panela con quezo to wash it down.

Great food, great service and very nice and modern restaurant. We Ordered the "mini" bandeja paisa (which in reality is very big), you can taste everything is fresh and it has authentic Colombian flavor, absolutely loved it! Also they have the best empanadas in Houston. I will definitely go back and I will tell people to eat here.

Terrbible I ordered the Bandeja Paisa and my meat was cold and the plantains were dry. I was looking forward to eating there and it was such a let down

Horrible service. I used to love this place, the food is great but that does not make up for the dying service. Took our server twenty minutes and me going up to the bar (where she was talking to a coworker), for her to come to our table and take our initial drink order. They were not even busy. Would not recommend westheimer location to anyone.

I just wanted to jump on here real quick since I just came home from this place. The restaurant itself its OK, and it's menu has a lot of variety but the one thing I cannot stand is bad service! This is the first time that I've been back there in several months. Unfortunately it's the only good Latino Restaurant that's closest to my home (I had no other choice). My advice order ur food to go unless you like calling for our waitress or waiter to come over and them not actually so.
