Pajares Salinas

Great restaurant in Bogota, had been couple of times and the food, service and atmosphere keeps the same! Coming back for sure.

Loved my experience. The ambiance was beautiful. The tripe was exceptional. Great date spot. Great wine. And great service.

I wasn’t sure at first but the quality of the food was insane. The oxtail was amazing, the service is attentive but you are paying technically American prices so it’s pricier than most regular Colombian restaurants. I will definitely be back!

I was impressed with the food. The Estafado de Carne was the best I have ever tested. The beef was tender and cooked in wine reduction. The waiter could learn more about the food, but in general, I will return

My visit to Pajares Salinas in Bogota was truly delightful. Despite it being a Spanish restaurant, their French cuisine options like foie gras and escargot are top-notch. Additionally, their Spanish dishes were equally impressive. The only drawback was the somewhat slow service, but the mouthwatering food made up for it. It was clearly a popular spot, as I visited on a bustling Saturday evening. If you appreciate both French and Spanish flavors, Pajares Salinas is a must-visit in Bogota.

Delicious food,Great service,5 Star hotel ambience. Dress up and come here. We were underdressed because we just came back from mountain trail. Other customers were dressy and classy but people working in this restaurant didn't judge us and provided great service and food. I tried Harry Sassson but Salinas provided way better food & service than Harry. I would definitely come back when I get the chance to visit Colombia!

One of my favorite places in Bogotá. Amazing spanish food with some nice unexpected twists. Phenomenal wine list and great mixed drinks. I'd like to list the amazing food we had, but all of it I would have again!

We very much liked this place, highlights on our side were the Morcilla de Burgos, the pulpo a la Gallega and the Ossobuco de ternera. We will be back again. Tapas were generous!
