Pala Casino Spa Resort

Pala is one of my favorite casinos to go to. From their bartenders , customer service personnel, to their on the floor employee expertise... if you're ever in need of help or have a question, you honestly do not have long to wait. I've never had a bad experience here. Everyone that I've ever encountered has been incredibly friendly. I highly recommend this casino as well for their payout ratio. Compared to Harrah's or Valley View, Pala is the place to go.

Not really a gambler, so do not flock to casinos. My friend wanted to go so I agreed. Plus, as a smoker I love casinos so I can actually smoke indoors like it is the 90's. I was shocked how close it was to me, but obviously that varies on where you are. This is not Vegas, but it is a decent sized, clean casino. Did not stay so no opinion about the rooms in the hotel. They had a pretty good band on stage, i think it was a Saturday. My friend insisted I play and made me use her money haha. Just played a machine that another gambling addict buddy told me specifically to use, and said play max bet. I left up about 60%, gave my friend her money back. Good times.

We visited Pala Casino last night, and it was a disappointment from the moment we stepped out of the car. The air outside smelled like industrial exhaust mixed with harsh chemical odors—not exactly a welcoming entrance. Inside, the casino felt like one giant ashtray. Even the non-smoking section was completely overwhelmed with smoke. After 30 minutes of waiting just to get a seat at “Free Bet” blackjack (tons of people also waiting)- the dealer change happened and table minimum increased. I then played slots—only to find that many of the slot machines nearby were dated, with broken buttons. Two machines I saw didn’t even have working “repeat bet” buttons. The bathrooms weren’t great either, which didn’t help the overall experience. On the positive side, the band playing was energetic, and the drinks were decent. The food actually looked good, but I honestly don’t know who could enjoy a meal while inhaling toxic-level smoke. After losing $400 on what felt like extremely tight machines, we left—both of us needing showers and ready to wash our clothes from how smoky everything was. I won’t be back. Pechanga is better in every way.

I would give the room a 5 star, but we did find blood on the chaise/sofa and notified the staff. The quickly changed our room. The room is very spacius and the restroom was also spacious and clean. I would definitely return for a weekend getaway. Restaurants were very good, the pool was nice, if we didnt have to go tona wedding we would've hangout at the pool. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely love it!

People were friendly good food room was nice and clean. machines are somewhat outdated buttons sometimes broken. Very hard to win at the machines especially at the black jack tables seems a lil rigged.stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and gambled for 3 nights it seemed as if the machines and dealers have a routine let you win a lil then switch dealers and they take your money. Or the machines only allow you to win what you put in or a lil over that. You probably can hit a jack pot as I've seen people do but that's if they want to give it to you like once a month or 2 to make it seem as if it was luck. I won't be coming back

If you’re looking for a nice time to relax and play some golf, maybe take the massage and go swimming. Don’t come here. All closed. There is no spa. There is no golf and the pool is closed. All you can do is sleep and gamble. The machines are so tight with no payout. The food and the service in the restaurants were good. Our toilet in the room would not flush unless you hold the handle down. We asked for a late check out. Their policy is they charge $35 an hour. No thanks, We spent over $300 a night to stay here. Well, definitely not be coming back. Harrahs Casino is only half hour away. FYI.

We absolutely loved staying at the Pala Casino Spa Resort. We were in town visiting some friends for an event in the Valley Center mountains, while visiting we stayed at the resort. We had breakfast most days at the cafe, the food was always prepared well, service was always great and the value vs cost was right on point. We also ate one night at the grill next door, here we thought it was a bit over priced for the value vs cost. The rooms were very nice and clean, house keeping always did a great job. Lastly the showers are amazing, the water pressure was awesome, probably the best shower I have ever been in. Will definitely be back whenever we visit again!

My husband and I celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary at Pala Casino Spa and Resort last weekend. Although we've been going to Pala for 7 or 8 years for concerts and dinner, we'd never stayed in the hotel. We were so pleased that we did! Our room was elegant, well-designed and spacious and had a "Happy Anniversary " banner on the wall. The staff is polite and professional, the restaurants have great food. We enjoyed a steak and egg breakfast and chicken-fried steak at the Pala Café, Pad Thai and Beef Bulgogi at Noodles and a sumptuous dessert of chocolate mousse cake, and butter pecan ice cream at Grab n Go. Everything was absolutely delicious! The concerts at Pala NEVER disappoint. We saw Strangelove-A Depeche Mode Experience, they were amazing! In the past we've seen the B-52's, Smokey Robinson, the O'jays, WAR, Tower of Poer, Kool and the Gang, The Isley Brothers, and many more. No matter if the concert has been in doors, or outside at the Starlight Theater, we've always had a fantastic show. Of corse, there are all types of games and machines for those who like to gamble. The casino is bright, beautiful and has live music on stage in the middle of the Casino. Pala Casino Spa and Resort continues to be one of our favorite places to celebrate special occasions, or to have a great "date-night" experience!

I attended the MMIP Policy Summit and my stay was amazing! My room was a king standard, huge space, plenty of desk space, fridge, chaise lounge and plenty of outlets for all my different devices. Security at the elevator was nice, it's a great reminder to have my key ready, and makes one feels secure going upstairs by themselves. Pool was closed but we were able to sit outside to enjoy fresh air or eat. Customer service by all on property was pleasant and receptive. The chefs smiled, security informed and interacted as needed, front desk answered phone calls and housekeeping was great. The food during the summit was very delicious, with plenty of selections. My only concern was at check-in. I did not know where the elevator was and I was not informed of where the amenities were such as a restaurants, if there was a work out room or room service. I would definitely push for training upon check-in informing conference or summit guests of where things are taking place for their event. It's such a beautiful large property it would be good to have a general idea of where things are.

This lounge is perfect for the arena. There's lots of room at the bar and tons of seating available. It's usually booked as a VIP Experience with access to the patio and balcony seats within the arena. Prices are reasonable. Service is excellent and most importantly, it's new!

Pala Casino Review - A Fun First-Time Visit for My Boyfriend's Birthday I visited Pala Casino for the first time to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday, and overall, it was a great experience! We went mainly to gamble and see what the casino had to offer, and I can say it was a fun, welcoming, and clean environment. One of the perks right off the bat was the free parking, which made getting in and out easy. As new members, we also got $20 in free slot play when we signed up for a players card--definitely a nice bonus to start. The casino layout is one open square floor, with table games in the center and a food and sports bar right in the middle, which made it convenient to grab a bite or a drink without having to wander too far. There's also a smoking and non-smoking area, so it's good for all types of players. Since we were celebrating a birthday, we took a birthday photo, which was a nice touch to commemorate our time there. While I can only speak for my first-time visit and mainly going to play, the experience was enjoyable, and the staff was friendly.

I've enjoyed this lil casino. I appreciate the snow free rooms the best. They hosted a conference recently and the food and snacks were great. Lots of options. The temperature was great too. No issues with technical or speakers. When I've come for concerts- it's always been a good time, ambiance is great. No notes.

Let me get this review in before 2024 ends. We stayed here overnight and happy that we did. Everyone that works here, bartenders, servers, room service, front desk, valet, etc exceeded our expectations. The casino is fun and the rooms are beautiful. We had dinner at Elementa upscale restaurant located in the casino and WOW - they had my favorite, squid ink pasta. I'm not much of a table player but I like sitting at the bar and playing my black jack. I did win a few times which was great. The bartender was fun and my view from my bar was the live band! It was so much fun since they were playing old school rnb and eveyrone was just having a great time. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED AND CANNOT WAIT TO GO BACK!

The only reason why I'm giving this casino a great review is because of my host Danson Chan. He is a great asset to this company and should be appreciated. I been coming to Pala since it open and went through different host or hostesses, but no one like him that give an excellent service . I'm not a big player but he make us feel that I am a VIP and he extend this service to my friends that needs it.

We had a great stay at Pala. Izzy and the check in counter was outstanding. She was friendly, efficient, and provided local dining and activity recommendations. The rooms are spacious, clean, newly remodeled and convenient to get to. The entire staff from the restaurant servers, hotel staff, and security are friendly and welcoming. The dealers at the table games in the Caisno were engaging, but professional. The only negative aspect was the strong odor of cigarette smoke throughout the Casino, but we expected that. We had never been to Pala before and we will be back.

Just had our first stay @ the hotel. The rooms are large, very clean, quiet and very nice. The food at this casino is BAD. Have eaten 3 times @ the Noodle House and all three dishes had NO FLAVOR. Ate at Bar Meets Grill on 14 February. The steak was way over cooked, asparagus had no flavor & potatoes were non existent. The service at Bar Meets Grill is OUTSTANDING. Not sure who is in charge of the food at Pala Casino but their food is BAD!

Back at it again to try our luck. Had some free play to mess with and that actually kept me there for a while. Went on a Friday afternoon and the casino floor wasn't too busy. Still one of my favorite casinos in SoCal due to its proximity and I just like their low key vibe.

I still believe this one of the best casinos that I've ever visited only thing they lacking is more food choices but the people the staff atmosphere is real chill relax and got live music Wednesday through like Saturday you can win some money. Manager is a cool Wendy I believe one of the managers she's great and I'll continue to come here.

This is what happened to me today at Pala Casino, it is stranger than fiction, I was playing and the slot machine gave me 6 counts each of 100 dollars and more, approximately between 700 and 800 dollars, the slot machine stopped for 5 seconds then changed and made a sound, then immediately after 4 or 5 seconds exactly the slot machine changed shape and gave me a dollar, I asked the workers there for help, no one wanted to help me, they said it is not our fault, it is the slot machine's fault and we cannot do anything, he told me at first that he will watch the camera then he said I cannot, 3 workers said we can watch the camera then they said we cannot, they are scamming people,

3.5 stars They let me check in a bit early. The front desk lady made my wife show her ID, which irritated me. My name was on the reservation. Not too crowded, so I don't see why the room was $400. It's usually more pricey when demand is high. It was a larger room and it was nice. The tub was a bit small. Valet was free and fast. They had a live band. The band sounded better than the singer. He was singing songs outside of his range. The slots were very tight and if you won it was small amounts. No buffets and the restaurants need some work. The sports bar had plenty of TVs but a light menu. $10 for a really dry and old tasting cheesecake- yuck Also, the bed only had sheets on it but no quilt or blanket. May come back but wouldn't stay overnight. Next time I'm going to go to Pechanga or Morongo.

Pala Casino and had a mixed experience. While I enjoyed the variety of machines and had a great time playing them, the environment was a bit disappointing due to the smoke. The casino is quite smoky, and even though there is a designated smoke-free area, the smell still permeates the air. It would be much more enjoyable if the smoke-free section were larger and better ventilated. Despite this, the machines were entertaining and provided a good selection of games. If you're sensitive to smoke, be prepared, but if you can overlook that, you'll find plenty of fun at Pala Casino.

PALA Casino has a lot going for it--a nice variety of table games and plenty of dining options. The hotel is also quite pleasant if you're staying overnight. However, the smoke situation in the casino is a serious drawback. Even in the non-smoking area, the smoke carries over, making it tough to enjoy the games for longer than an hour without feeling overwhelmed. If they could figure out the air circulation, this place would be top-notch. It's a shame because the rest of the experience--food, atmosphere, and service--has a lot of potential. But until they improve the air quality, it's tough to fully relax and enjoy the visit.

Front desk Kipo are very unfriendly We came here with five rooms of people when I want to take my goddaughter in to my room to change our clothes for exercising activities. The lady wouldn't let us get in. And asked me to force my friend to come in together with me she has to be present, even if she is a highroller playing her games ! The lady insist that she has to quit her game and come to the front desk to register my friend to get into the room for changing only 10 minutes ! This is how stubborn arrogant unfriendly it could be! Consider they are having authority And you are only Chinese nothing important to them !!

My review is for Drake in the valet. Drake was incredibly patient, kind and so helpful when I was checking in with my grandma. I needed help and he jumped to give me assistance without me even asking. He also advised me that with a player card I would be able to get free charging for my EV. Thank you for the world class customer service!! It's my second night here and I must highlight housekeeping staff member Hannah! We had a mishap and needed extra cleaning. Hannah came in and helped me with the absolute best attitude. She also saw that I was with my grandmother and asked if we had a raised potty seat. We did not until she brought one. This thoughtful touch will be incredibly helpful. Thank you Hannah for going ABOVE AND BEYOND!

Nice facility with friendly staff and prices for rooms are reasonable. However its pretty smokey throughout the casino even in the non-smoking areas. Can't have coffee out at the pool in the morning because the pool doesn't open until 10am? Fitness Center is closed until further notice? Except for one restaurant, dining is nothing more than a food court at a mall. Wanted to have some local wine from our day of wine tasting out at the pool...but no outside drinks allowed, plus the pool closes at 6pm anyway. Somehow not a single room in the building can get NBC on the TVs ( wanted to watch the Olympics) but miraculously the Sports Bar downstairs can get it?

Staff here are very friendly and service oriented. They really stand out from other employees at other places. The pool was amazing, not super crowded and a good vibe overall. Zana was our waitress and she was just as good as all the other employees we encountered. I found the stay to be inexpensive and fun, we will be back Did I mention our room was perfect with a stand alone tub which she loves and a separate shower which I like. Comfortable bed with a nice big desk

So this how I can describe my stay here. Everyone that works there is super kind and helpful. The valet guys are awesome Aric, Brenden I can't remember all their names. At check in Alexis let me check in early and super helpful and personable. The Pool was very nice Kellen, Dakota, sergio are on point. All the wait staff was great. At the Bar meets grill restaurant ,the food was good! I sat at the bar Marlene and Jose served me. Very nice people . But here's the thumb in the soup with this place. It's for smokers and caters to them so that's kind of a bummer because the place smells like smoke. The other part is it's about 11 miles to any other cool places to go to, which could be good if you're trying to stay away from the busyness of old town, Temecula.

This hotel may not be suitable for families with children. I stayed here for my friend's wedding, and while the room was spacious, clean, organized, and beautifully decorated, there were several drawbacks. The lobby had a strong odor, with an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana, which made it quite uncomfortable. It felt as if the environment could pose health risks from secondhand smoke. Additionally, the pool area is restricted to guests aged 21 and over, which could be disappointing for families looking to relax together. Overall, while the accommodations were nice, the atmosphere left much to be desired.

Pala Casino has gone down hill. The current demographic who they started catering to can't sustain the casino: one example is the buffet, closed! Also, they only turn their machines on for that demographic. Keep your money, go to Barona they have class and understand everybody's money is green.

During a recent visit, we didn't get the room we reserved. Additionally, we requested service for our room and we never got it serviced. The front desk rep. Lied to our face. Not to mention non of there spa services were not available. Also, the fitness center was also not available. Worst casino, resort and spa ever!!!!!!!!!!!

I was in Pala for an event and this hotel was 2 miles away. My valet parking guy was super nice. When I checked out the next day, he remembered my name and had my car already parked out front! My room was large and beautifully decorated. The bathroom had a really big soaking tub, which I took full advantage of. Fidel, my server at Bar Meets Grill, was an absolute attentive delight. He even gave me a sample of the lobster bisque. So happy he did that. No likey. The front desk ladies at checkout were kind, friendly and fun. All and all, a nice stay. My only complaint was the smoky casino. That was awful. There is a non smoking area, but it's in the middle of the casino, so.......

I bought ticket online and it was frustrating getting them from will-call. After 3 different lines and I wasted 30 minutes of the concert, my seats were given away!!!! Paid tickets were given away for free to some customers and my seats gone. I will get my refund I am being told in 3 days and no apology!!! I will never buy tickets here at Pala Casino

The service is very good. The casino is fun but I never win on the slot machines anymore. They used to always win...I don't know what happened?

Came back for the summer. Visited several times for concerts. (June and July three concerts) All concerts were fun. Loved the staff at the concerts. Everyone very nice and helpful. Had drinks at the bar and service was slow and not to friendly but they were busy and it was just get the drinks out to the customer kind of night. Ate at the restaurant for my daughters birthday and the pizza was great. Had hot chocolate and a cookie which was good. Best night was when my daughter won big at the slots (August). Made her birthday perfect. Summer of 2023 Tower of Power, Little Big Town, Kool and Gang

well I went back and gave your casino another try and again took 300.00 and nothing. I have been coming for 2 years now and will not go back. no one looks like in the photos you take. They are all mad in person why don't you post real photos

Very easy check-in process and very friendly staff! Casino was very clean and I love that they have a smoking and non-smoking section to cater to both. Slots are pretty good at winnings and the room was very clean! We were told that they were recently renovated, and it shows. Will be back when we're visiting Temecula again. :)

I've passed billboards that promoted performances - Third Eye Blind, Thundercat, and I thought these are great bands at a reasonable cost. So I finally caught one. AMBIANCE: Parking: Plenty of parking. There are two parking structures so you shouldn't have any issues. Vibes: It's a pretty isolated place which is cool if you're going for that. I can imagine people from Inland Empire, OC, SD, and LA coming over here for a little getaway. The hotel room was pretty nice, clean and comfortable, you have the choice of the mountain view or the stage/pool room. The pool was simple but it gets the job done - jacuzzi, pools, lounge chairs, bar, and food! They have a lot of food choices but if you're trying to be on a budget there are few local eateries around the area. There's a good range of casino activities such as gambling, sports, or live performances. The stage itself was relatively sizable and not too chaotic. It was broken up into four sections with the bar and merch in the back. CUSTOMER SERVICE: The people here were friendly and professional. TL; DR OVERALL: 4.5 Stars. Awesome! I had a great experience here! The hotel room was comfortable, pool was great to lounge, and the concert was great! I look forward to seeing what other concerts they have on schedule! TIPS: * Check out their seasonal events such as performances!

We came (group of 6 girls) to Pala for a concert. Ticket sales are easy. I recommend getting tickets from the Pala box office. It's so easy and they don't charge service fees. Also, if you have a players card, you get $30 in free play. The cadino is huge with all the popular slot macines and tables games. All the restaurants are good for groups.

I visited and at first was a bit disappointed with guest services supervisor. Thankfully they have Romeo! He TRULY understands what quality customer service is. Upon first meeting him, I noticed how sharp his suit, shoes and watch were, and how warm he greeted me with full intention that I wouldn't walk away unhappy! It has been so long since I have encountered this kind of interaction, I almost forgot what it was. Thank you Romeo for putting in that extra little bit of effort to see what I was asking about. You are truly the best representation Pala has and I hope they realize it! Because of him I will keep returning. Xoxo

All the food options are good. Nice rooms. Reasonable price. Gambling is ???....depends on the day!

Horrible experience! I went Pala Casino for the Abba tribute concert on 11/15 with my wife and my dog driving my camper which is 24 feet. I found that the outside parking lot was closed for some antic car show the next day. After checking everywhere to find someone who could help me find a parking space, I found someone. However, he said there was nothing he could do. He said I could get a refund for the tickets at the theater far from my camper. I had to give up. Now the damage is 6 hours, including 4 hours of driving wasted, 2 unused tickets, and around $50 of fuel. Incredibly, they closed the parking lot when there was a concert at their facility.

Unsafe for women who are alone. The hotel is very clean and the games are fun, but their security protocols need a lot of work. I was followed for over 400 feet by an unmarked Ford Escape with two gentlemen in it who made me feel like I was going to be abducted in the parking lot. They not only drove slow behind me for the length of the parking lot - they also accused me of being someone who was kicked out the day prior. And then made me show them my ID to stand in the parking lot. I tried to speak to management and they never returned my call and the security guards laughed at me. I understand most men aren't afraid of being thrown into a car and trafficked ... but women are. There was a woman who was nice and said the director of security would call me back. But no one ever called.

Excellent food and people, great casino to explore and gamble..Just gamble with the head not with the money.. great Concerts..

It was mid afternoon. I was just looking for something to tie me over until dinner. I ended up at the Pala Cafe. I ordered the open face turkey sandwich. It sounded light and unassuming. Was I wrong. The turkey was super moist, which is unusual for white meat. I couldn't stop eating it. And the mashed potatoes tasted homemade with small chunks of potatoes mixed in. When I placed my order, I fully expected just a simple sandwich. I was pleasantly surprised. Compliments to the chef.

The ambience is alright. Not enough people winning. They allow smoking but I don't think you can smoke weed? We didn't t eat here cause the smoke got us.

We had a great experience! The smoke smell wasn't overbearing at all! They had a smokers section and a non smoking section of the casino. Walking through both I didn't feel the difference it seemed very well maintained. The slots were fun as they ranged from older ones to newer ones. We didn't get a chance to play cards since the tables were full. We will have to check them out another night. The pool was amazing! A few different pool areas along with two jacuzzis! Drinks came out good and the pizza was great!

I just checked in. Used to love this place. Customer service horrible right when you walk in. The receptionist had an attitude from the start. Paying $600.00 this is my mountainside view. I'd rather pay that somewhere where customer service is top notch. I used to visit this place frequently and go to the shows, dining and gambling. I've never had a bad experience until now.

Nothing special here I'm afraid. Played a slot machine that kept winning but such small amounts I was losing even when I felt I should be winning. Such is the game I guess.

Totally underrated casino ! My boyfriend and I have stayed several times at the other casinos so we decided to give Pala a try strictly out of curiosity. Ever since we've gone, we can't stop talking about it to everyone. We know the room prices were excellent the pools we're so cool! Unlike anything we've ever seen before they have multiple small section pools in the same area. My boyfriend and I had one area all to ourselves. There was lots of cabanas. There's a steakhouse that we ate at the food was really delicious. it had nice casual yet upscale energy. The drinks were on point. And the service was excellent. Loved our room as well. Very nice. Didn't have that old musty appeal most casinos have. We will be back!

Pala Casino/Resort was fun this past Fathers day weekend. We had a pool view room (1058) and went the FANTASTIC Queen Nation concert Friday evening! Hotel Valet was polite, quick and efficient. However, check in was SSLLOOWW... But, we did have a 10th floor pool view. The room was quiet, luxurious & well-appointed. The pool was fun, clean and adult only, perfect for this trip. The pool service was both GREAT & slow at times. Very nice servers, bartenders and pool staff. The Queen Nation Concert was absolutely fantastic, fun and entertainin, a definite must see! San Luis Rey had great wings and shrimp ceviche for dinner/snack. Pala Cafe had stellar service, quick service and the food was yummy as usual. The casino bars were pleasant and efficient. Raymond is BY FAR the most talented, personable and remembers everyones drinks. He is very popular with everyone. Casino, it is smokey even in the non smoking area. Machines were VERY tight this trip...ugh! Overall, great property, nice staff, good food and beautiful pool. Again, the negative was the slow check in. Take a trip, you'll thank me later!

They advertise valet service. I reserved a room and upon arriving valet was closed at 6:30 in the evening. I'm a senior citizen and was alone. Had to park in a structure and bring my belongings to the check in. When I asked about the valet service the woman said we only have valet Friday and Saturday very rudely. That's my one and only trip to Pala Casino and Hotel.

Pala is like a woman on period who get extremely angry when she loses. Casino that bans winners and keep the losers. Not a good and honest business guys.

This casino was extremely smoky. I put in a few dollars and left within 15 minutes even the smoke filtered the no smoking section.

I went there to check it out and gamble a little bit . Was playing the roulette and the ball literally stopped rolling ,some powerful magnet stopped it mid roll then it went in a chosen number . It's totally fixed cheating . Then walked over to the tables to play roulette and instead of just betting on black or red they now have a white slot if it lands there you deal with the dealer playing a card option . So instead of a 50/50 chance it's now a 33% Chance of Winning. I don't think I'll return gambling again not much winning going on .

5 stars for the dealers and floor. Cage? A joke. This morning (10 am, 10/20) waited in Platinum/Elite line to be served. Cashier ignores me as he serves others. Don't tell me that Platinum gets front-in-line service when you don't honor it. And when I reach cashier, he miscounts my chips - getting a sum that's $1000 under. That's literally your job, to be able to count chips. And you cannot tell the difference between 9 and 10 blue chips?!?? Incredible.

I don't know what Pala means, but I associate it with fun now. I went once prior to Pala. I will be honest, I had to pee, so I pulled off and went in there to use the restrooms. This last time, though, also, but not forgone, therefore, ergo, somehow, transition, I honestly forgot what I was going to write. Let me start over. I went to Pala casino to watch a concert! I went to see the Bolton!! I wanted him to sing Captain Jack Sparrow! Parlay! No Sparrow was sung, but it was still a fun time. I had a blast. Not gunna lie. Pala means fun! The food was good too! The drinks were super cheap!! Thank you Pala for a good time! But I think that's a different place.

If not of the casino buses, this casino would have not survived 6 mos!!!! Used to come here at lot...at least 4 days a week but a lot have changed!!!! There used to be car giveaways, gifts, tournaments every week generous comps etc. but all those gone now. The machines got tighter and tighter ( Indian casinos not required to post % of slot machines payouts ... I don't see the other old time players anymore and I seldom come myself. Pala really SUCK now since I've been coming for the last 20 years !!!!!
