Pala is an absolute gem. The food has a perfect balance of Mediterranean flavors, with a mix of Moroccan and Israeli vibes that makes it such a unique experience. Every dish we tried was outstanding. The schnitzel was perfectly crispy and flavorful, the short rib burger was tender and juicy, and the pilaf with meat on top was rich and comforting. The arias were superb, easily some of the best I’ve ever had. Even the fries stood out, crispy, fresh, and served hot. On top of the amazing food, the service was excellent. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome the entire time. The atmosphere was lively with great music and an energy that really added to the night. To top it all off, the pricing is very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, it was an incredible dinner, and we left completely impressed. Pala is easily a 10/10 and highly recommended

Google
My 16 yr old and l found this place by accident. Although the service provided was no accident. We were intentionally given the best service one would hope to experience at a new establishment. The atmosphere was nice. It wasn't dark inside, the lighting, the seating were both comfortable. I didn't have to use my flashlight on my phone to see the menu, which was a plus! The food was entirely a new experience for us both! It was so delicious though. We were greeted and seated by a really nice woman and our waitress was super sweet. I wish I'd gotten names at this point. Going to new places can be scary sometimes, but not this place! Service with s smile! She helped us with the menus (since we didn't know what the dishes were). She answered every question and she was easy to understand. I really appreciated her for being so attentive & polite. Yes, we will definitely visit again.

Google
Pala Mediterranean Kitchen blew us away! The food was absolutely amazing – every dish was bursting with authentic flavor. The lemonana was incredibly refreshing and the Sfinge donuts were out of this world – warm, fluffy, and perfectly sweet. The atmosphere was cozy and the staff was welcoming! Can’t wait to come back!

This was the perfect spot for dinner after a day at Dania beach. Everything was exceptional and generously portioned with amazing prices. Avi was our waiter and he was super friendly and helpful when choosing what to order. 10/10 recommend this spot. Vibes were immaculate and welcoming.

Really, really delicious. Super nice servers. A gem of a kosher restaurant. If you are looking for something different from all the Israeli grill places in south Florida this is your place. As my son said "a real taste of Morocco" Worth a trip from anywhere in south Florida. Can't wait to come back.

I’m not going to lie. That was the best schnitzel sandwich on challah that I ever had! Even better than my previous spot in Netanya, Israel. Looking forward to returning during the week to see what other specials they have going on. Today it brought back some great memories of what used to be the same thing I enjoyed every Friday. Sorry about posting 1/2 the sandwich…. Ate the first part before taking this picture.

Google
Great discovery yesterday. I’m of Moroccan origin so I know a thing or 2 about this food. It is FABULOUS!! Fresh, delicious taste, not fat, abundant portions. Served super fast by super pleasant staff. The couscous was one of the best I ever ate and reminded me my childhood home food. Prices are very reasonable. Reservations recommended. Do I need to say I will go back soon??

Google
10/10 recommend! Came to have dinner at Pala with my family & it did not disappoint! The decor is lovely and tasteful. The music selection was great. The service was professional & efficient. And lastly, the food was absolutely delicious. I got the Moroccan couscous and it was phenomenal, second only to couscous I had in Morocco. My Moroccan mother agreed across the board, so if that’s not a ringing endorsement, I don’t know what is! Very solid restaurant 👍🏻

Yelp
It was ok. Servers were friendly, explained the menu well. Mint tea was good, but $8?! Only wine on the menu, was ok, but again like $18 for a glass. Branzino was fishy, wouldn't do again. Israeli salad was good tho Overall, was ok. Wouldn't go back personally tho

Yelp
We met friends from the Midwest who were visiting family in south Florida. They are kosher. This wasn't our usual choice for us of dining venues, but we do like mediterranean cuisine, so we felt it was a promising option. In addition, it was a restaurant that none of us had been to before. We were familiar with the shopping center as many years ago there was both a sushi restaurant and Chinese restaurant that we used to frequent here. There's plenty of parking in the lots nearby although it is a busy corner. The restaurant is small. Our server had just started working there so she was quite careful in taking our order and had to check the answers to our questions. Even though the service wasn't perfect (she didn't bring a few extra items we'd asked for -- like salad dressing, etc.), we knew she was trying. Our friends started out with a hummus appetizer. It came with pita bread. The hummus was quite good. It was topped with some whole chickpeas and oil. It was a large enough of a serving to share. After that, they both had the (vegetarian) vegetable soup which came with a large amount of couscous. They added some of the couscous to the soup. The coucous was served in a decorative tagine. I had their chicken schnitzel salad. This was a piece of battered chicken breast deep fried and cut into pieces on top of an Israeli salad. My husband had their shakshuka dish. This had three eggs cooked in the tomato sauce. Both portions were quite large. The eggs were cooked a bit more than my husband would have liked, but he still enjoyed the dish. To drink, we shared a pot of very good mint tea. It was large enough for quite a few glasses each. For dessert, our friends had a piece of baklava. And we tried their knafeh. It is one of my husband's favorite desserts as it is not overly sweet. It was a tad overcooked, as the filo was a bit too browned, but still quite good. We are glad we had the opportunity to try this restaurant. And yes, we would come back here again -- even without our kosher friends.

Yelp
Great food! Great service! Great Ambiance! Tucked away in the shopping plaza this little restaurant is a hidden gem that you absolutely must try because the food and service was absolutely amazing! We were invited here to celebrate a wedding and we were treated like family by the owner and staff they truly took great care of us. Some of our favorite dishes: Flanken Hummus - homemade hummus with slow cooked super soft and tender meat that was served with pita bread. I've never had hummus served this way with slow cooked beef and it was absolutely incredible. Moroccan Couscous with grilled vegetable soup and chicken - wow this dish was simple but so good. If you're looking for home cooking comfort food this dish is it you're going to love it. Caramelized meatballs - meatballs with caramelized onion sauce served with rice. This dish was absolutely delicious as well. We ordered a bunch of salads for the table as well and everyone enjoyed them. The salads were fresh, homemade, and each one was different and so good on their own or with pita bread. Highly recommend trying their salads for the table if you're with a group. For desert they brought a big platter of assorted deserts served family style with nana (mint) tea and it was the perfect ending to our wonderful meal.

Yelp
I love the adventures of dining in South Florida. When a friend suggested Mediterranean for an evening out, I found this little gem here on Yelp. It's a small (and I mean small - maybe seating for 20 plus a table or two outside?) place in yet another strip mall - across from TY Park, for those who know the area. If I had to summarize in one word, I'd have to say this place is "authentic." I've eaten at a number of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean restaurants, but there were words on this menu that I've never seen before! We started with an appetizer of frena bread, served with olives, preserved lemon, garlic olive oil and tahini as accompaniments - holy buckets, I've found a new bread to love! You can see the partial remnant in the picture. The special of the day, which my companion ordered, was koubeh (probably spelled differently), in either pumpkin or beet soup. She chose the pumpkin and the bite I had was delicious. I ordered the chicken with couscous, was accidentally served the vegetable soup with couscous (shown in the picture - the tagine held the couscous). Our server, Hadar quickly and graciously corrected the order after I realized that the soup wasn't just a side dish! It had huge chunks of all kinds of vegetables (unfortunately, not the ones I like, but the broth was tasty). The chicken was tender and delicious, and the extra was greatly enjoyed by a friend who was also impressed by it being glatt kosher. Our server was lovely - attentive and patient - but very busy! The place was packed at 7 pm and never slowed down. It was not inexpensive ($75 plus 18% gratuity), with nothing but water to drink, but I'm overall pleased with having gone. Definitely recommend!

Yelp
If you want great Mediterranean dishes then you can't go wrong coming here. It was sooo good. The meatballs are a must have along with the pitas.

Yelp
Such a delicious food experience! Highly recommend. Came in for dinner and wasn't disappointed. Service was very fast and friendly, and the space itself is super cute. Not a huge restaurant, so seating is a little limited. Everything we ate we enjoyed to the fullest. We started with olives and pita chips that were so flavorful. We loved the hummus and pita as well; both were fresh and spiced just right. All of the entrees were just as good. Everything is just right flavor wise, noticeably fresh, and portions are huge! Since this is a kosher restaurant the price is pretty high, but with the amount of food we received it wasn't as pricey as expected. We also loved the limonana drink that we ordered, one of the best we've had in the area. Will be back, please come check this place out!!

Yelp
From an Israeli who comes from a family that cooks some of the same dishes, we were weary. Needless to say, wow, wow, wow- absolutely delicious, authentic, full of different spices, fall-apart meat, crispy and thin schnitzel, out of this world hummus. Just 5-stars across the board. Best falafel, wow. I didn't have a chance to take a picture of the cigars and several other dishes, but run here before word gets out.

Yelp
Last week my wife and I visited this Kosher Restaurant. I ordered the Moroccan beef stew it was delicious. So today we went back again and ordered the same again Moroccan beef stew well I can tell you we were both very disappointed and dissatisfied. The beef stew last time was swimming in graveyard and very tasty . This time know taste and know gravy. I spoke with the waitress and do you know what she said we have been making this for 20 years and it's always the same . Can you believe it . Well I will not recommend this restaurant and I will not be going back again . Paying $90 for something which did not come up to expectations.

Yelp
Went to Pala Mediterranean tonight and food was amazing and the staff were very sweet. We ordered the special of the day which were the Onions stuffed with a meat and rice mixture and Israeli salad and we also got the Moroccan Beef Stew with Couscous and also came with Vegetable Soup . It all tasted homemade and really delicious

Yaeli F.

Yelp
Great food, perfectly spiced delicious meals. The service was very good. We will definitely come again.

Yelp
What a great night! We had a wonderful dinner. The ambiance is very warm, the waiters couldn't do more to make us feel taken care of, the prices were good and the serving sizes also very big. The salads were so fresh. They make their own Challa and pita. I had the limonana and it was so yummy! We were 11 people so we all had different things but every fish was tasty and special. The arais, the meatballs and the schnitzel all were amazing! The desserts were freshly made and not the regular frozen yucky parve garbage you get at other places It's hard to find a kosher place that's not "another shawarma or sushi and steak joint" the owner came out to thank us for coming and told us that all the recipes are her grandmothers (Pala was her grandmothers name) and you can tell Got try it out. You won't regret it! We will def be back!

Yelp
Wow! Such delicious food and a most gracious and warm staff! Even though they were quite busy, the staff worked to get everything out in a timely manner. Nicest owner who named the restaurant after her grandma! Loved our experience! Try the arais, the couscous, the shnitzel, or the flanked hummus! Yum!!

Yelp
Wow! Pala is much more than food! The music, decorations and the serving plates creates authentic Moroccan experience and the food is beyond delicious! Amazing restaurant, Highly recommended!!!

Phyllis S.

Yelp
I had the chicken with fennel & carrots in soup with sides of basmati rice & Israeli salad. Delicious & filling. Not spicy. Others in my party ate beef couscous with chickpeas & veggies- slightly spicy, also delicious. Service was friendly & prompt. Ambiance ethnic chic, quiet dining venue. Option for outdoor tables.

Yelp
A great experience. Cozy setting, yummy food and wonderful service. The owner is the chef and came over to our table to chat, which really enhanced the experience.

Yelp
Outstanding service and great food. I had one of the daily specials, it was delicious. This place is relatively new so I was a bit skeptical about going, but after my experience, I'll definitely go back.

Ellie S.

Yelp
Absolutely fabulous in every way. The food is unbelievably delicious, the servers are friendly and remember you, and they do not rush you to leave. Reservations are accepted. Portions are generous, and everything is made there except the amazing pita which is flown in from Israel. We don't keep Kosher, we keep coming back, and we bring new and old friends.

Lois G.

Yelp
What a fabulous find! Moroccan food at its best! Spices are great! Humus with meat is the absolute best of the best. It's like brisket rather than ground beef. Really superb! The carmelized meatballs with the light sauce on rice was excellent and fabulous. Desserts fabulous! Must come again!!

Steve R.

Yelp
Food here is fantastic and the service is great too. So many great flavors. Looking forward to making my way through the menu even though it is hard to not order the beef stew because of how good it is.

Joel M.

Yelp
Great service, even better food and atmosphere! I can't wait to come back here and try more items on the menu! The fish and beef cigars were so crispy and hot and delicious! The schnitzel was thin and crispy too! I highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
So, let me tell you the truth about this horrible place. I went there with my disabled father (in a wheelchair chair) and my sister for dinner. We get there around 7:15pm knowing they close at 9:00pm. The place had one table with diners outside and the inside was empty. The server asks me "do you have a reservation?" I asked do I need one? I mean there's no one here. So she seats us. She hands out the menus and returns 5 minutes later are you ready to order? No, were weren't she blurts out the specials and doesn't explain anything on the menu. The menu itself doesn't explain anything and there are no pics. She doesn't ask if we want drinks and doesn't try to help us figure out what we could order. We asked her if they have an open salad table. She answers: yes it's $10 a person. We said good then she replies we each have to order an entree to get that price or we can't order that. My sister and I both ordered accordingly, but explained that my dad really doesn't eat that much and doesn't want to order an entree. She goes to ask her manger who loudly tells her I DONT CARE CHARGE HIM MORE THEN! When she returned to the table she rudely said you father will be charged 3 times more for the salads totaling to $30 plus an additional $30 for the salad order as a penalty. Clearly, that was a total ripoff so we got up and left! Mind you they were closing in about an hour and the place was empty! Be aware this place is nasty rude service and completely disrespectful to customers! I would not want anyone else to go there and experience the same. I give them 1 star b/c I think that's the lowest level! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Robert G.

Yelp
Just finished a delicious meal at Pala Mediterranean Kitchen before heading to the Hard Rock Hotel. We had the Morrocan beef cigars, PALA pita sabich (pita with hummus, tahini, hard boiled eggs and fried eggplant), and the caramelized onion meatballs with basmati rice and a cucumber, tomato salad. The lemonana drink (crushed mint and lemons) was very refreshing. For dessert, the makrud cookies with dates were the perfect finish. Our server, Hadar, was attentive and great with recommendations.

Briana G.

Yelp
Great food and service. Seems like a small family owned place with good charm. The Flanken hummus was excellent.
