We visited Buhayra Lounge about 4 years ago and instantly fell in love with the place. When we visited this time, it was extra special as I was planning to propose to my girlfriend. Herman and Suraj went above and beyond to give us the best experience possible, with constant communication for a few months leading up to the big day, and on the night itself. They provided a private area for us next to the water, on the exact same table we sat those 4 years ago. They had champagne ready - on ice - and had pre-prepared table with roses and decorations. The set up was perfect, even better than I could have imagined it, and I cannot thank them enough for that. On the night itself, Russel and the team could not have been more attentive, welcoming and simply brilliant with their service. It goes without saying that the food was impeccable and the drinks / shisha are some of the best in Dubai. Buhayra Lounge made this extremely special moment even more special for us, and we will always return on our trips back to Dubai. Thank you to the whole team!

A luxurious entrance to this beautiful hotel with Arabian inspired architecture and the iconic Burj Khalifa as the backdrop. Our stay at this centrally located hotel was perfect was start to finish. The team graciously allowed us to check in early as we had an early flight to Dubai and ensured we were looked after at all times. The rooms were attended regularly to ensure everything was catered for and the team warmly greeted us throughout the hotel. The hotel pool has stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, every corner of the property is picture perfect and it’s centrally located right next to Dubai Mall and other attractions. This charming establishment positively oozes character, wrapping one in an embrace of elegance and warmth. The staff were simply divine-attentive to a fault, ensuring every whim was met with a smile. The bed? A veritable cloud of comfort, promising the most restful slumber. Each morning, we were greeted with a breakfast selection that was nothing short of magnificent -fresh, vibrant fruits adorning a plate in our room daily, a delightful touch. The location is perfection itself: a mere 3 minutes stroll to the dazzling Dubai Mall. If I must offer a trifling critique, the rooms, though lovely, do appear a tad weary and could benefit from a sprightly upgrade. But, oh, this minor quibble aside, l'a bestow a hearty five stars upon this charming retreat. A splendid stay, indeed!

The Hotel have the best place to stay Downtown. We get a very nice room and Service big thanks to Lisha and Waseem from the Reception. The Service everyone is perfect. Nadab makes perfect job by Room. Ivan restaurant Breakfast was perfekt they have everything you want and like. Restaurant Team and Supervisor Ahmed makes the best for you're stay and give you a comfort Stay. Very clean all the places. The Pool Service Bhuwan and Fubar, Nelson give you a comfort Place to Relax. We coming back for shure.

The Palace Hotel Dubai Downtown is a beautiful property in every way, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the pool area. The pool itself is immaculate, always clean and well-kept, but the real magic comes from the people who look after it.||From the moment we arrived, the team around the pool went above and beyond. Bhuwan, Susil and Furba are some of the friendliest and kindest people you could ever meet. They couldn’t do enough for us, always attentive, always with a smile, and they made me and my entire family feel completely relaxed.||Thanks to them, this felt like the best holiday we’ve ever had. Their service, warmth, and genuine care turned a great hotel stay into something truly special. Palace Downtown is stunning, but for us, it was the pool team who made the experience unforgettable

Celebrated my best friend’s birthday today! Huge thanks to Faiza & Rakesh for making the day extra special with their amazing service. Loved the surprise birthday cake—the food was excellent, the variety was great, and the service was truly top-notch. Definitely coming back! 😊❤️
