Our stay at the Palace Downtown was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel embodies refined luxury in the most pleasant way — elegant, calm, and beautifully balanced, never loud or pretentious. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and effortlessly taken care of. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff is highly attentive, extremely courteous, and wonderfully discreet. Whether at the pool, in the restaurants, or throughout the property, there is always enough staff present — yet everything feels unhurried, relaxed, and perfectly orchestrated. We especially enjoyed the pool area with its breathtaking views, the serene atmosphere, and the exceptionally attentive pool service. The hammam experience was another highlight — deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. Everything felt luxurious in a very natural, understated way, almost like stepping into a modern interpretation of One Thousand and One Nights. The location is outstanding: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Fountain are all within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and were able to relax deeply and fully throughout our stay. A truly remarkable hotel that combines luxury, warmth, and tranquility at the highest level. We enjoyed every single moment and would return without hesitation.

Every service, whether at check-in, breakfast, or when asking for information about the area, was handled with great attention to detail and care. Even on our last morning, when we had to leave very early for the airport, everything was arranged smoothly for us. And no matter if we were out in the evenings – we were always warmly welcomed back, which made our stay even more pleasant. What impressed us most was how personal and attentive the team was. It never felt like standardized service, but genuine warmth. We enjoyed every moment – from the relaxing time in our room to the magical evenings with views of the Dubai Fountain. Overall, our stay was a perfect experience in every way, and we would highly recommend it to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

Food was amazing but the service was outstanding. We were seated with no reservation which is apparently very lucky, especially for a saturday evening. The cocktails and food were all amazing. I came here just for the mango sticky rice but the red ruby was even better. Ravi was our waiter at first but then we were served by Dew and she gave us the best service we have received in the whole of Dubai. What a lovely woman! I had the duck red curry and my family had the green chicken curry. I recommend the Pomelo salad

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Palace Downtown Dubai, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with a special mention to the incredible team members who truly went above and beyond to ensure our stay was flawless. Yousseff, Esquin, Amouna, and especially Linda made us feel right at home. Linda, in particular, was a standout – she went out of her way to accommodate our requests, and her attention to detail made our trip extra special. The property itself is stunning, with breathtaking views and luxurious amenities that perfectly complement the high level of service. It truly made our trip to Dubai one to remember. Thank you to everyone at Palace Downtown Dubai for making our stay so wonderful. We will certainly be back!

We had our Demo Day at the hotel, and the overall experience was excellent. The service was outstanding, and the entire team was professional, supportive, and well-organized. A special thanks to the Program Manager, Irriz, whose dedication, coordination, and attention to detail made the event run smoothly. We truly appreciate the hospitality and support, and we would be happy to work with the hotel again in the future.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Ewan! The food was delicious — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The ambiance was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxing meal. A special mention goes to our server Rami who was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the evening. They made great recommendations and ensured everything arrived on time. Excellent service that truly elevated the whole experience.

This review is for the brunch only. I visited a few weeks ago for brunch with friends, and the vegetarian options were extremely limited. The original price was 499 AED for unlimited drinks. While my friend kindly managed to get a 50% discount, even at that price the experience was disappointing. The vegetarian food on offer consisted mainly of tasteless mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. The staff showed me the salad section as an alternative, but paying close to 500 AED for lettuce and basic sides is very unappealing. The venue should either significantly improve its vegetarian brunch options or offer a reduced price for guests with limited food choices. Service was also poor. We were asked to move tables twice due to dinner setup, which made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. The contrast was very noticeable when we went elsewhere for drinks afterward, where the service was excellent despite only ordering beverages. Overall, I would not recommend this venue for brunch, particularly for vegetarians.
