The service is absolutely exceptional — warm, professional, and attentive without ever being intrusive. Every staff member goes above and beyond to make you feel valued and comfortable, turning your stay or visit into a truly five-star experience. The dining experience is just as impressive. The food is refined, beautifully presented, and full of rich, authentic flavors. Whether for breakfast, afternoon tea, or dinner, every meal feels special and perfectly curated. What makes Palace Downtown stand out is the perfect balance between traditional heritage and modern luxury. It’s not just a hotel — it’s an experience. From the moment we drove up, we felt like royalty. The doors were opened for us, our luggage was taken straight to our room, and the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The room itself was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the overall ambiance and atmosphere were absolutely breathtaking. It truly felt like a luxury experience from start to finish at least initially. At checkout, we were surprised to learn that the beverages and snacks in the room were not complimentary and that we were being charged $106 USD. This was not explained to us beforehand, and had we known, we would have chosen a different option for how we spent that money. We genuinely believed those items were included with the room. Unfortunately, what happened next was even more disappointing. After completing checkout and while waiting for our Uber, a staff member was radioed by the front desk and my husband was asked to come back inside. He was accused of drinking a Corona beer from the room refrigerator and informed that we would be charged for it. My husband calmly explained that we do not drink alcohol and that he has not had a drink in over 20 years. We are Christians and would never risk our integrity or embarrassment over a $22 bottle of beer. Despite this, the accusation was made based on a count they said was missing. After my husband reiterated that we do not drink, there was no apology. Instead, we were told that someone had made a mistake with the count. This was extremely disheartening, especially after spending over a thousand dollars at the venue and celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday in room 274. What should have been a beautiful ending to a special milestone instead left us feeling embarrassed and disappointed. The hotel itself is stunning, and much of the staff was wonderful,but the way this situation was handled overshadowed an otherwise amazing stay and left us with a very unfortunate final impression.

Had a very luxurious stay to say the least. Room was immaculate. Location is a short walk away from Dubai mall and fountain area. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, upon checkout, the front desk receptionist told me I had to pay for things used from the minibar even though I had never touched the minibar during my stay.. this wasn't a good final impression before leaving

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this hotel prides itself on thoughtful details and refined elegance. Our suite was absolutely beautiful—spacious, serene, primely located and impeccably maintained. One of the most memorable touches was the subtle, fragrant aromatherapy throughout the hotel, which created such a calming and luxurious atmosphere. Every space felt intentional and welcoming. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the outstanding service and genuine hospitality we received throughout our stay. A special thank you to Usama, who was our very first point of contact at the front desk—his professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay. We are also deeply grateful to Rania, our concierge and personal assistant throughout our visit, who went above and beyond with her care, responsiveness, and thoughtful assistance, making everything seamless and effortless. We would also like to sincerely thank James, Saad, Jamal, and Seif for their exceptional service and attention to detail. Each interaction reflected the high standards, warmth and gracious hospitality that Palace Downtown Dubai is known for. The entire team and staff is curated for the most amazing experience, well exceeding our expectations. A beautiful hotel with an extraordinary team. We will absolutely return and recommend it without hesitation.

An unbeatable location for visiting the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. It feels more like a boutique luxury hotel compared to the giant resorts nearby. Highlights - Photogenic Views: The entrance is a must-see for photos with the Burj in the background. Watching the fountain show from our balcony was a highlight. - Lobby Lounge: Beautifully decorated with great views and live music. - Food: The festive buffet was great, though the lobster was a bit dry. Still, a lot of variety and high-quality service. - Rooms: Clean and comfortable, but a bit basic in terms of design. Verdict Perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything. The convenience is worth it alone!

Our stay at the Palace Downtown was nothing short of exceptional. This hotel embodies refined luxury in the most pleasant way — elegant, calm, and beautifully balanced, never loud or pretentious. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and effortlessly taken care of. The service throughout the entire hotel was outstanding. The staff is highly attentive, extremely courteous, and wonderfully discreet. Whether at the pool, in the restaurants, or throughout the property, there is always enough staff present — yet everything feels unhurried, relaxed, and perfectly orchestrated. We especially enjoyed the pool area with its breathtaking views, the serene atmosphere, and the exceptionally attentive pool service. The hammam experience was another highlight — deeply relaxing and perfectly executed. Everything felt luxurious in a very natural, understated way, almost like stepping into a modern interpretation of One Thousand and One Nights. The location is outstanding: Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and the Fountain are all within easy walking distance, while the hotel itself remains wonderfully quiet and peaceful. We felt completely safe and were able to relax deeply and fully throughout our stay. A truly remarkable hotel that combines luxury, warmth, and tranquility at the highest level. We enjoyed every single moment and would return without hesitation.

An exceptional five-star hotel and my primary choice whenever I stay in central Dubai. I’ve stayed at the Palace Hotel three times, and it never disappoints. The location in Downtown Dubai is unbeatable, with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Fountain and easy walking access to Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar. The hotel has wonderful character, beautifully blending traditional Arabesque design with modern luxury. Rooms are spacious and elegant, service is consistently outstanding, and the overall atmosphere feels refined yet welcoming. A truly special hotel that sets the standard for centrally located luxury in Dubai.

Food was amazing but the service was outstanding. We were seated with no reservation which is apparently very lucky, especially for a saturday evening. The cocktails and food were all amazing. I came here just for the mango sticky rice but the red ruby was even better. Ravi was our waiter at first but then we were served by Dew and she gave us the best service we have received in the whole of Dubai. What a lovely woman! I had the duck red curry and my family had the green chicken curry. I recommend the Pomelo salad
