Absolutely Amazing! Palace Pizza never disappoints! The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. Their crust is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the sauce tastes homemade with just the right amount of tang. Whether you’re getting a classic cheese slice or something more adventurous, it’s consistently top-notch. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I stop in, and the service is quick even when they’re busy. It’s clear they care about their customers. Easily one of the best pizza spots in town—highly recommend!

Palace Pizza is my go-to spot whenever I’m craving something truly satisfying. The flavors are on point every single time. You can tell they use quality ingredients, and the dough? Absolute perfection. Soft inside, crispy outside just how it should be. The service is always friendly and fast, even when it’s busy. They really know how to take care of their customers.

Beyond disappointed with this tiny salad in a half clamshell never ever have I got one that wasn’t in a square full size. 6 pieces of tiny chicken, nasty packet of warm dressing, missing peppers.(asked for no olives) almost $20 never ever again. I was faithful because I loved their Pizza but there salads are terrible!!!

Just stopped in here for lunch special got a steak and cheese grinder. It was amazing. Definitely my favorite steak and cheese grinder in Springfield! Woman who answered the phone and Owner was very nice and respectful he even gave me a free bag of chips. I will go back again.

Portions is a joke. Food not even fresh. And you pay extra to try to get it to your liking and they charge you but don't add what you paid for bad experience

Got a quick slice pepperoni to go. I was surprised how big the slice was. Tasted good to me, I liked the cheese 👍. Service was professional and friendly. Thank you.

Got a menu in the mail, ordered delivery from this place for the first time to try it out, definitely will not order again. Order: Rueben, Club Sandwich, Salad, Quesadilla. Total - $50.11. Customer Service: I called and ordered my meal, my order was taken by a woman named 'Serdar' and that was probably the best part of this entire interaction. She was pleasant, and helpful when I called back and asked why the price was more than anticipated, she nicely explained that the 8.99 lunch specials contained less food than the 11.99 meals & tried to offer a free soda but I heard yelling in the background and she apologized and said she couldnt b/c her boss would get mad at her. Unlucky I hope you find a better job to work at your customer service skills are wasted at this place <3. Food: Honestly really underwhelming, I like to order items that I get frequently at many restaurants so I ordered a bunch of things. Ruebens are an uncommon item that many pizza places dont have around here so I always try a places Rueben if they have one (its a guilty pleasure of mine). Was made without the Russian dressing mixed into the sauerkraut, bread wasnt toasted, pretty bland. The turkey club sandwich I got was stacked with turkey all in one spot and kind of just thrown together. A bite with a .5 inch of turkey in 1 spot really isnt how you make a sandwich. Then fries were dumped on top covering it all, as you can see in the picture. I got a garden salad with no onions, and with chicken on top. I asked for ceasar dressing and got 1 packet of ceasar and one packet of thousand island? Idk maybe they thought thousand island goes on the rueben and wanted me to put it on that? The quesadilla was good, but tiny, and again, fries dumped on top. The fries were not that great and lukewarm, I thought with all the fries they gave they would be special and seasoned well, they werent worth the $3 increase in price from the lunch special price. Got a garlic bread which i assumed came with some item I ordered, very bland tasted like lightly buttered bread and wasnt really toasted. I like my garlic bread soft on the inside with a toasted exterior, but this was not that. Delivery: Delivery driver was polite and was on time for quantity of food ordered but the food was all lukewarm or cold. Maybe they dont use insulated food transporting cases.

Make sure you don’t give your bank information on the phone because they told me all CALLS ARE BEING RECORDED. Under cooked pizza, not the toppings I ordered. When I called to get a replacement the person was so rude on the phone and told me I didn’t ordered through them and I have two options and it was to go pick it up or spend more money and order more food on DoorDash to get it delivered.

When it comes to pizza shops everybody has their favorites Palace Pizza is mine. It's a mom and pop small little place has a couple of tables but mainly you really want to take it home or eat it out in your car. The staff is very friendly very knowledgeable. The food is good fresh and it's delivered to you quickly!

Great place to get a pizza or 2 after a day at Six Flags. We love to go here after Six Flags. The pizza is top notch. I don't understand all the complaints, but then again I like to eat my food where it's made and not sit around ordering and waiting at home to find some problem... Just ate here the other night. We got a large cheese and a large meatball, pitcher of soda and a large fries for the table...The pizza was taking longer than usual. They informed us that just before our order there was an order for several party pizzas which take some time...They even gave us a free refill of the pitcher of soda...I know that's not much but hey...I appreciate the recognition and effort! No big deal. We were eating outside and enjoying the entertainment of trivia night and the 15 or so motorcycles gearing up for departure. They have a nice outdoor eating area with both tent tables and picnic tables. Get out and enjoy the summer air! So...I LOVE This pizza. It's greek style proofed crust and cross cut...Aerated and crunchy while still soft. Lots of cheese. Good sauce flavor. I like to throw red pepper on my pizza and they gave us some nice cups of fresh red pepper flakes. Great meatball pizza... Great cheese pizza... Oh, fries are good too! Maybe it's got a dive bar look to it, but I like a little tarnish on my silver. Dive in and eat like a king at the Palace!

The guy in there is rude and doesn't care about customers he was cursing at me and no respect at all I been going there for years and I will never spend another penny with them. Am so disappointed and am a woman an for a man to talk to me like that is un fair all I wanted to do is spend my money but I will go somewhere where they treat me with respect

The young lady that took my order was really nice and welcoming. Overall feel good comfort with food and friendliness.

One of those places you don't even want to give one star. Worst experience and even worse customer service. And watch out with their driver.. he threatened me at my work because I wouldn't take my order 30 min early when I had requested a certain time.. I was told "no I'm busy and I'm here now so you take now." How are they still open?

Found roaches in my salad DO NOT EAT HERE I ordered a salad on 10-29-15 and I found cockroaches and a fly in it. I called and told them and they didn't seem to care.

i wish i could do 0 stars. By far the worst service and pizza place in Springfield MA. This place has been on a steady decline for years. They used to have decent food about 7 years ago but since then every experience with them has been worse than the last. Tonight i thought I'd try it to see if it had gotten better and I was met with over an hour and twenty minute wait for a small pizza and a bottle of soda that turned out to be far below anything I could have imagined while waiting here for it and to top it off the delivery guy tried to overcharge me and give himself a $2 tip. Needless to say I've given up completely on any hopes of this place getting better. *Edit* check the filtered review by mike m, it's more spot on than the 5 star lie from Shannon C.

Love this place! I think this place is under rated!(not too much reviews comparing with other pizza store in Springfield area). It is my favorite pizza spot in Springfield. Friendly service and a clean restaurant. Very affordable and delicious pizza and salads. It is a small store. But the pizza come out perfect! It is not too greasy too salty. The salads looked really good too. One had a bunch of meats and cheese. Simple salad. Nothing crafty or artisan but it was still really good.

I am currently staying at a hotel in the area. I got in late Sunday night and ordered from Palace. The order came early it was piping hot and just what I order...it was awesome. I am still at the hotel and I thought 'hey let me order from there again", it is now almost two hours since I ordered. The delivery guy just called me and told me he was outside and to come get my order. I know it's probably not the restaurants fault since I ordered through seamless (which I did the other night as well) but this driver was definitely not a good spokesman for their product. And oh yeah the pizza is cold.

My family is staying at a near by hotel, we have ordered here 3x. In the last 5 weeks ( between homes, new job, husband ill long story) first time was ok. Quick delivery massive party size pizza,( 34 big slices) for the 5 of us. good price. About $35 for pizza and a 2lt bottle. So we ordered again a few weeks later. Pizza crust is kinda stale and sauce was a bit bland. So tonight with my husband and middle daughter at a different hotel,( long story hospital insurence..) the 3 of us thats left, decide to get subs here. There's a coupon for 1 16" sub chips and soda can for 9.50+tx 1 coupon per customer. Ok that's fine. Ordered 3 knowing I'd only get 1combo at that price. But the guy didn't seem to understand i understand this. And thinks I wanted 3 party pizza plans and charges me 79.00 they are like ok 3 subs will cost more on top of the pizza? Pizza?? I ordered 3 subs 3 sodas and 3 chips. Oh well i already charged you for the pizza? Oh for the pizza I didn't order? Yes ma'am. Soo my subs are now free? Yes ma'am. We will refund you in a couple days. Ok why does it take a few mins to extract but days to return?? What is up with that.?? So they say the driver will be here in 45 mins. But then calls back to confirm the sandwhiches and oh you wanted 3.. sigh order third AGAIN. Tried to order a Pepsi , dr pepper, abd root beer. But got 3 root bears. They have pastrami but they dont carry swiss cheese?? How do they make a reuban??! Then there was no mayonnaise on my sandwich but at this point. I got a free meal sort of. And the girls and I had food. So I was just grateful at that. I would have been ok paying for the sandwhiches or taking a deeper discount. Was nice to get it free. Goodness people, repeat the customers order and give a total before you run the card. Especially if you can't understand the customer. Really wish they had online ordering. Taking out the middle man in take out, would take out a lot of headaches. Then after all that they squished my daughters cold dub between the two hot ones so that it was gooey. Would it have been so hard to separate the cold sub.. little things mean a lot to a customer and to a possable returning customer. You might think I'm picky. But it matters.. Do I recomend this place? If you need 20 menus ( seriously save a tree people, I literally counted 20!l) with each delivery and want a fast service and need to eat.. yeah I will probably order here again, but not give my details till I know they know the order is right.

I'll never order here again! The meatballs and sauce are flavorless! The garlic bread doesn't taste like garlic! The chicken parm is disgusting! Last week my usual pizza was disgusting! Half of it had nothing on it, and it tasted awful! I always got my pizza with oil, not sauce. It's obvious that they don't make their own meatballs and buy frozen breaded chicken. Most times delivery took an hour or longer! I also was never given a receipt, having been told by the delivery driver that they don't have them! My advice is to stay away.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and some wings... the 30 minute wait time for delivery turned into an hour and 15 minutes, and the pizza was barely warm despite appearing to have been overcooked. Needless to say, this former regular customer will NOT be ordering from Palace again.

Great pizza. I'm a regular customer and I'm surprised there aren't more favorable reviews here on yelp. My order is always on time and have never had a problem. The crust is perfection. A must try!

This is our go-to place for lunches at work. They have huge salads overflowing with meats and cheeses. Their pitas are handmade daily and are AMAZING! If i could afford to I would eat here every day. Try the Palace Salad or the boneless wing pita.

Delicious pizza and chicken wings. Pizza wasn't overcooked not skimpy on toppings. The wing sauce has a nice sweet taste with a little spicy kick.

I ordered lunch on Wednesday from work at 11:00am and requested delivery for noon. At 12:01pm I received a call stating our food which was 2 items would be there in 10-15 minutes. I ended up waiting at my security desk at my building until 12:40. When I called to see if I could get a credit or if they would do something for me they said sorry our driver got behind. Very poor customer service and if I could I would give them no stars. I will never return or order from them again.
