Gorgeous renovated theatre. I sat on the orchestra and the view was awesome! The seats were very comfortable. There are bathrooms on every level, plenty of them which is great. Also, there is an escalator to the lobby when you come in. All the staff are helpful and friendly! Ben Platt was a great show for opening the theater! Can’t wait to come back for more shows! Update: I’m back! I sat at the orchestra & even closer this time! The view really good & the sound was great! Tammy Faye was great!

Stepping into the newly renovated Palace Theater is like stepping back in time, but with all the luxurious comforts of the 21st century. This historic gem, originally built in 1913, has been lovingly restored to its former glory, while seamlessly incorporating modern amenities that elevate the entire theater experience. From the moment you enter the lobby, you're enveloped in an atmosphere of timeless elegance. The intricate detailing on the walls and ceilings has been meticulously preserved, transporting you back to the golden age of Broadway. Yet, there's a fresh, airy feel to the space, thanks to the clever use of lighting and updated finishes. Don't skip the 2nd floor with its collection of artifacts from across the life of the theater, celebrating the stars who have performed there throughout the last century. The real magic, however, happens once you take your seat in the auditorium. The attention to detail is evident everywhere you look, and the sight lines are impeccable, especially from the mezzanine. There are also plenty of well-stocked concession stands, ensuring you can grab a drink or snack without missing a beat. In short, the renovated Palace Theater is a testament to the enduring power of Broadway. It's a place where history and modernity coexist in perfect harmony, creating a truly unforgettable theater experience. Whether you're a seasoned theater-goer or a first-time visitor, this beautifully renovated venue is sure to impress!

The historic Palace theater has reopened after being renovated brilliantly & is now one of the best theaters on Broadway. There's easy access into the theater & escalators up to the lobby. The sound is terrific and pretty much every seat has a good view. There's even sufficient legroom for those over 6 ft. We saw Ben Platt re-open the theater - great show! Highly recommended.

Went there for the first time for Sonic symphony world tour. Concert was awesome however this place need it own parking garage or something, it horrible being an out of town person and looking for parking space for any events at this. Experience was horrible and let’s not talking about foods at the venue, double the price for everything and the seats were not comfortable at all.

The renovations done on this theatre are simply stunning! The venue is gorgeous and ready for more shows to continue the tradition of bringing amazing talent to NYC audiences. We saw Ben Platt during his three week engagement and it was fantastic. The sound balance was amazing!

Loved loved loved the theatre and most of all, Ben Platt! It’s otherworldly to hear someone sing like he sings. It’s just amazing!! And YES! I’ve been twice and may go back to see him again!! He’s mesmerizing!!!

We saw Tammy Faye in previews. The cast oozes with talent, with four Tony Awards and two Laurence Olivier Awards among the three main actors. The theatre itself is modern on the outside and lobby, and beautifully historic (yet renovated) on the inside. As with most B-way theatres, seating is a little cramped, but above average roominess in comparison to other theatres. Friendliness of ushers, ticket booth, and concession people was top-notch, a big thank-you to them.

My sister took me to this place many years ago to see musicals like Beauty and the Beast and Aida. Also, this theatre has two levels and the musicals there were so wonderful and awesome that we and many others clapped. The theatre is located in Times Square.
