"This Latin American restaurant in King of Prussia is welcoming shake-up to the very standard cuisine in their area. Paladar has earned a sterling reputation for serving up savory street tacos with succulent grilled meats and fresh seafood that’s just as appetizing as their extensive rum bar." - Ernest Owens

We stopped in with some friends for a late dinner. We were all happy with the menu options, flavor and portion sizes of the food. The atmosphere was nice, I just thought it was a little loud and the servers were friendly. If I lived in the area I would definitely go back.

First time visiting with my family for Father’s Day. Everything was on point. Warm-fun atmosphere, great music and every dish we tried was so flavorful and delicious. Our host ( young guy with blonde curly hair ) was very attentive and patient with my party of 9! I will definitely be back.

Wonderful taste all around. The snapper was solid, the octopus—chef’s kiss—fabulous. Guac hit just right. But the steak? My fave. Total fun, Gen Z wize. Flan was great.🥩✨🔥

Horrible service and mediocre food. I ordered a watermelon margarita and received a mango margarita. Order sunny side up eggs and received eggs that the yolks were cooked and the whites were raw. Ordered grits on the side, never received it. So I had to wait while everyone else was eating for them to fix the eggs and when they came out the second time, I still had no grits and had to wait even longer. Food was ok. The fried chicken was dry and soaked with syrup so that is all the meal tasted like. The tacos were bland and flavorless. The queso and the brussel sprouts were really good. The wrap was very small. Also we went over cinco de mayo weekend and they claimed to have $4 beers and $6 margaritas. Our waiter never told us this and we saw the sign on the way out. They charged us full price for everything, which was $14 per margarita I believe. Based on service alone, I would not recommend going here. The food is not worth dealing with the bad service either.

I could have sat in this restaurant and ate their amazing meals all day! The food was amazing and was cooked to perfection. The service was exceptional. The atmosphere and vibe was exactly what you need on a Saturday afternoon. For our first appetizer we ordered Guacamole. It came with plantain chips but we asked for bread to go with it. The waitress brought out fresh hot bread right away to enjoy. Our next appetizer was the Chicken Tinga Tostones. They were just the right size for two people to enjoy before their main meal. The combination of the Salvadorian slaw, pickled red onions and aji verde sauce was outstanding. They were so good that I wanted to make them at home to have them to eat all the time. Our entrees were the Seared Sea Scallops and the Chimichurri Steak Churrasco. Both the scallops and the steak were cooked perfectly and tasted so good that the sides became an afterthought that went perfectly with the meal. The steak was supposed to come with lemon pepper mash and I didn't get this with my meal but didn't even notice it until I started writing this review. That is how good the food and the atmosphere was. We ordered two drinks to go with our meals and our Saturday afternoon out. The drinks were great, thank you bartender! When you want a great place to eat, where you don't have to worry if the food will taste good or not, BELIEVE ME, you will have no complaints. Great food, great service and great drinks with a nice vibe! (Next time, we would like to thank the owner and chef personally!)

Google
my coworker highly recommended this place (was searching for a place to take my dad out for Father’s Day; he’s a picky eater and a chef).. Paladar worked out perfectly for us. We both enjoyed the aged flight Appetizers: Cesar salad Guac Fruit ceviche (dad loved it) Entrees Dad had blackened salmon tacos I had the portobello mushroom grill Service and atmosphere didn’t disappoint at all. I look forward to visiting again

Google
Food was delicious but the best part of our lunch date today was the service!!! CJ went above and beyond to provide a wonderful dining experience. From offering recommendations to pleasant conversation, we really enjoyed our time at Paladar because of CJ! Thank you so much for being so kind in a not so kind world! ❤️

Google
The food is a hit or miss here. The sauce is excellent, but some of my steak was over cooked and hard to cut. I felt like I was Lisa from Temecula cutting steak. However, I appreciate they took off my dish from the bill.

Yelp
Really beautiful restaurant with a nice bar area. I'm a fan of Bomba tacos in Malvern and this is its sister restaurant so I wanted to try it. They have similar menus but Paladar is more upscale. The happy hour was a great deal for the tacos. The tacos had great flavor and were very juicy. The queso was pretty bland and the chip assortment with it wasn't that great. It was empty when we were they're and the bartender was attentive while setting up for the dinner crowd.

Yelp
I've visited Paladair Latin Kitchen, also known for its rum bar, twice - once with a business colleague and once with my wife. My experiences were mixed. On my first visit, we ordered tostones and empanadas as appetizers, followed by tacos. The appetizers were amazing, earning a solid 5-star rating. The tacos, however, were below average, lacking flavor and seeming like they were just stuffed with meat. During my second visit, I ordered similar items: tostones and empanadas along with a rum flight. Unfortunately, the appetizers were disappointing this time, as if they had changed chefs. They felt like a subpar, Americanized version of what I had enjoyed before. However, the rum flight was excellent and a highlight of the visit. Overall, I'd rate Paladair Latin Kitchen 3 stars. My first visit deserves 4 stars for the appetizers and ambiance, but the second visit only merits 2.5 stars due to the decline in food quality. Despite the inconsistency, the rum selection is worth trying.

Yelp
Food was very good as was the cocktail. The service was cold - no smile - nothing. The waitress told us four times that she would be right back with our requests- 20 mins per. We finally had to find someone to take our payment so we could even leave. Ambiance was fine. However the menus were filthy and sticky as was table.

Keemy U.

Yelp
Food was amazingly flavorful and the serving sizes were perfect for the price. The drinks tasted how they sound and did the job. The server was friendly and helpful. We had good seats at the booth and the environment was inviting. We ate good and had more enough food to take home.

Cristina J.

Yelp
This place was delicious! Coming from out of town we wanted to try something different and it was a great choice. The flavors were there and the service was great. The only complaint I will say is the lemonade tasted like it had a mix of lime in it as well so it was a bit too bitter. We had items from the brunch menu and they did not disappoint great taste and good portions.

Shane J.

Yelp
Me & my girls were across the street at one of the retailers and decided to stop here for lunch! The space is comfortable and the staff were friendly! Our waiter was helpful and provided tips on drink and door choices! The star of our lunch was the pineapple calamari...so flavorful and good portion size! We also had Steak and Eggs & Crispy Shrimp Tacos! The shrimp were overcooked sadly! The service and prices of dishes are adequate!

Lily W.

Yelp
I'm surprised this place doesn't have higher rating. My friends and I went for brunch recently. We had such a great experience. The waiter is very attentive and helpful. The food came out in a very reasonable time. Everything was so tasty. I got the brunch sampler, my husband got the grilled steak and eggs we both finished our food, left us wanting more. I will definitely come back to try their regular menu.

Ian K.

Yelp
Paladar was a GREAT experience and we will 100% be back. Such a large restaurant and plenty of seating available. We had a reservation, but it wasn't needed. Seated right away and served quickly. What we snagged: -Chips and Guacamole (Served with a variety of chips, and great, fresh guacamole.) -Pork and Braised Beef Tacos (VERY filling and came with great sides) Again, will be back here. The ONLY frustrating piece: the food comes out TOO fast. Appetizer and the meal. With no space in between. Slow your roll.

Ryan H.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try Latin food and this lived up to all the hype! First off, I'm a sucker for a guacamole station. Their chips were so fresh and to die for! I had seen the mixed grille on other yelp reviews and it by far exceeded expectations. Everything was cooked and seasoned so well. It's a great portions. And the tacos!!! Super juicy and flavorful. The vibes of the place were really neat and our server was the man. Will be back again. The town center is

Yelp
I love paladar!!!! The foot came out so quickly, we got the yucca fries to start which were delicious and then the sweet potato and Brussels sprouts grain bowl was insanely good!!! Very flavorful and healthy. Our server was nice they let us sit outside in this part where there weren't anyone else seated so it may have been slightly inconvenient for the server, but we wanted to be outside away from the bar. Ambiance is lively and fun. Definitely recommend!!! I'm eating my leftovers for lunch now as we speak and I'm sad I dont have more to eat

Yelp
This place is a nice go-to for a casual meal or any family celebration. I've also had a date night here, which went well because it's a vibey place for cocktails at night. Food is not quite Latin but more of a fusion with some Caribbean flair. Well decorated. Service is decent but can get a little chaotic or lax depending on when you visit....still worth a visit. Great drinks. Average King of Prussia area price point. Try the steak salad. Soooo flavorful.

Bhamidipati M.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. The service is on point and the server was very nice. She explained all the specials and her recommendations were fantastic! Must must try the bread pudding at this place.

Breanna H.

Yelp
So this is a drinks and service only review. I did not try the food besides the Brazilian bread, but I did hear from my friends that their entrees were really good. We had made a reservation for 11am, we walked in about 1055 and asked if they were all open and ready. The host seemed really freaked out that we were even able to walk in. He was just really flustered and we were like "no worries we"ll be back" that was kinda the first weird thing. Upon return we were greeted warmly and sat in one of their booths. The atmosphere was bright and cheery and there was even a wedding shower happening in the back room. I liked their bar area to the right too. We sat down and we're initially greeted with warmth by our server. I think her name started with a B. But the second I said I wasn't eating , thing's definitely changed. I am not sure why she was so pissed off that I didnt order an entree as both of my friends ordered something. She just got really cold and brisk. For that, im going to give three stars because the attitude was unnecessary . The bread appetizer we had was great! And if im ever back in King of Prussia, maybe I'll get another sever and try their food:)

Yelp
I belong to a dinner club and the main host recommended the group Go there again based on their previous accommodations. I STILL called to confirm 2 important things we ask BEFORE deciding to set reservations. 1) can you accommodate up to 20 people. 2) can you do SEPARATE checks for each person. NOT multiple checks within the party. SEPARATE. I was told YES, no problem! We don't all know everyone. it's a large online group. We aren't family/close friends etc. And to figure out what people owe and people who short their bill and make others have to put more out etc. This was CONFIRMED by a woman (she may have had an accent) scheduled on 5/20 around 11:40am. We get there and sit down. I informed the waitress we are doing separate checks. she said she was not aware and she didn't look happy. She came out and said they couldnt do separate checks and explained why. The place ,on a tues, was dead.....NOT busy. I asked for the manager. She was nice and professional. She questioned me who i spoke to. I had no idea and how could i remember who and dont think they even told me there name. Mgr tried to do damage control and say thats never been their policy. So am i lying?! i would have NEVER booked there if i was told they couldnt do sep checks for the 18 people..we werent even 18. it was 12 people that came. we ONLY book restaurants that accomdate our size group and do separate checks. Meanwhile i looked at the waitress and she had most p'offed look on her face. She got better by the end but she should watch her facial expressions and smile more or she is in wrong profession. we didnt just show up and expect sep checks. i did my homework first. The main host suggested the place because they DID do sep checks before. As far as ambiance and food...very good! ill give them that. But i felt like this was bate and switch and if our business was not appreciated and made to feel like we were inconveniencing them we certainly wont be back. Otherwise we would have NEVER booked Paladar. They ,at least, did 6 sep checks but thats still unacceptable. Not to mention my sister had a bad customer service exp there and other reviews as ive read. Do better.

Yelp
Overall great experience here with the family. Our waitress (josie) was great at conversation and super helpful with the menu. Very outgoing personality that really made you feel welcome. The tables are nicely spaced and everything is clean. We got the guacamole appetizer and brussel sprouts appetizer. Both were fantastic but their tortilla chips are average - I think they should only serve those yummy plantain chips. I got the grilled chicken bowl with shrimp instead. It was so delicious. Their flavors really work well together. I will definitely be back because there are so many options that I want to try.

Yelp
The ambience is great. And the restaurant is conveniently located in the King of Prussia shopping center. The blackened fish - Salmon Tacos were delicious. I also enjoyed the guacamole with chips. The Red Snapper is the Whole Fish. It was deep fried, and very lightly seasoned. it could definitely use more flavor and seasoning.... But it was a fresh piece of fish. The snapper did not come with any sides. And the fish was medium sized...not large. You might leave feeling hungry if you do not order any sides with your entree...Or an appetizer. Overall, we enjoyed dining here and the service was great.

John L.

Yelp
Very good food and fun spot. Will happily return. I had a rum old fashioned for drink that I did not enjoy however my friend had an apple cider bourbon drink that was great. Food, guacamole and salsa were decent but my steak with chimichurri was terrific!

Laura G.

Yelp
This is where I had the BEST dish in my restaurant dining life. The Grilled Atlantic Salmon was a plate of many flavors. There was a bit of a kick coming from a spicy oil, the bed of hummus coated the grains and veggies so well, and that salmon was perfectly tender. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DISH! The service was meh. Took awhile to get acknowledged and seated, but once we had a waiter, things improved. My coworker had some mojitos, which were served with a stick of sugar cane - fun touch. And we both capped off our meal with the flourless chocolate cake. I ordered the coffee sauce for the cake on the side, but found it to be very delicious (it's practically drinkable). All-in-all, I would do anything to have that salmon again.

Alison A.

Yelp
The restaurant is nicely located in KOP's town hall. The ambiance was nice, and the waitress, Syda, was very friendly, and fast. She checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. We were seated immediately even though when we called to make reservations, the host said the restaurant was booked until 6:30pm. There were plenty of empty tables. Started the dinner with Pineapple Chile Calamari. It was quite disappointing with not one piece of the calamari bigger than a dime. The breading was not crispy and the flavor was bland. The appetizer felt more like we were at a fast food place rather than a nice Latin American restaurant. For the entree, we had the Rum-Glazed Cuban Pork. The pulled pork was a bit dry. The rice and black beans were okay, nothing special. Our other entree was the Chimichurri Steak Churrasco. The hanger steak was juicy and flavorful. Portion size was okay. The boniato fries was as expected, a cross between regular and sweet potatoes. The red sangria was okay. We've definitely had much better sangrias, but we had worse. Food overall was unsatisfying. The best part of the meal was the personality of the waitress. We will not be returning.

Liz D.

Yelp
I'm gonna downgrade Paladar a little bit here- last time our service was a bit lacking. We wanted to do a bit of a tapas fun and ordered a lot of small plates- they all came literally the same time and there was no room to put it all. I also feel their seasoning is just never hitting the mark and that everything is confusing on the menu with prices and specials. It just wasn't comfortable and relaxing.

Nicole M.

Yelp
Skirt steak and lemon pepper mashed potatoes were so good. The potatoes are unique -- loved the flavor. My steak was cooked to the perfect temperature.

Gerald B.

Yelp
Went here for a drink and dessert. The Rum Punch was ok. It did not taste as good as the Rum Punch that I have had in Jamaica or Barbados. The Rum Butterscotch Bread Pudding was a nice treat.

Arvind A.

Yelp
Left without ordering and eating because of the pathetic service. The restaurant was half empty and the hostess said the tables were booked when Open table showed a ton of opening. They sat my wife and I on a small table and we asked to move because 1. The curtain next to the table reeked of something spilled and then tried to be cleaned with awful disinfectant. 2. We asked to move and they claimed no tables were available. Anyway based on the ambience and the awful service we left and are now seated at Davios. The manager on duty was not able to even comprehend the situation and kept munching on her gum. When we said we are leaving the waitress felt bad but the 3 hostesses were absolutely unsure what happened or how to mitigate the situation which was a simple table switch.

Diana S.

Yelp
We stopped in for a Mother's Day brunch. We arrived at opening, 11am. We made a reservation and the hostess provided us with the best seating in the house. We were so appreciative of it. Once seated we ordered the kids meals, appetizers, and drinks. Our waitress was super kind, cheerful and helpful. I had the best Mother's Day there. The food was amazing and it could not have gone better than we imagined. Thank you for the amazing service and a lovely Mother's Day.

Yelp
Food was amazing. Was seated very fast. The vibe was on good not too loud perfect spot for a night out with family

Yelp
I was tasked with finding a place for my cousins surprise 30th birthday and it had to be somewhere half way for her and halfway for me. This place looked delicious and spacious enough for a group of 20 of us so I picked it. What I didn't mention is that her husband tasked me with this request a week before her bday . Luckily for me , this restaurant had the availability and a heated outdoor area that can accommodate such a large group . Upon arrival everyone was so nice and welcoming . Our waiter was fantastic , he helped all 20 of us and was just so gracious . My cousin was definitely surprised and loved the place . We ordered a couple of dishes to share and amongst those were the huevos rancheros , the eggs and steak , blackened fish tacos and the braised beef steak. Everything was so good . My cousins husband brought a cake and we ate that for dessert . Overall it was a great pick and I'm so happy everything came out amazing . I definitely recommend this place if you're in the area !

Yelp
Back again! This time we got to sit outside for dinner which was nice. We got the skinny margaritas which are so good along with the calamari appetizer which was very enjoyable. The food was tasty and our server was very pleasant. I got the Feijoada Stew and hubby got the Chimicurri Steak Churrasco. Both great choices. Another enjoyable dinner here.

Lana S.

Yelp
Came here for a work dinner! If I was rating based on the appetizers I tried alone I would give atleast 4 stars. We ordered a variety of apps: 3 different guacs, 3 different salsas, Brazilian cheese bread (delicious) and calamari. Delicious! I got the jungle punch which sounded interesting. The drink was an interesting taste. Not quite sure if I liked it? There was an odd ingredient that I wasn't sure of. For my entree I got the steak and fries. Steak was good but there was so little of it! Paying $30 for 4-5 pieces of steak and a crap ton of plantain fries is kind of disappointing. But I get it have to make money! Steak was cooked a good medium well. Overall it's a fun atmosphere with coworkers or friends. Maybe next time if I come back I will ordrr something different.

Sharika M.

Yelp
Extensive and wholesome menu! Paladar is the perfect place to take a group of people that may have a variety of dietary restrictions. Got the queso fundido with pic de gallo, roasted poblanos and caramelized onions which was okay. It came with three types of chips- tortilla, taro and plaintains! I think the chips were the star of the dish! For my entrée, I got the crispy shrimp tacos. We got two of these for the table and there was inconsistency. One dish had more jalapeños and almost no pineapples while the other plate was overly sweet with pineapples. Dropping a star because when we asked the server for more chips, he brought us some more but charged us twice for the appetizer. We assumed it was kind of like asking for more bread, if that's not the case, that's totally fine but let the guests know and also bring out more queso. Service could use some work!!! Secondly, it is way too loud in this restaurant! There's a lot of people which is great but that also means the music shouldn't be so loud. It was sensory overload and I could not hear the person across my table. This isn't a club! Will come back from brunch!

Sara J.

Yelp
I patronized this restaurant with a friend on a Saturday night and had such a great experience that I wanted to bring my parents. What a mistake that was. The night started off great. The hostess was really kind and friendly. Even though we didn't have a reservation, we were seated immediately. The night took a turn when we were seated and greeted by our server. She was incredibly curt and surly with us. I thought it was just me but my parents felt the negative vibe too. She didn't check in on our table once. The worst was when she dropped the check. Instead of dropping it off at the table, she waved it in between my face and phone. The food was good but our server made me never want to return ever again.

Altinay A.

Yelp
Paladar is tucked in the KOP town center. I love coming here for happy hour and dinner. Their food is soooo good. I love the chimchurri steak and fries , their tacos , and salads. The appetizers have to be my favorite especially the guacamole and chips and , yucca fries ! Don't forget the drinks too. Love the service

Eleni J.

Yelp
First time here during brunch hours on Sunday. General impression: It's an interesting place worth trying. Their rendition of some common dishes can have some nice twist. The food presentation is fantastic. I had Feijoada Stew, which is basically tomato-flavored soup with black beans, pork, chorizo, bell pepper, onion, and kale. The stew comes with rice and bread. While I like the bread, I find the rice slightly undercooked. My husband had grilled steak and eggs, which I like more than my Feijoada stew. In addition to steak and eggs, the hash part is the highlight of this dish--it has sweet potatoes, purple sweet potatoes, and yuca (at least I think it's yuca). The main reason I didn't give five stars is: Due to the layout of the restaurant, although we sat inside, we were constantly bothered by some giant flies!! ‍

Kay L.

Yelp
Went here with a party of 15 and had such a great experience. Our sever Steven was amazing. He was so friendly and attentive. He knew the menu inside and out and gave great suggestions. The Brussels sprout and sweet potato taco and the queso were my favorite items. The food came out super quick. I am looking forward to visiting again.

Yelp
I had dinner at Paladar last weekend with some family, for the first time in a bit, and it was just as great as I remembered previously. I made a reservation for Saturday night earlier on that morning. Making the reservation was seamless - if you don't want to call, all you have to do is go to their website, click on the reservations section, and it brings you to Opentable. When we arrived, we found out it was restaurant week in KOP, how fantastic! They offered a 3 course fixed dinner menu with several options, for $40. Our table had the octopus ceviche and the ropa vieja empanadas. The ceviche was paired with palm hearts, pickled red onions and jalapenos, lemon, served on top of 2 tostones, and the braised beef and cheese empanadas were served over a bed of citrus slaw. I highly recommend both of these dishes; kind of hoping they add it to the standard menu. There were four options of entrees, el Salvadorian jerk chicken, lomo saltado, rum-glazed cuban pork, and portabella mushroom grill. Our table had the rum-glazed cuban pork, which was served with black beans and coconut mango rice, topped with pico de gallo, and the lomo saltado - a beef tenderloin served with stir-fryed red peppers, onions, and potatoes. Not only are these dishes delicious, but also visually beautiful when they hit your table. The dessert for the fixed menu was a leche frita - fried milk, cinnamon sugar, topped with a peach compote - so sweet, so tasty. Cocktails are always fantastic here, my go-to is usually the jalapeno paloma, but don't be afraid to tell them to add a little extra spice/peppers if you're feeling spicy one night. There's usually a liter of tropical mango white sangria on the table as the first thing we order, never misses. If you're a big fan of rum, take a look at the rum flights and signature recommendations. If you don't see something listed on the rum menu, ask your server, there's a good chance they have it. I have friends who rave about the variety and quality of rum served here. The service at Paladar is top notch. Our server last weekend was Emily, who was just as excited as we were to serve the restaurant week menu to our table, as we were to eat it. She was on top of her game and very helpful with recommendations, without ever being intrusive. If you're in the KOP area and looking for a great dining experience, be sure to check out Paladar!

Yelp
Some of the better Latin food in the area, and a rum bar to boot! While there was a surprising amount of babies in the dining area, the space was large enough that noise was not an issue. Service was very slow (leading to the 4-star review), but our food is what really shined. The guacamole wasn't overall flavorful but the varying types of chips and toppings you could add was a super nice touch. For entrees, the blackened fish tacos - AH-mazing. The combination of corn-flour tortillas was great, large pieces of fish, and the sauce was *chef's kiss*. The feijoada stew was full of a ton of meat (pork and big chunks of chorizo) and vegetables accompanied with a board of rice and fresh bread (that was somehow amazingly crispy yet so moist); It had a nice kick to it as well. It's no wonder this is a fan favorite. Can't wait to come back!

Yelp
I dined in last night (5/17) and had a party of 4. My family and I loved it! Amazing food, service, and atmosphere! Something that stood out to me was how friendly and hardworking the hostess was (I don't know her name, but she has red hair and looked to be college aged..very pretty girl). Definitely the best hostess I've ever seen! She was incredibly accommodating and I saw her fit in everyone that walked in all at once at restaurant when I did! Just wanted to give her a shoutout:) Great place, should definitely check it out!

Had the egg white and avocado wrap. I considered this to be my good luck food before my interview next day. I had a chihuahua and lived near El Paso so of course this easy melting cheese is going to be on my good term.

Yelp
First time here. If it weren't for the great food and good atmosphere we would have walked out the Bartender was so impersonalble. Not welcoming in the least! Did not say hello, instead said, " just so you know we have a privacy party coming in hour so you'll have move to another area of restaurant" and then she walked away. Came back asked for our drink orders. Then I had to wave her down for food Anyway our drinks and apps were so good we cant wait go back for dinner next time!

Yelp
The food and drinks were amazing, but the service has significantly went down hill. We waited forever to order. Multiple times we saw our server socializing with his coworkers at the guacamole bar. We ended up asking him to come take our order. Then the food came out wrong. Our server was unbothered and even the manager that dropped off the appetizer was indifferent. We left to eat more elsewhere that night. We don't go out all the time and so it was just a shame. This has been a go to favorite for years. I really hope this was a one off experience.

Yelp
Music was just slightly too loud for conversation. Other than that it was a very nice experience. The food was really good, especially the chicken entree.

Yelp
What a great surprise for service and atmosphere but our food was just okay - maybe made the wrong menu choices but we had a fun time anyway... really festive atmosphere in the bar area.

Yelp
Me and my wife stopped here on a whim while having a free day for lunch and I'm so glad we did. We ordered from the lunch special menu both times. The ceviche and whiskey flights definitely stood out the most. My tacos were good and flavorful. but were a bit watery for my taste. The second time I ordered a burger which was pretty solid and the fries were supposed to have adobo seasoning, but tasted pretty normal imo Overall, the flavor and serving size was on point and the whiskey flights ranging from 5-15 years aged paired well. I actually really digged the decor of the space. The displays with the combo with bottles of bourbon and books really worked. OMG I wish I could remember the name of the dessert we had! I think was some type of banana bread pudding with butterscotch bourbon ice cream. Whatever it was, it was outstanding. Will definitely check out the happy hour next time. It's supposed to be really good with pretty nice deals.

Yelp
My first visit to Paladar was for a business meeting on a weekday during peak HH time. We opted for a table which allowed for a quieter environment to chat! My first thought was that the building is huge! It's a great size with a large bar area, tons of seating and even an outdoor patio area. We also noticed a private dining room (hello future business lunches!) My guests and I shared a variety of appetizers - cheesy bread (a must have), calamari, Brussels sprouts, guacamole sampler, carnitas sampler, and chicken empanadas. Everything was fresh and delicious, and great sizes to share amongst 4 of us. I opted for the jalapeño Paloma as my drink of the night. While not a jalapeño fan, the flavor was just enough to add a subtle kick. I was too busy enjoying the food and drinks to take any pictures - very out of character for me! I will absolutely return to try the rest of the menu (and eat all the cheesy breads I can!)

Yelp
Food was good. A little heavy on the mustard but the chicken was tasty. My rice was a little bland (rice & beans) but my boyfriends rice (mango rice) was pretty good. My drink was pretty good as well.

Yelp
An absolutely wonderful restaurant. I have been here two times in the past 2 months and both times every single thing I ate and drank was absolutely delicious. And, the service is terrific, and the prices are excellent. You definitely can't go wrong with this place. Whether you are coming with a big group for dinner or with your significant other for Sunday brunch, this is a definite place to visit.

Yelp
Food options are a bit limited. No frozen margaritas available when we were there. Food was good but wait staff seemed very overwhelmed. Waitress and hostesses were very kind and professional. Love the open air seating.

Yelp
I've stopped in a couple of times for drinks now and I think the service is great, the drinks are great, and the food is solid. Today I ordered the Spanish rum flight along with a roasted tomato salsa. I wish I got a photo of those chips because they were very unique and extremely tasty with the salsa. The rum was also very smooth!

Yelp
Very bad at communication. I wanted to love this place because it came highly recommended by a client who also had her holiday party here. I emailed Kelly a month in advance for a particular day. She did answer back within a day with the availability. I asked if I needed anything else to reserved the day. No answer for two weeks so I decided to called to see if my date was reserved, it was not! The hostess told me she was not in and would return my call. I left my number and Kelly never return my call.
