Palais Blanc Riad

My husband and I came to Marrakech to celebrate New Year 2026 and chose to stay in this riad so that everything would be within walking distance — and it was a perfect decision. The staff were incredibly friendly, everything was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. The design is bright, beautiful, and very cozy. We also used the massage and hammam services, and it was absolutely amazing — a perfect way to relax. We were very happy with our stay and highly recommend this riad.

We travelled to Morocco in December 2025 and stayed at this hotel from December 26–28. On our first night, the hotel turned off the hot water overnight. As it was very late, we did not complain at that time.||||On the second night, there was again no hot water. When we contacted the front desk, we were given vague responses and told they did not know what was happening. We then contacted the tour company we had booked through. Hotel staff eventually told us that they could not turn the hot water back on and that only one room in the hotel had hot water, which we could use if we wanted to shower there.||||We had spent the entire day walking in the rain and urgently needed a shower. The situation became worse the next morning. We had an early flight and woke up at 5:00 a.m. to find there was no electricity and water - hot or cold. The hotel was completely dark, and no one was at the front desk. There was another elderly couple who was very distrubed by this as they were also flying out at the same time. ||||Electricity and hot water were restored at 6:00 a.m. The front desk staff arrived at 6:15 a.m. and apologized, stating he had no control over the situation as he was “only an employee.”||||This experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Unacceptable experience with the Palais Blanc Riad. Just before Christmas we decided to book a 4 night stay for our trip in February, after reading the excellent reviews online. Easy booking process, no problem. Then out of the blue a few days ago we received an email to tell us our room was cancelled. No reason was given, and despite repeated attempts to get in contact with the hotel we are yet to receive a reply, meaning that we are now struggling to get a quality hotel for our trip. Completely disgraceful service.

Absolutely wonderful stay at Palais Blanc. Ahmed and the team were superb hosts. The rooms are beautiful and very comfortable and the pool area is so relaxing. Lots of choice for breakfast and all really delicious. The location is also ideal as it’s an easy walk (15 mins) to the main square but with plenty to do near the Riad. Once you’re inside their door there’s no noise from the bustling street and it’s a completely tranquil place to be. Can’t recommend it highly enough.

If I could give Palais Blanc Spa more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place is something special—and a huge part of that is Ahmed, the manager, and his incredible staff. Their hospitality isn’t just polite; it’s genuinely warm, thoughtful, and proactive. They somehow anticipate what you need before you even realize you need it. After a long day out, staff came to us with fresh mint tea (because of course they did), then later lit a fire for us, turning the evening into the coziest, most relaxing experience imaginable. When we found ourselves in an unfamiliar area of Marrakech, they effortlessly arranged a taxi for us, with total ease and reassurance. No stress, no confusion—just exceptional care. The location is also ideal: close enough to the souks to explore the heart of Marrakech easily, yet peaceful and calm when you return. Plus, the proximity to the airport makes arrivals and departures incredibly convenient—luxury without logistical headaches. The facility itself is stunning—beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and clearly maintained with pride. Every corner feels serene, refined, and inviting. The hammam and massage services were outstanding—authentic, deeply relaxing, and wonderfully indulgent. Exactly the kind of spa experience you come to Morocco hoping for (and then some). And then there’s breakfast—The breakfast buffet is generous, fresh, and beautifully presented, with so many options to choose from. Sweet, savory, traditional, and international—something for everyone, and all of it delicious. Palais Blanc Spa doesn’t just offer a place to stay—it delivers an experience. Thanks to Ahmed and his exceptional team, our stay felt personal, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable. A flawless retreat in Marrakech. PURE EXCELLENCE.

We have just came in from a lovely weekend at Palais Blanc Riad. ||atmosphere is very nice and cozy, location is great, staff are perfect and could go beyond to meet our expectations, room are comfortable and very clear with great terrace with view over the pool, breakfast is delicious and there many options, the spa is really a very good experience, ||We loved our stay and we will come back again

We absolutely loved our stay. It’s a hidden gem in the heart of the old medina. The entrance is rather unassuming off the street but once you find the bell you enter a little oasis of peace and serenity.||All the staff were exceptional and our room was beautiful with a private balcony over looking the pool.||Breakfast is served to you and was excellent with offer of more of anything and lots of choice. ||We felt like the only guests and pretty much were as it’s quiet in the heat of July/August. ||It’s easy to get around with taxis constantly buzzing past or short walk (be brave) to some great restaurants and roof top bar/restaurants||Ahmed was super helpful and made great recommendations. ||Highly recommend.

You will find this Riad off a very busy road, down a semi dirt track and once you have rung the bell to be welcomed in you find an oasis of tranquillity! everywhere is busy in Marrakesh so to retreat to something so peaceful was perfect for us. The pool area for a Riad is great, you can actually swim in it and there are plenty sun loungers that are comfy around to chose from in a very sunny courtyard area pretty in design with some fruit and olive trees. By far the best though was the staff, always happy to help and with a smile really very lovely and Ahmed helped beyond with taxi transfers and excursions. A wonderful relaxing stay in the middle of a very chaotic, fun and vibrant city.
