Very beautiful and serene hilltop close to the city. All of the entertainment stuff has seen better days. We were told that Covid ruined what was a bustling venture. There are 2 routes up to the top: take your vehicle to the visitor area and climb up or hire a jeep to the top and experience a 4x4 ride. Water and snacks are available at the visitor centre. There is also an entry free of charge₹50 per person. Can get busy on weekends is what the locals told us.

Great view. However, the rides, the 16D cinema, and the fish spa are currently not functioning. The government spends a large amount of money every year on improving the facilities, but the system is mismanaging these funds. The light show and other equipment are also not working at the moment. In my opinion, this management should be privatised. The tourism department claims they are investing significant amounts to encourage tourism, but the funds are not being used properly, or the vision for development is not clear.

Morning view would be wonderful, afternoon time it is sunny on clear day, adventure activities here , photo frame 🖼 for super 👌 pics clicks. One shop for water, chips, juice , biscuit etc, Parking available charges Rs 40.

This site was located in peak. The authorities collect rupees 50 per head and collect rupees 20 per two wheeler. Climate not supported on that day. Disappointed off season. You can reach this site by uphill ride and it's slightly adventure due to narrow road. Suitable for all.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Scenic hilltop about 50–55 km from Kannur (1.5–2 hrs drive). Offers amazing sunrise/sunset views, cool climate, and photo spots. You can take your own vehicle to the top (road is rough but manageable), or use a jeep service. Entry fee ~₹60 per adult. Basic facilities like parking and restrooms available. Best for nature lovers, families, and photographers—ideal for a half-day trip.

Really good trek, hiked about 4+ kms to reach the peak. The peak was absolutely beautiful, however there was no form of refreshment available on top, be sure to carry big water bottles with you.

The stars are for the place which is nice. The view is amazing. But the whole area is a representation of gross miss management of public fund. There is rusting roting buildings and facilities everywhere.How much money is wasted like this? Why bother building if you are not planning to maintain?

Great spot for trekking or just to sit and soak in the view. Entry and safety arrangements have improved recently, making it more visitor-friendly. Best time to visit is early morning or late afternoon for the best views and cool breeze. Highly recommended if you're around Kannur or looking for a less-crowded alternative to commercial hill stations. Definitely worth the ride
