"An extravagant, theatrical feast staged in a historic Florentine palazzo that functioned as part installation and part banquet. Guests experienced provocative, sensory-driven elements such as Sicilian-pomelo–infused spherical ice pops described as “edible ball gags” threaded with black leather; miso semifreddo with fermented yuzu rind and wild Madagascar pepper fed via latex-gloved hands emerging from a glory-hole installation; and a 52-spice shibari-bound whole lamb meant to be picked apart with fingers. The venue was outfitted with stripper poles and beds for lounging around a circular, U.N.-style banquet table, encouraging messy, tactile, and intimate modes of dining; the resulting bones, petals, rinds, and pools of edible “blood” then served as the backdrop for the next day’s fashion show when models and performers walked across the banquet-turned-runway. The overall atmosphere intentionally blurred eroticism, communal ritual, and art to reframe notions of intimacy, the body, and connection." - Isabel Ling

GORGEOUS WONDERFUL historical palace! Every room is decorated with antiquev Renaissance style frescos on walls and ceiling. Every room has its name. There's also a beautiful cave room with a fountain, statues, rocks and shells on the walls, very mesmerizing! Don't miss a public event to visit this palace!

Our last night in Italy was absolutely breathtaking! Standing on the balcony of Palazzo Corsini brought chills to my mind as this was a once of a lifetime experience. This location is a must do for any event.

Overlooking a stretch of the River Arno is the Palazzo Corsini, a rare flowering of the Roman Baroque on Florentine soil. Palazzo Corsini was begun in 1656, but not completed until almost a century later, by which time the Corsini had added a pope to the family in the shape of Clement XII (r. 1730-40).

Beautiful but it does not worth the price to visit. Spend the money in a museum like the Duomo and you will be much better.

couldn't visit it by myself, the operator told me they ask for a minimum of 4 people group 25 euro each, I totally understand especially after the pandemic they rather open it to a minimum number of people, but they loose a large budget single people could come over from all over the world to visit, that is truly a pity not to show to the large audience such a georgeous treasure, I hope they can change their mind . apparently the BIENNALE DELL'ANTIQUARIATO is going to take place on 2022, so may be it is an occasion to visit at least the fair.
