We visited the Palazzo dei Congressi for the Rome Marathon Expo, and the organization was a disaster. The layout inside was completely confusing, like a labyrinth—it was almost impossible to find our way around.
While the staff was nice, they were not helpful at all when we asked for directions, and even the security personnel didn’t seem to know where to guide people.
There’s definitely room for improvement in terms of signage and organization. The venue itself is spacious, but the experience was frustrating. Hopefully, they make some changes for future events.
