Stayed here for one week and I can’t say one thing bad!! Amazing service and hospitality from all staff!! Location was perfect! Hotel was very clean and room was perfect size!! Very comfortable!! The special thank-you to Madeleine who was wonderful!! Her hospitality made us feel like we were home!! It was my birthday and she found out and made me a special birthday cake!! Just amazing!! I will most definitely come back to Palazzo Nainer without a doubt!! I would not even waste my time searching for any other location!! Thank you for making my trip to Rome the most memorable experience ever!!

Such an amazing hotel! Gorgeous rooms, beds were so comfortable. Staff was super professional and extremely attentive to our needs. Special thank you to Madeleine who not only was so attentive and sweet but she set up breakfast for us earlier since we had an early flight. The location is great too, within walking distance to all landmarks

This Hotel is really amazing, we had an amazing stay and experience here, rooms are new nice and spacious. The hotel is very central to everything. Great roof top bar, nice to relax after your day out.

My parents stayed here and they said it was amazing. Luxury touches and felt very classy. They don’t speak Italian so the front staff helped with places to go and getting used to the place. They helped them get a taxi a few times which they really appreciated. Location is amazing. Just 3 min walk to the metro and so close to all the shopping and food. Rooms were big. I went to the rooftop with my parents for aperitivo and it was amazing. The views were incredible and food was great.

I enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. Beautiful decor, very clean and helpful staff. Shout out to Madeline who went above and beyond to accomdate our family - including starting breakfast service early so my family could eat before our early morning flight. I will certainly be back again!

A really boutique hotel, location is super in the center of Rome next to piazza di Spagna all Rome attraction. Rooms are perfect comfortable and furnished in style . in the mooring is a pleasure going to make breakfast , Madeleine welcome you with a big smile taking care of you and your family . The perfect location, clean and the staff is great, specially Ms Madeline ( breakfast). We had a great time and will definitely go back. The rooftop is awesome, deserves a visit even if you are not a guest.
