Palazzo Parigi Hotel & Grand Spa Milano

The hotel is classic and very beautiful. The hallways are done in Venitian plaster!|The dining and bar areas are inviting!||Our room was beautiful and well appointed. The bedding was delicious. The bathroom spacious.||The service was exceptional, and intuitive.||The dining experience was great. Dinner, breakfast, and room service were all very good.||The location is convenient to major tourist attractions and great shopping (although most of the unique, non chain stores were closed as we were there during August vacation-my mistake...duh!)||The name of the property is ironic because the "spa" was closed for the entire stay. How do you shutdown the signature feature of the hotel? Big miss.||The concierge was very helpful, but their dinner recommendation was our worst meal in our 10 day Italy stay. The "Stendhal" was a tasteless tourist trap

The most comfortable living that I’ve ever had in Milan. Comfortable location in Brera. In the hotel you feel like in your own castle 🏰 the atmosphere is calm and pleasant. In rooms it’s always clean and quiet. I want to mention the kindness and hospitality of Mattia and Paolo.|Definitely recommend to choose Palazzo Parigi as a place of staying in Milan.❤️

This is a very nice hotel. I have stayed in a few of the big hotels in Milan and this one was very good that holds its own. The porters and service desk were exceptional. Service overall was very good. My only complaint was at breakfast where a few staff weren't the best. The greeting lady was lovely but a couple of the waiters were pretty average. Plus the food was poor for breakfast which bumped the hotel down to a 4 star. Only had room service once and it was good. Overall a very good hotel in a reasonably good position that has lovely views from the higher floors. Would recommend.

No visit to Milan would be complete for me without staying at this beautiful hotel. It's definitely my favourite in Milan. I love the bar, restaurant and breakfast courtyards. Not to mention the outstanding pool and spa facilities and exercise areas. They are outstanding! I feel so at home when I walk through the door of this wonderful hotel and so happy to be back in Milan. Thank you to the staff and management for having such a high standard of service and attention to details. I will always return!

I only visited the spa so I’m not sure about the hotel. The massage and the whole experience was just ok, but the spa area was beautiful. When you visit a five star spa, you want to have non disposable cups, hot tea, fresh fruit etc. but instead they served lukewarm tea in a paper cup and snack bags. That said, I left feeling relaxed and the staff were friendly.

My husband and I stayed at PALAZZO PARIGI for three nights. The rooms are very clean, and comfortable. My favorite part of this hotel was the elegant dinning room where the cafe and bar are. They serve the best cappuccino in all of Milan! Breakfast served in the conservatory overlooking the garden was delicious as well. The only reason that I did not give it a 5 star is the location. It is a few minutes walk to the shopping area but there is no cafe or shopping street nearby. You feel like the hotel is not central.

I had the chance to try the spa and experienced both the massage and the facial. The massage was absolutely excellent very relaxing and professional. However, the facial didn’t quite meet my expectations. It felt a bit underwhelming compared to the overall high standards of the spa. I would also like to sincerely thank Camila at the reception. She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and professional a great first impression for the spa.
