What I want to say: From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were being welcomed home rather than checking into a hotel. Matteo and the entire staff went above and beyond in every possible way, warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making our stay in Lecce unforgettable. Every question we had was answered with patience and care, every request was met with a smile, and they always made sure we had everything we could possibly need. What stood out the most was the atmosphere of true hospitality. It wasn’t just service, it was kindness, generosity, and the feeling of being treated like family. Traveling can sometimes feel stressful or impersonal, but here we felt completely at ease, cared for, and embraced by their warmth. This place made our trip to Lecce even more special, and we left with full hearts and immense gratitude. We can’t wait to return and see Matteo and the wonderful team again. If you are considering where to stay, look no further. This is more than a hotel; it’s a home.

Highly recommend this hotel in Lecce! A beautiful restored building, large, nicely furnished rooms, and a great location within walking distance to all sites and restaurants. The service of the staff is amazing - very friendly and proactively helpful. Great breakfast is included.

Perfectly tucked away om a small quiet street within steps of the old town yet far enough from hordes of tourists. From the moment you arrive, the staff make you feel genuinely welcome—-and this extended to the breakfast service as well, and throughout our stay. Outstanding, delicious breakfast—both the buffet and ala carte options offer something for everyone. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The whole place offers an intimate, old world charm.

The magic of this hotel is the staff! We could not have been treated better, from the moment we arrived until we left we were pampered. Everyone knew our name. Marie at the reception desk took such great care of us. Nothing would have been too much to ask. Breakfast, while not huge, was everything you could want. The jacuzzi bath in our room felt wonderful after a long day sightseeing. Would go back in a heartbeat.

The bed was gigantic and comfortable. Super tranquil. Only stayed 2 nights but could have stayed a week as a base. Parking nearby is easy and very cheap.

We had the privilege of having SantAnna as our base for 5 nights, the service and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. We've spent 6 weeks exploring Italy and no other service has come close. The staff are to be commended for providing such a wonderful experience to their guests.

This was a fantastic hotel experience. The rooms, were lovely, the bed was super comfortable, the ambiance throughout the hotel was special, the staff was exceptional, the food fresh and delicious the location was terrific and the spa was wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was extraordinary. The breakfast and early evening appetizers were terrific. If you are planning to stay in Lecce, I can't imagine there is anyplace better than this!

We loved our stay at this charming, spotless and beautifully presented boutique hotel. Perfect location, nestled away down a quiet street just steps away from the busy old town. We stayed in the one bedroom Poesia Suite which was even better than the pictures and very clean and spacious. I don’t often leave reviews but we have travelled extensively and the service here was some of the best we’ve experienced - every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We were travelling with our 2 year old and the staff were so warm and welcoming and provided wonderful recommendations. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area.
