Such a wonderful experience! This place is so cute and wonderful decorated. I ordered a vegan roasted vegetable pastry which was fluffy, flakey and so so yummy. I was also served a complimentary salad of tomatoes, arugula and mung beans with a house made vinaigrette which was so delicious! Everyone who works here is very friendly, i would highly recommend 👌🏻

Took a Sunday morning drive to San Dimas and walked into a quiet little homie spot for breakfast. Ordered some chai teas, avocado toast and baked goods to go, we were greeted and treated by staff with so much enthusiasm to be able to serve the San Dimas community, it’s such a welcoming environment to be. The experts behind the scene are graciously crafting specialty items to feed your needs. We experienced one of the chef’s finishing a beautiful little tea cake that I had to ask for her permission to take her pic as well as the cake. Items on the menu are freshly and home made and we especially enjoy how relaxing it felt to just be sitting in the moment enjoying our drinks. This place is doggie friendly outside and they have lots of parking. Stop by and support this new business that is ready to serve the community with kindness & fresh baked goods. They got bought out either a couple months ago or a couple years ago or both, idk. The food is expensive, but it's still pretty good. Worth a try for sure, though I definitely can't afford to come here every day. At least as of June 2025 they're still figuring out their hours but they haven't really cut back on hours much, at least not yet, so if it says it's open on Google Maps, they're probably open.

Very good food, everything was made fresh and you could taste it. Great selection of Keto and Gluten free treats. We split a Sicilian/pepperoni pizza and it was delicious. The coffee drinks were well flavored and the staff was so gracious.

I didn't even know this place existed until a couple of weeks ago. They have really great reviews, so we wanted to check it out. I had the broccoli and cheese quiche. It was so delicious. The crust was flakey and buttery, and the filling was very flavourful. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable. There is plenty of seating and really cute decor. I will be a returning customer.

Wow - this is one of those "Holes in the Wall" that delivers on delicious! Customer service is personal. The owner is always on site. Healthy I do my best to choose healthy options like Oatmilk, Almond Milk, Stevia, natural fruits and veggies. This place delivers and has a huge offering for all taste buds and lifestyles. Coffee is specially selected. Mine has Oatmilk and Stevia added for a delicious yummy sipping marathon. Veggie Bagel Sandwich was a rainbow of flavors. The spread is majical. The veggies are fresh and crispy. Bagel is perfectly toasted. Burrito was just yummy! KETO cookie - whaaaat? I tried one for the heck of it. Oh boy, the almond flour and ingredients are a perfect match. Overall big cheers.

Kind and attentive staff, and a relaxed and safe atmosphere. Coffee was good, there's a nice selection of pastries. The place is in very good hands with the new owner.

Small quaint cafe in Via Verde area. I visited right before Christmas to get some Italian treats, but the store was out of cannolis. I expected this because it was the day before Christmas Eve, and cannolis are popular. I bought several cheese cake dessert pieces and a brownie, and everything was downright delicious. I'd like to revisit because this cafe serves food as well. The service was friendly but there was only one person working at the time so I had to wait a little bit. I will definitely be revisiting with my daughter so we can try their sandwiches and more delectable desserts.

If you're a fan of delicious treats, Palermo Bakery is a place you don't want to miss! I popped in recently and, honestly, I was tempted by everything. They had such a beautiful spread, and as someone with a serious sweet tooth, I found it hard not to dive right in. Unfortunately, I was watching my intake that day, so I had to exercise some restraint - but I can tell everything here is worth indulging in! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was super friendly. She was so informative and took the time to explain all the different food offerings and the story behind each product. She even introduced me to her dog, which was a nice touch that made the experience feel all the more personal. I decided to go with a salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Given how tasty the salad was, I can only imagine how amazing the baked goods and sweet treats are, so I'm definitely coming back to try more. It's clear that everything here is made with care and top-notch ingredients. Highly recommend stopping by - great food, warm service, and a charming atmosphere! I'll definitely be back when I'm ready to indulge a little more.

I love this bakery! I've been coming for years before or after a walk at Bonelli. Just last week, I met up with a dear friend here and the staff was so great. I neglected to confirm what time they open, so, when we arrived at 7:45am (with my 7-month old baby in tow), they graciously let us order and sit inside. Caitlin was the sweetest! The seating both inside and outside is lovely. Space is always clean. I recommend any of their coffee drinks and have enjoyed their breakfast burritos as well as their yummy lunch salads. 5 stars for yummy food and a wonderful ambiance.

I e been going to Palermo Bakery/ coffee shop for years but in the gap I missed coming in, I didn't know they were now under new ownership! Kelly and Raimey (I might be spelling her name wrong but she was so kind and hospitable) the vibes inside with the new furniture were very home like and relaxing. Perfect for a coffee date with friends or actual date as there's a cozy vibe for talking or catching up. The cappuccino I got was delicious and my sister and mother whom I gifted a cupcake and pretzel said they were delicious with their tea.

First time visiting after the ownership change. There was 1 customer there. Ordered a breakfast croissant sandwich to-go. Not sure what's going on behind the counter, but clearly they forgot my order till I moved to a closer table 20 minutes later. I was in a rush at this point so I didn't see the sandwich till I was in my car. Super disappointed - croissant and egg were cold, sausage slices were overcooked, and topped with what appeared to be an unmelted slice of kraft american cheese. I consider myself pretty patient, but waiting 30 minutes for a subpar sandwich is unacceptable. I will not be returning.

I like to go to Palermo Bakery and Grill for desserts or a latte. The owner is a Chef and Baker. He has a catering menu serving cold or hot entrees like Ham with all the fixings, Rosemary Chicken, Prime Rib with roasted potatoes or Lasagna with side dishes. The website will feature a special menu for holidays. The latest was for Mother's day. For more casual occasions, he can prepare a platter of croissant sandwiches, turkey club or my favorite panini. For my family, he prepared a full Thanksgiving dinner in June! We enjoyed savory turkey, creamy mashed potatoes, sage dressing, and a nice peppery gravy. When it comes to Thanksgiving, I get full before I can finish my entree. Not to worry, there was ample food for my family to have seconds, and I got leftovers for tomorrow (*:*) What are you waiting for, we have to eat every day. Enjoy food, leave the cooking to Palermo! This is a great neighborhood bakery! I've used them for a house warming party with the luscious lemon bars and decadent chocolate brownies. I recently used them for their specialty birthday cakes, tarts and specialty cookies. They have a good variety of pastries, coffee, and a lunch menu. There is several indoor tables and a few tables outdoors. Plenty of parking in the strip mall, and the staff is always friendly.

I drove by and saw the BBQ grill outside and had to stop to check it out. I got 2 platters and each contains a shrimp skewer, chicken, sausage, potatoes, and corn bread for $20. It was delicious and will come back soon to try other items! Thank you!

New ownership. Limited menu. So sorry to hear Joseph sold. It's ok, nothing to brag. We had 3 breakfast sandwichs a coke and my husband had a large latte that was served in a small cup. I am sorry to report the sandwich had no special flavor an egg , hash brown & bacon. Service was ok. Ambiance .. they went a little crazy on decor. The pastry case was bare. Last time we come here. The person manning the front did not seem interested on introducing their new ownership. She talked and talked to her friends and forgot we were even in the cafe. You can try it out but we were very disappointed. I hope they make it.

This is a charming bakery owned by a talented chef with an excellent reputation in catering. She has a wonderful team and will add cooking classes and after hours events. It is nice to have a place to go for high-quality pastry, delicious sandwiches and don't get me started on the desserts! Small businesses need our support, more than ever. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I ordered a large Hot vanilla latte, and got a mediocre and cold latte that tastes horrible and wasn't sure that was actually big, it was like a 8 oz cup. So yeah never come back.

Cute little hidden gem of a cafe! The employees are super sweet and so are their desserts. I always get the vegan caprese sandwich and it never disappoints. The coffee is fantastic, too.

We decided to shake things up this Christmas by ordering dinner from Palermo, and boy, are we glad we did! We went for the Prime Rib and Ham single dinners, and let me tell you, the portions were massive! The Prime Rib was perfectly cooked, and the mashed potatoes and green beans were cooked to perfection--absolutely delicious. As for the ham, it was succulent and not dry at all. The sides complemented it beautifully. Now, let's talk dessert. The German Chocolate Cake and Red Velvet were a delightful way to end the meal--moist and flavorful. Overall, Palermo delivered a Christmas dinner that was not only filling but also incredibly tasty. We're already counting down the days to order our New Year's dinner.

Carrot cake, fruit tart & raspberry lemon bar ...all delicious! Tons of parking, clean space, indoor & outdoor seating and friendly staff. If I'm in the area again, I will for sure return.

Came for some pastries after going to the park, got the creme brulee cheese cake, strawberry jam cookie, pistachio cookie, and sesame cookie! The creme brulee cheesecake is to die for! Sweet, and creamy, with a soft consistency. The creme brulee itself is cripsy and pairs well with the cheesecake! They also provide a good amount so you can keep eating to your hearts consent! The strawberry jam cookie is absolutely divineeeee! The jam is layered between two thin crumbly cookie, with a slightly warm toasted flavor! The jam is neither thick or overly sweet, and the powdered sugar makes it even more if a treat! The pistachio cookie is about a 1/4-1/2 inch thick and slightly mushy, I believe it may be keto? Not too sure, but you can definitely taste the pistachio. Not my one of my favorites... The sesame cookie is a smaller cookie, that tastes like a sesame ball in cookie form without the filling it would pair great with tea and is a lighter cookie to nom on! Overall the cheesecake and jam cookie were phenomenal and I would definitely come back to get those again!

Happy tears on my face.. This is how I became a loyal customer story. I could not find a bakery who can pull through for me within a week's time. I didn't have too big of a request but I was rejected by a few local bakeries. Palermo pulled through and was super sweet about it as well! The baker gave me everything I wanted and I couldn't be happier. The flavor was so fire! The buttercream, fresh berries, cake- so good. I was given so many compliments for this cake. It was hit! I am going to call Palermo for baked goods orders as well as come in from time to time to enjoy a breakfast. I wanted to mention I decided to have a breakfast burrito and cinnamon cold brew after placing my cake order. I feel I should give another set of 5 stars for the breakfast! My kid had a sausage breakfast sandwich and Iced chai latte. She loved it. The place is super clean and cute. They bring your food to the table. Variety of little pastries. Support this bakery! They are awesome!

Walked here from the park during the LA Tri Series #1 event, and it was a walk because of the hills. But their coffee is so good! Latte to be exact, and their baked goodies! I got two banana nut bread warmed and it was soooo delish. They also have a small area for Italian goodies. I would recommend this cute bakery! I think it is more of a coffee shop with baked goodies and you can also customized your cakes here!

It is a cute looking bakery. Came here with my coworkers before work for breakfast. My croissant sandwich was very good. But my iced Matcha was disgusting. I had to throw it away because it kind of tasted like seaweed. I had my coworkers to try as well to make sure I wasn't being dramatic, but they also agreed. Everyone else liked their drinks and food. My friend said the chicken Panini was ok. I would recommend the breakfast croissant, has a great flake to it.

Absolutely love this place! Every single employee that works there is beyond nice and so patient. The iced chai if chefs kiss and let's not start on the pastries. The breakfast sandwiches are simple and so so good. It is worth the drive wherever you come from.

I am not vegan but needed a vegan dessert for a friend. I took the most amazing chocolate cake with chocolate frosting to him and he raved about it. His words, "oh my gosh this is amazing"

This was my first time here, I came after hearing rave reviews and unfortunately I ordered the bacon breakfast burritos. They were inedible, eggs appeared to be cooked many hours ago and left out in open air, they went from usual yellow to hard and orange from air exposure. The bacon was so undercooked it was chewy, i would have taken it back if I lived closer but instead threw them both out. Highly disappointed after hearing such great things. Give the burritos a miss.

My wife loves the Lattes. My kids love the pastries. I love the croissant sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Ditch the chains, this is a great little cafe that appreciates your business

The food is Kinda over priced for its quality. The cannoli shells are good, real good, however the filling is not, the edges are flat.. they pound the cannoli ends flat when they dip it in pistachio or chocolate chips, when and they should pipe the ends of the cannoli with a good fluff of filling and sprinkle the chocolate or spinach up after. For the filling, The ricotta filling is too grainy and not too authentic. they need to use a smoother ricotta, change the brand of ricotta they use, and add chocolate chip and pistachio to the filling.. The service is amazing. And the ambiance is inviting but not cozy. They definitely should opt in for nicer cozy seating inside near the front entrance.

Palermo Bakery has become my go to local bakery shop in Via Verde, San Dimas. I am a frequent customer for their blueberry bagel (warm up with with cream cheese ... so good!) and a large fresh drip LavAzza coffee. Highly recommended! You won't disappoint.

I had a craving for something sweet. I tried the keto cookie. Only got one cuz I was curious. And I was so surprised it tasted like it had a lot of coconut in there. Which was quite tasty it wasn't overly sweet. But it had chips chocolate chips in it. Not a slew but enough to enjoy the keto cookie. Trying to find alternatives to the real McCoy. I'd like to go healthy for a change. Such a vast selection of healthy and wonderful baked goods. I hope you guys give it a try. Great sandwiches and baked goods. Lookout Panera you got some competition now. Bon appetit.

Got my daughters 1st birthday cake here and it was just okay. It had really sloppy decorating for $45. It just wasn't worth it, I wished I would've shopped around.

I've been watching The Sopranos lately and they're always eating cannolis. I've never had one so I figured I'd see if anyone locally made them. Sure enough, Palermo Bakery came in clutch and they are absolutely delicious. Now I can see why The Sopranos were always eating them. I will say my preference between the two is pistachio but chocolate chip is still really, really good.

I was greeted by Manny on a Saturday afternoon and was so pleased with Palermo! Not only was Manny so helpful and kind, but he recommended the seasonal pumpkin cream cheese cupcake and it was heavenly! I did as he said and put it in the microwave for 10 seconds and it was pure bliss in my mouth. I had called in to get the last of their Keto Cookies for a friend and ended up with a sweet treat myself. My friend said the Keto Cookies were fantastic and raved about them endlessly! I look forward to going back for more tasty treats!

This small hidden bakery packs huge flavor. Love the sandwiches and pastries. They have a nice variety of various pastries that can please just about anyone. The coffee drinks are delicious as well. I also buy my fresh bread and pasta there. Please don't try the cream puff...or you will be hooked. Delicious! Enjoy!

My wife and I and a few friends just had breakfast at Palermo Bakery and I was impressed enough to write a review. Our croissant sandwich was very good and hit the spot. The drip coffee was great. The price was right. The server was very polite and efficient (thanks Carlo!). In truth, the four of us got carried away catching up on our lives and ended up spending a couple of hours at our table. The staff continued to come by to check on us and our needs and to remove unused dishes, etc. We'll definitely be back--and not just for breakfast. The "Hot Food" looks good

I had to write a review. We are not from this area but just happened to stumble on this gem!! Omg the avco toast was to die for!! My 3 year old even said it's better than my pancakes... that means it was amazing because she loves pancakes. If your looking for a cute good place to eat or just get a sweet treat this is it!! We will definitely be making a trip out soon to come back and enjoy this place. Customer service was amazing also!!

It smells so good in here! The croissants are flaky and chewy! I didn't realize they have been open for over 4 months. I hope they stay! The food is really yummy. The cafe is very clean and bright with open seating. So far I have had a plain croissant, a ham cheese croissant and a breakfast croissant. (Can you tell, I really like their croissants!) I will visit again soon and try some of their other baked yummy treats!

I had a 10-week rotation for school nearby, so I spent many lunch breaks here. Any time I entered, the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and quick to make recommendations because I was often undecided on what to eat. I encountered Manny multiple times, and he was helpful and even started remembering who I was. I also enjoyed the spacious indoor seating! What I tried on various occasions: - Coffee cake - Carrot cake - Strawberry salad with vinaigrette - Vegan caprese panini I'm a sucker for dessert so it's very hard to go wrong with a coffee or carrot cake. I especially enjoyed the cream cheese frosting on the carrot cake. The strawberry salad was MY FAVORITE. The salad was fresh with sweet strawberries, and a generous side container of vinaigrette was included. The serving itself was quite large, but no complaints here. The vegan caprese panini was generous on the caprese and basil with warm, toasty bread. It was also a larger serving than I had anticipated, but again, no complaints, as it tasted great. Overall, wonderful ambiance and staff. I'll definitely stop by again when I'm in the area!

I stumbled upon this place looking for some breakfast in San Dimas, and I am so glad I did! It's tucked a little pit of the way, bit definitely worth a detour for a coffee, some fresh pastries, or even a panini for lunch or dinner. The iced latte was the perfect blend of smooth milk and an expertly pulled latte and he chocolate croissant was light and airy with the perfect amount of sweetness. Everything looked so good I needed up coming back at the end of the day for a trip tip panini, which also was amazing, cheesy with tasty steak...both times I left with a smile and will definitely be back to try some more the the breakfast selections!

I needed cupcakes very last minute and this was the only bakery still open on a Saturday. The man that answered was very nice and said he could have two dozen cupcakes ready by the next morning. I was SO thankful! I told him the party was a princess theme and look at these beautiful cupcakes he created. I didn't even use the cupcake toppers I had made because the frosting was so pretty! This will definitely be my go to for desserts in the future and we plan to try their breakfast too. Thanks for saving the day!!!

My partner and I were really wanting a nice breakfast. The English muffin and breakfast croissant was amazing. The service was great our cashier was so sweet and attentive. The location was clean, organized and stocked. I really enjoyed the openness of the cafe and it was so nice seeing the veggies they grow there. I got a hazelnut almond latte and it was okay. Definitely stop by for their baked goods, breakfast and their paninis are SO GOOD. I tried the Tri-tip and Cajun Sammie's, and they were both great!

Splendid New Year's Eve dinner from Palermo Bakery! We had the prime rib dinner special for New Years Eve (I believe it is for a limited time only). The prime rib was excellent. Tender and juicy. It also came with delicious mashed potatoes and green beans. The star of the dinner was the desserts which we had carrot cake, creme brûlée cheese cake, fruit tart and tiramisu cake. My favorite was the creme brûlée cheese cake as it was soft, fluffy and not too sweet. The carrot cake was the runner up as it was equally delicious but a little heavy on the frosting, in my opinion. The fruit tart had a soft custard filling and had a short bread-like outer layer. The tiramisu had a light taste in coffee but also very creamy. All of them are delicious, but personally I liked the first two I talked about the most! The meal and deserts were delicious and I would definitely come back for the desserts!

I am happy I found this spot! There food is fresh and delicious. My favorites are the chicken Mediterranean salad and pizza! The variety of desserts is perfect to end your meal. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place!.

I just knew it! The second I walked in I knew I was going to be a repeat customer. Plenty of parking with just enough outdoor seating for those interested. Bakery was much larger than I expected with so many options I ALMOST felt overwhelmed but the minimized decorations of the place helped offset that feeling. (They also have plenty of keto options for those interested). I must also say the gentleman with the lovely blue eyes working the counter was the most friendly customer service soul I've met. Very engaged, informative on options and substitutions, and funny. The service was spectacular alone. The moment someone entered the door, he was on it! My friend and I ordered a Cajun chicken panini to share, a m&m cookie, and lemon bars for a picnic at the park across the street. The panini was delicious, m&m cookie was good, and lemon bars were extremely filling and yummy! I also ordered a iced coffee with caramel and while it wasn't anything too special, it was definitely the perfect combination for the panini and pastries. I most definitely see myself coming back soon, especially to try their cannolis and other paninis. Thank you for such a great first experience!

Oh my gosh!! We had been craving a really good piece of pizza and this was the place! Their ingredients are fresh and the best tasting I've had in a long time. Their service was so attentive and their customer service should be an example to all. When you walk in you see their amazing assortment of desserts and let me they'll you they taste as good as they look. Definitely coming back, soon.

Wow wow wow! My tastebuds thank the beautiful owners of Palermo Bakery! 11/10 experience from the customer service to the packaging. Loved that the take out bag was certified sustainable! We got the Baby Back BBQ rib dinner. The price we paid was affordable, we were satiated with enough for left overs tomorrow. P.S.- even my mom thinks the ribs are better than Lucille's. I love that this is a local, small business to make our lovely San Dimas even better. Will definitely try the tiramisu next time!

Can't believe I haven't written a review for this awesome bakery yet!!! My family and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place!!! Nhancye, Joe and their staff are always friendly and greet you with a smile. Their carrot cake, dad's cheesecake and keto cookies are my favorite and to die for. I always get questions at work of where I got my food when I bring in the Cajun Chicken Panini or turkey club sandwich. Stop by! You won't regret it!! Take some to go too!!!

They take so long for the most simple sandwich. Also when did getting a slice of cheese on a sandwich cost something extra. We waited literally 30 minutes for two sandwiches.
