"Located in a quieter area of the Bellagio casino, Palio offers standard coffee shop fare in a cafe with both indoor and outdoor seating — so you can stare out at the pool between responding to emails." - Janna Karel

Stopped by Palio Café around 10am on a Tuesday and was pleasantly surprised—only three people ahead of me in line, which is rare for spots inside the Bellagio. I ordered the avocado toast, and while it would’ve been even better with an egg, it was still fresh and tasty. The atmosphere was calm and not nearly as crowded as other cafés nearby, which made for a relaxing start to the day. Would definitely return for a quick, peaceful bite!

Google
Good tasting danish pastry and cake lemon ricotta slice. Spanish Latte was a bit too sweet for my liking. There can be a long queue line in the morning so be ready. Sometimes you’ll miss hearing your number being shouted, so be alert and keep on the look out. The veranda area over looking the Bellagio pools seems like the best spot to enjoy a cup of coffee.

Peggy Crane

Google
Cute little coffee shop with pastries, fruit parfaits etc. There is usually a bit of a line, but it moves pretty quick. I had an excellent iced mocha and a fruit bowl. I wasn’t sure i would like the fruit bowl - a lot of “filler” fruit, but all the fruit in it was surprisingly tasty!!

Google
Convenient coffee shop serving breakfast plates and to-go pastries and sandwiches. The outdoor patio overseeing the pool is quite nice. The line is as long as you can expect it (you’re at the Bellagio after all) so make sure you get there before 7am if you don’t want to wait for your coffee.

If you need to make a little break from walking around the casino floor in the Bellagio this is a perfect spot to grab a seat either inside or at the cozy terrace that overlooks the pool area and simply enjoy it. It’s well hidden, not crowded and if you’re craving for some ice cream afterwards, the cafe Gelato is right across it.

Sophie Crane

Google
Great place for a quick coffee and snack in the morning! The line can get long, but they’re super on top of orders so you’ll usually only have to wait a couple of minutes before your order is ready. Not insanely expensive when considering how Vegas and hotel prices generally are. Not a ton of seating, but there are extra tables and seats in the hallway.

Jonathon Ferreira

Google
The coffee and pastries are nice, generally standard cafe quality service, best part is the atmosphere, if you go out the side door there is a nice outdoor seating area with a pleasant view. The real gem is the little birds who hang out on the patio waiting for little pieces of bread. Love the birds.

Google
This is a nice cafe to go to. The atmosphere matches to Bellagio. Even the birds want to come near it. The inside of the place looks nice and there is a patio where you can see the view of Bellagio pool and certain resorts like The Cosmopolitan. I decided to go outside not only because it’s warm outside but also for the view and nature. I didn’t want to spend way too much on breakfast. So I just ordered a pastry and a drink. Quite shocked that a breakfast sandwich costs at least $15 but it’s Vegas. So expect every one of them to cost at least that much whenever you go to cafe. It’s located near Cafe Gelato and I believe that it’s a good location for people to get breakfast and coffee. I recommend people to dine outside especially during the summer for nature and view. If you are looking for something cheap to eat, highly recommend to go for pastries since they cost around $6.

Yelp
Food: Italian frittata (8.7/10) Service: 8.9/10 Ambiance: relaxing Clean: 7/10 This is the first time trying a frittata and I really liked it. Really good flavor and fulfilling. The only criticism i have is that the tables in the patio were not as clean. While I was eating, nobody cleaned the tables that had dirty dishes. Other people were looking for a place to sit but nobody cleaned.

Yelp
Horrible. I can't believe how horrible this place was when we visited. Super long line. Me: I would like an English breakfast tea, a hot chocolate, 2 waters, an egg thing and a bagel. Lady: ok. Rings it all up. Pours 2 waters. Puts them next to her and gets a 4 cup holder thing. Good start. Gave me a cup of hot water and a green tea packet. Then walks to her right to start making drinks. And never comes back. Turns out, the new girl (who didn't even know where the cups were!) was put on the drink making station. And everything was so completely backed up. We did get our food. The hot chocolate was never ordered. Another customer came up, "I want a refund. I have been waiting for my hot chocolate for 20 minutes and now my coffee is cold." She got her refund. The hot chocolate FOR HER got done and they handed it to me since I was standing there. I asked her if she wanted it. She did NOT So I didn't have to wait another hour to order a hot chocolate for my son. A manager finally came out of the back to run the other register. Everything was not improving. And ANOTHER manager finally came out to something. Who knows what. And was going to disappear again. But an employee begged them to stay and help. So they sort of did. Very very extremely badly run.

Yelp
During my trip to Vegas, I was looking for a good, quick breakfast place. It was nice that I didn't have to leave the hotel to find a gem. Palio was a great option. I had the Bacon Padida and it was really good. Service was Quick and the portions were huge. A great way to start the day. If you need a good, quick breakfast, come here.

Sierra M.

Yelp
Stopped in for a quick bite to Palio between some events we had. We were lucky since our hotel reservation came with a credit that we were able to use at a few spots, including Palio! They have an assortment of items that you are sure to love at any time of day. They have pastries, gelato, salads, sandwiches, etc. The line looks intimidating but it moves really quickly. We got a French dip sandwich & a Calabrian chili chicken sandwich, both of which were very good. We also got a roasted cauliflower salad which was pretty good, probably wouldn't get again though. The items came out quickly which was a plus too. I forgot to take photos since we were rushing :( but overall a very decent quick eats spot!

Anna S.

Yelp
This was such a cute cafe located in Bellagio! We wanted a little snack to hold us up until dinner time and I'm so glad we stepped into this cafe. I got the avocado toast and it was amazing. For one all the ingredients where fresh. The greens, with tomatoes, red onions and radish was an absolute best combination. Can't wait to go back and have it again!!!

Briana N.

Yelp
A great spot for a quick bite! The frittatas are so soft and come with one of the tastiest pesto dressings I've ever had. And the pastries are always fresh and delicious.

Brett B.

Yelp
I spent the night before my visit working on the disappointment I'd experience once I realized they didn't offer either the almond or dulce de leche croissants I'd seen on Yelp. As a consolation, I ordered a butter croissant, pistachio cannoli and 2 coffees. All were a wonderful was to begin the day.

Aubrie H.

Yelp
There are a couple places to grab coffee and breakfast at Bellagio so we tried this location on the last day. Lots of coffee options as well as pastries, fruit and sandwiches. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the fruit was fresh.

Linda S.

Yelp
This is the quick breakfast spot at Bellagio! There is always a line so be prepared to wait to order! Food comes out pretty quick! They always have a new variety of items to order from which is great! Their lattes are pretty delish too! There's inside seating and outside too which has a nice view. It is first come first serve so make sure there's room first if you're planning on dining in.

Barbara C.

Yelp
Great coffee and absolutely love the Muesli bowl, love it so much wish I had the recipe! We had breakfast and coffee there 3 days in a row. Sure there are options but this is the place for coffee and baked goods. If you arrive late there is always a line but the early work gets the coffee and muesli or chia mix !

Wanna L.

Yelp
Another trip to Vegas means another trip to Palio! This time we got a perfectly toasted bagel, vanilla brioche "cigar", steamed soy milk, and pressed orange juice. Just delightful! And I watched the same excellent teamwork from the ladies. Yelp says it's open 24 hours. Is that true!?

Michael B.

Yelp
The one place I've found on the Strip where you can get quality tea or coffee, an excellent pastry, and have a quiet table on a patio. Palio is towards the back of the property with a patio overlooking the pool, located near the Gallery of Fine Art. They have a variety of pastries and croissants. On recent visits I had excellent raspberry bombolini! They also have some savory choices for breakfast or brunch. There can be a line but service is prompt and efficient. Note that they close right after lunch.

Wayne G.

Yelp
Palio is located across from the Bellagio Gallery of Fine Art and by the Bellagio pool entrance. We wanted a lighter lunch before the trip home so we decided to get some food here. It's a good place for sandwiches, bakery items, coffee, and beverages. It's on the pricey side, but portions are big. You can charge to your room if you booked a room on any M life property. For us, it was Mandalay Bay. We ordered 2 Turkey Club sandwiches, a Chicken Caesar salad, and 2 Ham & Cheese croissants. The food was delicious and I like how they use butter lettuce for the salad. The sandwiches were huge and we couldn't finish them. Luckily they come in foil containers so it was easy to take home. Don't forget to get some quality Bellagio napkins by the entrance for your food. You can find a shaded, outdoor dining patio adjacent to the Palio for outdoor dining, if you'd like. We came here in the early afternoon, right before it closed. Try to call or check their hours of operation before heading over as they may close early. This was back in late October 2021, so I'm not sure about now.

Amanda A.

Yelp
I am from Seattle where coffee has delicious notes. This espresso was so good and worth the extra walk to get to! They have indoor and outdoor seating, along with some pastries and light breakfast items

Gg N.

Yelp
Great location! Unfortunately, coffee is horrible even drip coffee was so weak and warm not hot! Starbucks is way better! Got a croissant, danish, vanilla something brioche... all mediocre . Truly disappointing Service also.. the cashier was an old, short, pretentious lady who did not even bother to ask if I want my order to go or eat at shop. That Hispanic cashier was rude!! She decided to place my pastries on a bag! Never again!! STAY AWAY from this place. It's not worth the money .

Arnel D.

Yelp
Pricey but and excellent spot to grab a meal if you have some time to wait. Came in here a few times for a quick breakfast before hitting Cypress. Food was delicious and served with a smile. The dining area is open and is spread out accordingly and compliant to the regulations mandated by the state. I'll be back for sure when back here at the Bellagio and Vegas.

Angela C.

Yelp
Long line in the morning, huge pastries. Good tasting coffee, nice seating area indoors & outdoors. Service was good.

Donovan F.

Yelp
Good coffee and pastries. Had a chocolate brioche cigar. Never seen anything like it before, very good. Always a line at this place, but the line moves quickly.

Lexi M.

Yelp
Perfect place for a coffee and a pastry! This is located right next to the Bellagio pool so the views aren't bad either. I was very impressed with their selection of pastries. All of them looked like works of art. Their cappuccinos aren't too bad either!

Suraj M.

Yelp
Views and coffee, a winning combination! Great central location that would be nice to grab a quick snack!

DeeJay C.

Yelp
" Paying for Quality" Palio may be catered more to the guests of the Bellagio as its not really located where many foot traffic happens. Located by the pool and the museum in Bellagio, this place is a gem. Decked with beautiful decor and even more beautiful view of the pool if you sit outside. This place is very pleasing to the eyes but what really matters is how they please your tastebuds. During my stay at the Bellagio I was able to try many pastries every morning. From croissants to the cream danish. Let me just say, all are delicious. Very flaky and flavorful. Im very particular to the danish so try that first. As for their drinks, I'm more of an espresso kinda guy and everyday that i go there it is always put me in the mood to get my day started. You won't regret stopping by this small gem.

Gisela C.

Yelp
Good bakery option. I got a couple choco hazelnut croissants for breakfast with coffee. Sizes of food and drinks are extra big! I wish I could choose coffee size, Mocha was more than $7... I would rather drink an smaller size and save money on that. I loved that they have milk options as Soy and Almond. The spot inside is pretty small, they only have three tables aprox, but there is a terrace, which I found a good option and very clean with Bellagio pool views.

Andrew V.

Yelp
Absolutely gross pre heated sandwiches. Croissant was soggy and sausage was cold. Latte Isn't made from a barista. They press a button and crappy espresso comes out. This is basically like a overpriced 711 deli. Do NOT recommend anything. The plastic utensils really ruin the vibe too. Attacked picture for reference. I feel like I'm in jail

Latifa S.

Yelp
Palio! Not paleo! But worth it!! Found this rare gem! I mean rare because there really isn't many sit down coffee shops on the strip is there!!?! I need and want just a good cup of cappuccino or a latte for breakfast. That doesn't come in a paper cup! I mean seriously! Nothing I hate more than drinking a good coffee in a paper cup. Unless it's plain black coffee! Found out they have 2 of my breakfast essentials: croissants and lattes in a proper plates!! :D Yey! Took a little bit to find this but alas! It's so cute! Love the art and decor! Love my pool view! The patio was open too but of course full!! My latte and a chocolate croissant came to $15+. It's Vegas! It's worth it! Really glad I got the last chocolate croissant though. That thing was MASSIVE! I didn't even finish half but I had a blast playing with my food! They had other food too: sandwiches! Toast! It smells all kind of delicious in here! I'm good with my latte! Huge latte and huge croissant! What else is good! Oh and champagne!! Wooo!

Jessica W.

Yelp
Food: almond croissant, berry bowl and English Breakfast tea. The almond croissant was very good and filling. It wasn't as good as my favorite place but close enough to fit the bill. All the pastries in the case looked fresh and high quality. Service: quick and friendly. Price: $4.49 for a Tazo tea was a little annoying but hey that's the Bellagio price. Location: inside Bellagio near the conference rooms.

Josh R.

Yelp
For the price why do I have to ask for napkins, sugar for coffee etc.? The server was rude to a guy who lowered his mask so she could hear him. Keep in mind there was plexiglass between them and she still had a mask on. They didn't offer to heat my sticky bun. I had the breakfast burrito which was underwhelming. No salsa offered. If you eat outside prepare to fight off very determined birds. I won't be back. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND FIND A BETTER EXPERIENCE ELSEWHERE!

Rita I.

Yelp
Our favorite morning spot. Grab great coffee, danish, and yogurt parfait before hitting the pool. Enjoy on the patio overlooking the pool

Landon P.

Yelp
Wandered down from the hotel room one morning in gym clothes and was too lazy to walk to the Starbucks so settled here. What a brilliant choice! Not only is the coffee strong, fresh, and tasty, but the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've ever had - not exaggerating. Combined with the ambience of the outdoor patio (felt like I was in Europe), this just ended up being a lovely breakfast. $20 is steep for a sandwich and cup of coffee (brought my own water) but it is Vegas after all. Do yourself a favor by giving Starbucks a break and visiting this hidden gem!

Nadia N.

Yelp
After deciding the avo toast elsewhere at bellagio was too heavy, the chia pudding became my go every morning. Good coffee.

Mayra V.

Yelp
We stayed at the Bellagio and I had sent my bf to find coffee before we started our day and he found this spot. Such good coffee, would definitely recommend!

Geysa S.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and breakfast. They also have outstanding servers! The place is very modern white and green, lovely!

Jessica B.

Yelp
So I was staying at the Bellagio for a few days as my company had a work conference. I decided to stop here for breakfast. I decided to get a chicken panini on a whim and I have to say it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. The chicken panini has to be one of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life. It was so good: the chicken, the goat cheese, the veggies, the bread. OMG! I I had it two days straight and I literally had to stop myself from going there a third time. I literally cannot wait until next year just so I can have that sandwich. I pray and hope they don't take it off the menu.

Nick W.

Yelp
Thoroughly unimpressive. $60 for 2 mediocre cappuccinos, 2 soggy cheese danishes, 2 bread-heavy, tasteless sandwiches. Save your money and your taste buds, and search for better.

Mike B.

Yelp
Awesome little Java joint. The line gets pretty long in the morning, typically stretching all the way out in to the shops corridor. And it moves pretty slow so be forewarned. Located adjacent to the pool area, with outdoor seating that overlooks the pool area as well. Nice selection of brews, (er, coffee, but they do sell beer as well), breakfast pastries, fruits, salads, etc. Pretty much like your neighborhood Starbucks but with a slightly lower price tag.

Josephine C.

Yelp
My sister and I went to Palio cafe on a Sunday morning in June. There was few people waiting in line for their morning coffee. We purchased one chocolate hazelnut croissant and it was huge in size $5.25. The cashier was friendly and cordial and placed the croissant in the bag. The size and taste was worth $5.25. It was flaky and buttery. Next time I will come back and try other pastries.

Vy N.

Yelp
To be honest, there is nothing special here. Starbucks would have been a lot better and more choices. I ordered the cappuccino and my partner ordered the latte. It was a good size but a little pricey for just a latte. The milk was too foamy at the top. It's just convenient because it's located inside our hotel.

Kristie T.

Yelp
My bf & I came here on a Saturday afternoon, & he ordered a regular coffee to go. The barista handed him his coffee, but when my bf picked it up, the lid on the cup popped off and the hot coffee spilled on his hand. The barista actually said "yeah.. those cups aren't very good.." No apology whatsoever, just acknowledgment that the lids/cup suck. I was waiting outside, and when he came out, his fist was all red, so I went back inside to ask for a cup of ice to prevent blistering (there was a nice lady at the counter who very generously provided ice). Jeez! The original barista didn't even offer that to him when it happened- even though he witnessed it! Please get better lids for your cups. This is a hazard ! What if it happened to a kid ordering hot chocolate or something? It would have been 4 stars cuz the coffee is pretty good, but 1 star for poor service and the burn hazard.

Patrick A.

Yelp
This is a great little spot tucked into Bellagio. Great place for an early morning coffee drink and something sweet. Patio seating available, so you can get outside, see the sun, enjoy some fresh air. If you need a quiet moment in LV, this is your spot.

Stephanie Q.

Yelp
"Where is paleo cafe?" I asked someone near the elevators. "You mean PAHH- Lio? Oh it is there" - person replied. I thought the food was paleo here, but no its far from paleo- sticky buns, almond croissants etc. I came here to grab breakfast. A pastry and a coffee would set me back by almost $20! It was not cheap at all. If you get alcohol in your coffee, its even more expensive. I enjoyed the croissant sandwiches, as well as the Nutella pastry. There is seating inside, but you can also go outside to sit so that you can admire the pool.

Sylvia H.

Yelp
I came hunting for a cup of espresso because sometimes you just need that late morning, caffeine pick-me-up, particularly in Vegas. Kept it simple, ordered an Americano (espresso + water). It was HOT HOT HOT. Yeah, yeah, of course it's hot but no it was so hot I had to wait awhile before I could even get a sip of my precious life water. When I finally got around to it, it was SMOOOOOTH!! Love a smooth Americano. Sometimes, you just never know and it's so acidic but this hit the spot. Why not 5 stars? Because the picking up of the drinks was confusing as they just called out drinks and people were confused as to whose was whose.

Maria A.

Yelp
Don't waste your money! This place is absurdly overpriced for literally no reason! When the cashier told me that I would be paying $26 for 2 lattes my jaw dropped to the ground! I was SURE there was a mistake in calculating that total, but no, they just GROSSLY overprice their menu and are so used to it that, that it doesn't even phase them. He was not reacting like that was the most ridiculous thing he's ever heard & just kind of wanted to get rid of me. For context: 2 iced lattes with almond milk & hazelnut flavor...nothing fancy and surely nothing worth $26. I got THREE coffees at Starbucks for $23 total and even that one is ridiculously overpriced here in Vegas. Never coming back here again!

Joann C.

Yelp
Stopped by to get some organic juices. They are cold pressed, already made bottles in the fridge. I got the beets one. They have 2 other flavors: green juice and carrot

Fran C.

Yelp
While walking around the Bellagio Hotel, I came across the aroma of freshly brewed coffee, which lured me into this charming café called Palio. This little cafe serves fine coffee, cold-pressed juice, salads, fruits, soups, sandwiches and pastries..........kinda like an "up scale" Starbucks! Although on the pricey side..........I must say the coffee they serve here is quite exquisite! If you're ever in the area, it's worth the time to stop by for a cup of joe, and have one of them award winning pastries!

Brooke M.

Yelp
This coffee shop was AMAZING! We have been here three days in a row . My mom got a regular coffee and the ham and cheese brioche which was delicious. I got a Spanish mocha with soy and a quiche and both were so yummy! Possibly the best latte I have ever had and that says a lot, having worked at a coffee house for over 2 Years.

Melody A.

Yelp
Excellent coffee, pastries, and location. I'm writing from the outside patio which overlooks the Bellagio pool and provides a great view of the Cosmopolitan hotel. I am drinking a regular drip coffee which is incredibly smooth and tasty. The raspberry cheese tart I already gobbled up was sooo fresh and delicious. I'd eat another one right now if I could! I am loving my experience here this morning, great spot to start the day.

Lou S.

Yelp
Solid place for some fresh pastries and coffee. Pastries are 8/10 and the latte 7/10. Classic pastries well baked. The latte was decent but a bit too airy. Definitely has a nice outdoor seating area near the pool where you can sit and enjoy your food. Its semi shady so you can enjoy the summer morning heat before it hits 100. I still haven't managed to find a proper latte in Vegas yet.

Michael M.

Yelp
Palio has alot of very tasty things. What we come for is one item that is the best you can get anywhere. The cinnamon rolls. The exterior of the roll is dense. The sweet cream frosting on top is absolutely devine. Layer after layer the cake becomes more and more moist. This compliments the frosting greatly and once you realize you've finished the whole thing. No matter how full you are, you want another.

Dan M.

Yelp
First off, this place brings a smile to my face (and tummy). I always hit it up when I'm in Vegas, staying at Bellagio or not. I don't know why someone dinged their coffee. It's fresh and prime quality and they refill it for free! Prices are Vegas standard and fair for the quality of service. No bad seat in the house and they have a wonderful al fresco overlooking the pools (birds can be aggressive though so be nice). I would give it 5 stars but they withdraw my beloved almond croissant. I wasn't ready for the breakup and I feel like cheating when I hook up with another pastry. Please keep me honest and bring back my almond croissant.

Tiff C.

Yelp
Java slush -- was good, and a light coffee taste, Was hoping for a thicker/denser texture, similar to a Starbucks frapp, but this had the consistency of a runny slurpee from 7-11. Not bad, but not my personal taste. Caprese sandwich - hot (also a cold option). Was delicious! Mostly bread, as expected, but I loved the acidic bite of the tomato, some pesto, a gooey mozzarella cheese! Delicious breakfast. Was very busy in here in the morning, always a line, but moved very quickly as they had about 4 workers taking orders at a time. Small space, limited seating. Would suggest getting your stuff to go, which most people did. In addition to pastries and sandwiches, there were healthy options such as salads, pre-cut mixed fruit containers, juices. Good for a quick solid bite.
