From start to finish, our experience at Palladino’s was nothing short of outstanding. We started with the steak and egg sushi roll, which was as creative as it was delicious – a perfect balance of flavor and texture that set the tone for the rest of the meal.
For mains, we enjoyed the “92” bone-in New York strip and the filet steak. Both were cooked to absolute perfection – beautifully seared on the outside and melt-in-your-mouth tender inside. Without exaggeration, this was the best steak we have ever had. The mashed potatoes were rich, buttery, and simply to die for, while the french fries were crisp, golden, and perfectly seasoned.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was the personal touch from Chef Sam Hazen. He took the time to sit with us, share stories about his culinary journey, and talk through the inspiration behind the dishes. It made the evening feel incredibly warm and memorable – an experience that went far beyond just great food.
If you’re looking for a place that delivers exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and genuine hospitality, Palladino’s at Grand Central is it. We’ll absolutely be returning soon.
