"At the heart of the spa is the Aayush Hydrothermal Experience, a state-of-the-art hydrothermal facility. The only one of its kind in Florida, the 17,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor hydrothermal area offers rituals in heat therapy, cryotherapy, halotherapy, and hydrotherapy. The guided experience features a sequence of hot and cold replenishment pools, a hydro-reflexology path, an arctic chill fountain, an effusion shower, a salt inhalation chamber, sauna and steam rooms, and a lap pool. The fitness and mindfulness center features a 3,500-square-foot main cardio studio equipped with Matrix equipment, along with two separate wings that each contain three studios for group fitness and wellness classes. Classes offered include cardio circuits, cycling, functional training, hatha yoga, mat pilates, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, and yoga nidra. But that’s not all: there’s also a 1,200-square-foot hammam for guests to indulge in, partaking in scrubs, wraps, and the Amrit Signature Body Experience, which includes an exfoliating scrub, a hydrating body wrap, foot and scalp treatments, and a massage. There is a long menu of massages, body treatments, and facials, plus the spa offers several beauty-enhancing treatments, such as the Icoone Face & Body Treatment and the MediSpa Facial Rejuvenation Treatment. Treatments occur in one of the 25 rooms, 12 of which include in-room showers. There are also two deluxe couples suites with private steam showers and ocean views and a dedicated Thai massage room. Guests who purchase an all-inclusive wellness package or attend a resort retreat (coming in 2025), can also take advantage of the spa’s Personal Wellness Support System (PWSS), a proprietary web-based platform designed to further customize guests’ wellness journeys before, during, and after their stay through virtual coaching and goal-setting tools, plus access to a large health and wellness content library. For those looking for a customized wellness retreat experience, targeted integrated health assessments are available. Assessments include the Personal Wellness Guide Assessment, an overall wellbeing evaluation with a focus on the five pillars; a Nutrition Assessment, where a registered dietician reviews a guest’s dietary intake and identifies areas where change is needed; an In-Body Evaluation that measures the body’s composition of muscle mass and fat mass; and an Ayurvedic Assessment, where guests are examined through nadi pariksha (pulse examination) and marma point assessment. After an assessment, Personal Wellness Guides will recommend one or more of Amrit’s integrated wellness services to help guests meet their health and wellness goals. These services include flotation therapy, a dry float therapy system that involves the body floating over 106 gallons of warm water without the need to get undressed or wet; hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which takes place in a pressurized pod where guests breathe pure oxygen; acupuncture; sound bath therapy, which uses instruments, including singing bowls, chimes, and gongs; and red light therapy, which exposes the body to specific light wavelengths to encourage recovery. Ayurvedic therapies, a specialty of Amrit, may be recommended as well by Ayurvedic professionals who can perform therapies such as Shirodhara, where a stream of warm, herbal-infused oils is continuously poured over the forehead, and Abhyanga, a flowing rhythmic massage with dosha balancing oils. Finally, there is a salon offering services such as manicures, pedicures, haircuts, hair styling and coloring, and makeup services. In addition, Amrit is incorporating trichology, the study of the hair and scalp, in partnership with Dr. Alan J. Bauman, for nonsurgical scalp and hair rejuvenation treatments." - Devorah Lev-Tov Devorah Lev-Tov Devorah Lev-Tov has been a travel, food, and drinks journalist for more than a decade, with bylines in publications like The New York Times, Vogue, and Bon Appétit, in addition to Trave

Google
We enjoyed this beautiful property for the awesome beachfront and the layout of the pools and seating/eating areas outside, and nice gym. The beach yoga every morning was made even better by Nicoletta, who was a wonderful and friendly yoga instructor who took great care to make my experience special. The extra fees for resort and required valet parking were somewhat of a surprise, but the buyer needs to be aware because those fees add up (+ taxes and tips). Great staff overall.

Google
The room us gorgeous and spacious. Love the windows, balcony and closet. The bathroom was phenomenal. The room and resort are clean. The staff is great, there’s a gentleman in the cafe with the best attitude, so cheerful and nice. At the desk Raj, Tina and Jillian were great, super helpful and friendly. The pools are great, beach access is so convenient, pool and chair setup is convenient. James at the tiki bar was great.

Google
Great staff, ambiance and hotel is wonderfully kept up. Big shout out to Kumani and Indiana at the front desk for always being there (literally!) with a smile. :-) Also, the manager from the back office is great! (So sorry I forgot your name.) We had a little of a plumbing issue which we mentioned on the way out and she was right on top of it. Hope to see you guys again.

Google
My sister and girlfriends had the best reunion here. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bath beautiful ocean view condo. Everything meet our expectations and then some. The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. Dinner and breakfast at the Ona restaurant was so delicious and plentiful. We enjoyed the beautiful beach and pool - we lucked out that the weather was perfect for the February stay. It was a special twins girls birthday trip ( the staff spoiled us ) and we planning another reunion at the Marriott Singer Island Resort in the future. Thank you staff 💜

Google
Our bellhop Caleb was incredible! He was so friendly, took his time to recommend food, activities, and to make sure we knew how happy the hotel was to have us. We only spent about 8 minutes with him but I can genuinely say he made our stay 10x better. Raj at the front desk was also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Would give this place and its staff a 10/10 if I could!

Google
As all luxury hotels in singer island, this one has a great location ! But, as all luxury hotels in singer island, this marriot does not have exceptional service or staff. It’s a classic marriot and you know what to expect from rooms to accents to service and check ins. For the same price, would have been nicer to stay at one of the many boutique resorts around. The location is excellent though. Their restaurant could use a better menu and food items. Food was average and desert was a disappointment.

Google
First, the rooms are great and views to match. More importantly, I made the mistake of bringing my wedding ring to the beach and somehow lost it out there. I had a good cry about it and figured I'd probably never see it again but much to my surprise Jan and Yamal saved the day and said it was turned in!! They were super kind as well. Thank you!!!

Google
Definitely NOT worth it for a couples weekend. January 2025 Yellow water from pipes, disgusting! Guest services response, “that’s how the water is here on Singer Island.” Plus, if going for a couples weekend, search elsewhere. NOT WORTH IT unless, you have kids. Called in advance and was told it was not popular with kids. Dishonest and disappointing. Only one jacuzzi and both pools filled with noise. Beach lounge chairs are saggy and hurt your back. AC turns off automatically during the night so, it’s hot and difficult to sleep. Early morning noise from upstairs moving & housekeeping. Requested Late check out but they were “not able to accommodate.” Cell phone charging stations did not work. Cleanliness, service and quality of food was good and the bartenders were very nice and accommodating. Came during MLK weekend but was disappointed so, did not stay long. Provided an instant $400 discount and 10,000 Bonvoy points upon departure as compensation for trouble.

Yelp
We took a 4 days mini vacation at this hotel. We enjoyed their facilities, Spa, and restaurant. the staff was helpful and professional. The hotel is clean and well organized. Gigi at the bar is pleasant, professional and very good at her job. The checkout process was clean and fast, Raj and Jasmine on the front desk were helpful and very pleasant. I highly recommend this facility

Ashley V.

Yelp
Ambiance was ok, maybe we went to the wrong side of the resort for our Sunday Tiki like experience. We chose La Cantina. Drinks were great, server was great. The food was god awful and I hate to ever say that. I would have taken a photo of the short rib tacos we ordered but I was completely disgusted as all three of us took a bite and agreed something was way wrong. Like spoiled cheese or meat I have no idea. We weren't staying at the hotel - just dining - but likely won't experiment there again.

Andrea H.

Yelp
Amazing trip! Service is top notch. Raj, Taj and Jazmine at the front desk were incredibly helpful and always with a smile.

Yelp
What a treat! My fiancé booked a 2 bedroom suite / we had friends visiting us in Boca. Great 2 night escape. Welcome team and valet team is super too. Super clean room too. We loved our room & view / 1700. Super soaking tub too. Generous Happy hour & if Rod is your server / bartender consider yourself fortunate- genuinely nice & helpful - to everyone. Carbs be darned as I ate the hot pretzel / beer cheese sauce appetizer both days !! My only recommendation: they should have a drink menu for the pool (we were at the larger infinity pool). Missed opportunity to showcase great cocktails, wines, Non-Alcoholic drinks.

Yelp
Terrible experience here at the Marriot. Some petty grievances, some not. Luggage brought up, asked for ice- never delivered. Ask for clean towels- room never cleaned, towels not delivered for 2 days. Needed a nail file since I broke a nail- front desk no help, lobby store didn't have any. Went to spa and they said they had some but none that they could sell to me. A nail file costs 25 cents- they couldn't just give me one?! Order appetizers and lunch- all arrived together although we specifically asked for appetizers first- didn't bring plates to use with appetizers- sandwiches cold by the time we finished. All minor, petty problems. While sitting on the beach, an employee brought another umbrella for the couple next to us. When he opened it, I was showered with sand that got into my eyes which was quite painful. Had to leave to wash it out. When we checked out, person at desk asked how our stay was. I said I've had better. She didn't even ask what I was unhappy about- she couldn't have cared less. I won't be staying at this Marriot again.

Darlene P.

Yelp
Very nice property. Food in restaurant was excellent, but service was very slow. Pool and spa areas, with Tiki hut and bar were clean and well maintained. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Time share sales team were relentless. They called our room, waking us up, every day.

Hilary C.

Yelp
We had such a great time at this resort! I want to shout out Tristan for making us feel like Rockstars AND actually looking me straight in the face and asking if I was 21 or over!!! I was gobsmacked and immediately asked him to marry me. Derek was so kind on the beach, always moving our chairs and getting us every thing we need even moving the umbrellas to suit the growing crowd we had. I did loose my bikini bottom off my balcony due to wind (I had it out there to dry) so please be careful.

Danielle K.

Yelp
Have been to this resort ten times in 11 yrs. Absolutely love it and it's being refurbished.

Richard R.

Yelp
Awesome family location, great experience, we want to thank the staff and Caleb for excellent service.

Debra T.

Yelp
The customer service we encountered from every employee was amazing! Michael, our pool server, was friendly, helpful and hard working. Our lobby ambassador, Caleb, was also friendly and helpful. Made a huge impact on our stay. Kudos to Marriot for prioritizing customer service.

Kevin M.

Yelp
I ate here recently and had a wonderful experience!! Gigi my server was on point 100 %. Friendly as well as knowledgeable. Beautiful scenery and super clean... Highly recommend to all for an exceptional experience.

Dasha V.

Yelp
I've been coming to this resort for years and it has gone downhill. Service here leaves a lot to be desired. The only good thing and shining star about this resort is a maintenance person named Bill. He was the only kind employee to us and offered us more help than anyone else. Thank you Bill!

Lauren J.

Yelp
Amazing stay!!! Special shoutout and huge thank you to Jan and Chris for being so accommodating on the beach to me and my toddler. I'm almost 8-months pregnant - and Jan and Chris went above-and-beyond to ensure my experience on the beach was as easy and enjoyable as possible (think beach chairs/umbrella, a big bin of beach toys for my toddler, etc) and are so helpful. They really made the trip.

Gabrielle R.

Yelp
I took my mother here for her birthday and we had a wonderful stay. Jordan at the front desk was amazing and helped us get settled in. The hotel staff also gave us a complimentary upgrade to which I am very grateful for. I chose this destination as I believed it wouldn't be as crowded and I was right. Everything was clean in the room and the grounds were clean as well. They have limited guest allowances at the pool and also in public areas. The valet was superb however they are offering self parking due to everything going on with Covid-19. The only thing I didn't like was the fact they didn't clean the elevator area every hour, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. I will definitely be returning to this resort; it was beautiful.

George S.

Yelp
We stayed at the resort from Feb 17 through the 22. And just as in all previous visits, I found the facility to be dedicated to exceed our expectations. Other than a few hiccups (hot water issue one night & an erroneous fire alarm), the staff fulfilled our every need. Jan & Leo at the beach hut were wonderful! As was the front desk staff: both Raj & Mara (forgive spelling). These four members of your group are a credit to the Marriott Corp. We look forward to an another visit this summer.

Wanda W.

Yelp
My husband and I stayed at the hotel in a King Suite on the 20th floor from June 2-7, 2023. We vacationed with two other couples who stayed on the 10th floor. The views were incredible from all three rooms. They were spacious and clean. I loved the amenities like daily bottled water and laundry detergent for the washer located in the suite. We couldn't have been happier with the service at this property. We were met with smiles and helpful employees in all areas! Specifically, Raj at the front desk, Jan at the beach hut, Zee in the valet department, Jed in the bell station, Jefferey Brown with the beach staff, and housekeeping on the 20th floor made our stay incredible! I'm sure I have missed some employees because everyone was amazing.

Connie L.

Yelp
Imagine our surprise when they placed us in the penthouse. What a special room with a beautiful view of the ocean bay and city. Raj and his team were very accommodating and could not be more helpful. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and everything was fresh and tasty. My only wish would be to park our own car so we have access to anything left behind.

Barbara M.

Yelp
Such a great place to share time with family and friends. Employees are caring and go out of their way all the time. Great experience and thanks to all the team, especially Phillip, Cyprie, and Tajahna. Can't wait to return and see all the sights again. We really liked the rooms and amenities.

Heather H.

Yelp
I rented a condo from a owner here at Palm Beach Marriott 5/2023. It was beautiful and spacious with amazing views and workers. The downside to renting here was that it has valet parking only which costs $35/day, but if you won't be there for a day or so, let the front desk know so you won't be charged for those days. There is also over a $500 damage deposit that is charged when first signing in. I've rented many condos and never had to pay a damage deposit before now, and this charge was not listed in the rental description so it was completely unexpected. I'm so glad I had the funds to cover it but not having the some odd 500 bucks took away from things I wanted to do. So, that was a great disappointment. It also takes a few days to get this money back. The ocean waves were rough so I only went to the private beach once during a week stay. I did swim in the pool with the waterfall and slide. This pool also had a beach entry and it is beautiful as well. The slide is fun for adults too, so let your inner kid come out and have some fun!

Melissa L.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel with updated decor and amenities in a gorgeous location. Right on the beach with 2 pools, a hot tub, multiple bars and places to eat. The staff is friendly and so helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and will most certainty be back!

Arsenio P.

Yelp
I had my $250 headphones stolen by STAFF in the hotel. $250 worth of headphones down the drain while they were being held in the baggage room. It has been 4 months since then and I barely hear anything from the "managers" the communication has been poor to say the least. Still haven't received any payment that was supposedly sent months ago. Never staying here again.

Kathy M.

Yelp
Raj is the rockstar of hotel front desk staffers! He really went out of his way to make us feel at home. Raj was so welcoming and solicitous. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make our experience here memorable! Top notch customer service! We will definitely be back! It has been a great experience thanks to Raj especially!

jill f.

Yelp
Jan, who works the beach hut is always professional and she keeps the people's that are not staying at the hotel off the beach. Nick who is a waiter for breakfast at the restaurant is also efficient and professional. Anthony who is the waiter on the beach is the best! Overall hotel is excellent. I didn't give it five stars because the drinks at the bar. Very expensive and not great quality. They should really improve on their selections. The front desk staff upon check-in was also someone unprofessional.

E K.

Yelp
Booked the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island for a second time for a company meeting in January and am always delighted with the accommodations, excellent catering, and pleasant staff. Special appreciation to front desk staff Raj and Phillip for making check in and check out pleasant, smooth, and engaging, and to the concierge, Frank, for always being a great resource for food, transportation, and sightseeing options in the city!

Danielle N.

Yelp
Relaxing beach atmosphere. Jan was super nice everyday to accommodate the beach setup.

Ellen C.

Yelp
Pretty hotel with extensive amenities. Large Condo style rooms. Updated decor. Two large pools, waterfalls galore and numerous tiki bars. Great for bachelorette parties or an escape with you significant other. Top rated bartender !

Bridgette P.

Yelp
While staying at the Marriott our host Jan has been amazing . She is the sweetest person and has taken such great care in making sure we have beach chairs and towels . It is a pleasure to see her daily . Such a nice personality and always has a smile on her face . Jan has truly helped make my vacation .

Mike M.

Yelp
Raj & Arielle at the front desk were excellent and took great care of us when we arrived for our 6 night stay. We loved our room location and all the services they helped provide which made our stay very enjoyable. Thank you again Raj for all your assistance, it was excellent. Mike & Paula Mathieu

Jamie B.

Yelp
Had a wonderful stay. Even despite construction, the resort was relaxing and accessible. Jan the beach attendant was extremely helpful and a pleasure to see every morning!

Sharon W.

Yelp
Now the hotel is in a great location. Beach front access and very impressed with the hotel restaurant. Here's why: They're hospitality is amazing! The food at breakfast was delicious. You can either opt for ala carte or the buffet. The lobby area is really great and well maintained. BUT once you get past the lobby and get up in the elevators you start to see the hotel needs some rug repair, paint touch ups, etc. It was pretty dirty. We got off the elevator to the 9th floor and there were popsicle sticks on the desk right out of the elevator. Also, sand on the glass as well. It remained there for 4 days, the popsicle sticks were gone this morning. The sand, still there. The pool area is set up great and access to the beach area for sunbeds, etc is wonderful. This could be really 5 stars if they clean up all the floors, paint and keep it clean at all times.

Raul V.

Yelp
Service sucks. Front desk staff has 1 attendant. This is not a high end resort. Staff accuses you of lying. Rooms are not ready when promised NOR at the 4pm checkin time. AVOID resort. AVOID Marriott. They treat Ambassador level guests as dirt.

Omayra Aka Myra J.

Yelp
Pain here for just a few days away from the normal hustle and bustle. Upon arrival the valet was super attentive and very friendly! Walked in and got checked in by a friendly and attentive staff member. Went to our room and it was quite lovely. Clean and more than we needed but very nice. Went to the closets pool to find out it was the kids pool. We were immediately greeted by Aiesha and Terri. They were so friendly and wonderful. We enjoyed an old fashioned and a raspberry mojito with guacamole and chips. Huge shout out to these 2 ladies as they treated all guests so wonderfully. The kids pool was clean with no messy areas. Day 2 we decided to walk the beach. We were greeted by Jan at the booth before getting on the beach. She was sweet and helpful. Decided to go to the adult pool. Here everything was clean and orderly with wonderful people asking if we were looking for cocktails or snacks. All in all I would give this stay strong five stars. Come and check this hotel for yourself, you won't be disappointed!

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Took my mom there for her 70th birthday. Some spa services, relaxing and a nice dinner. The gentleman at the front desk was wonderful ( unfortunately I forget his name) as well as Michael at the concierge he was extremely kind and helpful. The spa staff was great as well. I highly recommend

Jim W.

Yelp
For context, I'm a lifelong Marriott customer and go out of my way to stay at a Marriott property both for business and for vacations with my family. On this particular trip, my family and I stayed at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Resort and Spa. Now that's important to keep in mind, because if this was just a business trip, I could put up with just about anything. But this was a FAMILY trip and Marriott FAILED MISERABLY to meet even the minimum standard in decent customer service. The Marriott mothership needs to shut this place down, just for a week, and conduct an intense customer service boot camp. Nothing short of a serious "stand down" could save this place from itself. I'm not advocating for people to be fired (a job is a great thing to have) but people should be fired IF Marriott fails to right this ship and do so quickly! The property itself, the physical plant if you will, is gorgeous. A downright beautiful building, at a beautiful location (beach front)...next to a neighborhood that's a bit rough around the edges. The pools (and there are two) are really top notch. The restaurant (there's only one really) is a really nice feature of the property and the people who work there could not be nicer. Andrea was our waitress and could conduct workshops on how to care for customers in a sincere and genuine way. EVEN OUR SEVEN YEAR OLD said she was "too good to be working at this Marriott"! The gentleman who made the omelets at Sunday brunch was also a pleasure to speak with and he genuinely loved his job and loved engaging with guests. He was a real treasure and we'd come back just to visit him...but he and Andrea would be the exception at this property. The Marriott here charges a $35 "resort fee" each day. Having been blessed to have stayed at more than a few high-end resorts around the world, I'm alright with resort fees. Here, at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Resort and Spa, in exchange for part of the fee, guests are give drink vouchers (two for each day of your stay). If you take those drink vouchers to the "pool and lagoon" bar, the waiters will tell you that you can't use them there...unless you press them with "are you sure of that?" Then they'll tell you that you can only order domestic products like Bud Light, Bud and a few other choices. And if you order one of THOSE products, good luck getting served! Twenty minutes after placing the order, I walked up to the bar, was stopped by a "pool guy" who asked if I needed anything, and I said "yes, I'd like the two beers I ordered 20 minutes ago!" No tip for these guys (and I normally over tip). They almost made us feel like we were standing in line for government cheese! Even our very first encounter (upon check-in) was off-putting...and they're the first impression people! When we first checked in, I asked if my Marriott Rewards Number was entered into the record for this reservation (I called Marriott Customer Service THREE TIMES before arriving in an effort to have my Rewards Number show up on my reservation). The woman at the front desk said "no, but if you give it to me I'll enter it now." She then said "I'm waiting" as I looked on the Marriott App for my number. When I finally found it, I said "are you ready?" Her reply was "I've been ready for quite a while and other customers are waiting too!" Could you imagine that SHE is supposed to be the person Marriott is relying on to give guests their FIRST IMPRESSION of this property? I should say that there were some people who helped save our otherwise low impression of this property and its management. The housekeeper who cleaned our room/suite (902) was a real jewel. Not only did she do a great job cleaning (we straighten up before we leave the room), she could not have been more friendly when we arrived back at our room while she was still cleaning. She even offered to come back later! We assured her that we were in her way, not the other way around, and we stayed out of her way as best we could. SHE VALUED CUSTOMERS and it showed! The guys who work the valet parking concession are very friendly and professional too (the management of the property doesn't allow you to park your own car...and it's a pain). Unfortunately, every time you need your car, you have to wait 10 minutes for someone to bring it up. At other resorts in the area, you can park yourself. All-in-all, we won't come back to this property any time soon, again, unless Marriott does a customer service overhaul...which they won't. There are dozens of other hotels and resorts in the West Palm Beach area which would be more than happy to earn your business. Don't stay here. Explore the other options. I know I'm not the only Yelper to give this property an less than stellar review. I feel bad doing so, but I'm being honest and encourage others to do the same when they review this property!

Ceci P.

Yelp
My family loved the resort! From the valet guys, Chaplin the bell hop who every morning radiated positivity, Ron the poolside server, the beach hut lady Pam and DJ Roy and Moana. We got a VRBO but paid extra for resort stuff and was so worth it. My kids wanted to go to the lagoon pool with the slides and daily entertainment multiple times a day. Wish I got to snorkel right out front but the conditions weren't great that week. We will just have to come back next year

Susan C.

Yelp
Came here a couple weeks ago and stayed in one of the two bedroom suites on the 18th floor. One room with king-sized bed and full bath (double vanity, bathtub, separate shower and toilet), and one room with two double beds and full bath (single vanity, glass-enclosed shower and toilet). Also the sofa in the living area folds out to a double bed. Pros: - great view from our balcony, waking up every morning to the lagoon and beach was relaxing. - decent size gym, with towels and sanitary wipes. And not too crowded in early June weekend. morning. - fully stocked kitchen with all the amenities cook in if you needed. - full washer and dryer in unit. - friendly staff that assisted with valet parking, check-ins, luggage transport, beach cabana access. Check-in staff provided a few vouchers for free drinks that unfortunately we didn't have time to use. - nice to use beach cabanas without extra charge. Just required making a reservation at the beachside activities desk/hut. - pools weren't huge but not too crowded (early June). Towel service helpful to provide towels at pools and beach. General hotel amenities: - average for a Marriott hotel, but did appreciate the two walk-in closet spaces (one larger, one smaller in the double bed bedroom). - cleaning staff/turn down did a sufficient job while we were out of the room. - didn't try the restaurant or spa. Cons: - tap/bath water had a bit of a sulfur smell and color as other reviewers have noted. Not strong enough that it lingered on your skin after washing but it was definitely noticeable. - some of the dishware in the pantry was still dirty...coffee ring stains in the mugs and some of the flatware needed a rinse before using. - there is some food trash on the beach that needs to be combed a bit more, I stepped on a sharp toothpick/skewer mid-morning at the beach and threw it out. Thankfully no injury but hopefully they can comb the sand by the cabanas to prevent going forward.

Yelp
Great hotel for relaxation. Perfect for families. We've been coming here for years. as a testimony to the staff, Jan has been serving us at the beach hut as long as we can remember. always friendly and helpful. the hotel is currently undergoing some renovations on the exterior. does not interfere with our time except for the occasional hammer drill sound.

Yelp
valet, Zee was rude and unprofessional. If this hotel wishes to hire subpar employees, they will lose customers such as myself.

Yelp
Arrived today and spent some time on the beach. Conch fritters at the tiki bar were great. JAN AND DEREK got us set up with chairs and an umbrella and were so friendly!

Yelp
Incredible family vacation at the Marriott Singer Island. Was upgraded prior to arrival to a large two bedroom suite. Room was very clean and spacious. The beach was nice and quiet during the week and not overcrowded at all. The staff was helpful and located a lost item, huge thank you to JAN! We will be back!!

Yelp
Great first day! thank you so much, Jan, for making our beach experience so enjoyable and for helping find our slightly missing son. Security is also top notch!

Yelp
My wife and I had an amazing 20th wedding anniversary celebration at the Palm Beach Singer Island Marriott! Everyone went above and beyond for us during our stay. From Raj at the front desk, Amanda in the bar/restaurant/pool, Rod at the pool, and the numerous associates at the beach, gift shop and throughout the property. We recommend!

Yelp
Friendly staff but the pool area is disappointing and unsafe. There were masks discarded on the floor and no one was coming around cleaning up, much less wiping down and sanitizing surfaces. Unacceptable especially during a pandemic! Lights off in pool area. Night was closing in and we pretty much had to leave feeling our way around in the dark. I expect more from such a nice hotel. Do better! Oh and the piña colada was a flavorless and weak mush at $16 a pop. Better off BYOB.

Yelp
Beyond disappointed by our 4 night stay at this so-called resort... I have been a loyal Marriott customer for 40 years... I couldn't believe how unservice oriented this place was- we checked in on a Thursday and out on Monday- the valets were awesome always attentive and on top of their game... the bellman were also friendly and professional... the front desk was unhelpful, both in person and on the phone, especially Kevin. Apparently he thinks sarcasm in dealing with customers is acceptable- I don't. Sean, the concierge, was clueless and mostly pre-occupied. His answer to questions about where to find whatever in the hotel was typically incorrect... The restaurant staff did their best and were mostly friendly even though the kitchen was understaffed making service slow...my guess is that Housekeeping was overwhelmed. Garbage could be seen in hallway when we returned to our room at night and was still there when we returned from breakfast after 10:00 a.m. Someone from the housekeeping staff with a clipboard repeatedly rang our doorbell- he didn't speak or understand a word of English- what was that about? Who made the decision to have him continually ring our bell?

Yelp
Today 8/29/2021 we visited our uncle for his birthday at this hotel and although a very beautiful hotel with nice views the staff are not Marriott material. We gathered a cooler with water and snacks from our room and walked down to the beach when we were greated by Max who apparently is the supervisor of the beach area. He stopped us and said no coolers were allowed on the beach unless it was water to hydrate... I told him it was, he then said I need to check your bag and proceeded to inspect it.. definitely not in the Marriott protocol.. afterwards we walked to the beach chair to sit at our 8 rented chairs, we had some snacks out Max yet again harassed our group of 8 adults by sending his beach chair crew to tell us we couldn't have snacks on the beach. I asked the worker to please call his supervisor shortly after Max showed up yet again saying we couldn't have snacks or a cooler.... we are 8 Hispanic adults with a tiny soft shell cooler yet he hadn't stopped by any of the other families with coolers and beer clearly displayed.. we definitely felt like he was targeting us.. when I told Max about the other families having coolers he said " the more time I waste here talking to you the longer it will take me to speak to the others"... at almost $600 a night you don't expect to be spoken to or treated like that.. it's sad to feel like racism is still relevant.. the only saving grace to this subpar display of Marriott material was Kevin the front desk supervisor who listened to my concerns and addressed them promptly I expect to be hearing from Marriott management to discuss this major downfall promptly. I definitely do not recommend having your family or friends endure racism choose elsewhere.

Yelp
Great service all over the hotel. The valet is a little rough with the mass amount of cars in the very tight space they have in the drive but it was just not an issue because the staff was really great. Room was clean!! Updated and felt very much like home! The multiple pools are great. If you have little ones the pool in the front of the resort is equipped with a great slide and it keeps the kids busy. Very good waitresses at the pool also! Good menu and I suggest the tuna ahi Caesar salad ! They had buckets of beer and specials on top of it. The beach is fantastic!! The beach is in a fantastic location with a really nice coral reef literally 25' from shore. Rent or bring your own snorkel gear because you can view thousands of fish and some crabs right there off the beach. We saw a curious barracuda watching close by so no shiny jewelry of you are smart . I will be back multiple times!!

Yelp
We had a great stay at this hotel. The two bedroom condo was more spacious than we were expecting and the employees of the hotel were all incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. I want to especially thank Raj who helped our group each day during our stay, from storing luggage to guiding us through the hotel features to even taking photos for us in the lobby. Thank you Raj!!

Yelp

Yelp
We just returned from 4 days at this location. Everything about it was excellent. From the minute we checked in to the time we left everyone was very courteous and accommodating. I would like to point out a couple of people that made our stay an incredible experience. James at the tiki bar was not only professional but real. I immediately felt like we had known each other for years. I wish we could have stayed longer and gotten to know him even more. Raj at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. Again, he was just as nice as the rest of the staff that we engaged. Jan at the beach hut was also very kind and everyone in the spa super nice. The response to any of our questions or needs was always..."my pleasure". I would definitely stay there again. Donn
