i will never go to this location again! i will stick to twain ! the got my order wrong the food was cold u can tell the food had been sitting out i cant even finish one wing which were supposed to be Buffalo and they sent me plain by the way Cold plain party, wings, and nasty cold fries smh looks nothing like the menu lol wow ! terrible the location on twain NEVER served food like this its just far from me now smh

Woooowwwwww soooo good!!! Their ricotta is delicious too Update:: we rarely ever eat at the same place twice… we ordered another pizza again today 👀🤷🏼‍♀️🍕 Pizza seems to be their forte. We went ahead and got food for the day and tested the chicken Alfredo… looks yummy wasn’t so great but that’s okay! That pizza!! I wish they’d sell their ricotta it’s delicious- I made it all the time and it is so nice to get a ricotta that I didn’t make that is amazing! Haha Edit okay so we ate here three times. Haha We’re not even into pizza. But.. we got this efficiency so I could keep the kitchen hot for big daddy- um I mean my husband- however considering delivery here is difficult we just bagged it and delivered from Palm. We found the value phenomenal and we even bought the 24” for economy sake. The pizza didn’t harden and was delicious. Thanks to palm for being delicious and a great value. Only complaint is please add a check box for double ricotta 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Tried the Hawaiian bbq pizza it was so delicious! Loved the pasta salad also. Food was fresh and overall flavorful. Yal gotta check this spot out.

Chille Cheese fries aren't the same ratio anymore I basically got fries with a pinch of chille. Customer service could have been better too. I was ignored for 5 min in a empty waiting room. I tried to finish my fries and cheese but they tasted bad and not worth finishing 😕. I hope they read these reviews. I ordered two and the difference ridiculous.

I watched the owner be extremely disrespectful and treat a customer with disdain and a rude tone. An older lady wearing hospital socks and carrying a bag with clothes, and an envelope with her money. I've been telling so many of my friends about this restaurant, now I have a new story to tell. I guess the owner has never fallen on hard times before. He certainly doesn't need the older lady's repeat business, or mine.

My experience over this past year of having lunch here almost once a week has been nothing but fabulous! 🤩 No matter what your order from their wide menu. It’s always fresh.. I ordered the massive pizza 🍕 for my kids birthday, and I was the most tasty big pizza we’ve ever had. Plus look at this pic of my 🥗 I mean look at the presentation 🥰

Really good deals, with really good food! Don't let the outside deceive you. I am a big fan of the mango habanero wings! Their Pizza, so much better than any of the big pizza chain places. Palm pizza is honestly on my top 3 pizzerias.

I will never in my life order from here. They gave me wings with no sauce on it. They didn't give me the fries. They gave me cold Pizza. They gave me a piece of chocolate cake and a piece of carrot cake that looked like it was for toddler. Looks like it's been cut in half never again never And I don't recommend them to nobody. Anybody do yourself a favor stay away $50 for what trash.

Alfredo bomb af seasoned to perfection. The place is small. I wouldn't recommend eating in there unless you're hopping on the road; Or on a quick lunch break. I went late night before closing and it' was quite a few stragglers in the lot. Maybe they hang out in the front because there's a market/liquor store next-door. I called and ordered before I got there so it was ready when I got there and piping hot. I live about 20 minutes from there and it was still hot when I got home. The package and they use is secure. I had shrimp and chicken. It was so bomb!, now I crave this place every now and then I just don't wanna make the drive. Location sucks however it's worth the drive cuz the other location off Twain they do not season it- it's bland n smells like milk! Pissed me off. This the only location I'll travel to.

Wow...I was very impressed. I never heard of Palm Pizza until a few days ago when I got a flyer in the mail. I'm always a fan of trying new places. I decided to order earlier. The food was delivered fresh and hot. They're not that far from me. I live in the downtown area. I ordered two cokes, and the shrimp and fries, wings and fries, and a mini pizza (Where you can make your own pizza when ordering) The food was fresh. I will for sure be ordering from them in the future. The prices aren't bad either. Go check them out.

Pizza spot near my work that got a bad rep from my co-workers, but none of them had tried it in almost 5 years. I ordered it to test it out... Ordered 3 large pizzas and some wings. Pizza was ready when they said it was and customer service was solid. Pizza was damn good. Crisp crust, not much flop at all, even when loaded up. The wings were the real star! Damn good + meaty. Me and my co-workers have ordered multiple times since and have not been disappointed. definitely recommend!

Do Not order from here, horrible customer service and not school friendly. Charged me $9 for a cheese pizza for my students when website says under 5. And we are tax exempt but they still charged me tax. Driver was late and didn't have enough cash to make change. Employee at restaurant was Extremely rude when I tried to call and handle situation.

I'm still burning that we spent over $40.00 on an 18" 3 topping pizza and a calzone at Palm Pizza pick up that were terrible and I got zero satisfaction when I called to complain. The pizza was soggy to the point that it just flopped over when trying to pick it up. The Calzone was so full over an overabundance of ricotta cheese that it was sliding out the side when I cut it. So over the top with ricotta cheese that the flavor of sausage and onion was lost. The tips were burnt. The dough was extremely tough. Hard to chew! I called the restaurant and that was a goat rope. Apparently, they don't like to refund or make good on their mistakes. I could have gotten the same order again that night, but who would order the same crappy food a second time? Plus the lady I could hardly even understand wanted me to bring it back to the restaurant. On my time and gas! I don't think so! So she left me on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up. She called back eventually and offered to send a driver. By then we had eaten 1/2 the nasty pizza. We were hungry! So that meant no refund! I understand they probably get ripped off. But that is the cost if doing business. You don't hurt your paying customers by denying them a way to fix the problem. My husband picked up the pizza. We are 71 years old. Not the type to try to get free food from some hole in wall pizza place. It was recommended by a neighbor. He will be told of our terrible experience at Palm Pizza. I told the lady at the restaurant that I would be happy with half my money refunded. She said she had to talk to a supervisor about that. But she didn't offer to do that. So maybe the supervisor wasn't there? I wound never recommend this place for pizza or calzone. Such A shame they are so uptight and have terrible cooks.

Palm Pizza is my go-to pizza place for a variety of reasons. Let's start by getting those out of the way. 1. The staff working the counter is great. 2. I really like this style of pizza. 4. It's close to work. 5. Where else can you get 3 pizzas for $15? Come on now. I first tried Palm Pizza roughly 5 months ago when a customer of a co-worker of mine gave him a ton of left overs and that lead to a bunch of us eating pizza in our parking lot. I believe the pizza I first enjoyed was Hawaiian (that's right, pineapple on pizza) and I really liked it. A few weeks after trying it for the first time I ordered my first delivery order and the rest is basically history. Last week after a long and grueling day of getting cooked by the sun, my friend and I decided that when we left work we would pick up some palm pizza and make the most of a Friday night. I ordered the 3 for $15 pizza deal along with an order of 6 Buffalo wings for a total of only like $28. I ordered a cheese pizza, a Chorizo pizza, and a meatball pizza and let me tell you, they all shined in there own way. All 3 pizzas had great taste, soft crust, and were well worth the price paid. I also really like the Buffalo wings at this place because they are pretty meaty, and I feel like a bunch of pizza places give you very boney wings, not this place! Overall, Palm Pizza is a steal for the prices that they charge. Is this the best pizza in Las Vegas? No, but you are getting really solid food for an amazing price and that is enough to put a smile on my face. If you live on the east side, this place is definitely worth trying!

Excellent pizza at an excellent price, but don't pass by their burgers - huge, greasy, delicious! Their desserts are also wonderful. And, they always get our order right.

We called in to place an order over the phone for pick up. The woman who took the order almost seems to rush my mom. We tried to place an order for friend chicken and they were out so we ordered the chicken tenders that were a bit more expensive. The location seems to be in a bad area. A lot of people just hanging out on the street corners and such. Seems in a run down part of the city. The actual food was horrible. My mom who had the fish said it was too greasy. The tarter sauce tasted like it had been mixed with maybe mayo? I had the chicken strips that were of tv dinner quality and they were tiny and flat. We ordered a pepperoni pizza as well and wasn't impressed. We will not be ordering from here again.

The food is amazing! Small place but good service and delicious food. A bit hidden but definitely worth it!

Have been ordering from them for a while. Food is disappointing and bad quality now. Very sad. We used to love the affordability of the food and now it is overpriced and bad, along with the service. The men who work in there seem to be bothered to do their job. I've also first hand witnessed one of the shorter employees with dark hair and a mustache harass female customers. Not good for business.

Area is not that great a lot of people surrounding the business asking for change. Besides that pizza was great! salads were fresh and the wings were perfectly crispy. Definitely coming back.

We've been ordering from PP for over 4 years And all of a sudden the quality of the food has changed and even though we are only 5 mins away they say it's gonna take 45 mins suddenly now it takes over an hour plus to get your food. It's really too bad used to be great now it's not worth it .

Awesome Hole in the Wall Pizza Joint! I've been meaning to make a review for a while, as this place has become our local, go-to pizza joint. So far, everything we've had is awesome. We've tried a ton of pizzas, and they've been great, each and every one. The crust is seasoned so it's almost like a garlic bread stick once you finish off the slice. The best one we've gotten so far is the Hawaiian BBQ Pizza; so freakin' good. Plus... I love that they do anchovies, as that's one of my favorite toppings. We've also tried a lot of their appetizers, and love each one. I'm a fan of the panko breaded onion rings personally. Again, it's just a good, mom-&-pop style pizza place. Even on some of their "off" nights, it's still decent pizza yo. Plus, they make freakin' awesome cheese cake for desert! And to be real, we've talked to everyone in there; the cooks, the delivery guys, and they're always super courteous and friendly. They've actually talked with us and bantered a bit. They are in a spot where there's always some hood wannabe's hanging around, and seen some rude ass people walk in that they've got to deal with. They're cool people, and the place has awesome food. If I had to critique anything, it's that they forget to put those little plastic pieces in the box that help keep the roof of the pizza box from settling on the pizza. Even then, it's still really good!

I see a lot of bad reviews for this place but maybe the way I order is more apt to getting a good experience. We have ordered from Palm about 8 times. All orders were great. Call ahead Make sure they verify Carry out Check for order accuracy Ive done that every time and we always got great pizza for a good price. Their fries are awesome. Chicken wings are just as good. Tiramisu was frozen but my girl wanted to give it a shot. Cant get everything perfect. Pizza is always on point. Good amount of toppings and great tasting crust/sauce. Overall, I think if you remove a lot of the human interaction, let them do their job, make sure its correct, and carry out, I think Palm Pizza can be a winner

Great food for late nights. Yea right,Any time is better. My daughter wanted boneless wing. I would mention a popular pizza place, but no need. They sold out, really sold out. I live close by Palms pizza. Why not try it. Had the philly steak. We know what my daughter order. Got home put on Ratatouille. Took a bite. To late to order another 1. Heart broken, sad. Next time will try the pizza too. Asked my daughter, her response was "you don't listen to me, next time get 10 pcs. Also sad.

Delicious! Most times we order one of the pizza & wings specials, but tonight we went all in for their burgers. OMG so good -but, lord Jesus, they are HUGE. We tried one each of a Double Bacon and a Palm Burger w/bacon. Tastes homemade not frozen and the Palm burger had lots of real, fresh avocado slices & yummy mushrooms. Fries aren't great, but onion rings are! The fried ravioli is good too. Calzone is one of the best I've ever had. The ranch dip you can get on the side is really good. Their pizza is really good re-baked the next day when you have leftovers (actual baked not microwaved!). If you order delivery on a weekend, expect to wait an hour to an hour&half. If you go to the actual joint, be warned it is a dive, but in one of those locals-only-best-food- ever kind of ways.

Ordered over the phone I ordered hot wings and hot chicken tenders the price is more than fair but the food really exceeded my expectations perfect amount of sauce cooked perfectly the fries put a smile on my face palms pizza will be receiving a lot more of my money

Always great service! Mostly order delivery and they always bring my oder on time and its always accurate. The few times ive been to the shop everyone us always very nice. The pizza is always very delicious, especially their margarita pizza. LOVE!!!

This place is our favorite place for pizza. The price is good and the pizza and all other plates they have here is delicious. The area is not as we want but we just pick up. The food and the customer service they have here is Amazing.

Went to get some pizza from this place. The place is pretty small but, the food is a really good price for the amount. They have a super large pizza for about $22 that could easily feed 10 people. We ordered chicken fingers,fries and 2 pizzas. The chicken wings and French fries were delicious. The pizza is just mediocre. I would recommend this place for anyone on a budget trying to feed a large group.

I'll start of and tell you what was good about my order. The single order of potato wedges comes with a LOT of wedges. From there is was down hill. I made my order at 4:32 pm. My order did not arrive until 5:55 pm. All the food was cold. The potato wedges were cold and soggy. Our Philly cheese steaks were cold and appeared to be made with gyro meat. The breaded shrimp bites were cold and soggy from the sauce that was spilled all over. The chicken nuggets were cold. By cold I do not mean uncooked. Just that our food was probably hot or warm at one point, but the hour and a half it took for delivery made the food cold. It will be difficult to give a reason why I would ever order from here again.

Best family owned pizza joint on the east side! The crust is flavored with the perfect seasoning. We go here for lunch often. The pricing is reasonable. It's cheaper than the other franchised pizza places. We always get the pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple pizza.

If I could give it less than one star I would. I can't speak to the quality of the food because I never received it. After ordering online and waiting over an hour for the food I called the restaurant. I was informed by a very inexperienced person that "we have the food. It's cooked. It's just gonna be another 30 minutes for delivery." To which I said "wait, you cooked my food and now it's just gonna sit there for 30 minutes getting cold and you want me to pay full price for this?" She then said the manager was out making a delivery and she couldn't offer me a discount and kept asking if I wanted to cancel. I get that places get busy. I do. But that's not my problem. And when you screw up, make it right. Terrible customer service and it's a shame because they're a local place and I prefer supporting local businesses. So update!!!! The manager called me back, listened to me explain and says "so how can I help you?" Not in a nice way like let me take care of you but in a "what do you want me to do about it sort of way." And I said "well I'm not paying for cold pizza" and he hangs up. I call back and say "did you just hang up on me?" To which he replies "yes!" And hangs up again. I call back again and get into a pointless argument here he says had I just asked nicely he would have given me a free pizza but instead said "go to McDonald's!" The man is foreign so whatever country he immigrated from I'm sure treats people like this but not in America! Do not order from this "family run business." You are better off going to McDonalds!!! Thank god I didn't pay with a card.

Second time trying, first time I got a personal pizza , it was good but made me sick to my stomach. Yesterday was my second time got some chili cheese fries, and ended up with food poisoning.

I am never ordering from here again. I am definitely ordering from Primavera Pizza instead. PALM PIZZA is so lazy. This place always disappoints. I've tried ordering multiple times and the never get a simple order correct. The food is brought cold which is crazy because we live a block away. When I ordered I even asked them to make sure it comes with Tzatziki sauce which literally was made for Gyros. Gyros without sauce are dry and not worth ordering. I asked for extra lettuce and on the phone they act like you have nothing to worry about but they just don't care about their customers. This sandwich was so dry, cold and gross. Fries were cold. Their attitude like it was my fault was uncalled for too. This was a very simple order, my job would fire me if I let something so simple upset my customer. If you like low quality places that like to make your order exactly how you asked not to, then you will love this place!

This used to be a great place, but now they just don't care. Most of the time my phone order was incorrect and when I called to let them know, I was told that is what I ordered. Huh?!? I now what I ordered and what I like. I always order the exact same thing everywhere.

I went to Palms pizza and the pizza was good. I was surprised it was so good cause i read a couple of the reviews prior. I came to find out that they have new ownership and they actually changed the recipe to make the pizzas better.

This pizza spot is located in a shady strip mall on East Charleston. Now, you may want to reconsider actually going into this place, but my husband and I did on a Saturday afternoon as we were headed home from shopping. Me: "Look, that kid has a pizza. Pizza sounds good." (Kid was walking down the street with a pizza box) Husband: "I bet he got it from that pizza place right there." Me: "You want to get pizza? I'm hungry." Husband: "Okay." (Pulls into shady strip mall) WELL, basically that's how it went. We entered this tiny storefront, which has two small tables, and a tiny bar area. This place is obviously mainly for pick-up or delivery. We ordered a medium one-topping ($5.99). They charge a .50 cent fee for running a debit or credit card by the way. As for the pizza - it reminded me of Chuck E Cheese pizza. They use the really stringy cheese, so when you pull away from the pizza you get that seriously cartoonish looking style of eating pizza a la Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The sauce is obviously from some cans and I can guarantee you none of this stuff is fresh. But for $5.99 what do you expect? It's OK. Would I go out of my way to eat here again? No. But was it good for an unexpected splurge? Yes.

Dear YELP please hurry up and make ZERO stars be an option. If you like cardboard drizzled in cheap sauce, cheap cheese (generic brand tasting), and burnt TINY pepperonis. You have found the right place. I hate to say but this pizza is nasty there is no pride in their pizza making at all. Second your drivers RUDE the driver insulted my friend by asking if she was a man. WTF what employee does that? It goes to show there professionalism and work ethic is just as good as their pizza. So moral of the story if you like week old fresh out the freezer box tasting pizza with a side of disrespect from a minimum wage driver you are in the right place. Enjoy.

Wow!!! is all I can say, since they have NEW management this place has been great. There is some pretty bad reviews on this place, I do have to agree with the customer service part. The owner is great and very friendly as well as the guy in the back. But the girl who packs the food in the back has an awful attitude. All in all great pizza and wings, the cheese is delicious as well as the crust (nice and crisp semolina bottom). Only bad thing is all the homeless people that hang around there.

Do NOT order from Palm Pizza. I ordered lunch through Eat24 with Palm Pizza and was quoted 45-60 minutes. After 75 minutes Eat24 called the restaurant and they were told that the driver had ALREADY LEFT and was en route to my office. 45 minutes later I had still not received the food so I reached out to Eat24 and they contacted Palm Pizza. They were informed that the restaurant had lost my order... TWICE and that they could have it to me in another 45-60 minutes! Needless to say I declined their offer, Eat24 issued a full refund and and encouraged Eat24 to cancel their contract with Palm Pizza since their customer service is so grossly substandard. Ridiculous...

The person that answers the phone is an idiot. She always gets my order wrong and she have you wait on the phone forever plus she just isn't that bright. I have to keep repeating myself on simple requests. I am a new customer but I'm never calling them again.

Chicken Caesar salad is actually a house salad with a side of Caesar dressing. There are more onions & tomatoes than there is lettuce. Also, paying $1.00 extra to add chicken only to not get chicken on my onion & tomato salad. Disappointed to say the least. Bacon CHEESEburger has NO CHEESE. It had 1 measly slice of sad bacon. Disappointment #2. Philly cheese steak....I ordered with mayo & green peppers, no onions. It was just plain with cheese. The steak was so bland & definitely wasn't seasoned at all. 3 strikes, they're out!! The only thing that they got right were the 2 cans of Coke. Even though they were warm. No condiments like I asked for. Not even any napkins. I made sure to specifically ask for some also. I ordered through the Eat24 app. I will NEVER order from this place again! I suggest you don't either!
