Palma Riad

I've been sat trying to think of what to say in this review but I'm struggling because I can't pinpoint one part of my experience staying at the Palma Road hotel that wasn't incredible. Even before I arrived I was contacted to ask if I had any questions, and if I required anything. On arrival I was warmly greeted and personally shown around the hotel. The room I had booked was one of the best I have ever stayed in - the 'deluxe' room comes with a TV in the mirror, an enormous bed, snacks and drinks in the minibar and it was incredibly quiet. The hamman style bathroom was enormous, and well worth the wait to fill the giant tub. The products smelled amazing and there were even more on offer on request. The cocktail bar in the evening had some great choices and the staff were on hand to make some fantastic recommendations for dinner for my friend and I. Breakfast was lovely and more than enough. The whole place smelled divine, to the point of I actually purchased some of the fragrance the hotel uses. Genuinely, genuinely sad to have left and only spent a day here. I hope the staff know they have probably ruined all hotel stays for me from now on. From the hand written note on arrival to the manager's contact details, to the named service - I felt incredibly valued at as a guest. I will absolutely be back soon.

One of the best situated, most exotic hotels in the world (and we've been around a bit). Perfect to downtown, 200 meters from Passeig Born, walking distance to everything else in the old town. The rooms are extraordinary, in their comfort and decor and size. The staff is equally wonderful. Professional and friendly without going over the top. Breakfasts are fantastic....I'm running out of superlatives! My wife and I, and this is our second visit, just had the buffet (because it is so good we were stuffed) but you can have omelettes, whatever. Fresh squeezed OJ yours for the asking. Very good coffee. And the Palma Riad is hands down, other than being beautiful, very possibly the best smelling hotel in the world! There you have it: ambience, beauty and service. One note: the nine rooms have views of the interior courtyard or the street. Choose the courtyard. There is nothing to see on the street and the noise there can start pretty early in the morning. Other than that.....pretty damn perfect!!

A wonderful and exquisite hotel in a great location in Palma. From the minute you walk in the door until you leave, the service is incredible and personal. 5 star service. It is such a treat and full experience stay. They truly value your stay and the experience that you have as a customer. The rooms are so cool and unique. There are more amenities in the room than we knew what to do with. The beds are so comfortable. The bar is great and offers cool cocktails as well. Breakfast is superb and delicious, offered in the atrium for a fun and unique atmosphere.

Last minute trip from Sitges to Mallorca and saw the atmosphere online and realized we never experience this kind of hotel. The staff, room, breakfast and overall cleanliness was amazing. We look forward to coming again. Location was perfect. Everything was a 5 to 10 minute walk.

We loved our stay at Palma Riad. Had 2 nights at beginning of our time in Mallorca, then returned for one more at the end. Room 1 was great-loved the layout and balcony day bed. Room 7 on the return night had a peculiar smoky smell, but fresh air from the front window helped. The bed was super comfy and we enjoyed great sleep. So quiet despite being in the center of the city. Very convenient location and spot on suggestion from the staff to try tapas at La Bodeguilla just a few doors down the street. Daily morning breakfast was delicious and relaxed. Both of the rooms had the signature gigantic bath tubs-which we enjoyed! though it takes forever to fill-and the faucets are awkwardly located on the opposite side of the tub from the room! We had one relaxing afternoon at the sister property rooftop pool, great to get some sun and get rid of jet lag. The staff were all so very nice and helpful-would definitely stay here again.

Cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed in the Hammam suite. The room was immaculate and exactly as advertised. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we could have hoped for. Even better was the service provided by every staff member. From the front desk staff to every housekeeper, the employees were extraordinary. We never lacked for anything and they made sure to assist with any request we had, no matter how small. I think their helpful and pleasant attitudes are what we might remember most. The breakfast included with our stay was amazing every day.

We only stayed for one night but it was the most perfect experience. From the moment we walked in the door the service was amazing. Really kind reception team and we were very lucky to get upgraded to a larger suite for our night. The hotel and room was beautiful, everything looks better than the pictures (if you can believe it)! The room was quiet and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing. This hotel was such a treat, if we ever get the chance to come back this is where we will stay next time, we loved it!

Palma Riad is a beautiful stylish hotel. Our private suite was on the third floor all by itself. The room was incredible and had all the essentials we needed. The bed was comfortable. The tv in the mirror was unique. The breakfast was well done. The hotel is central to all the shopping too. We walked to many boutique stores and cafes. Also the staff is the best part of the Palma Riad. Each member goes out of their way to take care of anything you need.
