Palmetto Superfoods - Beverly Hills

Despite its presence in the Bay Area, I was not aware of Palmetto until today which was already its 5th+ month here! Occupying a space in the heart of Beverly Hills, it’s such a sweet spot plus a win that it’s super close to a sizable parking structure. The venue looked more like an aesthetic coffee shop, giving that very cozy and luring ambiance that made you wanna spend even longer time. You had the option to place order at self-serve kiosk, but they did have helpful attendants to assist. They even well-educated me with what they’re offering and patiently assisting me making my choice of their medium signature bowl menu, which honestly was a pretty extensive list of options! I went for their Palm Blend, which allowed me to try different kinds of smoothie base including acai, matcha, pitaya and tropical spirulina. It’s so nice that I was allowed to substitute some of the default toppings per my preference and YES, all guests were welcome to do so. In fact you could add as much toppings as you wished, though some particular ones would come with extra charges. Not only refreshing, it offered natural sweet taste as I only opted for lil bit extra coconut condensed milk on top yet my bowl was sweet enough even until the base layer. It’s fun mix of flavors and the acai + pittaya were clear winners to me. They’re super generous in toppings game as well as I got overflowing strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi along with the fun crunchy ones from granola and shredded coconut. All toppings were very fresh and of good quality as well. If you’re around the area, certainly recommended to pay a visit and I would certainly come back to get my first sip on their smoothies!

This place is at the corner of Doheny and Santa Monica and there's plenty of parking in the paid lot behind the stores. There were also some metered parking out front but I went in the afternoon where it started getting congested. The staff was very helpful and explained their unique ingredients and recommended some signature bowls. I got the Carnival bowl and it did not disappoint! The coconut condensed milk drizzle sealed the deal. The fruits were fresh and matchacado base was rich but light and not overbearing.

The staff made a mistake once, and I found it too sweet. The goji berries on top were also quite hard, and the overall taste was indescribable. In short, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Amazing location in the heart of Beverly Hills , easy access to freeways and parking spaces and garage parking lots plentiful ! Amazing ambiance , greeted warmly by staff got some great recommendations I had already ate so I opted to get a smoothie tried “Let me love you “ -smoothie option . 10 out of 10 reasonably priced options!

No respect for their customers and their operating hours. We arrived at 6:47 pm and they refused to give us our order we paid for. The pickup time on our order said to arrive by 7pm. This is UNACCEPTABLE on so many levels. Especially when all they had to do was hand us a bag, it would have taken 2 minutes. It's a shame bc we liked coming here but that's not ok to waste our time like that. The two women working tonight said they wanted to just clean and close.

The freshness and service were 10/10. The young lady ran the place quite well and gave me a run down of the company and history behind Palmetto. I will be a regular here now!

So glad we finally have Palmetto Superfoods location in Southern California. This is by far the freshest acai I've ever tasted! Friendly staff and variety of flavors/menu options. I will be back!

I visited for the first time because I'm aware of the hype this place gets from the NorCal location (which I have not been to) and I happened to be in the area, so why not. The place wasn't quite what I expected as it was very simple inside. For a place located in Beverly Hills, I had a vision of it being decorated nicely and plenty of seating. Seating was minimal to window stools and a small area behind the counter. That said, I came to try one of the bowls since that's what I was most familiar with. They offer a handful of bowl options preset, or build your own. There is also a dozen or so smoothies to choose from. For my first time, I went with their most popular bowl, the Bay Blend Bowl. I was familiar with everything that was in it, except the coconut beach base. The bowl was very good and you can taste the quality ingredients that are used. The service was great from the moment I walked in and was greeted until I left the store. The bowl was presented beautifully and was a perfect fit to the top of the lid. The first few bits were good, but I wasn't wowed. However, by the time I got to the coconut base, I was impressed!!!! I like coconut, but am very picky as to the what foods it is combined with, texture, sweetness, etc. This bowl worked in every way. Once I tasted the coconut, I think every bite from there on out had a bit of coconut on the spoon. Something different and refreshing! I get the hype and I will definitely return. Only thing I was a bit annoyed by was trying to find parking. All the lots were full and so were street spaces. I was on my last circle around the block when luckily someone pulled of a space. Plan accordingly as ya may be walking a bit.

Absolutely fantastic. The best acai bowl I've ever had, with complete sincerity. I recently discovered this place and had to come back and try it again; can confirm that it's consistently excellent and delicious on every level. The location is very chic and cute, with ample street parking. The restaurant itself was clean and spacious with interesting options for seating (an actual lounge area was unexpected). Nice natural light and a good view of the ingredients being assembled. Service was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very welcomed and engaged during the whole interaction. The food itself is fantastic. I got the signature bay acai, and I'm a huge fan. The date honey glaze should be sold by the quart, because it's absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Quick and friendly service! Cute design overall. I got the suggested Bay bowl which was great, but I think I would get a bowl without the coconut iced stuff next time. I loved the pitaya and açai, and the bowl was packed with fruit, cocoa nibs, and goji berries. I hung out with a friend for a bit by their modern sitting area (but it's not really a space you'd hang out for very long, which is fine!). We moved to the front after where there's a long bar and chairs, to get in some sunlight/heat. Overall a great spot for açai on the go if you're in Beverly Hills. There's a free two hour lot adjacent to palmetto on Bedford. I parked there!

Perfect post-workout girlie meet-up spot: healthy-but-filling bowls, clean aesthetic, and the kind of natural lighting that guarantees a cute selfie every time.

This place is incredible! The free two-hour lot at 461 N Bedford was closed the day I went, but I was able to snag one of two remaining street parking spots right outside on a Tuesday around 11 am. The staff here were super nice, and the servings were very generous. I got the Warrior Blend, and the medium (16 oz) was $14. This was enough to fill me up for lunch! I liked that the mango was slightly on the tart side to balance out the sweetness of the passionate mango base, though some might argue that this means the mango wasn't fully ripe. No complaints from me though! My bowl was filled to the brim (I had to put it on a napkin to catch the pieces that fell out while eating) and full of fresh ingredients. There is only one strip of bar seating so be prepared for a quick stop or to come with a small party!

Enjoyed a medium sized bowl and everything on it was delicious, fresh and satisfying. I like the blue spirulina chia pudding they have, first time having both together like that. The young woman who attended me helped me choose between this one or another I had in mind, she's kind and seems genuine. The window seating area is cool to stick around and do work or catch up on a book while having a nice açaí bowl.

So BERRY excited that my favorite açaí bowl spot is finally open on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills! @palmettosuperfoods was my go-to spot in the Bay, with a menu that features creative (and delicious!) açaí bowls, smoothies, and build your own options that are all crafted with authentic ingredients. I genuinely think they have some of the BEST smoothies and açaí bowls that I've ever had, and everything is very fairly priced (and so much cheaper than Erewhon), especially considering the authentic, fresh (and never frozen) ingredients and amount of bases and toppings you can get. My favorite Açaí place in the Bay is now in LA! Yay! So fresh, so good, and so ono (as we would say in Hawai'i) The place is so clean and the service is great! Tip: you gotta lay out your napkin around your bowl to catch the goods cause they pile it high!

Love this franchise! I know it's a bajillion grams of sugar but it's a "health food" right??? We order the build your own bowls with unlimited toppings bc where else can you do that? Usually we get the small $10 bowls if we just want the açaí as the sole layer. If we want to make it aesthetic, we get the medium and play around. I'm OBSESSED with the pitaya-dragonfruit layer. The mango passionfruit one is fun but if I'm being cautious with the sugar, I just get the mango, pineapple and kiwi as toppings instead of the layer. I appreciate the date syrup and coconut condensed milk as vegan options. Parking is tricky, so I park residential a block north (possible cheat code)

The family and I went to go visit this new spot during their soft opening and man it did not disappoint. We've tried many açaí places and none of them compare to Palmetto. We've also visited their Burlingame location when we were visiting NorCal. I'm glad they kept the same menu and because the Bay Blend is our favorite. Highly recommend this place!

Absolutely PHENOMENAL bowls here. Parking is super easy and the service was fast. Three different bowl sizes at very affordable prices. This is the medium size.

I have a few buddies that have recommended to try this place whenever I visited up north. Thankfully they recently opened up a new location in Beverly Hills. Their recommendation did not disappoint! This will definitely be my new go-to açaí bowl spot. Love that they have many different varieties and you're able to customize any bowl to your liking!
