"Chef Taylor Persh is launching a nine-course pop-up titled 'Story of a Muse' in a sky atrium on the 52nd floor, drawing on ancient Greco-Roman theater for its concept. The run begins August 30 and continues on Fridays and Saturdays through September 28 with seatings at 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.; each seating accommodates twenty guests.
