We booked here for a birthday and everything was AMAZING! Our event person Cara was so helpful. The service staff day of were so kind and quick (we had a party of 16). We loved everything! Also we were pleasantly surprised by the pricing especially for the stock yards. Such a great way to start our Saturday!

The food was good! The duck birria tacos were delicious and I would come back for them! Our server was so sweet and answered all of our questions and was so quick! The vibes were amazing sitting out at the river and the weather was great! Had some delicious cocktails too!

Really nice patio with plenty of shade, right next to the river. Food was good—spicy jalapeños were a standout—and drinks were solid. The indoor space had a loud, upbeat vibe. That said, the prices were hard to justify. $20 for an app, $20 for a cocktail, and around $40 for fajitas felt like a stretch, especially for Mexican food. For three people with a few drinks and appetizers, the total came out to over $250 after tip. The food was tasty, but nowhere near that price point. Service was fine but a bit slow—we had to ask for water refills more than once. Great atmosphere, but the value just wasn’t there.

Ambiance was great! We sat on little patio facing the trinity canal. Alejandro (I think was his name) was our server and he was fantastic- so personable and took time to get to know us. Food was very good, especially guacamole and salsa. Drinks were delicious. Watermelon ranch water was my favorite! Great vibes all around.

Google
Very delicious food, won’t be disappointed. My husband loved his drink can’t remember the name. Wish they had a kids menu, not really for kids though. But still very pleasant place. They recommend the quesadillas for them. They absolutely loved them! Must try the bacon jalapeño wraps!

Google
A little pricey but definitely worth it! The beef rib was amazing!! Fell right off the bone! The flavors were perfect! Drinks were really good too! Will definitely be back when in the area.

This was some of the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in a long time!! The food came out quick and hot. My husband ordered the Birria Tacos and I had the Prime Beef and Cheddar Chili con Carne Queso Amarillo enchiladas. And don’t forget to get a frozen margarita…yummy and you can get it to go! 🍋‍🟩🇲🇽🌮

Stopped here at 10.30 on Saturday night as it was close to our hotel. I was a little unsure about eating here as it had potential to be a bit of a tourist trap and my suspicion was entirely correct. The space is large and we were sat quickly and ordered some drinks. I went with the Paloma and unfortunately this wasn’t a great choice (it just didn’t taste quite right but I am not sure why). We ordered the BBQ Shrimp and Chicharrons to start and then ordered the duck and goat birria tacos. We waited quite a long time for our starters to arrive and when they did they brought all of our food together, including the tacos. We commented that we had wanted the tacos to follow and the waiter acknowledged that this should have been what happened and walked away. The chicharrons were good but this is where the positive food review ends. The BBQ shrimp was cold and the birria was oily/greasy and just generally very sloppy. The consommé itself tasted like it was made from a stock cube and lacked any flavour. There was no seasoning to the consommé and when I have had it in the past it has had herbs and pieces of meat in there, none of which this one had. We ate one taco each and left the rest. We spent about 15 minutes trying to get a waiter to tell them that there was a problem with the food. When we did eventually flag him down he said he would get his manager. We did speak with the manager and when I explained the issues with the birria he told me that this is how it was supposed to be. I have had birria many times and we have never had anything this oily with such a complete lack of flavour. He continued to insist that this was how it should be, and that I was wrong, which was just a strange way to deal with a complaint on food. He offered us some churros on the house but I said we didn’t want any more food there and could we please just grab the check. They did kindly remove all of the food from our bill without us even asking/mentioning that, which we did appreciate and is why I give them 2 stars as opposed to 1. We wouldn’t visit here again and would recommend trying somewhere else if you are in the area.

Yelp
This place is 5 stars! Period! The salsa is excellent! The chips are fresh made! The beans are made from scratch not a can.the rice is on point! I had the Huevos Rancheros is awesome! The skirt steak was tender, spiced to perfection and combined with the char from the grill was sooooo good!! The Brisket and Cheese Stuffed Bacon Wrapped Jalapeños are not for the faint of heart. Very spicy, exactly as they should be!! DO NOT SKIP ON THIS RESTAURANT WHEN YOU VISIT THE STOCKYARDS!!

Yelp
ATTENTION! My wife is part of the Yelp elite squad but she wasn't here for this experience so I had to hop on for sure on this one. Great environment, good music and very nice inside. READ THIS BEFORE YOU ORDER! The menu states that rice and beans are served for every plate. My Dads 55th Birthday was celebrated here and we all ordered our plates. Sister and I Each got the birria tacos which had good flavor but they only serve two tacos. My parents decided to order the grilled prime skirt steak with shrimp for TWO. Food comes out only to find out the beans and rice were served on one plate for all four of us!??? Like what??? They said they serve it as a family platter and scoop it accordingly. What if we weren't family and just a group of friends. Nobody wants to share and even if we did it was no where close to enough for each of our plates. The menu needs to be updated and state that and not say "All plates come with rice and beans" The skirt steak for TWO had 6 little pieces of steak and 6 pieces of shrimp. The smallest little plate for two I've everrrr come across. We were all honestly so in disbelief and disappointed with the food for the price we paid. We went to go eat afterwards because our plates and shared rice and beans were not enough.

Yelp
Talk about a BAD time?! Got my queso I ordered, but guess what? Young man couldn't light my candle so you know what? He gave up, sat my queso down and walked away! Ok thank you baby now what?? No chips either?!! What am I supposed to eat this with, my face? I'm sorry no thank you! And then he never came back! One more thing yall, the lady inside! RUDE, just RUDE. So attentive to who? Everyone but me! Didn't acknowledge me, no tip mama! We had to be rescued! By another young man who Came and did it all for us, lovely young man and for that y'all get one star!

Yelp
Nice place with a good location. We sat outside overlooking the waterfalls and walkway. It was beautiful. The service would be considered average, as well as the food. Cute spot in a cool area

Yelp
What a great place to hold our celebration! The porterhouse platter was incredible. Perfectly cooked and we loved everything from the sauces, to the onions, to the quesadillas. Drinks were also excellent! Our table on one side had bench, but neither were very clean however we got there.
google avatar

Yelp
Service was great. Little too loud inside and the tables are not that great. I ordered the prime beef enchiladas and it was delicious. Also tried the brisket jalapeños (spicy) caught me by surprise on the spiciness. But it was really good.
google avatar

Yelp
The beef short rib birria tacos are the best ever at Paloma Suerte! Crunchy, juicy, flavorful perfection. The brisket queso was amazing too. My friend ordered the Paloma grapefruit drink that was a 10/10 as well. I'm not a grapefruit fan so I was reluctant to try it. That was a mistake. I'll be getting that next time. Our server was in the weeds, rarely seen, and my chair was in the patio directly in the walkway where people kept running into me to avoid the patio heater. That being said, I'll still come back for the above mentioned items. Lol! I'll let someone else take it for the team next time. ;) Tim Love's restaurants are some of my favorites. Atico and Lonesome Dove are (were) my favs. Paloma just moved to number one. Thanks for keeping up the good work, Tim!

Yelp
This spot gets packed at night since it's in the Stockyards so I would recommend big parties to call and reserve. They only seat you when 50% or more of your party is there. Music is kind of loud in there, probably the only down side. The beef fajitas were sooooo delicious! The meat was tender and it came out so fresh. The beans and rice are served as family style so depending on how big your party is, they will bring out usually 1-2 plates of it. We had about 8 people and they brought out 2 plates.

Yelp
Great house margaritas and the carne asada skewers were perfect. The Queso was perfect with avocado and smoked brisket.

Mark T.

Yelp
My 1st time. Food and service were very good. Very noisy. Can't remember a noisier restaurant. It was a warm day. Looking forward to trying it again when it's a bit cooler so the patio (less noisy) will be an option.

Yelp
Service at the bar was great Service at the seated are was great also Chilaquiles Rojo- the eggs where cooked good with the yolk runny. Red sauce was okay. It need more Pico de Gallo, Cotija, Crema 8/10 Palomacello Spritz- very good 10/10

Yelp
If you want unmatched service and a meal packed with flavor. Paloma Suerte has you covered. Their servers will ensure that you leave feeling satisfied and help you find cool things to do in the area. I was craving birria tacos for months and when I finally had the opportunity to have some. I was so grateful that it was at Suerte. Their birria goat tacos will have your mouth watering. These tacos are not too fatty and the sauce they give you to dip them in is fantastic. The veggie enchiladas were good but would be better with queso instead of green chile sauce. Overall I can't wait to go back!

Guillermo R.

Yelp
Made my birthday special. Unfortunately when we got there the chef love prime steak had sold out but the chef came out and was so gracious in offering an alternative. It came out absolutely great! They brought us some of the birria tacos while we waiting for our feast (free of charge). The vibes were amazing and the food tasted great! Definitely made me feel special and their attention to customer was impeccable! Definitely will be a date night to go stop moving forward!

Yelp
Top 5 cheese enchiladas ever. Service was great and everyone loved everything we had. I wish it was closer to home. We would be there all the time!!

Yelp
Great bartenders. Food was outstanding. Chef Tim Love has hit it out of the park again. Casual atmosphere, great views, awesome outside sitting.

Yelp
Service was pretty slow at the bar and it was not busy yet. Great customer service, great crowd. Our fajitas for one was enough to feed us both but took 45 minutes to get. Meat was well done on outside but very rare on inside as we believe they forgot about our ticket and rushed it after the bartender checked on it. Great ambience, first time so will try again.

Yelp
It was okay. Menu was kind of limited. I had the short rib tacos and the flavor was kind of bland. The margaritas were amazing and staff friendly and fun! Loved the atmosphere as it was cozy and dimly lit. Got loud once it got crowded and our server spoke so softly (I swear I'm not deaf lol) but with the loud atmosphere you need to speak up. Fun place and kind of recommend but if you prefer Tex-Mex, this won't be your favorite.

Yelp
The street this is on is so cute!! The music was nice, but not too loud. The service was amazing and the food was even better. My drink was frozen and very strong

Yelp
Hands-down my favorite Tex Mex I had in DFW! The ambiance of being located in the Stockyards gives this place an authentic feel, and the inside has beautiful coloring with country music always coming from the speakers! I had my favorite margarita of my trip here - frozen blueberry! Not only did it come served in a glass with a koozie, it was delicious. Frozen margs are my favorite, and they do them right! We started with the queso de la casa, which had brisket in it, and it was easily some of the best queso I've had! I had the birria tacos, and I'm pretty sure my soul left my body when I took the first bite. I had had birria tacos before; but these were authentic, bursting with flavor, and perfectly crisped. I got the originals with the beef. I struggled to finish the rice, but it was also tasty! The chips and salsa were also worth writing home about - just great quality, and our server even sent us home with an extra serving when we asked to box it up. Prompt service and a great ambiance! I will certainly be back!

Yelp
Great patio, good food and decent margaritas. Ambience is great! You can't go wrong with this place. As a local, just wish parking was easier.

Yelp
So we are in Ft. Worth Texas on a adventure trip with our dog. We decided to take a recommendation and eat here. I wanted some Tex-Mex food being Mexican and in Texas. I figured this should be good so I ordered shrimp fajitas. My husband ordered enchiladas. He had a couple of beers and i had Prickly Pear margaritas. The shrimp was seasoned with all of the right seasons, tortillas were excellent, rice and beans were tasty as well. My husband's enchiladas were carne and chorizo mix. Everything was hot. Perfect AC excellent good taste but I gotta tell you that service. The server Jaime was very attentive. He offered excellent suggestions on what we should order. Everything was perfect. Need I mention to manager loved my dog and it was a little hot outside. I have a service dog and sat in a small corner and we're very content. Later I introduced to the manager the security guard Brittany, who suggested the restaurant. I told the manager I would love to buy Brittany a drink after work how can make this happen. He spoke with her briefly and said "Brittany come back after your shift at 2pm and the Restaurant will buy you a drink." So it is very obvious this place is top notch. Good service, good food, good margaritas, what more can a person say.

Yelp
Made reservations on a Friday night, it was really busy and hot and had to wait about 30 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. Food was great, ambience is nice and service was okay. The food menu is small so there aren't many options to choose from, but the Birria tacos were good! I would most likely come back if I'm around this area.

Yelp
It's a nice Mexican restaurant close to the bars in the Stockyards. Kindve dark, but reasonably priced drinks and good food. I thought it was fun to go with friends and I think everyone enjoyed what they ordered. Nothing over the top but not much to complain about.
google avatar

James D.

Yelp
This is when I wish Yelp had half stars, this place is 3.5 stars. The food here is pretty good, it's on the pricey side for Mexican food but you won't be disappointed with the taste. We started with the queso de la casa which was white cheese, pico, avocado and brisket. Good start to the meal. I got the duck birra tacos which were pretty tasty. Duck is fattier and more flavorful than chicken and when the taco shell is fried and cooked in consommé it adds quite a bit to your average taco. The wife got the beef enchiladas with chili con carne sauce. Better than your average enchilada at your local Mexican food restaurant for sure. Our server was very friendly, and made recommendations based on our questions. The cocktail menu is adventurous, I had a blueberry tequila ricky. No idea what that really means other than it was tequila infused with blueberry. Solid cocktail! The restaurant gets busy, so would recommend a reservation for ease of sitting. Overall pleasant experience, it will just cost you quite a bit more than your typical Mexican joint.

Yelp
We came here for lunch while visiting the Stockyards. Every table gets free chips & salsa which was nice! Our server was great and very helpful. I had the beef enchiladas which were so good and filling. We sat outside in the back and loved it!
google avatar

Yelp
Great ambiance! Clean, full bar with TVs. The food was very good, with a lot of flavor. Most refried beans are just average, these beans tasted fresh like they were whipped with lots of flavor...tasted like my grandma's when I was a little girl. The salsa...OMG had the perfect bite of spice for everyone at the table.

Yelp
My mom and I dined at Paloma Suerte about a year and half ago upon visiting the Stockyards in Fort Worth. We had a lovely experience here and were amazed with quality, presentation, and taste of the food. Along with the amazing food, the ambiance was really festive due to the colorful decorations incorporated in the restaurant. We returned to the Stockyards with my father and sister this time around. This was their first time here! We weren't planning on eating at the Stockyards but found ourselves to be hungry for a late lunch, so I suggested Paloma Suerte. It wasn't too busy when we arrived and we were seated inside quickly. The interior of the restaurant hadn't changed since our previous visit. It has a modern, industrial theme to it with pops of bright, vibrant colors. The eatery is unique and I really appreciate the lively ambiance it has. The patio/outdoor space is also lovely with colorful decorations strung into the trees. However, this day it was too hot and humid outside to enjoy the patio, so we opted for the indoor option, which was cool and inviting! It is also very clean and well maintained. The service is excellent and our waitress was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgeable about the various menu items and was able to provide us with insight as to what was best to order. She was super upbeat and seemed to really enjoy her job too. You are served complimentary chips and house made salsa. The chips aren't too greasy and have the perfect amount of salt. The salsa is fresh with a lot of flavor. The salty chips paired with the flavorful salsa was perfect on that really hot day! My dad and sister ordered the Beef Short Rib Birria Tacos and I ordered the chicken quesadilla. All the plates come with complimentary rice and beans. A large portion of both rice and beans is served for everyone to share. The rice and beans were amazing with great texture and flavor, just as I remembered. They are better than your typical Mexican rice and refried pinto beans. The beans are really creamy and the rice had tomatoes and spices added to it to elevate it. The birria tacos included two decent sized tacos stuffed with juicy short rib meat and cheese. Then they are topped with fresh onions and cilantro and served with individual consumme for dipping. Both my dad and sister were more than satisfied with their tacos. They were nicely presented and had copius amounts of meat in them. The meat was juicy and tender with a lot of flavor. Our waitress was able to explain to us that the consumme was the meat drippings from the short rib as it cooks. She also told us that is was tradition to drink the consumme after you finished the tacos. Which both my dad and sister did! My chicken quesadillas, which our waitress recommended, were delicious. Stuffed with plenty of juicy chicken and cheddar cheese. Along with freshly made pico de galo, guacamole, and sour cream served on the side. They use cheddar cheese, which isn't authentic, but it was still really tasty. There was plenty of chicken included in the quesadilla and the cheddar cheese was really sharp. This was definitely better and more flavorful than your standard chicken quesadilla. The tortilla wasn't too thick and was nice and crispy, as well as the edges of the cheese! The guacamole was really fresh and creamy, it was amazing. The pico was also fresh and I liked how it was diced finely. This was a really good dish and I would recommend ordering this. It was very filling and satisfied me. My mom also enjoyed her margarita and my liked his beer. Overall my whole family enjoyed our unplanned meal at Paloma Suerte. I loved returning to this eatery and didn't leave disappointed. The quality is still high, as I remembered. The ambiance is lovely and provides for a fun dining experience. The service is inviting and very efficient. The servers seem to know the menu very well and can explain the various aspects of the many dishes in detail. If you are looking for some good, unique Mexican food while in the Stockyards, I would highly recommend trying Paloma Suerte!

Yelp
Horrible service from start to finish. We were here for exactly 2 hours and wished we had chosen anywhere but this place. We had reservations. They were understaffed on a Sunday night - mildly busy. Our waitress could care less if she took 30 minutes to even acknowledge our table, bring water standard chips/salsa, much less our drink or food order. We finally got our margaritas 40 minutes after being sat. Supposedly "bar had to catch up". On the topic of Margaritas, they were sent back 2 times. Yes, all 4 of us sent back both rounds. 1st round we had just nasty. Listen we're all 50+ yr olds and we order margaritas ALL the time, so we knew something was really off with their either the mix, the tequila or maybe the Bartender? Could barely get in a few sips each. Like drinking gasoline. Even tried to "doctor it up ourselves with limes simple syrup and Topo Chico. At $15 each we should have to be doctoring anything. When she finally came by we told her about the drinks and if we could swap out for just their regular house Rita's. 30 more minutes go by and we've already finished our fajitas. Still no sign of our drinks. They arrive. And just had bad as the first round. Finally we flagged down a manager as it was clear our waitress was completely checked out, never coming back to the table or just too busy to care. Told him about the terrible service and God awful drinks - his response "clearly you like a sweeter margarita"...even tho we all explained 3x that we didn't. He offered to make us his version on him. Which was nice but too late the verdict was already out. We agree, we wait another 15 minutes. So this is the 3rd round. No shock, the same awful margarita he just added sprite to it! To sweeten it up...haha! First time we've ever left 3 rounds of Rita's behind and first time we left without tipping. It was THAT BAD! Waste of time, all the way around and will not be back. With so many other better options for Tex Mex in the area, go to Joe T. Garcias or Los Vaqueros. They nail it everytime!!! Wish we had gone there instead. Sadly, we fell prey to the fact that they were on Mule street in a cutesy "vibe" area. Looking for really good margaritas on Mule Ally. Go to Hotel Drover on Mule Ally their outside bar. They actually make a really good traditional house margarita. Perfect!

Yelp
The food is great but I think it's all a bit overpriced. Same with the drinks, which weren't that special and to be honest I expected better flavor rather than just straight tequila. My bill for me and my boyfriend was over $80 for two drinks and two entrees. The ambience is fun and you can get a nice insta pic if that's what you're looking for. I would go back but you can probably get just as good food somewhere else for way less money.
google avatar

Monique H.

Yelp
I've been a few times now for dinner and brunch and the food is always great. The service is good (bar service is excellent). The last time we were in it was busy during brunch and it took a while for our party of 3 to get orders placed and then our food. I don't think that is the norm though. The huevos rancheros were delicious and I had leftovers. The skirt steak that came with it was really tender and flavorful. I've also had the birria tacos (get the duck!). The location is nice as they have a patio overlooking the creek. I recommend getting reservations to make sure you can get a table.

Yelp
I had lunch here last week and have a directions tip for you. Paloma Suerte is not actually located on Exchange Avenuevas it's address says. While the large building that it is located in is on that street (along with several other businesses) you can't access the restaurant from Exchange Avenue. From Exchange Avenue enter Mule Alley and go down to the first alley on the right. The restaurant is about 75 feet down that alley. It's a new restaurant that has both indoor and outdoor seating along the picturesque Marine Creek flowing nearby. Inside its an attractively decorated eatery with artistic displays even hanging from the ceilings. They have a full bar and more than one dining area. I ordered the organic chicken fajitas for $20. Here they have house made flour tortillas but only store bought corn torts so I went with the flour ones. While waiting for the food to arrive (about 15 minutes), I noshed on the chips and cold red salsa brought to the table. The salsa was a little tart but still good in taste. When the food arrived I noticed that the amount of meat on the sizzling platter looked small. However with a lot of onions and peppers the chicken tasted very good. The meal also came with a generous amount of sour cream, cheese, guac and pico de gallo to slather on the big four tortillas. Unfortunately they only serve refried beans as they are not my preferred charro beans but oh well...nothing is perfect. This was a very good tasting meal along with professional table service. Paloma Suerte is a good choice when visiting the Stockyards to satisfy your Tex Mex craving in a nice setting.

Yelp
Fun spot in the Stock Yards for drinks and Tex-Mex with friends. Be careful ordering the cheese and onion enchiladas because it has red meat, which isn't listed on the menu. It was delicious!! But unexpected and would be unfortunate if you are a vegetarian. If they added light and reduced noise it would be five stars.

Misha B.

Yelp
Huy did an awesome job tonight, awesome bartender. I will definitely be back. Thank you Huy!

Sunny D.

Yelp
View outdoors is very pretty...only reason we ate there. Ordered the brisket queso...it was missing the brisket. Service was slowwwww and subpar. Drinks had no ice. Food was decent but definitely not as good as other Mexican food (like Pappasito's) for same amount of money. She told me the jalepeno would have lots of brisket but they didn't. Guess you are paying for atmosphere of being in Stockyards which was pretty busy area on a Sunday evening.

Matthew G.

Yelp
I would not recommend this place at all. During my visit, a waiter hit me in the head with his tray then the chicken enchiladas I ordered made me sick. It was a small portion for $20 to begin with and the drink I ordered was small for $15 and not good. I didn't even finish my food because I just wanted to leave and will not be going back. Staff was rude and unwelcoming.

Yelp
We almost didn't come here because of the bad reviews, and I'm happy to report the reviews were wrong! This is not typical Mexican food, and Angel is the best waiter we have ever had! Everything was so flavorful! The venison fajitas were tender and juicy! I also had the green chili enchiladas, but it was so good and I devoured it before I thought to take a photo. Angel recommended the churros, and he was so right, they were amazing! Y'all, give this place a try and ask for Angel!

Yelp
Woke up hungry so we ventured out because Chris wanted traditional breakfast. Paloma Suerte was the only place open aside from the biscuit place so in we went. The place wasn't busy as it was early. Our breakfast quickly turned into bunch seeing all that's in the menu, lol. Everything was delicious, but the Short Rib Birria was the best I've ever had, it was love at first bite! The single tortilla was filled with savory shredded beef so I was loving the crunch in every bite and oh, that consommé was dynamite! I was still dreaming about it the next day, hah! I will definitely order over and over again!!

Yelp
We were going to a concert at Tannahill's so made a reservation for dinner. This place has such a great vibe and great decor. We had an early reservation at 5 but it was Friday and this place was already getting busy. We were greeted and seated quickly. Our server greeted us and we ordered drinks. We order the Palomacello spritz. These are yummy! A bit sweet but very good. We also ordered the house queso and this was the highlight of the meal! The queso is placed on top of a stand with a burner under the queso pot in order to keep the queso nice and warm. I loved this idea!!!! This stuff was so good!! We ordered dinner. My friend ordered stacked veggie enchiladas and I ordered fajita chicken enchiladas. Everything came out in a good amount of time. The presentation of the stacked enchiladas was good. The presentation of mine wasn't as impressive but the jalapeño sauce on top of it buried the plate. Overall the entrees were just okay. They were bland and they should have been amazing. The jalapeño sauce had a tiny kick to it but not a lot of flavor. My friends veggie enchiladas were very bland. She said that were just okay. It was almost as if they didn't use any salt or spices at all. We really wanted to love this place and food. Ambiance and decor was great. Service was good. Cocktail was good. Queso was great. Entrées disappointing.

Yelp
Ambiance was good; a little too loud for conversation. Service was really great it's the reason for the 4. The salsa was bland, the rice was bland the beans were bland. The birra short rib tacos were my saving grace; the crispy cheese edges were yummy.

Yelp
Okay here's the real skinny. This place is good, maybe really good, it's Good. But let's break it on down, break it on down. Chips -average Salsa- good to really good Chicharrón- the bomb Bean- boo, hire someone's grandmother and get this fixed Rice- don't know did come with the meal. But same thing, hire an little old lady that'll to just crank out beams and rice. Porter House- below average. Okay we order the Porter House. It was good not great. just Good. The onions were the star of the dish really to great. The steak was way over cooked.. I would guess it was not room temp when cooked another words well done to medium well. Not to mention under seasoned. Don't be afraid of the season and try some finishing salt chef. If you not going to have a few of these out at room temp take it off the menu. This could have been really good to great Drinks were on point, this place could be the real deal, but lacks passion. The corporate vibe to sacrifice is all over this place, tourist trap. Word of advice, Alejandro was pro, let him run the joint and keep the cooks in check. And this place might be really good to great. On the scale would I go back, hmmmm maybe For close to 2 hundie probably not. But I would go back and just get on the Birria tacos and try something else to past judgement. Go check it out you decide, no more bad corporate food.

Yelp
My friends and I went here for dinner on a Saturday night a few weeks ago. We had to wait a while for some seats at the bar to open up, as they were very busy and had over an hour wait for a table. But once seated, our service from the bartender was pretty quick, despite the dinner rush. We got fajitas, chips and queso, a margarita pitcher and one round of middle shelf tequila shots (3). Complimentary chips and salsa were fresh and very good. The rest of the food was delicious however it was pretty expensive, and the price did not reflect in the quality of the ingredients. The mix used for the margarita pitcher was too sweet and not our favorite. It was also very loud in there, so keep that in mind if you're not a fan of loud, crowded places. Other than that we had a good experience. I just don't think it was worth the money, as we paid nearly $250 for 3 people.

Yelp
Had a great time here! The food is fantastic and service was great. Especially loved the short rib birria tacos and the house queso.

Yelp
Well, talk about a happening place... This place is absolutely thriving and the atmosphere is So upbeat and positive. We had to wait quite a bit of time for a table, but was definitely worth the wait. Two in our party had the chicken quesadilla, delicious with lots of toppings-Pico to Gallo, guacamole, sour cream, fresh cilantro. I had the prime rib enchilada and it absolutely melted in your mouth. It was covered in a wonderful brown sauce and lots of delicious melted cheeses. The service was excellent but unfortunately we were drinking at a local spot before arriving while we waited for our table so we weren't able to indulge in any of their drinks... but I must say they looked very delicious. I definitely recommend this place, especially for the hip crowd that likes an upbeat atmosphere. I'll definitely be back again!

Yelp
I wanted to really like this place, but after visiting with a group of friends, this is a place I cannot recommend. We first tried making a reservation on OpenTable over a week in advance, but they had nothing except 5pm and 9:30pm. Fine whatever. We showed up in person and put our name on the list, we were told 45 minutes. Several empty tables and a couple no shows, but that didn't reduce our wait time at all. To pass the time, we ordered drinks at the bar. Even though it took quite a while to get a bar tender to serve us drinks, she was nice enough to offer chips and salsa while we waited. One rule of thumb that I've learned as a Tex-Mex connoisseur is that you can tell how good or bad a restaurant is going to be by their chips and salsa. The chips we were served, both from the bar and at our table from our server were dripping in oil but were also cold at the same time. We asked for new chips, but it took 20 minutes to get and our queso was cold by then. We also ordered fajitas, goat tacos, a quesadilla with steak added, and crab stuffed shrimp. All of the portions were very comically small. We didn't get tortillas with our fajitas until the very end of our meal, even though we asked several times. The quesadilla was $9, the 3 slices of steak that I added into my quesadilla was an extra $12!!!! Yes, $3 more than the entire price of my quesadilla. We let our server know that we were disappointed with the visit. He apologized but couldn't do anything regarding the service and hoped we would come back again. From the poor communication at the host stand to the terrible service at our table, not a place I can recommend. Definitely unique with cool vibes, but that's about it. Great for an Instagram picture, not so great as an eating establishment. Another thing I have to mention is the awful music choices that were being played. I understand that this is located in the stockyards, but country music and Tex Mex? Odd.

Yelp
The queso with avocado and king crab was AMAZING! We ordered beef fajitas for one, which was plenty to share after having an appetizer, and chips and salsa. They were perfectly flavored! We also ordered the Mexican Paloma and Best House Margarita! So delicious! Service at the bar was okay. The bus boy and bartender were both very attentive. The atmosphere is cool. Definitely a great place to get together with friends or family! I'll definitely be back!

Yelp
Worth the experience! Way better than Joe T. Garcia's! Everything was flavorful and delicious! I loved that the queso came with a warmer! Great idea and a nice aesthetic. Mango margaritas were delicious and even had a cute little koozie to keep my hands from getting cold. Please try this place out. For weekend visits, I suggest reservations.

Yelp
In the Fort Worth stockyards. Great out atmosphere great outdoor patio huge restaurant like most restaurants today service is pretty slow. The food would be at three stars overall which is the location and atmosphere. I'll give it a four. Definitely worth a visit. Just be patient with the service.

Yelp
Updated Review: I ended up coming back on the last night for our team dinner. Our table ordered a few appetizers and some groups and for my meal and I ordered the enchiladas in green sauce. It was really good!! Original Review: I'm here for a work conference, so this was my first stop for dinner. I ordered to-go and had to go to the bar, the waitress was super nice (i wish i got her name). While I was waiting, i asked about their spicy tequila and she let me try it which I thought was pretty cool. I ordered the chicken fajitas and when I got back my hotel room, i realized they hadn't give me any cutlery. The meal came with chicken, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, and cheese (which was plentiful). I was surprised that i only received two tortillas, one was fresh and the other one was a bit stale. They ended up giving me two containers of chips and a huge container of salsa. Although, I wasn't impressed by my meal, the service was really good and I'd give it a second try based on that.

Yelp
The food was only just okay. Had the breakfast enchiladas with over easy eggs that were over medium at best. Atmosphere was okay but the acoustics were loud which made it hard to hear.

Yelp
Over-rated food and pricey for below average food. Service is unorganized, and you never know whose waiter is who's they're all over the place and the patio is crammed pack table on top of table and loud and you have to raise you voice to almost a yell just to talk across the table. I won't be back.
