Google
pampas is one of the best places to get food in worcester!! the food is INCREDIBLE. there is a huge selection of vegetables, meats, and various brazilian foods. i genuinely have never had a disappointing experience at pampas. the food is extremely fresh and delicious and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and caring. they are so welcoming and make sure you are taken care of, whether it be dine in or carry out. although it is not cheap, you will be getting quality, amazing tasting food.

Google
I really like this Brazilian grill! It offers a great selection of sides and a good variety of meats. My favorite is the garlic steak—it’s fantastic. You have the option to pay by the pound or go for the all-you-can-eat deal. Plus, you can bring your own drinks, which is a nice touch.

Google
Fantastic. The best cuts of meat I’ve ever had. The most amazing picanha I’ve ever had. We had such a fun time coming here and can’t wait to go back! My boyfriend and I love to go to places like Fogo de Chão and this place was not only cheaper but significantly better. The chain restaurants have a bigger buffet set up but this one had everything you need. The main difference being the beef. All the meat was fantastic. The Picanha no alho was the best meat of my life. We didn’t even need dessert because they finished us off with cuts of grilled pineapple. It was BYOB so we brought our own wine and sojus. I came with Chinese and Korean couples and we all agreed that everything was amazing; even the rice. It’s best to go around the buffet to try a really small tiny bit of everything and go up for bigger seconds because some of the items up there surprised us! I loved the stuffed grape leaves (which I didn’t expect them to have) but the bread was meh. We came here on a Sunday night with a larger party (8 people) and were seated right away. They treated us really nicely. Overall; absolutely a Phenomenal restaurant for beef. Literally the best most of us have ever had.

Google
The food was very good. All of the meats were perfectly cooked and delicious!!! I haven't been here in years but will definitely try to come more often

Google
We had a wonderful meal here. Stop in for fresh, delicious food and friendly service! They offer a buffet style salad bar and grilled meats. Try their natural fruit juices! So good!

Google
We LOVE this spot!! The staff are always so friendly and so willing to help, not to mention the FOOD!!! The BBQ is absolutely incredible, I personally always go for the lamb and grilled pineapple, my partner loves the steak and the chicken sausage. Really all the BBQ meat is amazing. The salad bar also has some amazing options for veggies and carbs! We always go for the meat and salad bar per pound because we always end up with about $16 plates per person and that’s more than enough for us! Definitely try this place out!

Google
Terrible service at this place. Especially from the guys that operate the grilled meat. Will not be coming back to this place. The other Brazilian places have much better service with food as good or better. I only stopped here due to it being on my way home and a convenient stop.

Google
The service I purchased was all you can eat the food was very cold the service was bad they took pharaoh to bring out the steaks and only came around the table two times. The manager of the restaurant was very disrespectful I wanted to charge me full price. Unacceptable will not be coming back I don't recommend it to anyone.

Samuel N.

Yelp
Great food and really really great service. Really family friendly as well They have the meats! they have good variety ranging from chicken wrapped in bacon to top sirloin beef. Since they have incorporated buffet type meals you eat to as much room as you want with the unlimited meat option. With a group of ten we made a mistake in the payment where we over tipped The manager was kind enough to understand our mistake and offer a refund. Really grateful for their service, they were friendly and they made the process easy.

Yelp
Buffet style with walk up meat area. Beef is always good, you can choice how well you need it cooked. Places always hits

Manhthuong P.

Yelp
Recommend for a quick lunch or dinner if you like Brazilian BBQ style. Large area for sitting and feels so homey. Service is ok since it's a buffet style but the staffs are always friendly. The steak is awesome. Stop by for some amazing rice and steak if you are in the area!

Claudia P.

Yelp
Amazing food, great staff and nice atmosphere. I love the meat selection they have! I usually get the sirloin but it's nice to know I have other options. I also love their pineapple with cinnamon and sugar. The salad bar has a pretty good selection too and their dessert are delicious

Kent B.

Yelp
I'll keep this review brief; others have done an excellent job of reviewing. There are probably 10 or so Brazilian steakhouses within an hour of my home, this one is easily my favourite. Pay by the pound (recommended for most), or all-you-can-eat. Food is excellent, staff is courteous and professional, price is fantastic. My only complaint is the janky parking lot, but, hey, Woostah, right?

Ginny B.

Yelp
Best place in the world. Great environment, friendly & hardworking staff. This is one of my favorite places!

Tramy T.

Yelp
If you love protein and some delicious rice, this is this place! It's the best for your buck. My favorite is the beef rib and medium steak, my bf likes the chicken bacon. We both love the yellow (vs white) rice. There's also potato salad, carrot with chip salad (??) that I also enjoy at the salad bar. You can choose AYCE or do by the pound. Whenever I go, it's usually $11-16, depending on how hungry I am. The service is alright but the food makes up for it. The ambiance is nice! Tip: If you get a bit of something from the salad bar, it's a better deal compared to the meat only price.

David C.

Yelp
Came to try out Brazilian BBQ foods. There was an option to eat buffet style and an option to purchase based on per pound. We went for the all-you-can-eat buffet. For drink, I got the passionfruit drink. It was alright. I am not a fan of drinks with bubbly foams on top but it wasn't bad. Typical buffet quality foods. In my opinion, the plantains were the only thing that was worth trying. The stuffed grape leaves were also something new for me and it is not exactly my favorite. Everything else at the buffet was pretty basic, as in you don't have to specifically come here to try those foods like beans and rice and pico de gallo and salad, etc. Then we had the meats served at our table. Meats were good and flavorful. I would stay away from the lamb though because it was very dry. The beef and sausages were good. Lastly, I asked for a glass of water at the end and got what tasted like sink water. Can pretty much taste the fluorine / chlorine in the water, which is disgusting. It is one of my pet peeves and I judge a restaurant heavily on how they serve basic water. If they don't care how water taste like to the customers, then I can assume they will cut corners in the kitchen on other things. Overall, it was an experience. I wouldn't say I would come back but overall a typical buffet experience. What they lack in quality, they make up for in quantity. I wished it was more of a Brazilian flavor in the foods but most of the foods were basic and the price is very steep.

Yelp
As I drove from my town through winding roads and scenic countryside to the city of Worcester, I came for one reason, Pampas; my anticipation grew with each passing mile. When I first made the trip I had heard the legends about this place - that the meat was so good, it was worth driving hours just to get a taste. And it was true, now, after over an hour of driving, I finally returned. The moment I pulled into parking lot, the smoky aroma of cooking meat enveloped me, making my mouth water. The decor was simple and rustic, with simple elegant decor. My eyes immediately fixated on the meat, perfectly cooked and glistening on the serving counter. I could see the charred edges and the juicy interior, and I knew I had to try it all. The best way to do that was by the pound. I watched as the server expertly sliced off chunks of meat, piling them high onto my tray. Each piece was better than the last, with a depth of flavor and tenderness that can only come from hours of slow smoking. And if by the pound wasn't enough, they also offered top shelf service all-you-can-eat where they come to you and shave off meat until your hearts content. But even one plate was enough to satisfy my cravings, leaving me feeling full and content. As I left the restaurant, I couldn't help but smile. The drive from my city through winding roads and scenic countryside was worth it, and I knew I'd be back again and again for the perfectly cooked, deliciously seasoned meat they served there. Highly recommended doesn't even begin to do it justice!

Amanda L.

Yelp
The food is ok, however the men that serves the meat I guess he doesn't understand Spanish or English every time I go and ask for medium well steak he ALWAYS gives me burn steak. I tried talking to him and explain to him I don't want burn meat and he ignores me and starts talking portugués with he's co worker. They should have people that understands english, this is a customer service business, they should be able to communicate with customer!

Tiffany B.

Yelp
This place is great! Honestly a hidden gem - I would have never found it if my friend had not shown me! It's under a huge meat market sign so I had never noticed it before but so glad I tried. The place was pretty empty when we went (it was a weekday afternoon) and all of the staff were super sweet and attentive to us. The restaurant is also super pretty inside and everything is very well presented. As for food, the buffet has a lot of variety and the meat selections were great! I tried some chicken and got the garlic steak and they were both amazing. We did the food by weight and got a lot of food for only $20-$23 a person! Couldn't attach the vid here so I posted it separately :) Definitely try!

Uche N.

Yelp
Excellent time here. We came for my friend birthday and they were incredibly kind with the reservation and service when we arrive. The food was excellent, don't fill up at the food bar start at the back BBQ section! It is either buffet or weighed per plate, I think you break even at 3lbs. The restaurant wasn't too busy nor loud, nice family friendly open vibes, very spacious place and it's byob. There's a small*ish lot for parking to the left of the restaurant and then some street parking along shrewsbury st.

Khaled A.

Yelp
Pampas is nothing but the the salad bar is great and the steak is delicious! Great Spot highly Recommend!!

Jodo M.

Yelp
It was pretty good. I do recommend that you pay by the pound $11.99 vs $38.99 option of all you can eat. We chose the all you can eat and that was a mistake. Our bill ended up being 91$ for two people and that was not worth it. It's your basic run of the mill Brazilian steak house. It's kinda McDonald's like of Brazilian steak house. I would say it's more of a takeout type of steakhouse. The service was great, the meat was pretty good but the salad bar was lacking. if you're looking for that high class Brazilian steakhouse I would just go to Framingham Station same price and all around better quality of steak and salad bar.

Alan T.

Yelp
Great food if you like Brazilian style BBQ. It never disappoints! We stop in every time we are in the area!

Ady N.

Yelp
Good as the food and service of Pampas Las Vegas. Nice lighting, though the place is smaller from the one we have in Vegas, the serving and service did not disappoint.

Brian J.

Yelp
Consistently great quality meats and traditional Brazillian fare. You can gor for all you can eat or pay by plate. If you don't weigh your plate down with salad items, you can get an awesome meal with meat, beans, and rice for under $15 bucks.

Viviana M.

Yelp
Great food and service, and even when they don't have alcohol they let you bring your own.

Kelsey D.

Yelp
Two dinners and sodas came to $55. The food was old and dry and honestly we didn't get that much for it to be that expensive. We went right around dinner time so there's no reason the food shouldn't have been fresh. Sausage was discolored, chicken wrapped in bacon was super dry and over cooked we frequent Brazilian places and this is honestly a place I'd avoid. Won't be going back.

Nancy T.

Yelp
Horrible. Dried up beef and chicken. They didn't have any pork spareribs. Salad bar was nothing special.

Jason M.

Yelp
Great food and super friendly staff. Kids and families. Neighbors. Comfortable and filling. My only complaint was I ate too much.

Robin R.

Yelp
This is a great Brazilian restaurant. Meats are superb and cut off the rotisserie spit as you observe. "Salad bar" is full of great stuff. You can have a satisfying meal on this option only. Ask about their pricing options / choices.....

Scott H.

Yelp
Food was delicious and plentiful. Deserts too. Ate my weight in meat. The Sirloin stood out - bacon wrapped chicken too. Very pleasant waitstaff. We will be back and we will bring our appetites!

Harry S.

Yelp
This is a official Brazilian steakhouse. We got the all you can eat meat selection. The food was flavorful, the salad bar was robust and the price reasonable for what you get. The ambiance was dated but did not take away from the experience.

Sean M.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic! We went with a group of 6 and all got the All You Can Eat. This isn't your normal Churrascaria as they let you go to the carving station and have the meat brought to your table. No more waiting for choice meats! The salad bar is also the best I have been to for a Churrascaria. The staff were all great. We really enjoyed ourselves and will be back soon!

Douglas H.

Yelp
Pampas is a great value for a Brazilian Steakhouse. Their pricing by the pound option is a really great value for those who cannot devour 5 pounds of meat in a sitting. And speaking of meat, Pampas meat selection and quality is fantastic. Good salad bar thats rounds of the meal perfectly. Really good choice, highly recommend!

Nicole B.

Yelp
My favorite place in Worcester! The food is to die for. Always a wonderful dinning experience.

AJ C.

Yelp
I have no complaints about the food or the service in general, however they really didn't do a good job at explaining how the pricing worked. There's gotta be a better logistical way of doing it. That said, the sausage and brisket were out of this world and I could eat those fried plantains every day. So good!

Mark K.

Yelp
Ive been a long time steady customer and for my money Pampas is well worth the money...The parking is great, bathroom clean, entire establishment clean and the staff is unusually personable and friendly....The salad bar is fresh and well stocked and the various selections of meat are awesome.....On a scale of 100 its an easy 110.......I have zero complaints and am always happy that I came...Thank you...

Matthew R.

Yelp
One star = equals zero here. I went In today March 7th to be greeted by a frenzy inside. Never in my Life have a I seen such chaos for ordering food in any restaurant let alone a Brazilian steakhouse. No social distancing in place, as they have people pay for their plate up at the front desk, while telling people to set themselves being quite confused as to what to do. If you want to get covid-19 come here. Ridiculously small room for what they have going on. People just ordering food for take out with no separation. You couldn't even get to a table without bumping into someone. How is that safe??????

Kelsey H.

Yelp
I always get a to-go box here if I want good takeout, but you can also dine in. The rice is my favorite but there's so many other options.

Beth C.

Yelp
People were friendly although service lacked. We sat and waited to order dessert which never happened as well as another soda. Meats were not tender and only came to the table mb 5 times. One small slice each time for 40.00 each. One time was dry chicken and one time was a small sausage. Salad bar was ok. Customers carrying plates of food everywhere and at the register. Grilled pineapple was the best part. Maybe we are just spoiled from Hyannis Brazilian restaurant. Also after parking we had to walk past 2 rat traps alongside the building. It is common in cities etc, I get it, but I don't want to see it right before dinner.

Candice P.

Yelp
I usually love this place but what happened with the food? So one day I went and I don't see the people who usually works there (the waitress with the blonde dyed hair). They provided a menu and explains the whole buffet process which never was the case... Even asking if we want dessert. On the sirloin that I always eat, the food had like a sweet bbq taste which NEVER is the case. The smokey flavor from the fire was gone and it tasted weird. The meat itself was gamey and.. it just wasnt the same. Even the salad bar, I love eating the cabbage salad but it missed that taste, barely cooked, and bland. It just tasted different. Does anyone know if the owner change???

Brendan O.

Yelp
Pampas is excellent every time I've ever been. The 'salad bar', for lack of a better term, always has a wide variety of fresh options. I recommend the plantains and yellow rice. One thing that might confuse you is the ordering system - you can pay by weight, or order all you can eat. Dessert is not included in that price, but can be ordered after the meal. I have never once been unsatisfied by one large plate by weight, for reference. I don't think AYCE is really cost effective unless you're getting solely meat and it's your only meal of three day. There are almost always multiple options for reach meat, so make sure to ask for the meat to your preferred done-ness, otherwise you'll get whatever they grab first.

Jared M.

Yelp
My wife and I went in February 2019. The host was excellent in not only greeting us but also asking if we'd been there before, and explaining the process since it was our first time. We both ordered the all you can eat everything so we could try everything. The salad bar was excellent. Due to some current dietary restrictions I was only able to enjoy the vegetables and plantains (no beans and rice this time but they looked delicious) but all of the salads were cold, fresh, and delicious. The fried plantains, oh my god. I could've eaten my weight in those. The meat options were excellent as well, but this is my only real complaint. We went at a somewhat busy time on a Friday night, and every time there was a line of people the meat stopped coming out. I don't know if it's because they only have one person doing that, but I can tell you that only one guy brought out our meat all night. The sausages were delicious. The garlic steak and roasted pork was delicious. The chicken wrapped in bacon was delicious. The lamb was a little over cooked for my wife's taste but I loved it. I believe we also had top sirloin and it was cooked to perfection. We got out for $65 not including tip, which is what we usually spend on date night anyway, so, this is an excellent spot. It is BYOB. In my opinion it's worth the money and then some. We'll be back sooner rather than later, and I'm already looking forward to it.

Matt K.

Yelp
You guys completely ruined what was supposed to be a nice Father's Day dinner. The service was extremely slow, the salad bar wasnt being refreshed, and we hardly ever saw the person with the meat skewers. We paid for the all you can eat option and left hungry. Which is aggravating because it's pretty expensive for a family of four. When we first got there, the salad bar had been pretty picked over. We kept waiting for someone to refill some of the sides, but no one was paying attention. When I looked over, the waitstaff were all fooling around. We were able to try a few of the meats and some pineapple. And that was pretty much it. Finally after waiting around 30 minutes, we decided the guy just wasnt coming back. Everyone was pissed. So we paid for our bill and left. When I explained what happened the person at the register took one of the plates off. Still cost me 90 bucks for people to go home hungry. That's unacceptable. If I were the owner I would fire the entire waitstaff and hire people who actually want to work. Customers shouldn't have to leave hungry because people aren't paying attention. Dont worry guys we can make our own dinner. Thoroughly disappointing evening.

Scott F.

Yelp
I went here with my wife and daughter tonight for the first time. Upon entering the hostess was very friendly/attentive and we were quickly seated. She returned to take our drink order fairly quickly and we were free to hit the buffet. My family opted for the weighing option and I did the all you can eat option. The only negative was they my wife served my daughter and herself before any meat was brought to our table. Only after my wife inquired, while weighing her food, did they send someone over to offer with any meat. However, once they started serving me they did not stop and the variety, quality, flavor and heat of the meat served was excellent! I ate a lot of meat but believe the weighed option is the better deal, though likely not by much. One other thing that I noticed and find very important is that the bathroom was kept very clean! To me that is a sign of quality management and makes the experience even more enjoyable. There is nothing worse than eating and then going into a filthy awful smelling bathroom, but not the case here! Overall, enjoyed my visit, recommend folks give them a try and will plan to go back in the near future.

Lau F.

Yelp
The meat quality has improved since my last evaluation. The salad bar is small but adequate. Service is good. Ambiance is cafeteria style. I continue to drive 45 minutes from home to eat at this restaurant. You can order "all you can eat" and waiter comes by table with different meat selections and slices you order or by "food weight".

EnXync A.

Yelp
Alright. I love this spot for the meat. I love my meat and this place does it for me. Always! I can't complain. I love there "salad" bar too, the variation of ingredients and how they're seasoned gives such a unique taste. They're not big on music which I wish they were, I also find out they're byob recently never knew that otherwise I'd sleep here. The take out prices are funny to me, buffet is worth if you gon eat eat! Others wise love it and the workers are awesome. Typing this review as I prepare to go order some meat.

Olivia P.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite restaurants! My boyfriend and I came here over the long weekend after having not been for almost a year. Their covid protocol is good we felt safe. I'm not giving more stars because the whole reason you come to pampas is the outstanding meat. We only got one cut of meat that was cooked medium rare everything else was really over cooked. The meat was good if you ate it immediately, however if it sat there and cooled off it became a hard grey brick. The salad bar I felt didn't have that many salad type options and the chicken they had was also over cooked in the silver warming dish. It made me very sad but everything was very well seasoned and I will be back I Just hope they do better with cooking the meat since this was not an issues before.

Sangmi P.

Yelp
How come this is medium? It is definitely overcooked and even over well-done, although i ordered medium now my teeth got so tired of chewing this too overcooked me

Josh G.

Yelp
THE STEAK IS TO DIE FOR EVERYTHING IS AMAZING HERE. Would recommend 10/10 stars make sure you come empty stomach you fill up fast

Nick H.

Yelp
Great place and the gentleman manning the grill is very friendly. The picanha and beef short rib are my top recommendations here - be sure to get some of the vinaigrette (the diced bell peppers & onions) for an authentic plate. The pricing by weight is very fair and you can have a great brazilian bbq meal for under $15 per person, easily.

Tj T.

Yelp
Came here a couple of years ago and it was much better. The meat today was overcooked and waited for grilled pineappple so long to get and when the waiter brought it. It was too cold. Very disappointed. Not much choice in the Salad bar.

Nathalie G.

Yelp
The food was fresh and delicious (seasoned well). That being said, the setting is unusual. No one in there communicated to tell us anything about how the establishment operates. We just watched what others did. Afterwards, we found out there were options we could've had but were told. Knowing what to expect now, I'd still return to dine on their tasty food!

Angela M.

Yelp
Been coming here for a while! Classic old school location which all the locals know & love. Considering all the competition on the same stretch, this Brazilian Rotisserie sure is Smokin' n' Delicious! #RoastedPineapple

Adam B.

Yelp
Tough to figure out the system here ... but once you do, it is worth it. So here is the rub on this place ... you can pay $8 per pound for anything off the salad bar (which is huge and offers hot/cold items) or you can pay $22 for all you can eat. You could easily tell which patrons were the pay by the pound ones because they were the ones who could fit in the booths. The all you can eat people ... not hard to spot. I will say that I was very confused by the by the pound system. They have a scale and you put your food on the scale and if it is a pound or under, its $8. I am not sure if they charge you another $8 if you go over ... or if you pay a little for each ounce. The trick is, you can only weigh the plate once ... when you get your food. You are not allowed to add any more onto it after it is weighed. I'd prefer if there was another scale to use BEFORE you weigh to see how much food you had ... and you could add a few things, if needed to get up to a pound. You'd be surprised how much a pound of food holds. Onto the food ... the salad bar. Eh ... so so. Lots of traditional Brazilian foods which revolved around vegetables (cole slaw, black beans, pinto beans) ... there is also french fries, DELICIOUS YELLOW RICE, rice, cheese and crackers, etc. etc. No soup, which was surprising ... but then again, I guess soup is hard to weigh. The real star of the show is located a little off the salad bar in a small side room. These are the grill racks that hold the skewers of meat. There is a dude there who takes the skewers out and cuts off what you want. There are so many choices ... some wonderfully marinated beef. Bacon wrapped marinated chicken. Chicken and Pork sausages. Ribs. Marinated Pork. Even chicken hearts and livers for the more adventurous. My favorite was the marinated steak ... and the bacon wrapped chicken. The sausages were good as well and everything had that wonderfully smokey flavor. In fact, when you walk outside of the restaurant you smell such an amazing BBQ/grill smell it practically becons you to come in. Sodas are Coke products or Brazillian Guarana soda. They also have some fresh juices. Because of the plate system and how you can only weigh it once, you order separate desserts which are around $5-$7. Mostly cakes, etc. I usually pop over next door at Miranda Bread and get a small sweet if I am still in the mood for dessert. These places are few and far between even though Massachusetts has one of the largest Brazillian populations outside of Miami. I like the international flair of the restaurant. While I wouldn't say the decor is dirty ... it is a little bland and more like a cafeteria. The waitresses are a smoke show though!

Amuse B.

Yelp
The meat is awesome (omg the ribs!) but you can get plenty without opting for the $20-something all-you-can eat plate. I was stuffed on $10. A bit of a confusing way to order and weigh your food, and it takes a bit to get a drink but as long as you eat the meat, you'll like your meal.

Sara S.

Yelp
Overpriced & Pretentious!! Extremely RUDE wait staff!!! Astrid tried to charge me $62 for just MYSELF. a lone single person.. that is absolutely RIDICULOUS!!! I'm sorry... $62 for ONE person??? Not only did she try to charge me for my Rodizio plate, which is $30... but also, ANOTHER plate, PLUS the container, which was JUST my leftover food that i simply did not finish..So, ALL that food went to WASTE!!!! SMH!!! She was so Rude to me.. she could have handled that situation MUCH BETTER!!! Bc of this, I will NOT be back.. even tho.. I do love the food there!! But, that waitress was just AWFUL... and bc she tried to overcharge me for the food i had ALREADY paid for... she made my experience HORRENDOUS!!!

Alice P.

Yelp
MYYYYY Best Friend used to live in MA...now she lives up the street from me, so EVERY TIME we go visit the fambam in Mass we HAVE to go to PAMPAS! We always pay for our food by the weight and sit down and eat. You can smell the smoke from the fire pit from OUTSIDE...its phenomenal. They also have platanos, rice, salad, potatoes, I think some kind of noodles, veggies etc., all on the hot bar. I get some salad then I load up on some fire roasted deliciousness. I don't remember if they have a decent bar, but I know you can get booze. They have parking at the side of the building but if you don't know where you're going, you'll miss it. The wait staff kind of takes a long time to come over to you...like a really long time, but the food is crack so it still gets 5 stars. Homie that works by the fire pit went down the LIST of meat that he had for us one day. He straight Bubba-Gumped it. He legit stood there and went: "I have -chicken -pork ribs -beef ribs -chicken sausage -pork sausage -spicy sausage -steak -*other things that I'm forgetting because now I'm thinking about the beef ribs* -grilled pineapple" Go to Pampas...you need it...I need it...WE need it.
