The highlight of my stay at this hotel would have to be the staff who work there. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. We arrived early and the lovely lady at the reception was able to let us have an early check-in, we didn't even ask. This was so kind and thoughtful. The same applied to the handling of our luggage; the staff were so quick and prompt to help us deliver our luggage to our room. The reason I booked this hotel was for its amazing architecture, but I was blown away by such attentive and lovely service. Thank you to the staff at the Pan Pacific.

I had a wonderful experience at Pan Pacific Orchard. From the moment I arrived, everything felt refined and welcoming. The lounge ambience deserves a special mention — calm, elegant, and very comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax or unwind. What truly stood out was the service. The staff were attentive and friendly, especially Amirul, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He went out of his way to ensure everything was taken care of, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with excellent service and atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

During our five day four night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore, we had a great experience. The Pacific Club Lounge was comfortable and the food was very nice. Edlyn provided excellent service throughout our stay. She always greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. During meals, she kindly asked if we needed anything and was always smiling. When my boyfriend and I faced some difficulties, she patiently helped us and offered practical solutions. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay more enjoyable.

Got a room upgrade to pool access which I m grateful. I would say courteous staff n friendly. However, my grouse is that the bathroom has no shower screen and it was together with the toilet. So needless to say it was wet many times. So you can imagine going into a wet bathroom. Not the nicest and definitely need to be careful. The other issue which should be addressed is the water from the shower - cold n very hot. You hv no idea when it will suddenly change temperature. So certainly not a nice experience. Overall hotel is nice, staff are friendly. So please address the bathroom issues. Thanks.

We booked a pool-access loft and loved the convenience of being able to jump straight into the pool. If you value privacy and want to avoid the pool chaos, getting a room near the far end of the pool was perfect. The only downside was that the pool closes at 9 pm, which felt a bit early. The loft comes with club privileges, which was a nice bonus. Every staff member we met was friendly and attentive. When we arrived an hour early to check in, we were told the room wasn’t ready and to come back later. The staff took the effort to call us once our room was available, which we really appreciated. They also surprised us with a birthday cake for my birthday — such a sweet and thoughtful touch. Another highlight: the room comes with a water dispenser, which was amazing and so convenient. A couple of minor points: we didn’t use the sofa on the 2nd floor. It would’ve been more practical to have a TV upstairs—no reason to climb up just for the sofa. Also, even with the AC set to the lowest temperature, the room still felt warm at night under the blanket. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing, and well-serviced stay. Will definitely return!

Modern and very clean hotel, close to Orchard Road and so numerous shopping and dining options. Decent sized pool on the fifth floor which offers good views of the surrounding area. Staff were very friendly and took the extra step to offer personalised service. Decent gym too with modern equipment.

We originally booked a Deluxe Room, but were graciously offered a beautiful pool-access room on Level 5 a delightful upgrade that set the tone for our entire stay. From the very first moment, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. The level of hospitality here is truly exceptional and unlike anything we have experienced before. A special mention goes to Head Chef Boz at Mosella, who went above and beyond by personally preparing bespoke breakfasts for us each morning, thoughtfully tailored to our preferences. This extraordinary gesture made our stay feel truly personal and unforgettable. The room was immaculate, and room service was impeccable. The hotel’s strong commitment to environmental sustainability was also very much appreciated. Mosella Restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast buffet, while lunch and dinner feature refined Mediterranean cuisine with a modern and creative twist absolutely delightful. The gym is well suited for a solid cardio session and a good 45-minute workout, though it is not designed for heavy strength training 😁. Conveniently located about 30 minutes from the airport and approximately 15 minutes by taxi from most major attractions, with Grab available as a cheaper alternative to metered taxis. This hotel is truly worth staying at, especially as a point of comparison to other 5-star properties, since it is new and offers such a fresh, luxurious, and personal experience. We absolutely loved every moment of our stay Pan Pacific Orchid delivers refined, warm, and memorable hospitality that is hard to match.

The hotel offers peaceful tranquility with sustainable, sleek, and minimalist room design. Thoughtful touches like intuitive wall switches, sliding doors for flexible privacy, and a hidden wardrobe enhance the experience. The room features adequate lighting and a calming balcony perfect for meditation or quiet reading. The club lounge delivers an exquisite selection for afternoon tea and cocktails, featuring TWG tea, Bacha Coffee, and champagne. Service stands out, especially from Edlyn, Thomas, and Hadif, who arranged a loft for a birthday celebration. The two-layered pool is beautifully designed and highly instagrammable, while Mosella serves a satisfying mix of local and Western breakfast options. Overall, it was a splendid stay and a wise choice.
