Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore

From the moment I arrived until the day of departure, my stay at Pan Pacific Orchard has been nothing short of outstanding. This has truly been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff deserve special recognition, every single team member I encountered was simply amazing. From the warm and attentive service in the Club Lounge, to the impeccable housekeeping, the cheerful breakfast staff, the welcoming reception team and the helpful valet, everyone went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality set a new benchmark. The food was another highlight. Breakfast and meals were thoughtfully prepared in both Mosella and the Club lounge with dishes rotated daily to keep things fresh and exciting. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is elegant yet inviting, and the attention to detail in service and presentation is second to none. I genuinely cannot fault a single aspect of my stay. Leaving tomorrow, I do so with wonderful memories and immense gratitude. Pan Pacific Orchard has set the bar incredibly high, and I look forward to returning again very soon. During our five day four night stay at Pan Pacific Orchard Singapore, we had a great experience. The Pacific Club Lounge was comfortable and the food was very nice. Edlyn provided excellent service throughout our stay. She always greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome. During meals, she kindly asked if we needed anything and was always smiling. When my boyfriend and I faced some difficulties, she patiently helped us and offered practical solutions. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay more enjoyable.

A truly wonderful stay at Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore. The entire team is very fast, attentive, and incredibly friendly – you feel welcome from the very first moment. Team is working things out fast - even it there are challenges. The breakfast is fantastic, and the delicious "Singapore" soup is an absolute highlight – so good that when I come back next time, I’ll definitely have it again. The cocktails and champagne are excellent, perfect for a relaxing evening with a fantastic view. The gym is well equipped, and the pool area is beautifully designed and great for unwindin

Booked the Premier Balcony King for my staycation and it was great. The room was spacious, clean and comfy. I love that there are multiple toggles around the room to turn off the light or close the shutter. The in-room dining had a lot of options to eat. The breakfast was great, had a variety of choices and you will be offered tea or coffee at the start of your breakfast :)

I stayed in beach club pool access loft and it’s a wonderful experience. We are a family of two adults and the two kids; the pan pacific team was so considerate that they made a second bed on the second floor so there’s quite enough space to spare. The outdoor terrace that directly connecting to the pool is definitely the highlight, spacious, easy to access pool and photogenic. Club service is delicate and nice as well with courses differ from day to day. Staff all so friendly and passionate. Overally, we love staying here and definitely will recommend to others.

The highlight of my stay at this hotel would have to be the staff who work there. The staff are really helpful and welcoming. We arrived early and the lovely lady at the reception was able to let us have an early check-in, we didn't even ask. This was so kind and thoughtful. The same applied to the handling of our luggage; the staff were so quick and prompt to help us deliver our luggage to our room. The reason I booked this hotel was for its amazing architecture, but I was blown away by such attentive and lovely service. Thank you to the staff at the Pan Pacific.

An exceptional hotel that stands out primarily because of its architecture. The design feels intentional, modern, and iconic. It’s clear this is not just a building but a carefully created experience. The three rooftop gardens/terasses are a highlight, giving the entire complex a distinctive, almost futuristic character while still offering a surprising sense of calm in the middle of the city. Beyond that, the hotel delivers strong quality across service, cleanliness, and overall organization. It doesn’t feel like a conventional hotel stay, but more like spending time inside an architectural landmark. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates design, atmosphere, and a truly unique setting.

Very nice, modern hotel. The pool area is also very good. The only issue was with breakfast. We forgot to include breakfast in our booking. In the morning we went to the breakfast counter and they told us we would need to pay. We said that we were hotel guests and understood that, and they allowed us to go in and eat. After we finished, we were charged around €90–100 for the two of us. The staff member then told us that it was expensive and that if we had gone to the reception first, we could have gotten it for about €70 per person as hotel guests. If he had told us this before, we would not have paid that much as non-hotel guests. We did not find this very fair.
