Pan Pacific Orchard, Singapore

I stayed with my family last weekend to celebrate my sister’s birthday at the property. It was my first time staying there, and it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience.||I was served by Sofia, who was an extremely sweet lady. She assisted both my parents and me during check-in, and her warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome. She was also very patient in explaining the facilities and the benefits that came with GHA Titanium membership.||We were fortunate to have both rooms upgraded — one to a Suite and the other to a Loft Room with pool access — as there were available rooms.||The pool was spectacular, especially for a night swim. The gym was well-equipped and spacious enough for my workouts as well.||I also managed to enjoy the lounge for afternoon tea. While the spread was smaller than that of the Pan Pacific Marina Bay lounge, the food quality and taste were excellent.||Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay for the evening cocktails and breakfast as I had other plans.||Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for my entire family. Thank you so much Sofia for the hospitality and making this stay a special one. I’m sure I’ll be back again very soon!

We recently stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a wonderful experience, thanks in no small part to the incredible service we received from Morissette Mya. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of.||What really stood out was her attention to detail, she ensured that my check-in experience was smooth and hassle-free. And even went beyond to ensure that my pre-check-in preparations were done. As this was an anniversary stay, I had delivered balloons prior to my check-in, and it was delivered to my room before I entered. Complimentary wine and anniversary cake was also offered, making the entire stay wholesome. <3||The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with all the modern comforts you’d expect, but it’s the human touch that makes the difference. Pan Pacific Orchard is lucky to have someone like Morissette Mya representing them, and I hope the management recognizes what a gem they have on their team.||We’ll definitely be returning—and recommending the hotel to others—because of this level of service. Thank you again for making our stay so special!

Great experience had at this hotel . Excellent room on the 22nd floor with a great outlook over the city. Limited storage in the room was a bit of a problem but this was overcome by the wonderful staff employed by this hotel .|Friendly and helpful just the start of it. If you go to the lobby bar you have to look up Mr Fahmi the lounge manager. |What a character he is. Was passionate about his food and the hotel. We really enjoyed having a conversation with him. The hotel is beautifully located, close to everything.

We stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard earlier in the year and our experience was first class.|We absolutely would recommend anyone who is after personalised care and professionalism to stay here. Nothing was a problem during our stay.||I have specific dietary needs, and the team at Pan Pacific went out of their way to ensure every meal was safe without ever feeling different from what was offered to other guests. The food itself was exceptional. We would like to give special thanks to Edlyn, Sid, and Anil for their warm, attentive, and thoughtful service. Their care and kindness truly elevated our experience and made our stay unforgettable. ||If we are ever back in Singapore, this is the only accommodation we will stay at.

We recently stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard for 7 days and had a truly wonderful experience. The staff were so friendly, accommodating, helpful, and always greeted us warmly. The hotel is very clean, beautifully maintained, and the breakfast selection was excellent. The location is perfect. As we were traveling with our infant daughter, we really appreciated the cot provided by the hotel, which was large and comfortable. The only downside was that with both the cot and our luggage, the room felt a little bit too small for our needs. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would happily recommend this hotel to others visiting Singapore and want to be close to Orchard Road.

What a great hotel, conveniently located steps away from Orchard Road and Scotts Road. The reception lobby is very open and inviting, which you don't typically get the same atmosphere anywhere else around Orchard. The entire tower, that was recently renovated, looks like an urban oasis with greenery cascading from the facades. The staff are very friendly, polite and helpful. Our room came with the daily breakfast package, which we truly enjoyed. The room itself is modern, very clean, with an outdoor terrace overlooking the city skyline. As a frequent visitor to Singapore (and a first time guest at PPO, we will definitely returning. If you choose to stay in the Orchard area, this is the we think a very great option from the value, location, and the great breakfast selection. We would like to thank Patricia, from the F&B team, for greeting us and remembering our breakfast routine, in the morning!

Inspired by the good experience at the "old" Pan Pacific in this location, I decided to book at the new Pan Pacific for my 3-day business stay in Singapore and I am glad I did so. Apart from being in a good location, this hotel offers quite a unique experience. The architectural design and features alone make a stay at this hotel a worthwhile experience, which is matched by the quality of service and well-designed rooms. I stayed in an upper floor bedroom with balcony as an added attraction. Breakfast was included in my package and there was a great variety of food available to suit anybody's gourmet requirements.|Considering the general high cost of 4- 5-star accommodation in Singapore these days, I consider the Pan Pacific Orchard has offered value for money.|Travellers with a large wardrobe may struggle a bit finding adequate storage space (drawers). The hot- & cold filtered water is quite a useful feature as is the Nespresso machine, but the lack of proper milk provided limits the usage to black coffee drinkers only.

Stunning hotel with superb view of swimming pool, garden or cloud. We opted for the swimming pool balcony room. Gorgeous. Rooms are clean and decently sized. Prices are reasonable. Service is also friendly and efficient. Short walk to orchard road. Highly recommended.
