The popular bar, one of the last remaining vestiges of a pre-French Laundry Yountville, closed during the pandemic leading many to worry it’d never return. Now, a new set of owners plan to revive the business with one notable change: Patrons will no longer be able to smoke inside. “We want to preserve it,” owner Ren Harris tells the paper. “It’s not going to look any different from the outside than it has the last several decades.”" - Lauren Saria

Had to check if Pancha's was still there. Super sad to see "Temporarily Closed" on Google. Seasonal?? The bad reviews crack me up, because if you're not small town, you're definitely not going to dig this place. There's plenty of fancy places to go. If we're going back, this is one of the first places I want a drink. Hope everyone is good at Pancha's! 🙌 My advice, go here, drink whiskey, tip generously, chat with the locals, and leave your ego out on the curb. ✌🏻

This place is closed under an ownership switch over... Maybe later summer early fall opening?2024 if permitting goes well... Excited to see what they do with a local favorite/legend... :) As long as they get rid of the couch, everyone will be safe😂

A very relaxing and safe place to have a beer or drink, and unwind. Not a place for Snowflakes or uppity people who whine a lot. They will 86 troublemakers and idiots in a heartbeat, and not in a way you'll want. I loved it every time I went there...

In the middle of all that is Napa Valley with all its beauty you have Pancha's. It is a dive bar you can smoke in and enjoy a cash only full bar. If you want a classy place for a drink go somewhere else. It has a couple of pool tables and big screens all around. It is a historic bar and the reason you can smoke inside. I like this place.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is incredibly unwelcoming. We came to Napa to enjoy great wines. We had a little “break in our day” and just wanted a laid-back/low key bar to hang out at....we walked in and were immediately insulted, sterotyped, and almost pushed out. The women behind the bar was the absolute WORST. ZERO STARS.

Seriously, one of the highlights from our trip to Napa! Our driver took us there after our winery tour for pre dinner drinks, we had a blast! Rose is hilarious and so much fun! We loved her so much we came back the next evening after our wineries again. We called ahead to make sure Rose was working and then headed there, she was fantastic again!! If in this area you must go visit Rose and tell her the people she can't stand from Minnesota sent you...

Overall very good service. Being from Oregon had not seen bar smoking in years. cOld beer, sassy straight forward service. If you don't like it leave...Or you will be shown the door anyway. 9ers won, MGD was ice cold, and Nacho's that were allowed to bring un from Taco truck were great. Grest find in toney Yountville.
