Panchita - Miraflores

We have good time and good food. Everything is great. But at the end Felix , our server , show us the bill and said service charge not included. But in the bill it said IGV 18% and something else 6%. (Which I use google translate and it said service charge). And he said 20% service charge is acceptable. We think it’s too much but thought it’s a common practice. The next day , we check with friend , they said 10% is enough. And if the 6% in the bill is the service charge included. We really feel bad for tricking us like this. My point is just to warn others about service charge.

Our hotel recommended this restaurant, which was a 15 min walk. We were seated within 10 min without reservations. Even though this place looks fancy, we felt very comfortable dressed as tourist after visiting Lima and Miraflores. Food served was exceptional with large portions and prices were reasonable. The table and chairs were one of the most comfortable I sat in at a restaurant which was very spacious. Not once did we feel rushed. Keep it up!!!

Portions are huge, flavors rich. the vibe feels warm and local. Always busy, so book ahead. A must-try spot for a delicious, authentic Peruvian food experience!

Great time and great food. We were a group of 6 and ordered various entrees to share and the short rib stew plus the arroz con pato as mains and were all happily surprised! Definitely recommended if you're in Lima!

We arrived at Panchita Restaurant with no reservation and were seated after a 10-minute wait. After seated at our table we were greeted warmly by our waiter, who throughout the night was attentive and charming. The food was great as always, and we will be back for sure!

Classy restaurant, must make a reservation for a guaranteed seating because they are always so busy. Food came out very quickly and good food with big portions. Friendly staff, Staff gave some good recommendations/suggestions for us. Must try this place when you are in the hood. Highly recommended.

The food was great, I wish I could give 5 stars, but one of the dishes we got was salty "cabrito" They took around 15 min to get desserts on the table. The service was good, but our server was a little slow, and he tried multiple times to sell more food every time, we got big expectations about this restaurant, but just we just finished with an okay experience.

Oh wow. Atmosphere, food quality, service… this was an amazing find! Delicious food. Our server was very knowledgeable and helpful when I told them I am celiac. My meal was gluten free and also a feast for my taste buds.
