To start no hate to any of the employees the customer service was fantastic. It seemed that there was only one lady working this night and she was managing making the food, busing the tables, keeping up the cleanliness of the entire restaurant, sales, online orders, and anything and everything related to customers. She was incredibly friendly and we felt very welcome while we were there. The only issue with that was she was, and it seemed that she was the only worker there. The restaurant was very clean, but the music was quite strange considering the atmosphere, it’s a vegan Mexican place and while we were there, we heard reggae, death metal, and sort of sad love songs there was also this incredibly high-pitched noise that kept going on and off throughout our stay. There are also hardly any customers there aside from us and one other lady, so it doesn’t seem too popular these days. I ordered the street taco combo. The beans and rice were OK although a little soggy but the meat in the tacos was sweet. The rest of my family members had little to no issues with their food other than not liking the rice because of how soggy it was. While we did expect a much nicer environment, based on the reviews or expectations were almost immediately dropped compared to some of these reviews, this place has definitely gone downhill, but nonetheless wasn’t the worst. The food was fairly expensive but for being vegan that’s all right. My main issue was the meat was sweet and I had the Carne Asada meat. I’ve had other Carne Asada alternatives in the past and none of them were as sweet as this one. It tasted like someone coated it in sugar.

This was my first time visiting but this restaurant is very cute. I believe the theme is centered around the 50 or 60s. I think this would be a cute date night to give you an excuse to dress up if you’d like. They have lights in the ceiling and a calming fountain in the room with soft music playing in the background. The tacos were great and big for the price. I had the Grand & Full Size Taco. With tip and food I spent about $30. I the staff was nice as well. I would come here again.

The food is always excellent. I love the service staff as well. But let just focus a little on what an experience this is. They moved into what I believe is the old Liberace museum and kept the Liberace. This is just so cool to be able to sit and eat amazing vegan Mexican food in a very unsuspected setting. The different rooms with the beautiful brick room up from back to the mirrored glam piano room. What a treat. Prices of the food are very fair too. Sometimes vegan food can be pricey! But they keep it affordable so everyone can come in and enjoy.

Google
Great selection of “meats”! This place has ever type of vegan meat you could ask for. Big sizes and wonderful taste. I really enjoyed the Mexican atmosphere and our server was so nice and friendly. Great vegan sauces and spicy is spicy lol. Every taco had its own unique taste and the food was done in authentic Mexican style. You will not be disappointed if you decide to go here. We’ll definitely come back!

We were a table of 3 adults and one child . We came fifteen minutes before closing but they were thoughtful enough to take us. Service was amazing, food was amazing, I was really happy. Can't wait to come back here and try more things.

Google
This place is a hidden gem! Authentic Mexican food 100% vegan and it does not compromise the flavor. On the contrary, this restaurant is much better than any other Mexican restaurant with meat options that we have tried. The service is fantastic, the price is good and the ambience is great (loved the music selection). Definitely recommend the street tacos, the pozole if you visit on a weekend, and the potatoe flautas. Good job Panchos! 👏 we will come back every time we are in Las Vegas.

Great Mexican food with good authentic flavors! Loved everything we tried. So many protein options to choose from! The vegan nachos were great! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Google
This is our go to vegan restaurant whenever we are in Vegas. Found them on the Happy Cow app, and have been over a dozen times now. Every time we have enjoyed our delicious meals. The staff is super friendly and always offers suggestions when we ask. The food is fresh, portions are large and it comes out fast. Definitely worth going!

Yelp
I've been here multiple times now and am never disappointed. The small size nachos alone are enough to completely fill my belly, and are very good. I usually go for the taco plate instead, though. Of the meat options, asada and pastor are my favorites here. The chicken is also good. I also had a wet burrito which was just massive. I ended up having to save most of it as leftovers because it was so big. It was really good, though. I've only eaten this place takeout, but it comes very fast and I'm happy they put extra sauces in the bag too. I'd like to eat there in person one day. I would highly recommend. PS, I don't know why yelp says this place is closed- it's not. Some of the pictures are wrong even when you look on Google, though. Perhaps it changed owners one day? I don't really know, but the place at the same address is still called Panchos and it's still very good!

Yelp
I was very disappointed to have driven 30 minutes to try this place. I was wanting to try this place the last time I was in the area but didn't have an opportunity at that time. I was super excited when we pulled into the parking lot. My family and I walked in, there was no host/hostess at the front where there is a sign to wait to be seated. We were starving. I saw that there was a bell at the hostess area so I rang it, nobody came out. There were only 2 people in the restaurant and 1 guy waiting for his pick up order. Where was everyone?! I rang the bell again and again, still nobody. We left very unhappy and disappointed. Whenever you have customers walking into an establishment, the first impression means everything, you only have 1 opportunity to make a good first impression and this place missed the mark and failed miserably. I won't be coming back to this place.

Yelp
This used to be the spot, with them moving to a new location, I don't know what happened. I ordered a California Burrito (meat, fries, pico, guac, cheese and sour cream). My burrito was dry AF, no guac, undercooked fries (some soft, some hard). I was so disappointed, it was no bueno. I really don't have much more to day about that...

Yelp
My love for Pancho's Vegan Tacos still holds steady after all these years. They are consistent and delicious and now offer a more beautiful dine in experience. Watching them blossom from the small space on Trop & Pecos, to expanding there, to moving down the street, to now here at "His Garden" has been an honor. My favorite orders: Chorizo Breakfast Burrito Asada Street Tacos Asada Loaded Fries Pozole California Asada Burrito (California style means there's fries inside)

Yelp
I had to leave a review as I'm still sitting at the restaurant because that's how good it is!! I was referred by a friend that said they are the best vegan tacos in town. I got the Al pastor tacos with beans and rice. I also ordered a churro which they also have different flavors. The food was so delicious I'm not even exaggerating. I will definitely be back to try more on the menu. The server ( I didn't get her name) was very sweet and helpful. Excellent food and customer service!!! 10/10

Yelp
A strange combination of: very friendly and yet not particularly helpful service. and... HUGE portions of only okay food. Having never been here before, I asked what faux "meat" went best with what burrito "They're all listed at the bottom on the menu, and they're all good" was the answer. Yes, but there's no description of what they taste like.... "They're all at the bottom of the menu. They're all good" she repeated. So I ordered the first option - the "Asada" in a "California Burrito". It was okay - but really sloppy. Too big to eat with just hands. Too loosely packed to cut with a knife. And..,French fries inside? Is that what "Asada" means? I would not have ordered this had I known - but again no menu descriptions and no help from the staff. The "meat" was essentially a Textured Vegetable Protein (which is not my favorite) very crumbly and dry - but there was tons of it I finally lost interest and left half on the plate. Nothing about this experience was bad, but I'm kinda mystified by the five-star rating. More help and smaller portions of tastier food would have made for a better experience.

Yelp
The place has a cute older look, natural lighting. Went during the afternoon, but I feel like it's amazing at night once it's dim. Service was friendly and fast, wished their menus had pictures on some of their food, but generally, the menu isn't hard to read. This place has weekly specials for a good deal! Recommend trying it out to save some cash. Ordered the street tacos, Carnitas, and Al Pastor. The tacos are really filling, 4 was a good portion. Carnitas tasted really good! Al Pastor was good, but I had to look at some pictures if it was al pastor because it looked really similar to Chorizo. The only thing was that the al pastor was really oily. Their red salsa is really tasty, though!

Yelp
Drove all the way from California to try out there all you can eat on Tuesday. This place moved to a new location and seems to be closed.

Yelp
Before visiting this restaurant, I contacted them via Instagram regarding the use of nuts. They responded in a timely manner that the only nuts they use is coconut so the restaurant was safe for hubby to eat at. Upon entering the restaurant, we were asked if we were dining in, taking food to go, or picking up an order? After saying we were dining in, we were asked did we want to sit at a booth or table? After deciding to sit at a booth, we were promptly seated and given menus. While looking at the menu, I liked the variety of vegan meat available including asada (wheat based,) Al pastor (wheat based,) chorizo (wheat based,) chik-end (soy based,) carnitas (jackfruit,) mushroom, and catcus. Also, we liked that variety of food available including taxis, fries, nachos, burgers, quesadillas, tostadas, and salads. I decided to order a quesadilla with mushroom and a grand taco while hubby ordered supreme fries topped with the asada vegan steak. I will admit that I was a little bummed that they didn't have vegan fish available for the fish taco or any diet Pepsi to drink. Despite being out of certain menu items, the food we ordered arrived quickly and was delicious. The waitress was friendly and the occasionally checked in on us regarding how our dining experience was going. Although some menu items were unavailable, overall, it was a good dining experience and we would make plans to eat here again in the future.

Yelp
Food: grand taco (asada), no cheese and no sour cream. I always get two and they are so tasty and so filling. All the ingredients come together for an explosion of flavor in your mouth! Highly recommend! Don't forget the green salsa. They give you two free salsas (red and green) but sadly, no free chips. Seems like no one gives free chips anymore. The street tacos (asada) and nachos (asada) are also delish. Service: always friendly and helpful with any questions you may have (and yes it's ALL vegan!) Ambiance: I love the día de los muertos decor, but I wish they would play authentic music to match (for some reason they play hardcore rock music). Also, I think they have some pipe issues because unfortunately many times it smells like a sewer in the restaurant (really need to address this!) Location: inside a shady strip mall with homeless people across the street. Don't let it deter you. I wish they still had their Henderson location. We would eat here more often as this is a bit far for us. Maybe they will re-open - I suggest St. Rose! We are regulars and we have tried other vegan taco places around here and this place continues to win hands down!

Yelp
Went to two location and they were closed.Suppose to open at 11 and doors were locked. Don't answer phones .

Yelp
Luckily, Pancho's is not closed! The address is a new location, not far from the old one on Tropicana. This is my favorite restaurant and consistently has great food. I always order the asada tacos, and sometimes the potato tacos. They are so flavorful and really filling. I recently tried the chili dog and it was also delicious. Customer service was great, and the owner even spoke with and served us.

Yelp
The flan was hands down my favorite. The service was good but their new so not perfect but working on handling plates. I noticedsa few hiccups with plating and inconsisty. They just had their soft opening in May so I would give them a second try. It was for a special event so I did not get to try their burrito bowl or horchata. The first order of street tacos were covered in cilantro the second order was plated better. They are also working on renovating so the decor is a work in progress as they are working with the Liberace foundation to keep as much as they can of the original building which I appreshaite. I look forward to going back for their all you can eat taco Tuesdays.

Yelp
This place was very affordable, delicious and filling. It cost us about $20 for two people 8 tacos and a churro. I loved the food, it was very clean, good and would def go back. The vibe is nice and such a cute authentic place.

Yelp
The food here is amazing. It is a must try in Vegas. The service is usually quick, I have been here a handful of times and it has always been solid. The inside of the restaurant is a little strange but I know there is history behind the location. I usually order take out on my drive out of Las Vegas.

Yelp
I've been here three times so far. The service is fast and thoughtful. The food is great. I had the "carne" tacos which tasted very close to the real thing.

Yelp
Delicious vegan loaded fries. I did a delivery order so I didn't get to see the place but I will definitely order from them again.

Paul R.

Yelp
Open area and decent seating, but be prepared to wait almost an hour for four tacos when you're the only customer. Got my order sloppy bagged with the sauce already spilling out. Witnessed a few customers come in wait around to only leave once they were not being assisted. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

Yelp
Vegan? Tacos? In Vegas? Sign me up! Like others, we were in search of a taco stop en route to the airport, and found this place from an Eater list. Yelp reviews confirmed it was solid enough to make a detour, so we rerouted good ol' Siri to the strip mall near McCarran to scout out the options. Location is a bit strange, but... isn't everything in Vegas? On the plus side, there are a TON of delicious-sounding options on the menu. We each opted for the taco combo, which comes with three street tacos and a side of rice and refried beans. I picked cactus (had never had it!), jackfruit (always great for vegans), and asada (recommended by the hostess). We paid and waited by the cool mural (pictured) to take it out to a nearby park. Tacos came out lightning fast, in under 10 minutes. We drove three minutes to a shaded park to eat outdoors. (Would love to see Pancho's add their own outdoor seating!) Taco verdict: - cactus: 3.5 stars. Tasted like pepper. - jackfruit: 5 stars. Outstanding as always. I feel like this is a home run for veggies! - asada: 3 stars. Just okay. Overall, we felt the tacos would benefit from more flavor -- especially some vegan cheese. They came with a side of salsas, but they were too spicy for our tastes. A side of guac was awesome, tho! The beans + rice were delish as well. Total for two taco combos, a taco dorado, and tip = $37.

Yelp
I came here for a long time. Customer service has always been lacking, not the food in the beginning. Now that I see the extremely rude follow up comments the owner has left I can see this may be a trickle down or overall culture there. There is no person permanently stationed at the front. They are there one minute and then in the back for 5 minutes picking up to go orders AND bringing out other people's food. It's ridiculous to have to wait 5 minutes to be seated when the entire restaurant is almost empty. What would happen if you all got busy? It's not a sustainable business model and I suggest the owner get an outside consultant or help because things have gone down hill in the worst of ways. When i was done with my food and noticed she had not checked on me in awhile, I went to the front to pay and yes, had to wait another 5 minutes to pay. Additionally the tables were dirty. The first two photos are from the first table I was seated at. I asked the waiter about this issue and she said "oh they wash them" Like... as y'all can see there's no way that happened. Then i asked to move tables only to be equally disgusted with that one :/ You all have so many people who love what you first presented when you opened. I was going back when they were up the street!! Long time customer. But unfortunately I have decided to never go again. I know for a fact if you all were to invest in staff culture (basic manners, politeness, increased workers on shift), food preparation (temperature, quality), and your overall business structure (cleanliness, timing, etc.) your customers would be happy and of course the business would thrive. I am genuinely confused when a business is reluctant (demonstrated in Sacbe's rude replies) to improving. I recommend Tacos & Beer, they have great mexican vegan options.

Yelp
I was disappointed. My daughter is a picky eater, so who can go wrong with a Quesadilla. Well.... I told the lady I needed a plain Quesadilla. No sauce no nothing. And I asked what is a kid friendly meat. She says she don't know. So I picked and told her to put it on the side. Which she did. But guess what!! There was pepperjack cheese. Really!! It's for a kid!! I'm already asking for Kid Friendly meat. And then you give my child hot cheese. She should have said something about thw cheese. The food was salty. Didn't feel friendly. The food looked amazing... but was not what I was hoping.

Yelp
Holy "molé" Batman! I was absolutely blown away by all the flavors and variety here. I don't eat dairy nor pork products so it's been pretty hard to find Mexican food that is vegan. This place IS 100% vegan and that was all I needed to know. The Cactus Molé Enchiladas were fantastic. It came plated with rice and refried beans. All of the flavors mix very well together and my palette was quite pleased! I'll add some Photos so you can see how delicious the food was.

Yelp
I am so happy I tried this place and I can't believe everything was vegan. I brought my girlfriend who is not vegan and she liked it so much she was ready to go back the next day! I ordered the Dorados, nachos cheese nachos, veggie rolls, cactus taco, and south fish taco! Everything was delicious. I never had a cactus taco before so I definitely wanted to try it. The staff was amazing! Our waitress was nice and helpful with giving recommendations. It was a nice vibe in the inside. There was a lot of tables and it's also connected to an event hall in the event you're looking for event space. I will definitely be back here to try more of this menu!

Yelp
I have 2 confessions ... I am not vegan & I went here twice in one day . I honestly don't see the need to eat regular tacos anymore . The food was fresh and the service was prompt & the food was hot . I will definitely be a regular at this spot. I even tricked a carnivore into thinking it was a "real " al pastor taco & didn't tell them. They said nothing & neither did I. Lol

Yelp
I am not vegan but a lot of people in my life are, and all of them who have tried this place had great things to say. I've tried this place several times now and am fully on the Pancho's bandwagon. I've only had their tacos, but have tried all their proteins in their tacos and they were all great, with the carnitas being particularly outstanding. There are certain dishes where meat simply can't be replicated reasonably, but I never think twice about the vegan tacos here. The best thing about this place is their value. They have daily specials, and the Taco Tuesday special (4 tacos for $9.50) is a steal. Typically, I have to spend $20+ to get full at most vegan places, but that's not the case here. Regardless if you're vegan or not, this is a place I'd recommend.

Yelp
Great food fun eclectic atmosphere they had great churros and the dishes tasted and looked great i will say they had great serves and everything thing is vegan and nut free.

Yelp
This is a great place for alternative to meat Tacos. If you're a Vegan and craving some Tacos, this is the place to go to.
google avatar

Lisa N.

Yelp
My friend is vegan and we needed to find a place near the airport and luckily Pancho's Vegan Tacos is about 7 minutes away. Although I'm not vegan I thought that you definitely get your money's worth. I ordered the regular spicy ranchero fries and boy did they load it up. The dish was definitely enough for 2 or 3 people. I wonder what the large would look like. I just wish there were more crispy fries. The middle was super soggy and not my preference, but others may like it. My friend loved everything about his quesadilla meal. No complaints and said he would definitely return. On Mondays it's "Meatless Monday," but basically order anything on the menu, mention it to the server, and you get 10% off your bill. Also check the back of the menu for weekly specials/deals.

Yelp
I've been here many times. It just gets better and better. Our server Alexa was incredibly attentive, making certain that my mother's birthday celebration was perfect. She thoroughly explained the menu and answered our questions with care. As for the food, it was incredibly delicious. I'm the only vegan in the family, and yet everyone in our party agreed that it was impossible to tell that the food was vegan. It simply tasted like wonderful, authentic Mexican cuisine. Every bite was packed with flavor. I still can't get over how reasonable the pricing is. Other vegan restaurants in town charge an outrageous premium, but not Pancho's. The cost of our meal was perfectly fair, considering everything we received. Of course, we'll be back. It's one of our favorites.

Yelp
This is completely fase information, I asked your employee for their first name so I could call Uber and complain to Uber for not providing your employees with a working phone number because your employees stated that they tried to call Uber 3 times but was not able to connect, therefore I never received a phone call to inform me that you were out of nopales, I never requested that your restaurant give me a refund, this was Ubers fault. My complaint is how your employees handled the situation, your food on the other hand is quite delicious. If not for your customer service I would give you 5 stars. And what threat's I have proof I never threatened anyone, I simply wanted a name to give to Uber so they would know I wasn't making it up that no one was able to contact them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I will never order from this restaurant again. I would give the service no stars but I have to give it one in order to post this.

Brandy R.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. Authentic and delicious, was awesome to get a full vegan plate if my favorite cuisine. Cheese enchiladas, rice, and beans. My kids each had quesadillas and they were the best I've ever had, vegan or not. Lastly, my husband had a plate of nachos that were huge and amazing. 100% will be back next time I'm in Vegas!!
google avatar

Colleen K.

Yelp
The ambiance is cool. The food is good. The service was slow. I would recommend if you are in the area. I would not go out of my way to go back. All you can eat taco Tuesday was $32 with tip for one person.

Yelp
Our second time visiting, my husband really enjoys it. Today I ordered what I thought was the small nachos but I guess they brought us a large order which didn't leave me room to try something else. Anyways the pastor was really good this visit, last time it was a bit salty. The nachos on the menu were listed with sour cream but idk if they mixed it into the pico which is not my preference bc I love dollops and squeezes of sour cream on my nachos. My husband wanted to order the torta Cubano but they didn't have tortas so hopefully we can order that next time. Instead, he ordered the 4 taco plate with Asada, chicken and chorizo and he enjoyed all of them. Definitely gonna have to order the asada next time for myself. Today, the agua frescas didn't hit :( the horchata was watered down as well as the Jamaica. Our server is always nice and attentive. Also, we love the atmosphere! Overall, we enjoy coming here. Hopefully they can work on their consistency with their menu. Thank you

Yelp
I wanted to love this place. I'm always looking for tasty vegan/ pescatarian food so had to try this. Let me break it down like this: Decor: very "70's having a party on a small budget." Nothing wrong with that but not in a restaurant. Service: very sweet ladies but they spend a lot of time in the back while customers wait at the front for someone to seat them Food: this is what REALLY matters! My mushroom enchiladas came out in literally 2 minutes.. nothing was hot and the vegan cheese was just sprinkled on top not even trying to melt it. Now, I cook with vegan cheese a lot at home. It melts, it has flavor, especially when you spice your dish appropriately! So, this just showed no effort, not an attempt all. Overall, sad... I want them to be successful and I think a few adjustments they can do this.

Jennifer G.

Yelp
Amazing Mexican food!! Always top notch quality and flavor!

Alejandra T.

Yelp
So sad writing this review because I've been coming to Pancho's for years but this is not the same Pancho's I used to order 2-3 times a week. The servers have always been mediocre so I'm not surprise the customer service here is terrible now. But the food was so good it was worth coming back and putting aside the inattentive waitresses. Now the food is terrible and the service is horrible so is safe to say this is the last time I give my money to this restaurant. You can't have bad food & rude servers, pick a struggle! Bye Pancho's it was good while it lasted.

Yelp
I like Pancho's! A lot! When friends ask me which vegan spots I recommend in Las Vegas, Pancho's is always on the list. I recommend it. But... there is just one thing that makes me scratch my head in confusion. This is a Mexican restaurant, and they feature some Mexican-themed images like the sugar skull, but I've always wondered why they don't play any traditional Mexican music or other Spanish-language music. The only music they play is hard rock, or hip-hop, or even old Beatles songs. And don't get me wrong, that stuff is fine. But I think they should play some traditional Mexican music, or at least some Spanish Rock music. The music they play now just seems like a huge mismatch for the type of cuisine they serve. The same goes for their decor. I think it's cool that the restaurant has now moved into an historic setting that was once affiliated with Liberace, but the current decor paired with the music they play just seems like a mismatch with the type of food they serve. But the food is good, so you should still try this place. :-)

Yelp
I have been going to Panchos for the last seven years and have eaten here at least 50 times. I have followed them from one location to another as they have moved frequently. My experiences have really been all over the board. In reading some of the other reviews I equally agree with the 5 star reviews as the 1 star reviews as I've had both experiences many times. At their best, this place can't be beat but there really isn't any consistency whatsoever. I've ordered a burrito where it was barely filling to other times having to take half of the burrito home because it was too much. The food has been fantastic at times and other times dry and unflavorful. The service at times has been great and other times I've walked in to an empty restaurant and have had to wait 5-10 mins to be seated. Sometimes the food comes out within 5 mins and other times it has taken 45 mins plus. Sometimes their soda machine is operational and sometimes not. They are now in their fourth location on Tropicana and it is a complete head scratcher why they would have invested as much resources as they did in their previous location just to move less than a year later. I wish them all of the luck in the world but some consistency in location, service and food quality would go a long way. Half the customers don't even know where to go anymore and even if they did....they never know what to expect.

Yelp
The food was so good I didn't put my fork down to take any photos. I went at a busy time and unfortunately they only had one server at that time. But she did her absolute best and was as attentive as she could be that the delay didn't even matter. Hats off to her. The building looks like it used to house a banquet hall or something but they are definitely working on giving it the full Spanish vibe. I have been wanting real Mexican food for a while now since I moved away from the west coast. This place will definitely satisfy your craving.

Yelp
I wandered into Pancho's Vegan Tacos just yesterday wanting to have a solo taco TuesDate to myself. I'm happy to report that I thoroughly enjoyed my 4-taco special ($9.50) and horchata to soothe the spiciness I smothered on my tacos. The "meats" were all seasoned well, with two tortillas per taco, and served with some optional sauces. I got pretty full with 4.... so I'm thinking maybe I should just do the 3-taco special that comes with a beverage. Anyway, the staff were wonderful too! Really felt like part of the fam here. Even as I sat around after my meal, they offered me some extra horchata (to-go) and I really did feel cared for. (My mouth was on fire still, by the way--- but I really just wanted to devour everything! That extra horchata saved me!) Would definitely come back! Maybe I should try the fries next???

Yelp
If heaven had vegan tacos, it'd ask Pancho's to dish em up! This place is a very unexpected location, as it is in a strip mall that has a few businesses. Then there's Pancho's to welcome the vegan taco fanatic with open arms as you exit your vehicle into the hot Vegas sun blazing hotter as you feel it's re-radiation from the blackest asphalt parking lot possible. As you enter, the space is open and nicely decorated for a fun atmosphere. Then you look at the menu when you're seated and cannot believe how you want to order everything. You continue sitting and staring at the menu trying to figure out how you can convince your stomach that you'll survive if you only order 3 items. Unfortunately, you notice they have specials on different days of the week, so trying to decide has become even more impossible. Nonetheless, your brain takes over simply because your brain has registered how embarrassing it would be to order half the menu and eat only 2-3 of what you ordered. Their food is so fresh, and the prices are so affordable. After you've ordered, you may feel like a crook for getting such a steal of a deal!!! For anything you order, you can decide the meat. They have many choices, so good luck deciding! Mushrooms? Nopales? Chik'n? Soooo good! Nachos? Burrito? Tacos? Enchiladas? Sopes? Huaraches? Burgers? Soup? Breakfast??? Ohmigosh!!! And, housemade ice cream??? Heaven. I wish my stomach were bigger. Everything was so good! I am glad I didn't order more, because I would've found the food so delicious, eaten it all, and probably not be raving about its wonderful offerings! So good. Favorite new taco place in the entire history of ever eating tacos. Amazing!

Yelp
The first time I tried Pozole was at Pancho's in Las Vegas and I was immediately hooked. Their Spicy Ranchero Fries are a personal favorite, with the sour cream being so delicious that I had to confirm it was vegan. To my surprise, everything on their menu is vegan! The pozole, a traditional Mexican soup, is made with plant-based meat and hominy, and is a perfect blend of flavors. The dish is topped with fresh lettuce, onions, radish, and cilantro, and comes with a plain tostada on the side for some added crunch. The Spicy Ranchero Fries are a treat for spice lovers, with a variety of toppings to choose from. The dish is served with your choice of meat, salsa, jalapenos, pico, beans, sour cream, and cheese. Simple perfection. I highly recommend Pancho's Vegan Tacos. The food is delicious, and the fact that everything is vegan is a huge plus. I only wish there was a location closer to my house.

Yelp
Amazing how this Mexican restaurant makes all the food vegan and that it also tastes good. It all looks like the real thing, and you'll also think it tastes like the real thing after trying it. Pancho's Vegan Tacos is totally just that. Has all the Mexican classics. There's also some desserts as well. I heard of this place and was waiting for a good time to come. One recent day we were in the area and came in. The restaurant looks much like a cantina with a bar area and some tables. Many people get takeout after they call in their orders. We saw it didn't take that much time for the food to arrive, so it should never be a long wait. After looking over the menu we decided to get combos. The word Taco is in the name of the restaurant, so we had to get some of those. I had the Taco Combo. It's 3 tacos for about $9 and comes with beans and rice. The flavors I got were Al Pastor, Asada, and Chick'n, all tasting like the real things. She had one of the burritos. These came with hot sauces. After these were finished it was time for dessert. They have vegan desserts too. One is a non dairy ice cream. They have it in pistachio and strawberry. Best day is Taco Tuesday of course. It has a good combo for real cheap with a drink. There's a few tacos in it, and if you thought it was cheap before, this is only a few bucks for this.

Yelp
The restaurant itself was very spacious and quiet. The food was served fast and our waitress applied the 10% discount when she didn't have to! The food was so amazing and it was some of the most delicious vegan tacos and the vegan pancakes were so fluffy and delicious. The vegan horchata was so good! Definitely a great place to stop for good vegan food.

Yelp
Food was terrible. Every dish was either too bland or too overspiced. Gave me diarrhea Waitress was ok but the manager refused to turn down the loud music. He had to consider the other nonexistent customer. The place smells like a sewer backed up in the restaurant. Only ate there because of timing and hoped it wouldn't be a disaster but it was. No matter what from now on when you walk into a restaurant that smells like a sewer I won't eat there lol!!

Yelp
That's it. I am done with this place! sad because I have I've been ordering from this restaurant on and off for the past four years. at first it was great. the quality was great! as the year progressed I understand things are more expensive and obviously that is why you raised your prices. that's fine but you ALSO ruined your quality! terrible! I order once in a while now as opposed to twice a week before but today was the last straw. I am done! I am not being scammed anymore. I would rather take a can of refried beans and put it into a store-bought burrito tortilla and eat that because guess what it would be much better than what you're serving these days.

Yelp
Such a disappointing meal. I was so happy to come to Vegas and see so many restaurants with a plethora of vegan option for my lady, and a number of them that looked delicious for me, too. It looked like we would have no trouble finding good places to eat, and off-strip so it wouldn't cost us a fortune. Menu looked amazing, reviews were great - what could go wrong? Well, my fiance liked hers, so that's a plus. She got a few tacos, and if I recall, they weren't all winners, but enough that she enjoyed it. For more details, read her collective works. As for me, when I ordered, the server asked me if I wanted a red or green salsa. I asked which is the more medium or mild sauce, expecting it to be the verde, but it was the red. Therefore, red it is. The biggest issue was the sauce. The server specifically called it salsa, the menu calls it salsa. This was clearly a mole sauce, not a salsa. It practically had the consistency of tomato sauce (yes, I know salsa has a tomato base, but you also know what I'm talking about). Had anyone, at any time, told me it was a mole sauce, I would have ran from it like it was something you run from very fast. Godzilla? A velociraptor? I don't know. Something big and awful, cause that's what this was, a big burrito covered in something awful. Now to be fair, I don't like mole sauce. Maybe you do and this would have been a slice of heaven. But it just isn't for me. Ever. Moreover, I have to tell you, their chick-end (plant based chicken) tasted like the end of a chicken (see what I did there). No, I am not a vegan. Yes, I live with a vegetarian and yes, I follow meatless monday and other meatless meals, too. I have had gardein and quoron and darling and morningstar and chicken flavored textured vegetable protein. Some are okay, some aren't, but all of them need seasonings and/or sauces. So did this. Problem is, it had a sauce that I already didn't like, so the lackluster chick-end with the mole sauce was a bad combo. This wasn't a 3 star review. I feel like I just wrote a 1 or 2 star review, but I'm trying to save it by stressing that I do not like mole, so maybe this meal was better than I thought for those who like mole sauces. I'm not even saying I wouldn't come back - I would just be a lot more careful with my sauces and would go with one of the other gluten free "meats".
