This Panda Express is hit or miss for me. While I don't go out of my way to stop in, my family does suggest this as a place to eat occasionally, so I've had it a lot. If you go to this Panda Express when there's a good crew on staff and the food is recently cooked, it's not bad.
Today, we had a really bad experience, though, that I hope is a one off. We ordered online for pick up (and paid in advance). When we went to pick it up, the crew behind the counter said they didn't have it. They put together a duplicate order, but instead of giving it to us, decided to help all the other customers that had come in after us first, because they didn't trust we made an order, I guess. Twenty minutes later, after being ignored, we verified the store number with our receipt online and THEN someone behind the counter decided to check the online order table and found our cold order there. Had anyone cared to check this before, the whole issue could have been averted. When we asked for fresh food, the staff was not very responsive. We ended up with the already slightly cold second order that they decided to hold behind the register for whatever reason twenty minutes earlier. So, not a banner night for the crew at Panda.
Honestly, I am not going out of my way to go to this Panda. They didn't handle this situation right at all and it rubbed me the wrong way.
