This is my least favorite Panda Express I visit, but unfortunately it's usually the most convenient.
The orange chicken here is the least enjoyable of all the Pandas I go to. Even when it's a "new" batch, sometimes it just seems like a recooked batch because it's never as crunchy/crispy as it should be.
They don't always have all the entrees. (Missing Beijing Beef often, and it's not like they need to cook it; it's literally not available on the online menu here)
I tried to dine in tonight instead of taking out. I asked for a water cup as the manager handed me my order. He was a decent manager other than not being able to help me out with a water cup. I don't know if it's a corporate rule that they must swear to with their lives, so if they could honestly respond about this, that'd be great.
So he said they were out of water cups. So I was like, "oh." Then I placed my order down on a nearby table and debated if I still wanted to dine in. The manager looked at me standing there, and asked if I had another order. I said, "No, I'm just debating if I want to eat here. I kinda want water." He's like," we have water bottles (for sale)." Yeah I know that lol. I asked him if I could get a soda cup to just fill with water. He said, "we're out of water cups." I repeated myself. He said he couldn't do that because they're "soda cups." I said I understand that (duh), but can I just fill it with water? He said no. The guess is that they just fear I'll steal free soda from them, but literally, I would've been fine if he wanted to fill the cup with water for me. Or watch me fill the cup. And I'm trying to eat there, so they could watch me with my water all they want.
It's disappointing I couldn't just get a cup of water with my meal. So if Panda wants to respond on that, that'd be cool. It probably is just the reason above. Ultimately, it's not a big deal in life, but this just adds to why I don't rank this Panda as well as others.
The one positive about this Panda is that they're in a good location and have managed to stay in business for a couple decades.
