About three years ago I stopped at a Panda Express, in Pace, Florida. The service there was so bad I vowed to never try this restaurant chain ever again. I broke that vow and this experience changed my opinion. The young ladies were all beyond pleasant despite being very busy. When I was asked if I had ever been to a Panda Express, and I replied "No" the lady tripped over herself to help me understand the menu. She even took the time to set up the app on my phone and ensured I received the discounts and points on my first order. I liked the entire experience but I had to remove one star because of the cleaning supplies left in the customer's view. For me seeing a broom, a mop, or a cone...is an immediate 1-star removal. Other than that my opinion has significantly improved and my future experiences will have a benchmark this establishment created for me. I may even eat here again before I resume my road trip.

I came here 2 days ago and this is the most ridiculous panda express experience I’ve had. I’m pretty sure Molly is the manager here but definitely does not interpret as one. She gets paid plenty but her and her staff don’t show the appropriate customer service. Never experienced such rudeness and disrespect from a restaurant like this in this location.

Even though prices have more than tripled since I first patronized this fast food chain. The food remains consistent in taste and quality. I was hungry when I ordered and was pleasantly pleased with the taste portions,and quality of my choice of protein. What was once $3.85 for a 2 way NOW $10.50 is just a sign of the time remember when a 2 piece wing & breast for Popeye's was $3.50 too ahhh the Good ole days

I stopped by and grabbed a bowl. When I got to the car I noticed I didn't have a fork so I went back in. The guy in front of me got a fork in his bag, but I still thought it might have been a mistake. Then when I asked the lady for a fork she instead had me walk around to the side and get it myself although there was a box of forks behind her and she just gave one to the gentleman in front of me. Super weird experience.

This is a really great location. Most of the staff here are super nice and friendly. Maylen who is manager is super friendly and works very hard alongside her assistant manager Molly. These ladies always seem energetic and Molly always greets all customers as they arrive with a smile on her face. Love her energy. James is also a hard working man as well. Thanks guys! I always come back and use my panda rewards and fill out surveys for free small entrees when I can. By far the best location I’ve been to glad I live nearby. Keep up the great work! Food is always fresh. Teriyaki chicken and Orange Chicken is really tasty and delicious!

I would've easily given this place 5-stars cause their staff and food were good. But after this last experience I'm not so sure I can. Upon a missed item our eggplant tofu, I came back to get it corrected. The staff seemed very disturbed? Or perhaps upset that we wanted a missing item. Almost as if it was our fault for not putting the food in the box. Normally everything is fine, and maybe today is an off day. But the body language and facial expressions shown go a long way for customer service. I trust that things will get better, but until then I'll have this review as is.

The interior is clean & service was well every time I order from here. The food taste good, the honey sesame chicken is delicious & crispy. Ask for half chow main & fried rice/white rice & most of the time they would fill my plate up with rice then chow main Portions seems like it's getting smaller over time tho.

I finally gave in! I hadn't been to this place in a long time, and I decided to give it a chance, but I regretted it! Today, I went to this place to pick up dinner for this evening. I asked the guy (younger guy) that I wanted containers for my orders. First, I wanted chow mein in one container, then I asked for another container, then I wanted fried rice, and he added it to my chow mein order. I told him NO, I wanted to be separate. He looked at another worker as he was not sure if he was allowed to do this. He asked to confirm if I still wanted my other orders in separate containers, and I confirmed. When I got home, I learned that I did not get an order of chow mein, and also did not get the teriyaki sauce for my chicken. VERY disappointed! I will not be coming back to this place again EVER!

Service was horrible, Elizabeth, the service worker, let a friend of hers cut us, even though they arrived after us. Cherry in top, FOUND A FLY IN MY FOOD......will be reporting this place to health department. Update: tried going back to get a refund, they hassled me even though I was in there 10 mins after initially coming in to order. I had threw the receipt away, they tried to tell me they could refund me without it, and she offered to give me a $15 gift card from her car?!?! I told her I couldn't take that without proof of funds of gift card, and that I spent more than $15 there for my husband and myself (about $25 total). Overall 0/10 review: if you go here, please make sure to check your food!

I came before closing and was greeted by Melissa. She was so kind and I can see that most of the food was running out. I was planning on ordering a panda feast and she let me know that they wouldn't mind cooking the food fresh, if I didn't mind waiting 10 minutes wish I really appreciated! I was able to get a panda feast with chow mein, fried rice, mushroom chicken, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken! Appreciate you accommodating my family and I especially since you were close to closing Melissa!

This is the most rudest Panda I've ever been to. They never have enough food out. It is sad to say they act very racist to other people who are not filipino. Me and my family are waiting for Honey Shrimp and a chicken dish for 5 mins. When the food is ready they serve their people who just come in the restaurant even though we are standing waiting to place are orders. By the time we get ready to order all the food is gone again. This Panda is the worst at everything and has poor customer service. I will never come back to this Panda Express again. The fact that your employees are laughing at the situation proves to us there's a reason that you are working at Panda. Don't waste your time at this Panda go to Napa or Vallejo.

Remember if you see the cashier or food attendant named Molly has no customer service! Terrible experience at this location! This used to be a a jolly store because of friendly staff, now it changed because of staff with no smile no greeting, try to rush you in with order and no thank you! I wouldn't recommend neither coming back at this location! Terrible store!

I've had some pretty stingy Panda Express experiences but this seriously takes the cake. Look at this ridiculously small string bean chicken portion! 3 pieces of chicken! I ate some of the orange chicken so it wouldn't be fair to show that but it was about 6-7 very small pieces. For $11 this was robbery. Will never come back to this location.

I ordered at 12:50pm and app said it will be ready at 1pm. Arrived at 1pm and was told it's not ready. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I went in line to ask why my tray has been sitting untouched for over 20 min while people are coming in and out getting their food. She said they were waiting on brown rice! Wtf. Had I know that, I would have just said to put white rice and send me on my way. They should have told me that the hold up was brown rice instead or just saying it wasn't ready. I never had a good experience here and this did it for me. Deleting the panda app. Might as well just order inside since it's faster

I've been a Panda Express customer for many years, and actually used to visit this location frequently until moving out of the area 2 years ago. I came back today & wow has it gone downhill fast. The chow mein was almost inedible, way too dried out.

Uffffgh, this place was absolutely terrible. Started by having to repeat me first 2 items (LoMein and Beijing Beef) 3 times. Why ask ahead of time if you cannot remember?? Mushroom Chicken had hard zucchini and mushrooms along with fatty/gristly "soft" (undercooked) chicken. String Bean Chicken might of a 1" x 1" piece of meat if I glued every tiny fragment together. LoMein loaded with onion, celery and cabbage, very few noodles. BB was the only good thing, nice and crispy. Quite possibly the worst Panda in the country. Reviews are accurate!!

I was standing in line about to order my food when the cook dropped this spatula on the ground, picked it up, dipped it in water and continued to scoop raw steak to cook in his pan. I spoke up about it and the server and the cook both said " I put it in hot water" I replied you dipped it in hot water for 1 second and the water had no soap in it. You didn't clean it off at all. The cook turned around and kept cooking. The server said "so what would you like?" I said "I don't want anything from here" and she said "everything is clean"... I just left. If they overlook something that small (when they could have easily just grabbed a different spatula) imagine what else dirty stuff they let slide. I know I'm not the only one that felt that was wrong because the 2 other people behind me in line left as well.

This review is based on this experience that I had. I ordered my food online. I got there and waited in line and after waiting for about 5 minutes the lady told me to go to the register to the "pick-up" line. There was no sign or anything on the website or email that tells me this. So by the time I get to register I had to wait again. It seemed like they were behind in orders so I didn't really get an acknowledgement. After 5 more minutes I was finally taken care of after everyone (including those who went after me). I ordered in line to skip the line but I got skipped

While living in Napa I used to go here frequently. I was always impressed with the staff and the food. I love how you can step up to the window and just pick and choose what you want. And you know it's all freshly made because you can see the chef stiring up more. And if they run out of an item they will fix it for you immediately. So much more convenient than going into a restaurant and have to wait for your food. My fav is the black pepper chicken. Has do much taste. Love it.

If I could give negative stars I would this is the worst panda express in California. They're rude the customer service is lousy You ask for your food to be made fresh and they tell you that they can't do it. The food we ordered was cold. I spent $25 for cold food. I threw it in the garbage, because that is where it belonged. I will be calling the corporate office.

I just stood in front of the first counter for 5 minutes without being acknowledged, despite making eye contact with several employees. I watched employees have conversations, stand around while another employee worked, and disappear into the back. What no employee did was even hint at taking my order. The last time I visited it took several minutes to get a napkin, again because the employees simply ignored me. I will not be returning.

The asian lady who was there today with the asian guy at cashier are so stingy when it comes to preparing customers food. It seemed like the asian lady had to keep running back and forth to put the food to cook on the fryer and then run back n forth to help customers while the guy did the cashier. Not sure what happened to the cooks, maybe they were in the restroom or out at the moment. The asian lady went to cook the food with no gloves. She just grabbed different bags (ie: bags of frozen chicken pieces, vegetables, etc.) - cut bag open and poured food in fryer basket all while wearing zero gloves. While she was doing this, customers were waiting what seemed an eternity to be served. Finally, the guy at the cashier comes over to assist and still I had to wait because there were no super greens veggies ready. So then the guy asked me if I wanted a drink, I said sure since I'm thinking it's on the house for my wait time. Waiting to get the lady to fix our plates, and then waiting again for super greens. Time to pay for food, the guy at cashier charges a fortune including the drink charge. I told him, I thought you were giving me the drink for free since I had to wait a long time for my order. No such consideration for customer service. Both the lady who was running back and forth to cook with no gloves and the guy at the cashier just had a stoned cold look on their faces as if it went of def ears. Panda has raised their prices on food, but doesn't give customers the amount of food that they pay for. I'm not a child, I need an ADULT portion size of food so if I'm asking your employees to give a little more, it's because they skimped out on filling the box or spoon. Employees rush customers in serving their portion, customers deserve a better experience at Panda. I shouldn't have to pay extra, when I haven't even received my full portion of serving. Fill up the boxes completely (not half way - I paid for a full size of box). Going down hill, soon no one will go there anymore. Close your restaurant already because no one wants to pay or eat at a place that is stingy with their food and drink. If you make a customer wait, they should get the drink free for the extra time of waiting. Times are tough for everyone.

Absolute terrible customer service. They constantly forget things like forks, the sauces you ask for and mostly get orders wrong (even of you ask them directy). When I asked for a refund for an order they got wrong, the manager told me no. She was extremely rude and only gave me a teriyaki sauce for my chicken(THAT WAS ALREADY COLD). I highly advise not going here.

I love Panda in general. I hustled into this store during my 30 min. lunchbreak yesterday evening. As my normal go-to Vallejo store is usually too busy during this same timeframe. When it came time to pay, the cashier was trying to charge me $30 for $15 worth of food. After about at least 5 minutes of back & forth, and with the line snaking out the door with visibly irritated patrons behind me, the cashier gave up and told me that she couldn't (or wouldn't) clear the issue on her register. To just pay the wrong (higher) price and that she would give me 10% off for the inconvenience. Yeah, right! I ended up leaving the food right there on the counter and walked out empty handed and hungry. Lunch break was nearly up by this time so I couldn't get into a Hamilton-style duel with them at that moment. Or delay any further asking for management intervention. Post-work, I made my way to the Vallejo location, where I did not have any such problems. Boo A.C. Panda! You've got too many 1-star reviews to be considered a coincidence.

This Panda Express is a joke and it's sad that it's the only one in our city. My daughter came here an ordered the bigger plate and took it home. Green bean chicken, beef broccoli, teriyaki chicken and a chicken egg roll. There was little pieces of chicken in the green bean chicken and tiny pieces of beef in the beef broccoli. My wife called and spoke with the so called manager. The manager tried to put the blame on my wife (really). He also told her the guy that prepared it did not stir the food good enough. Really guy! What does that tell you! We will not return!!!

L.M.F.A.O. I should have flipped out on my girlfriend when we both said we were feeling Chinese and when we said what we wanted she said, "Panda Express." The fast food establishment on its take for Chinese food is not really what I had in mind, but I went anyway because I support her and her weird takes on food. It's nothing like other Chinese restaurants/to-go places. It's very Americanized, with their choices being a few in number and many pleasing towards certain health food crowds. It just doesn't taste as great as other "authentic" (though that's arguable too) Chinese places and its variety lacks classics in favor of the in-crowd foods. In comparison to a real Chinese restaurant, now you're talking apples and oranges because they'll blow this place out of the water. But for what it's going for, with the whole get your food in a cafeteria take-out box style, I'd rather take my interests elsewhere for their better take on "authenticity."

They offer a limited menu now due to the man's restrictions on businesses. We got our food to go but it looked like they allowed limited dining. Food was delicious but unfortunately for me several of my favorites weren't being offered due to the aforementioned restrictions. Nothing to complain about, I enjoyed everything I ordered, service was adequate.

Another place that doesn't care about the customer. I don't wear a useless mask because I have difficulty breathing but told the girl as soon as I decided what I want and when I would approach the counter I would put on my mask. Even though I was over 15 ft away from anyone she said I would have to leave the restaurant or put on my mask. Of course I explained my physical handicap....I left.

If I could give 0 stars A big girl named jane always with mask under her nose or no gloves it's either one or the other she was serving chowmein and stuffed it into the box with her BARE hands after throwing trash away that fell on the counter. That's nothing to be doing right now during COVID she was the big girl Don't know her name. She needs someone to talk to her because I'm a usual customer and I always see her doing something she shouldn't it is disgusting that she took it that far I feel bad for the people who ate that food. UPDATE Went yesterday looking for manager and women named Melissa was not wearing gloves!!! What is wrong with this place !!!!!

I asked for the bigger plate item and they only gave me a regular plate. I even specified that I wanted the bigger plate. They have REALLY poor service. They got mad at me when I said that I wanted and I ordered the bigger plate at the cashier. I do not know why they had a bad mood. I also paid the same amount for the bigger plate which really ticked me off.

Came in today with my husband to get a couple bowls and the service we received was amazing ! The girls behind the counter were very nice and very polite and the food smelled delicious! I highly recommend this panda as the service was great and I have to add they were all wearing mask and all protected behind the barriers which I loved ! They also had hand sanitizer everywhere throughout the restaurant!

As of today, January 28, 2020, I was about to go to work. I decided to eat the leftover Panda Express food that my parents literally bought last night, minutes later, my stomach starts to hurt so bad to the point where I'm having a hard time breathing. I told my parents right away and they said when they ate some too right after they bought it, their stomach started to hurt too. Just in case you don't know, their is something called foodborne illness, in other words, cross contaminated foods. I am still in training for my job now and this is just ruining my opportunity for this awesome job offer I got. If this happens to us again, we will sue this store in American Canyon. Not happy.

Dudes, it's just a Panda Express. Can't expect gourmet food here. For the price and the 'freshly prepared food', it's hard to beat. It's actually a good fast food alternative. You can eat healthy if you get the right items. I can't say much about the slow service as every time I've visited, I was served promptly. Although I've come at odd times and not during the typical lunch and dinner times. 4 stars only due to the parking lot being crowded and the food not being 'stocked'. Have to wait for freshly cooked food.

My kids and I always patronizing this restaurant. My mom and i went here to grab some lunch but we ended up ordering the family meal. I ordered this one time and i was so overwhelmed with the servings because it's really worth the pay. But now no more, it was so dissatisfying and very disappointing. The crew says they've run out of the boxes so the food was placed in the styrofoam boxes. I am very upset with the amount of food served and I even saw red boxes down the food countertop but i just ignored it and didn't ask. But into some consideration they should have served the amount of food fairly. The Shrimp and Steak is their new menu, we tried it, chosen as one of the large entree and paid additional $3.75 but again i am so disappointed because the quantity was like in a 3/4 of the medium red box to compare. If I knew it, would rather just go and order the 2 entree. So, no more next time for Family Meal and I'm not going here on a most often times.

OK so we are all in COVID-19 and I tried the online ordering, Loved it! One of the best online ordering websites I have ever used. Then the problems started. My wife went to pick it up and many folks inside complaining they have been waiting along time. When our order was ready my wife brought it home. Well there were two meals but not what we ordered or what was on the enclosed receipt even though we paid for the more expensive food options (Angus steak and shrimp)we just ate it while my wife called on the phone several times to get no answer or satisfaction. I'll drive a little farther next time and get some real service for the price.

This will be last time I eat at Panda Express based on my experience with last nights meal. I ordered the 2entree plate half white rice and half mixed veggies. The rice and vegetables were a no-brainer, easy peasy. I ordered the Angus Beef and the Sweetfire Chicken Breast. The Angus beef was horrible the cuts of meat were like the butcher trimmings of beef. Very fatty and hard to chew and swallow. The reason I was so drawn to this particular dish is because the cuts of beef were so tender and delicious. I guess Panda found another way to cheat its customers not to mention the measured one cup spoon they use. The sweetfire Chicken Breast which also WAS a favorite of mine is no longer my portion had literally three pieces of chicken and the rest was peppers onions and pineapples. So the measured one cup spoon they use was full of fillers. A total waste of money and time. I'm happy Panda Express has shown me who they really are! Forever disgusted.

Extremely upsetting during these difficult times. We tried to place an online order for pick up but their website and app was slow and had to call it in. I specifically asked for the family deal but never received the discount and was overcharged $30. What should have cost us $24 through an online order with tax ended up costing $54, and to make matters worse we didn't get a receipt so there's no way of disputing it. The only proof I have now is the bank charge. I'm frustrated and pissed off. I appreciate them working but not being ripped off Shame on you!!!!
