The asian lady who was there today with the asian guy at cashier are so stingy when it comes to preparing customers food. It seemed like the asian lady had to keep running back and forth to put the food to cook on the fryer and then run back n forth to help customers while the guy did the cashier. Not sure what happened to the cooks, maybe they were in the restroom or out at the moment. The asian lady went to cook the food with no gloves. She just grabbed different bags (ie: bags of frozen chicken pieces, vegetables, etc.) - cut bag open and poured food in fryer basket all while wearing zero gloves. While she was doing this, customers were waiting what seemed an eternity to be served. Finally, the guy at the cashier comes over to assist and still I had to wait because there were no super greens veggies ready. So then the guy asked me if I wanted a drink, I said sure since I'm thinking it's on the house for my wait time. Waiting to get the lady to fix our plates, and then waiting again for super greens. Time to pay for food, the guy at cashier charges a fortune including the drink charge. I told him, I thought you were giving me the drink for free since I had to wait a long time for my order. No such consideration for customer service. Both the lady who was running back and forth to cook with no gloves and the guy at the cashier just had a stoned cold look on their faces as if it went of def ears. Panda has raised their prices on food, but doesn't give customers the amount of food that they pay for. I'm not a child, I need an ADULT portion size of food so if I'm asking your employees to give a little more, it's because they skimped out on filling the box or spoon. Employees rush customers in serving their portion, customers deserve a better experience at Panda. I shouldn't have to pay extra, when I haven't even received my full portion of serving. Fill up the boxes completely (not half way - I paid for a full size of box). Going down hill, soon no one will go there anymore. Close your restaurant already because no one wants to pay or eat at a place that is stingy with their food and drink. If you make a customer wait, they should get the drink free for the extra time of waiting. Times are tough for everyone.
