Just got home from this Panda. Out of my area a bit, but near my daughter and also her mother, so we met here. Mistake.
This review is strictly on the service level this restaurant has. Most Panda's serve the exact same thing and cooked the same way. So it is the same at all the Panda's I have been at.
Walked in at just about six PM. Two came in at the same time as we did. One person at the cashiers. One pair at a table eating. That's it. A gentleman at the register took the two folks order in front, gave them noodles or whatever they ordered, and wrote the entries on the box. We were up next. Exactly the same process and done quickly and efficiently. Even added the entries to one box as they were right there. We go around the corner with no one there to complete our order. We waited. And waited. A waited. Unbelievable. I counted eight staff on duty. (The order taker, Casher, two people back in the little room north of the order taker in the north west corner of the establishment who were just talking. Two workers ordering and restocking the half empty serving dishes, one cook, and another guy walking around in and out of the cooking/service area. It was just mind-boggling how long we were just ignored. My guess is the owner of the establishment was not on the premises. Eventually the cashier came down and dished up the other two boxes. Recognize the cashier, intake person, and cook are critical to keeping the flow moving. But for not one of the other five people to even lift a finger to finish our order is just not the way it is suppose to work.
Food was ok, but maybe a quarter of the tables needed to be wiped down. Not a chance would we ever return. Two thumbs down for this Panda Express (in looking at some of the most recent reviews -- they do not look good at all -- does not look like this is a well run operation at all !)
