Panda Express

This location is always a hit or miss on whether or not you're going to feel like you just wasted your money. Expect your favorite entrees to always be out or wait The super greens are usually terrible, it's either undercooked or overcooked and usually zero flavor when most of the time at other locations it has a nice buttery taste on them It really just seems like they don't know how to properly cook the Panda Express standard with most of the food. It's honestly usually really overcooked or just not even made properly altogether There was one instance where I drove all the way home just to open my plate and realize they forgot a whole entree needless to say I was very frustrated I hate to say it but whoever is managing this location is definitely not holding the Panda Express level of quality and consistency. I honestly don't even blame the employees it just seems like whoever the manager is just does not care and the employees are just trying to do their best without proper management

We had another great lunch here today. The people working here are so friendly; after a few visits you get to know them by name. I always hear Aryana is a favorite to see (; Great environment ❤️

Nice clean welcoming atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Employees were very nice and helpful. They let me sample a few entrees until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I ended up choosing. I liked that only the employees handled the food and utensils, so I knew I was not touching a handle gross from someone's dirty bathroom hands. The only negative was 8 could tell the food had been sitting a bit because it was a little dry. Besides that the flavor was great.

Getting my food has taken about 30 minutes both times I have been. I order and pay and told to park in the number 2 stall. Two other people eventually showed up and waited. Finally the girl comes out and has all 3 cars food and is running around dispensing the sacks. People walk in and get their food immediately and sit down to eat but ordering at the window seems to be guaranteed a wait. I ordered chicken and mushrooms with chow mein. Another car ordered shrimp and I don't know what the other car had. The first one of us there waited longer than any. They weren't too happy. There was 5 employees that I saw and you would think they would have been more efficient. Something isn't right here.

BRODY APPRECIATION POST. Came here after church, food was well stocked. There was an unruly, impatient older man frustrated that the employee running the register left to use the restroom. Brody stepped up and took care of this man, checking him out and wishing him an awesome day while exercising the most restraint one could expect from an old man that was taunting and threatening him. He handled the situation tactfully in a way that cooled the old man down (eventually), and that is very deserving of recognition… so good job Brody.

Food is always awesome and the service and atmosphere is fantastic even having to deal with many people because they just got REALY bust and a bunch of customers come in I did not have to wait very long at all very happy with the way they treat there customers and the organization of them team no body freaking out cause it was soo soo busy and though they did run out of a few things it was quickly refilled and everyone was taken care of quickly and efficiently

I don’t say this lightly. This was the best Panda I’ve ever had. I’ve eaten panda for almost 3 decades, at many locations, mostly across the western US. This plate stands out as the best panda I’ve ever eaten. I will probably never eat at this location again, because I live a very long way from Bartlesville. But you can bet, if I’m ever in the area, I will be making a stop.

It used to be nice but no more. Always hurry to close the store and make a statements which indirectly tell the customer that you are not welcome here 15mins before the restaurant closes. Didn't ever ask whether I was going to eat in the restaurant or it was to-go order. Just gave me parcel directly and was not willing to prepare the item I wanted. I had to leave after collecting my order immediately. Worst experience. Going to send email to its top management as well.

The food has always been fresh and wonderful here for us and Aryana is a huge fav at the drive through. She recently was blasted on FB for her customer service!! She's a ray of sunshine and everyone loves her

Before I found out I had an extreme allergy to red meat I had eaten here in the past without issue. Today I went in at rush hour and from online research thought I could eat the super greens and the string bean chicken. They were out of both and told me it would be a few minutes. They had ran out of a third of the bowls of food. The manager, I believe his name was Curtis, came out to try to help get caught up. Super greens finally came out. After I'd stood there for five minutes letting other customers go in front of me the manager asks what I was waiting on. I said string beans chicken. He hollered back to the cooks, told me it would be five minutes and I saw them drop green beans into a deep fryer. I asked the manager if there was beef items cooked in the same deep fryer as the green beans and he replied "we just blanch them." I asked again "is there beef cooked in that fryer, I'm allergic to red meat." He replied "maybe, I have no idea." At that point I had to walk out. Ten minutes waiting to be told by the manager he didn't know how food was cooked. I won't be back and neither will my friends.

Great food for a chain restaurant. Food fresh and staff our wonderful. Also, the take out is fresh and delicious.

Like other reviews at 7 pm was ordering 5 plates for a dinner. 2 wanted broccoli instead of rice or chow mein. Was told they were done making broccoli for the evening?!? Huh?!? You close at 9:30 PM. The owners need to seriously take a look. Workers are either not wanting to put in the effort or some else is wrong.

This place sucks. Every time we eat there they ALWAYS mess up our order. It's like the workers don't care about doing their jobs right, we once waited an hour for our food to be made and by the time we got it they messed it up the entire order. Their food is NOT worth this much effort. UPDATE: the worker the drive-thru asked us if our food was near the other bag... WE DON'T KNOW BECAUSE THEY DON'T ALLOW YOU INSIDE THE RESTAURANT! So we hand her the receipt and she tells us she can't take it because we might have COVID. So we had to yell the order to her and after 15 minutes she brings us the rest of our food. NOT. WORTH. IT.

They don't make it how they do anymore. The orange chicken is always dry. I would recommend the Owasso Panda Express.

I walked in, I was the only customer inside. Waited & waited for someone to take my order. Finally a guy came up and just looked at me. The food looked like it had been out for hours. Dried up very unpleasant. Should have left but didn't. He dished up my order then said someone will ring you up in a minute. Again I waited and waited, help was conversing with each other. I finally asked if someone was going to ring me up. A young woman showed up at register, looked at me & asked if I needed sauces. I politely said no thank you and she shoved my sacked order at me saying nothing. Never will I go there again.

I've been several times. Food is always good and associates are always friendly. Occasionally run out of some items, but what restaurants does not. Especially during a pandemic. Sadden me the team have to deal with rude and impatient customers. Thank you Panda! Stay positive in this cruel hospitality business.

Had the restaurant close over 45 minutes early twice in the last few week while trying to get something to eat. Absolutely ridiculous if you are constantly running out of food like you claim why aren't you making more as things run out?

I must be lucky because I don't t have the bad experiences others have. Are there better Chinese places in town, absolutely. But this is liKe most other panda expresses. Decent food that you get quick. They do a great job supporting local charities. They are friendly. The only reason I can't give them a fourth star is their prices are a little high for what you get (IMHO).

If it has two stars listen to the warning. This stuff makes cafeteria food look like a gourmet meal. I paid $17 for two bowls of reheated leftovers

Trued to eat at this restaurant this past week 3 different times. They are out of everything after 9 PM when it clearly states they're open until 10 PM the first night I came on Monday it was 9 o'clock exactly pulled into the parking lot the workers had already started mopping and when they seen us getting out of our vehicle they dumped the mop bucket water so that we couldn't come into the door panda express in Bartlesville super sucks. Not even worth the one star since you can't ever get food there.

Our experience confirmed all of the other reviews that said they run out of food. The other reviews said they run out of food at 9 o'clock but it was only 6 o'clock. Tonight the excuse was a big catering order. The bottom line is, poor management and rude employees caused this to happen. This place sucks, it's the most poorly run panda express I've ever experienced. Save yourself the trouble. With less than two stars this place will be out of business soon.

Every order I get it's either stale rice, wrong food and or having to go back inside request I sauces since Drive thru closes the window and turns their back on you. Every time I go I am waiting 10-15 minutes for teriyaki chicken. In my honest opinion get a manager who knows how to hire people and knows how to prep because this last minute stuff is really old. Btw I order fried rice on this order below.

This Panda Express just keeps getting worse. I've tried it several times but it never gets better. Last week we ordered Kung Pao with vegetables. After they had us wait 10 minutes, (they said it would be 2 to 3 minutes)The "Vegetables" was only broccoli, nothing else. The orange chicken was so tough it was barely edible. I figured it had been setting under the warming lights all day. The fried rice has no flavor. We won't return and sure wouldn't recommend. Thank God for Ocean China!

White Steamed Rice and Soy Sauce are occasionally at odds with each other at this location. What do I mean by this? On multiple occasions I have gone here to find that they are out of White Rice. Don't be completely sad though, this generally means that their Soy Sauce packets are fully stocked and ready for adornment on whatever else you decided to eat. However, If you happen to visit during a White Rice high tide...don't get too excited. This has often times meant that they will now be out of Soy Sauce packets. Just approach this store location armed with this information and the let down will be easier to handle. In all seriousness, store management needs to have sure fire mechanisms in place to safeguard against these shortcoming.

I really want to rate this place higher, because I've never had issues when I've gone at lunchtime. Fresh food, yummy. Occasional mistakes that happen everywhere, but nothing big. BUT, I refuse to eat here any other time of day. How are you out of white rice at 5:00 pm? How are you willing to give out rice at 8 pm that's so crunchy it's inedible? How can you charge so much for an al a carte entree that gives me LESS meat but costs more than if I ordered a bowl? (But I can't order a bowl because you don't have rice for the last 4 hours that you're open? ‍) I feel like some better management and organization would highly benefit this restaurant for a dinner crowd. There has to be algorithms based on past ordering to give you an idea of how much food to fix for dinner. Update: we visited last night because my son's school was doing a fundraiser night (20% of orders that showed the school flyer will be given to the school). OH MY. We showed up at 5:30 and were told that there was no white rice. Like, at all. How on earth does a restaurant not stock its biggest staple before a fundraiser night?! But it gets worse: we opened my kids' meal and there was a huge section of their teriyaki chicken that was completely raw. Like, I could see the shiny pink on the outside - didn't even have to cut in. Plus no one was taking care of cleaning the eating area. We were there for 45 minutes and no one came to clean up the spilled pop, empty the overflowing trash bin, or wipe tables. I really love Panda's food, but I simply cannot love this location. I can't even like this location.

They never seem to have white steamed rice. Multiple times I have gone and been told they don't have it. Today, specifically, I arrived 15 minutes after open. They had no steamed rice ready for another 20 minutes. They had no broccoli beef. I was handed my drinks that had no ice, the cup was already soft as if the drink had been sitting in it for a while and both sodas were flat. When I got home to eat my food, the orange chicken was terrible. It was slimy and tasted more like barbecue sauce than anything??? I keep trying in hopes that it will be better, but it's an 10/13 for terrible food/service. I will not go back to this Panda Express. I'd rather drive to Owasso.

Yo I orders this shrimp the manager was terrible I tried to tak to her she was not helpful. She only filled my shrimp half way and refused to fix it.

What the heck panda. You gave me flipping half of a container of shrimp. I called them on the phone and they said it was suppose to be that filled look at that. I will destroy this pandas review. I am not a Karen I just want my full food. Please contact me and tell me why you did that.

It's become apparent the staff doesn't seem to care about the quality of food or in the quality of putting together to-go orders. I received my to-go order and the entree's were all pushed to one side from being handled without care. I also received an empty bag that was filled with only air and no fortune cookie. The portions of the food are inadequate for what is advertised, as well as for the prices that are being charged. On more than one occasion, I've requested sauce be put on the side and every time that request has been made, I've had to come back through the drive-through to actually receive the sauce as it was forgotten the first time.

I ordered Mushroom Chicken among other items, there was not one mushroom in sight. It should have been named zucchini chicken instead.

I don't know if all Panda Expresses are like this? Food was cold and hard. Maybe they should use bigger lightbulbs to cook the food. Homeland has better Asian frozen dinners!

They under filled my shrimp. I only got thirteen shrimp when you're supposed to get twenty one. They also have awful customer service, I told them that they under filled it and they did absolutely nothing. I'm just honestly pretty upset with this and I want my money back. It was the worst meal of my life.

I am truly disappointed in panda lately. Their portions are very stingy and not filling at all lately. Kind of sucks cause we pay allot of money to eat here. I get the sesame chicken and the walnut shrimp but you seriously need to up your game panda. You used to give decent portions. Plus the rice is no good anymore every since you started cooking the soy sauce in the rice. I thought I was eating diet rice and that's when I stopped eating the rice. I have eaten panda 3 times in the last 2 weeks different locations and same stingy portions. I might just have to evaluate my options to make my money worth it. Thankfully There is allot more Chinese restraunts coming around.

Why open at 10:30 and not have everything ready? I've been there 4 times just after they "open" and each time there is a wait for something. Last time it was white rice. Today, at 11:15, it's teriyaki chicken. What is the deal? The employees don't appear to be very happy there. Not knocking them, just an observation. It leads me to believe the wrong tone is being set from the top. This place was decent when it first opened, but it's been on the downhill slide since. Ive seen other reviews on this store where someone from Panda replies and says they will forward to management, but that ain't working so far.

So this is the 2nd time I have tried their food. 1st was not pleasant but they were brand new. I tried their honey sesame chicken today with an chicken eggroll. The chicken coating was mushy and no sesame oil or honey to taste. The eggroll was burnt with no flavor. It also took an inordinate amount of time to get my order. This was a the Bartlesville, Ok location.

This is the 2nd time I've gotten bad food through the drive thru. First it was strange vegetables (including potatoes?!?) that I ordered instead of rice and then the orange chicken I purchased last week was so hot it was inedible. I guess if I want my order to be accurate I have to go inside.

Just arrived home from our local Panda Express in Bartlesville Ok. Waited in line at drive-thru for at least 15 minutes. Ordered String Bean Chicken,fried rice and spring rolls. Got home had Mushroom Chicken which is made with dark meat and String Bean Chicken is with breast meat which is what we prefer. Almost $19.00 of food in trash and this is not first time this has happened. It will be the last though, we won't go back again.

At least keep popular dishes available not the ones that don't sell. Also if you can't fill a container don't soak the rice with nasty juices from a dish that no one asked for. Seems like no management cares according to other reviews I have seen. I feel like it's a joke but then again almost every food service that comes to Bartlesville declines like crazy.

It's panda express. They don't have pandas working there and they don't serve panda. The service is also not very fast. So I don't feel there's anything accurate in the name. So if they change their name to slow reheated Frozen entrees then I would give them more stars but until then one star for them. Also another piece of advice, if you're at an amusement park and you see a Panda Express don't eat there it's even worse.

Every time I've gone here they have screwed up my order. They are CONSTANTLY out of steamed rice. How are you always out of that??? You're an Asian resteraunt. When they do have steamed rice (one or two times out of many chances I've given them) it is cruncy, not cooked properly, and disgusting. The staff is not friendly at all and openly complains about management and other staff. If they weren't the only fast food Asian place in Bartlesville I would NOT go here. Way too expensive for what you get and constant screw ups.

Had grilled teriyaki chicken with mixed vegetables. Very low-carb friendly and tasty.

The food is great if you're trying to get a quick bite of Chinese. I'm always happy with my food, but the problem is I don't get the food I want half the time because they're always out of something. I went there for LUNCH one time and they were out of white rice FOR THE REST OF THE DAY. Almost every time I go there they are out of SOMETHING. Sometime they would say more orange chicken needs to be cooked and it will be a few minutes which isn't so bad, but for some reason they are RUNNING OUT of food for the rest of the day. How do you not have enough of something half way through the day?

Ran through the drive thru tonight and ordered teriyaki chicken . Drove 15 mins home and discovered no teriyaki sauce was in my order. Aggravating

Terrible service, consistently. Always rude. Today's event was the last time I'll go there. Dad waited over half an hour for a to-go order, paid. Asked where it was, insert rude answer, wait some more, then was so angry from the wait and treatment he left with no food. Again, paid for!

Just left there 10:43. They open at 10:30. No chicken and no rice for 30 more minutes. I calculated my time to eat before appointment. THEY do not honor hours.

I called in to the manager manager was mean rude. I told her I was going to leave bad reviews she said ok do it in a rude voice. She filled it up halfway really got me mad. Wouldn't fix it I told her to she wouldn't

Nice, new restaurant in town. Clean. Friendly service. Big servings. Delicious Orange Chicken. They'll give you a sample of anything you want to try.

I went to the Panda express in Bartlesville, Oklahoma and this was just as they were opening that day and we got our food and the rice was so over cooked and was very mushie and no flavor what so ever. Will not be eating there again.
