Got 2 orders to go and they were great!! As usual I started scarfing it down and forgot to take a picture before the carnage. Also Maria is absolutely wonderful and she should be promoted to management if she isn’t already!!!!

Blossom was awesome! We arrived very early after a long drive from the mountains. She explained all the choices and listened to my Korean wife intently. It really means a lot to us. The food was excellent too but the service…. the service was outstanding!

People stop eating @Panda Express , it’s not CHICKEN it’s RAT MEAT , the taste and the texture is not as chicken …. I’m done eating there , they are disgusting for feeding prople RAT MEAT …. that place should be SHUT DOWN !!! Sick people 😡😡😡😡

This Panda Express in Buford near Mall of Georgia is excellent. I can't believe I haven't reviewed them yet.. albeit I think I did on Yelp already. The food is always fresh here and they have good team members here who are fast, efficient, and kind. It does get busy so be mindful of that. I now pretty much order exclusively on the app and then pick up for a smooth, seamless experience. 4.1 stars rounded up because it's summer and they deserve the love for their awesome Chinese food! 5 stars and thank you to the staff and servers here.

Need to fired the store Manager!!! Manager is not good with leadership, poorly run, and disorganized. Her worker was just slacking off and not doing what they’re supposed to do. Manager said that it will take 5 minute’s for my teriyaki chicken, but I waited for 18 minutes. Panda express NEED to hire a new Manager, who can actually run their jobs and a good leadership. I’m really disappointed how foods is not prepared, that why the rating for this Panda Express location is really bad. Need to do better, or we will go to Chipotle instead.

We had our food delivered and one of the chicken meals was completely molded! Be careful when you get your food. The chicken had to been out for a few days

Beware if you are one of 1st customers of the day…you will get obviously reheated food from day before see picture. There was a disgusting egg roll but threw that away before taking a pic. I have had better eggs rolls from the dollar store.

Editing this review after they made it right. I usually have no issues with this location and their food is exactly what you would expect from a panda express. If you like panda express you will like it if not, then you won't. I was initially very frustrated with the subpar service recovery made it over the phone after an online order was delivered with incorrect items. However, I think this was largely just a language barrier over the phone. Once I was in person, the service recovery was everything that I would have expected it to be.

It filled my hunger pains food could've been better pretty dry. Don't expect so be knocked off your feet when you eat here it's just ok.

"Good" sums up my thoughts of this Panda Express in Buford. The customer service is friendly enough and the quality of the food here is good. Whenever I'm craving some quick Chinese food, this Panda Express does the trick. I recommend trying their orange flavored chicken or Kung Pao chicken if you want to play it safe. Other popular dishes are the Mongolian Beef or Beef with Broccoli. They give you an option of fried rice or chow mein. Can't decide? You can get both by requesting half and half. I still remember trying Panda Express for the first time in California as an elementary school student and now all these years later I can still enjoy the same quality Chinese food. 2.5 stars rounded up makes this Panda Express a solid 3 star review for me.

Probably the worst Panda Express I've ever been too. Absolutely disgusting staff that lacks any moral integrity. I was behind this pregnant lady in the line and yall charged her serval times and and didn't give her, her food and made her cry as she left. The lack of empathy and communication from not only the staff but the manager as well is honestly disturbing. If this is the direction Panda Express is taking. I'll be going to PF Changs instead.

I think the ratings fir this location are accurate. Panda use to provide a great experience. Now they are just like everyone else. They skimp on the portion size although prices are higher. Hospitality is sub par and the cleanliness is just avg. Save your money and go to Asian express. In Lawrenceville they charge 1.50 per spoonful. No frills just food.

The food was good, but the staff was very unfriendly. They would start complaining in their language when all my mom asked for was an extra side of broccoli. It's very rude and disrespectful to revert to your language and start complaining about customers right in front of them. Completely unprofessional. If people get hired to do a job, they must remain respectful for customers regardless of the race.

Panda express is my favorite Fast food chain restaurant so far for so many reasons. Let's say it's a healthier option. Panda offers a variety of Chinese cuisine Dishes such as orange chicken, teriyaki chicken, Beijing beef and more. It can be served with customer choice of fried rice, steamed rice, steamed veggies or lo mein. The plates go from $5-$10. My usual stuff to get here is black pepper chicken with teriyaki chicken and a side of half fried rice and half lo mein. So good!! Employees are usually very fast and nice to customers, They have dine in or pick up options, and I believe delivery as well. New management and thank god! I always avoided this place because I feel the cleanliness reflected on the quality of food and service. Came in and saw someone consistently cleaning and organizing. The patio was revamped and I really appreciate the effort in trying to change things around. Will definitely be coming back regularly.

The place was clean. The staff friendly. The food didn't not taste like anything. There was no flavor. It was the blandest food I've ever tasted.

Never been here before and it was sadly exactly what I expected. But not having my loved cheapie Chinese fix in a long time I was excited. Nope nope and nope. Even my kids didn't like it! Everything was semi warm and mushy. The meat entrees with veggies barely had meat. The Chow Mein noodles were a really strange consistently and just not flavored. Orange Chicken was squishy and very sweet. This place is PACKED! No place to sit and it was messssssy, border line gross. I'm not sure why this place is a thing when any small Asian place and even the Mall food court stuff is better. I wouldn't go again or suggest it, but that's just me. Clearly people love it here.

Best Panda Express location I've been to. It's super clean and all of the food is very fresh. They cut the chicken teriyaki in front of you when you order. Good portions as well. Will never go to another location! Not sure why it has bad reviews but we've only started recently going to this location and it's been great each time. Highly recommend!

Yes the sign on the store says they close at five it is now 345 and the doors are locked... good job! Not!!!

Food is typically fresh and hot. I haven't ever had a complaint with them. It is a bit greasy to eat for me. But I still come here sometimes. Love the rangoons!

Sadly they are always understaffed and the quality has becoming unacceptable for the cost. Quantity is pitiful and it doesn't help the fact it's leaking out of the container into the plastic bag. Sadly I do not recommend even "trying" this location.

all the bad reviews are about how they start closing up earlier than before the closing time, like duh its a buffet type place, would you rather them be nasty and leave it out all night? anyways the food is amazing, ive never had a problem here and ive ate her over a dozen times now, orange chicken is great and so is the white rice

I think this place don't have a manager and they are just in survival mod. never chicken teriyaki !!! I have to drive all the way to the mall just to get chicken teriyaki.

Their food is amazing and I eat there frequently. I highly recommend the orange chicken and the fried rice with vegetables. They also have user friendly online ordering that accepts apple pay, which is extremely convenient. However, I was slightly annoyed when I came at 8:50 and found that they had already closed when the online listing clearly says 9:00, which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. All in all, I recommend this Panda Express location.

Steer clear of this place! Never have what we want...quantity of food is highly lacking for the cost...employees are rude! Last time we went...no tea and no napkins. Will NOT be back!

Eaten here since they opened. Tonight at 8:15 pm before 9 pm close. 2/3-3/4 of line was closed and cleaned up. 4 choses. Fried rice, Cho Mein, my wife hot last of Walnut Shrimp(she said it was dry) Black Angus Beef (upcharge). Orange Chicken, and Chicken with Green Beans looked like 1.5 scoops left. And egg rolls ( no spring rolls). They gave 1/2 size on entrees to stretch till 9 pm. At least 2 groups of 2 that walked out. Came in for Teriyaki Chicken (none). 2 more people that didn't go for the egg rolls as they wanted spring rolls. They don't have to keep a full line till 9 pm. However you should not to be forced to buy want is leftover from earlier dinner time.

Visited Panda Express Bufotd Ga at 9pm on Saturday and the kitchen was closed, therefore we walked out since they did not have what we wanted to order. the gentleman before us did the same thing If the store closes at 9:30 they should have everything up and running until that time . This is a busy restaurant and this should not have happened will not be my choice of restaurant again! plenty Of other options for me not to waste my time ! is it corporate policy to close the kitchen before closing hours? If so, a sign on the door would be helpful so that people would not have expectations

This has to be the worst Panda Express in the nation!, they NEVER have any teriyaki chicken and this there #1 seller and have the nerves that's ask you to leave a donation. Yea yea i know the donation Supposed to be for a good cause but this store seems to be struggling to bad, they may keep all donations! The portions we extra small and wouldn't let me take 2 forks ‍‍‍ for my small kids

In and out in 10 minutes my kids love panda I always have : - 1/2 fried rice and 1/2 chow mein - Chicken string beans - Beef broccoli - chicken terriaky Great portion and healthy food for a great price

Just went to this location 22 minutes before they close and they were out of almost everything. All dishes were washed and they refused to make me anything they were out of (which was a LOT). Employee then told me she didn't know the managers name when I asked for it to complain. Very rude. Anyone that comes in before closing should be able to order whatever is on the menu. Or have a sign on the door saying when last orders can be placed.

This item was removed off the menu, I requested it to be place back on via social media and bam its back! Im always a happy customer at this location. The food is always fresh.

Put in an order to pick up my food. Drove 15 mins to the location as went to pick up my food. Store was locked up so I called and they told me they wouldn't be opening until 12. They then told me I could either wait in the parking lot for 50 mins until it was 12 or they could refund my money. I sorry or anything. I have no idea how they allowed someone to order food an hour before they were even open but somehow they did. So basically I get my time wasted on nothing.

This panda express sucks. Always have to wait in a long line for food they likely do not have ready and the employees are rude. Their covid guidelines make no sense. Don't bother wasting your time or money.

20 minutes waiting for a to go order never again many other restaurants have better food and quicker service

Wow... I hadn't been to a Panda Express since I had moved to GA in 2009, but I finally had a good reason to go today! On their website, there's a link to a coupon for a FREE single serving of their Firecracker Chicken with no purchase necessary! But it's only valid today, so of course, my sister (Yoomee H.) and I had to take advantage of this... This Panda Express is located close to the Mall of Georgia, and it's the closest one to my house. The interior looks clean and inviting, and the employees are super friendly! Along with the Firecracker Chicken, I got their famous Orange Chicken to-go. When I was living in L.A., I ALWAYS ordered the Orange Chicken and Kung Pao Chicken at Panda Express. The Orange Chicken always tastes the same, and it's also good with a bit of soy sauce drizzled on top. The Firecracker Chicken was really good! The marinated chicken breast, red and yellow bell peppers, onions, chili peppers, and black beans are tossed in a spicy sauce - and it is actually pretty spicy! I didn't eat the onions and chili peppers, and thought the tiny black beans had a funky taste, but the chicken and bell peppers were delicious! My sister couldn't handle the heat - so her loss was my gain! =) Since we took our food to-go, I enjoyed it with our own steamed rice. Overall, this Panda Express gets 4 stars - for their good (and still hot when we opened it at home) food, cleanliness, and friendly staff. I've been eating there for a while but the last time I ate there, I got food poisoning that wrecked havoc on my body. On the other hand, the food normally taste great and fresh!

Very rude and unprofessional... I understand a closed business but if a customer walks to a door and it's locked my first thought is wrong door. Then we go to the next door and it's locked.. One would think since we had some eye contact, she would've given me a closed jester or something.. They closed at 9pm and we arrived 9:02

You can't help but crave Panda time to time. Its fast and its good. Sometimes you just don't want a burger but how about Rice or Noodles? Orange chicken is the best seller. I also like the Beijing Beef. Those two is my combo of choice. The portions, in my opinion, getting smaller and smaller. I like the old days where they just stuff your plate. But in fairness, I still get pretty full. Its located in high traffic area but its manageable. I wish they had a bigger parking. Insides is pretty clean and staff is friendly. For the price, its worth coming here and not eat inside the mall. Its a place I do plan on coming back whenever I get the Chinese American fast food cravings.

This location doesn't want your walk up business. Arrived before the unposted closing time, waited while a friend of the order taker's was served and then they walled away from the wide open door with a table in front of it. They left my daughter and I standing there for 15 minutes without even signaling that they knew we were here. Don't bother coming here they are not interested in your walk up business.

They began to clean up and shut down food about 30-45 minutes, before they closed. They rationed orange chicken (their most popular meat), and there were about 15 people inside ordering food. Openly had an attitude, also, made fresh orange chicken for the family in front me, but gave me the leftover pieces, from the past bunch...when I specifically asked for fresh meat.

I was severely disappointed. I believe they are serving days old chow mein noodles with zero ingredients except noodles. The spitfire chicken tasted days old with the chicken anything but fresh and possibly could be processed chicken nuggets, it was very mealy tasting and in texture. Never again.

Not sure what happened. This used to be a great place to eat. The last couple of times we've gone through, it's been dirty and the food has either been over cooked or we've had to wait for it. One one trip they were out of food trays. When I said something about it, the server just shrugged. We had to balance our food and drinks back to our table. Probably won't be going back

This is by far my favorite place to eat. I go here with my friends almost every week. I honestly don't think I'll ever get tired of it. The food is always amazing, and the service is fast and easy. The employees are never rude. My favorite thing to get from here is a plate of double orange chicken and fried rice. Yum yum yum!!

***BUGS, BUGS, BUGS - IN THE FOOD!!!*** STAY AWAY! Stay far away unless you like eating bugs with your food! I ordered the following: 3 entree plate with 1 side double orange chicken, 3 pepper shrimp fried rice side of chow mein noodles First... the chow mein noodles were dry, not wet and they were hard to chew, like they were overcooked or something. Very tough to eat. Secondly.. I had several bites of rice and ate most of my chicken and shrimp on the way home. I put my food in the fridge and then warmed it back up about an hour or two later. I took some more bites of rice and then gave some to one of my kids. He was eating it and then felt something crawling on his face. He picked off a black bug off his face. After looking at it, he found a few small longish black bugs in the rice, they appeared to be smaller to almost the same rice as a grain of rice. It's so gross to know that I probably ate these, then for him to probably have eaten them too, especially since one was crawling on his face by his mouth... so gross! The first chinese place I ate at had roaches running all over their buffet bars and I reported them too to the health inspectors and they were forced to make some changes and get pest control service for which they didn't have. No.. today I'm getting sick... sore throat and severe headaches after eating at this place and eating these bugs! Ugh.. I'm going to get sick just thinking about this! Heed my warning... spread the word and tell others about this place... DO NOT EAT HERE! You've been warned!

How can you not have steamed rice? Just don't get it? Then it's a 15 minute wait on lo mein

Yelp says open till 10pm. This store was closed at 9:51pm. The door has tape over the original time and has 9:30pm written in. Very disappointed

The Panda Express restaurant in Buford GA, near the Mall of Georgia was a little behind the "8 Ball" today. They were not rotating the entrees quick enough, this led to several patrons having to wait between 5 and 10 minutes after they made their initial order. The restaurant did not seem to have any leadership behind the counter what-so-ever! However the food was Excellent as always, once I got it that is! The staff looked stressed like they were having an off day. However, the place was not wall to wall crowded, therefore I did not understand why the service was so lacking in good customer service? We still love Panda Express and will be back. However, a definite teaching moment for the staff of that chain.

the Ramen noodles were horrible they had too much cabbage in them which is not consistent with other panda express restaurants I've gone to where it's not even any cabbage really in it which is how those noodles supposed to be made

Last night my boyfriend and I were craving Chinese food so we went here. The first thing I noticed was that absolutely non of the kitchen staff had gloves while handling the food which was red flag number one, then when we sat down to eat I had just taken one bite of chicken (which was very dry and did not taste fresh) when a HUGE ROACH ran across our table. We immediately jumped up and my boyfriend politely asked for a refund. The manager was called over by the girl working the register he asked what was wrong(without even looking at us) then he walked away with out a word. This place is unsanitary and has horrible management to not even at least apologize . We are never coming back to this place again and would definitely not recommended it. I am completely disgusted.

Had a large take out order for the family on a Saturday evening, and the staff was very friendly and polite. Had to wait a bit for some entrees but they were quick about it. I believe they had a trainee working as well, and the manager did a great job giving him encouragement and support during the dinner rush.

I was greeted as soon as I came in the restaurant. The item I wanted was out and they cooked it fresh on the spot. The attendant was courteous, patient, fast and efficient. I was offered a sample while I waited and ended up ordering that as my other side. The utensils were fully stocked. The restaurant, the parking lot, the bathrooms and the drink station was all clean. The manager had a presence and was available. It was half full in the restaurant and the noise level was at an appropriate level. Most importantly the food was delicious! I was there with my family and they enjoyed their items too. We ordered collectively the Beijing Beef, Orange Chicken, Grilled Teriyaki Chicken, White Steamed Rice, Mushroom Chicken and Fried Rice with 3 Medium drinks. Our family has eaten at this restaurant multiple times and we continue to return for the great customer service every time. I gave it 4 stars because it has been a couple of times including this one that they were out of common items and no one was even cooking it. Although they did immediately prepare it when I said something. I am guessing they do this to try and keep food costs down but it can be a little frustrating when you just want to run in and run out with some food after a long day at work.

When I arrived for a to-go dinner order, the lady serving was very polite and filled my order quickly. The young guy(Kevin C.) ringing up the orders, was very nice as well. Overall, the food is average Chinese. And, they can be out of a lot of items around busy times. I recommend the grilled teriyaki chicken with fried rice.

Im a usual. This place is always busy and rarely have had an issue with quality of food. Fast service, cant complain. No 5 star just because it doesn't have 100A health inspection.

Everyone was very accommodating... Not only were they extremely friendly but my friend that was with me was on the phone which I think is very rude but they were very polite even when he wasn't responding to them bc he wasn't paying them any attention... Continued smiling and got us everything we asked for without any kind of attitude. The food was exceptional...which is the status quo for Panda Express... It was hot and fresh. Thank you for a delicious and fast dining experience.
