Our first trip w a s great but all other visits were horrible. No fresh food, the food appeared to be sitting long. If you ask to make fresh food more negative attitude then when you came in the door. Customer service is lacking at this location. No one greets you, no manners. Go to Bradywine!!!

No hello, first thing they said was this is all we got & not even the food stuff. any OTHER panda food express you go to has food until they close. Maryland panda expresses suck and the employees that work there shouldnt even have a job

Waited in line a while, but it was during the lunch rush. The server was down for CC transactions too, so that may have contributed. Either way, the staff was super nice and helpful, the restaurant was clean, and the orange chicken and fried rice were fresh and delicious. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Kung Pao chicken to go. Got home and opened container to a mix of chopped up teriyaki chicken, some kind of breaded sweet and sour and a bit of kung pao. Check your food before leaving.

My wife and I went to the Panda Express in Clinton for lunch ordered food sat down, we each took a couple bites and then my wife noticed there was hair in her food that did not belong to either one of us. I show the entree to the manager with the hair in it. Manager asked if she wanted a replacemint. Or a refund since we were both kind of grossed out by her eating hair. I requested a refund., i understand things happen. And I know it's not their responsibility to compensate us more than a refund, but it certainly would have been nice if he was , at least gave my wife an eggroll or soda or something in a ways of saying , sorry , that happened. So As a warning, if you get food from panda, Express in Clinton, check your food thoroughly for hair.Is a good chance I'll be in it.🤢🤢🤮

Very clean, friendly service, and the food is hot & delicious! This Panda Express has improved and we had a great experience ordering take-out here. They even gave us the new batch of orange chicken when it came out instead of the old.

Ordered hundreds of dollars of food for catering for dozens of people. They got my order done on time and were communicative along the whole way.

I really hate giving them a start at all I ordered through Uber eats, Mind you I am 4 mins away but couldn't leave out for lunch My Honey Walnut Shrimp was hard over cooked and COLD...All stuck together I could not even get my fork through it...I will never again eat here. No wonder so many restaurants are closing. I called to speak with the Manager and was on hold so long I had to hang up. Just all around poor service. The only thing that was good today was my Uber Eats Driver

Not sure why my husband still likes this food buttt, I didn't feel like cooking this past Friday evening and I'm SUPER grateful this was his HEALTHIER compromise over fried chicken. I played it safe and skipped the rice and noodles and a deep fried, heavily sauced option and just ordered the black pepper chicken a la carte. I was pleased. Hubby ordered the complete opposite but he's in the gym wayyy more than I am! Sadly, the manager is clearly STILL stressed ... this is my 2nd time encountering her unpleasantness. Like seriously, she's prickly ... no smile, banter, personality ... SHEESH. No worries tho', our food was hot and edible and the restaurant and serving area always look clean and cared for. I also ordered 2 apple pie rolls. They weren't bad ... just giving churro step sibling. For fast-food cheap eats ... apple pies at the Golden Arches are better and wayyy more worth the empty calories. My lazy day options are getting slimmer and slimmer. This should be a GOOD thing but I still need time to process this, LOL!

The service here is consistently terrible. I am not exactly sure what is wrong with the little girls who work here, but having an attitude simply because you have to work is wild. I came here a couple weeks ago about 40 minutes before they closed. While I was ordering, I asked if they would be putting more chow mein out. They told me "this is all we have "when I asked if they were out, they said "no but we are not trying to make any more." What? Girl, y'all don't close for 40 minutes. To make matters worse, more than five people came in after me. From there on, they proceeded to tell everybody who asked for the same thing that they would have to wait more than 15 minutes if they wanted that. Then, they were out of spring rolls. But don't worry, they informed me that that would only be a 10 minute wait. I've been going to panda express since I was a child and I've never heard of weights being that long and I've also never seen anything quite like this 40 minutes before closing. So, today, I pull up at about noon, having placed an online order. I walked to the pick up area, as one does. The young woman at the register, asks me if I have an online order. I tell her that I do and I provide the name. She tells me she needs to see a confirmation on my phone in order to give me my food. I tell her I left my phone in the car and that I wasn't aware of this alleged rule and was not informed in my order confirmation that this was a part of the pick up process. I then give her my first and last name again, and proceed to list out everything that I ordered. She looks at another young woman who works there, one who previously had an attitude problem. The last time I came, rolls her eyes, and hand me my order. As she hands it to me, she says, "next time, you're going to need to bring your order confirmation or you won't get your food." Baby girl, I am an actual grown-up. Please do not play with me. If I can give you my name, phone number, and everything else associated with the order, please don't try to make me out to seem like some food stealing criminal. Furthermore, panda express, if that is going to be a part of your pick up process, you need to let people know. To make matters worse, the containers weren't even full and some of the food items weren't even hot. What a mess.

The service in this location is terrible. Had to wait so Long just to get my food. The serving has decreased so much. Staff is untrained. Total Caos

I went into panda express about 9:00 thinking I would get a meal for my family. They stay open until 9:30. When I came in, they indicated that what they had present was all they had left. There was maybe four different selections of food between two different sides. If you're not going to have any selection of food or anything close to what you serve; then just close at 9. There's no need to stay open that late if you're not making any new food. They only reason this rating is not a one is because the worker at least thanked me for coming in.

I don't know why it has such a low rating, but the food is amazing and the service was excellent!

There was a black female that worked at the front. She had dreads in a bun (I think they were faux locs). She had the worst attitude. She was cursing at customers under her breath but loud enough for me to hear it. When she got to me, I thought she didn't say anything, but my niece told me that she had a problem with me ordering double broccoli and beef. She said "why y'all always asking for extra" but I didn't know until I got in my car so I went back and I confronted her. I called the manager after I left and told him to handle her before I have another problem. If you wanna order here.. either DON'T or have thick skin.

Panda Express had a family meal deal and I decided to give them a try... I order chow mein, firecracker shrimp, orange chicken, fried rice, vegetables and the pepper chicken. After a 20 minute drive to a friend's house, I opened the containers and realized I was given two orders of chow mein instead of one and no fried rice, which was purchased for a friend's child who is picky ass eater! I called the store and the girl who answer the phone had a nasty disposition. She placed me on hold, a guy by the name of Joelle (?) answered. I told him my order was wrong and placed on hold. He got back on the line to tell me the person who put was order together said everything I ordered was in there. I told Joelle I have pictures of my order and there was no rice given. After going back and forth with me, he then decided to take down my information, but I could hear someone in the back say "it's just rice". Yes, it is just rice but it the principle of being rude and not just apologizing for the error. The firecracker shrimp was pretty good, the orange chicken was too sweet for my taste (however others enjoyed it) the pepper chicken was very mushy and salty and the chow mein was very dry and lacked flavor. Honestly, this was my first time having Panda Express and after the customer service experience I had... I highly doubt, I will order from there again.

Let's start off with Nancy remember this name because this is the manager of the store during this evening. So normally I go to A Panda Express location and get excellent service along with excellent food. This place may say Panda Express however the place is not what I expected it to be. The food not replenished doesn't at all look fresh they act like they're in a hurry to get you out with crap ass food. You ask them a question can't no one answer I asked for extra orange chicken because the other 2 locations I frequently go to give more anyway without you asking but of course I don't get it. Now this is where Nancy the "manager " comes in. She threw my food in a bag no utensils don't ask me if I want a drink. She then gives me a bunch of $1's and $5's for my change instead of just giving me a $20 $10 and a $5. I ask for a manager and she rolls her eyes and head places her hands on the counter then with an attitude and base in her voice "I am the manager" I'm like ma'am? But I bet you she gave me my money back right the way she should've. I know she did it to be spiteful and that's sad cause now I really wouldn't trust this location with my food. If she doing this with money cause I ask questions I can only imagine what they do with the food here . So beware of this place eat at your own risk cause you might end up with hair snot or worse in your bowl. SMH I tell you what though I won't come back cause this place isn't at all a good spot for last minute just because nor on the way. You get what you get from this neighborhood shopping center anyway. When it comes to fast food, I look for consistency in flavor and service. At this location, both were satisfactory and I enjoyed the food. 4/5.

I'm not sure if they were incredibly busy or having a bad day, but the pictures don't reflect a bigger plate w/ Firecracker Chicken Breast, Orange Chicken and Sweet Fire Chicken Breast. Hopefully, this is just a one time miss.

Went to this Panda Express to get lunch and the young lady at the counter carried trash cans to the back with gloves on, came back out grabbed the food trays with those same gloves on and proceeded to ask "what do you want?" YUCK! When asked to change her gloves before making food she looked confused. We had to leave immediately without ordering anything. DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT UNTIL THEY LEARN PROPER SAFETY AND SANITATION PROTOCOL!!!

I was almost turned off by the horrible reviews but I said just go. The staff were friendly, the food was fresh, and they were bringing out freshly cooked food as I was ordering and it was clean inside. Plenty of seating and parking. I wish they had the tea bar -milk teas lol my food was very good. I would go again.

Worst panda express ever! Food is not the best & the portions are extra small. Brother's, Sister's, & Family...please take a good look at how you get treated & looked at, the second you step thru the door! Better places to spend our time & money!!! I'll never visit this place again or recommend it to anyone!

Short and tangy ^_^ I haven't been to Panda Express in a long time, maybe a year. I was craving Panda Express since last month and my boyfriend finally found one closer to his house. It was a long line almost out the door, I guess this place is really popular around here. They had the menus at the top so you can see what you want to order. The inside is very clean and the bathroom as well. As soon as you get to the counter they will asked you what is your side, of course I wanted half and half fried rice and lomein which is no extra cost. My two entree was orange chicken and fiery chicken I believe; one thing I did not missed about Panda Express is how salty the orange chicken is, maybe that's why I haven't been here in a while. The customer service was mediocre nothing special. I would come here again if i'm in the mood.

J was told my order was picked up and it wasn't. Even was told they had to look at a camera to provide an order that I'd paid for. I will never patron this establishment again. In times like this it's not uncommon that food is taken by someone else when left in a common area. Never again. No apology nothing.

This location needs to improve its process for food distribution. There is only one person at the door to distribute food for Door Dash, Urber Eats, walk-ups and online orders. They mistakingly gave my food to someone else and I had to get back in line with walk-ins. This was the worse experience I have ever had especially since I already paid online.

Hey Panda Express...I love your food BUT the steamed veggies are too hard. I know it's suppose to be steamed. The cabbage is almost raw. Please cook the veggies a little longer. Thank you!

I guess she the night manager at night her name is"Pamela"is very nasty and bad customer service.Many customer in line was saying her attitude is bad and when making your food she shows no love for dipping your food. That's every time she works. They wonder why people go to VA and eat!!! Customer Service at this store at night with "Pamela" is bad.

Decent quick Chinese food, and for the location is above the standard I would expect. I usually get the general tso chicken with honey walnut shrimp and it seems to be fresh for the times that I was there. Only on one occasion did the shrimp seem a little old but being an animal I covered it in some soy sauce and took the bad with the good. Staff while seemingly low manned make the best out of it and are pleasant to deal with. Pro tip: Ask for teriyaki sauce on your rice.

We visited the Clinton Location at 8 PM and it was very busy. The ladies working the line were Pamela, Miracle and Val. They had such a great attitude and were very polite and doing a great job through the rush. We enjoyed our experience as well as the food. Will be back to this location again.

I ordered door dash around 12pm: The driver made it to my home in good time and brought me everything I ordered but the food was awful. The fried fried rice was clumpy and hard, obviously old. The orange chicken I ordered tasted really weird, super sweet and a little spicy in a strange way. What my wife ordered wasn't any better, her food was also incredibly sweet. We've been to other Panda Express restaurants on many occasions and usually enjoy it. The real issue is, are the associates at the Clinton store even following the recipes? I won't be back for a long while.

This place is terrible!!!!! I went there on a Sunday and they had one person running the line. The line was out the door and the worker was taking his time. He didn't care about the line at all. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I would advise you to go to the one in Brandywine or Waldorf. I would give it zero starts if I could.

I visited today Friday 09/11/2020 around 8oclock. I was ignored while watching the employee Antonio assembled 2 online orders without even looking up to acknowledge me standing there, waiting to be greeted. I asked if my order would be taken & he was snappy at first but quickly apologized & corrected his demeanor. The cashier Daija P, on the other hand was extremely rude, cutting me off, not allowing me to finish my questions. Cursing while carrying on conversations with other employees, snapping at other customers as well. I asked if I could have soy sauce and she rudely cut me off & said everything is in the bag already. ABSOLUTELY the worst customer service I've experienced. Management really needs to reevaluate her employment. She ruined my experience here.

This is going to ramble a bit because I haven't been in a while. So here it goes. As much as I don't want to like this place, I really enjoy it. I want to give 3.5 stars, but I can't. The orange chicken is great. I love it. I think that they sneak pixie dust in with the sauce. The fried rice is dry, but keeping rice moist on a hot line is tough. The other menu items are what you would expect in a food court chinese joint. Nothing special. The orange chicken is good though. I also like the different iced teas they have. Tasty and, as far as I'm concerned, healthy because they aren't soda. The spring rolls and egg rolls are actually disgusting. Mushy and the egg rolls are overly fried. Did I mention the orange chicken? Culinary heroin I tell you.

Portions are small compared to what they use to be. Orange chicken was hard I complained and it was like they didn't care this place has really gone down hill. I use to like panda express.

Decent food. Not much else in the area. I have been here a few times and it is always clean and the food is good. One of the better options for lunch in the area.

Very slow service. Went there tonight around 8 for the family feast and the Orange Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, and Shanghai Beef were all out. It was about five other people standing waiting for them to cook more food. The wait was about fifteen minutes, terrible!!

Staff is friendly, place is clean. It's a Panda, best thing is they are open pretty late.

Our food was the worst. They got our orders very wrong - no spring rolls, no fried rice, noodles hard, everything was cold, no sauce for the dried up teriyaki chicken, super greens tasted burned and old. "Try to be understanding" - seems like they already know they're doing a raggedy job. SO DISAPPOINTED. Won't make that order mistake again.

Would've been a 5 star experience if it weren't for a dismissive cashier. She didn't ask if I wanted anything else and when I gave her my card to pay she just went to talking to another employee and turned her back time. Food was good, atmosphere was good, and the location was very clean.

We had a very interesting conversation with one of the team members while waiting for our food. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. The restaurant was clean and the food area was well stocked.

I usually skip out on Panda since their noodles & orange chicken always seem to be dry BUT yesterday was so freakin good! Everything was amazing from the rice to noodles to orange chicken & teriyaki. Being stuck in traffic to get Panda was soooooo worth it. The price is average and definitely will be going back. The staff is nice and professional, they make sure you are served.

I went into Panda Express in search of steamed veggies. this was my first visit because I usually drive right past on my way to other stores. I did find the steamed veggies, along with the Honey-Walnut Shrimp and half & half steamed rice/lo-mein. The meal was very good and flavorful. The serving was plentiful. The servers were very helpful. Who knows. I might become a regular here.

I ordered today by door dash, I received the wrong order when I called they said I have to call door dash. Door dash only deliver I told the manager Mathew that he said they do the delivery and I said you guys do the order. If you have people there that can't read then they do not need to be filling orders. He was rude and put me on hold for a long time to get Door dash number of course they would not come back. I think it is time to give them a break for a while. The managers needs to be trained. I went the other day and when I got to the front of the line they were cutting up chicken and told me I had to wait they were filling orders that were paid for so I wasn't going to pay REALLY!! get your folks trained

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. I eat there so frequently the staff know my favorite dishes!

Server was pleasant and offered me to sample one of their new menu items. Smooth experience and transaction. Had everything I wanted available with no waiting. Restaurant was also very clean which is a good feeling when you're eating.

My chowmein had a pool of grease at the bottom. I was constantly wiping grease from my mouth. The line was long, they didnt have any food. The only had about 3 entrees and 2 sides when they usually have 20 all together

Food is always a delight, there wasn't a line this time so I came in got my food and left. 2 minutes tops. Team member was very nice, and even tried to up sell twice.

A few of the entre items I had not tried before so I ask my server about them. She was very helpful in describing the different flavors of each. She also made great recommendations on pairing entrees.

Orange chicken FOR THE WIN!! The steamed veggies are fresh, I mean really fresh. No frozen or boiled vegetables here, they are freshly cut each day...a great choice to go along with your fried choices of food :-) Yummy iced tea too.

Clean restaurant, FRESH food, and will prepare fresh sides like spring rolls or rangoon if you ask. Accurate and fast and friendly staff. A goto favorite for lunch in the area. They could easily expand for more seating, as they stay very busy.

It is a shame to give panda express 2 stars. The food is so so, but is nice to have as a quick easy meal. The problem is, there is nothing quick or easy about this panda express. The line is always so long and I have often gotten the wrong order when I do takeout.

In Clinton the Management is criminal -they are always slow and understaffed. Expect lines to the door and the slowest process ever for pre cooked Chinese food. Don't even think about it unless it's an odd off peak time.

I have been going to this location for quite sometime because my kids like the food, but it is gong down in customer service. Not everyone is skilled with people, and not eveyrone should run the register. This young lady was very rude to my 12 year old daughter, and when i confronted her she was rude to me a paying customer in front of the manager. She should've been removed on the spot, but was not. However, I thanked the manager for diffusing the situation before getting out of hand. I would not return because I do not want my child to come across that person again!!

Fast, friendly service. Everyone greeted us with a smile. Clean eating area and restroom. Pleasant dining experience.

The food seemed like it had been sitting out for a really long time. There are a lot better places in Clinton to get this type of food. I won't go back.

This review is strictly based on management and I'm going to qualify it with the fact that I have absolutely no tolerance for unnecessary lines. Fast food is supposed to be fast, hence the word "Express" in the name. This place is anything but. When I arrived last night (between 7-8) the line was back to the door and curved around. I stood there for about five minutes and not one person was served or exited the restaurant during that time. I, being me, decided I really couldn't do this and left. The line in this place is always longer than it should be. Each time I have been successful in reaching the front of the line there is always a lack of food and you have to wait for something to be cooked. You will always be told five minutes for something which then takes ten. This, to me, is a management issue. The manager should know the restaurant's busiest time and be adequately staffed. There should be two-three cooks during the busiest time and at least three people on the front line. One person should not be required to prepare the plates and operate the cashier. Food should be constantly arriving from the kitchen to the steam table. Not in this place. Since I value both my time and my money, I will not be frequenting the Clinton Panda Express until management improves and decides THEY value my time and my money..

This restaurant was very crowded when I went in for lunch, which I consider a good sign. However, there's no way to know what the menu is until you're in the line and have already ordered your side dishes. I found that none of the entrees were to my taste. The Kung Pao was loaded with veggies, like squash, etc, and the orange chicken was thick with sugar. Personally, I like a spicy Kung Pao with the emphasis on chicken, peanuts and heat. So I stuck with the rice. And since I'd already been served my fried rice, I just paid and sat down. Now, I like soy sauce on my rice, especially the gummy tasteless rice they served, but I couldn't find any at the napkin/ flatware section. So I had to get back in line (now out the door) as my rice sat cooling at my table and wait 20 minutes just ask for soy sauce and a little terriyaki sauce. By then I had run out of time to eat and had to throw the whole order away. I'm giving two stars instead of one because one of the servers was very nice. Guys- give sauce the first time around and let us know what's on the menu instead of making us wait. 45 minutes all told and nothing to show for it.
