Panda Express had a family meal deal and I decided to give them a try... I order chow mein, firecracker shrimp, orange chicken, fried rice, vegetables and the pepper chicken.
After a 20 minute drive to a friend's house, I opened the containers and realized I was given two orders of chow mein instead of one and no fried rice, which was purchased for a friend's child who is picky ass eater!
I called the store and the girl who answer the phone had a nasty disposition. She placed me on hold, a guy by the name of Joelle (?) answered. I told him my order was wrong and placed on hold. He got back on the line to tell me the person who put was order together said everything I ordered was in there.
I told Joelle I have pictures of my order and there was no rice given. After going back and forth with me, he then decided to take down my information, but I could hear someone in the back say "it's just rice". Yes, it is just rice but it the principle of being rude and not just apologizing for the error.
The firecracker shrimp was pretty good, the orange chicken was too sweet for my taste (however others enjoyed it) the pepper chicken was very mushy and salty and the chow mein was very dry and lacked flavor.
Honestly, this was my first time having Panda Express and after the customer service experience I had... I highly doubt, I will order from there again.
