I was just trying to have a peaceful end to my evening however a Little girl had quite the attitude and was very disrespectful towards me , and quite the teeth . There was also a long black hair in my orange chicken . Blonde girl at front register however was very sweet, the only reason I went through with my transaction. Will not be back to this location , league city locations are much better all around .

Google
We love panda express extremely good orange chicken noodles they’re vegetables occasionally the noodles might be a little dry, but that’s really my only complaint good size portions and it’s consistently yummy

Claire S.

Google
I was very disappointed and disgusted with my recent order. I had ordered a plate meal last night, looked right upon first glance, but had a hair on the food when I opened it at home. As well as having 4-5 different strands of long black hair embedded in the rice and noodles. They refunded me, but I am so put off from that that I will not be returning to this location.

Google
i ordered a plate of 2 honey sesame chicken and white rice. they did not give me my moneys worth. they gave me half of a honey sesame chicken and all the rest of it was green beans. i will not be coming here again. and most of the chicken was little small pieces like if it was for a small animal. i got more rice than chicken and i ordered 2 of the chicken. very disappointed.

Google
Took too long for chow mein to be ready they should have some been making. And also they should get a changing table in the restrooms I had to change my baby’s diaper in the back of my car in the parking lot while open. No privacy what so ever! Cars and bystanders passing by. For it to make a lot of money they can’t afford a changing table…

Shell B.

Google
Today was my first time visiting this establishment and the gentleman at the drive-through window was so nice and helpful. The food (Beijing beef with fried rice) was absolutely delicious! I will definitely be returning.

Houston T.

Google
There ok. The birthday gift looks like $2 work of chicken for free but you have to purchase something to get it. Making whatever you purchased more expensive than what the chicken you get for free looks like. Also its a better deal to just order kids meals from PF Chang's considering they're cheaper and better than the adult meals here

Aida S.

Google
I don't usually think about Panda Express when deciding where to get food from, but we were in the area, and I had coupons. I ordered a small entree of broccoli beef. Opening it, I discovered I instead got only broccoli, no beef. For 5 bucks for the smallest container, I'll be going elsewhere next time.

Yelp
We LOVE Panda. Like Justin T said, it's our "guilty pleasure" too. Whenever I let my son pick where he wants to eat, it's always PANDA! Came here around 1pm on a Monday and was surprised how many people were here but luckily there is plenty of seating both inside and out. Service was ok. She wasn't the *most* friendly but she wasn't terrible either. $10.10 for a plate is pretty good. We usually opt for the bigger plate for an extra $1.60 but since we're running errands, having any leftovers fester in the car doesn't sound like a good idea. We ALWAYS get the noodles and pretty much ALWAYS get the orange chicken. Always addictingly good. We'll definitely return!

Mike R.

Yelp
I got the steak with little vegetables it's one of the most expensive on the menu but the meat is very cheap. I chew and chew on it and it won't break up. I think it's a lot of fat in the steak!.... it's the second time I buy this because I thought the first time was just my imagination but nope! it's just cheap meat! Won't get this again. The other food is OK.

Yelp
Located right next to Bay Brook! In a great location and super convenient if you are looking for something light and fulfilling! Panda Express is always super good! They have amazing appetizers (cheap) And i love that you can get on the plate, the half and half option (chow mein, fried rice) Their super greens is super flavorful as well! PLUS they have lemonade now!! Customer service is amazing and they always keep the restuarant clean!
google avatar

Yelp
Panda recently added Eggplant Tofu to the menu and oh my god it is delicious! I didn't see it on the drive thru menu though-- so I had to ask about it, but they did have it made fresh for me I'm assuming because it's not on the physical menu not too many know they have it? I hope they update the physical menu soon! I am always happy to have another vegetarian/vegan fast food option.
google avatar

Yelp
My mom and I have always preferred this location over any other location. The food is always fresh and the service is quick. We had never experienced any issues with the food and we have always liked the portion sizes. It is always clean and the people are very kind. It's usually quiet and the times we have came, it does not get packed like other locations. I always get a bigger plate with honey walnut shrimp, grilled teriyaki chicken, and orange chicken with chow mein.

Yelp
I had all intentions of making dinner today but it was already after 7pm when I left the nearby Petsmart so I decided to grab Panda Express on my way home to avoid eating too late. I was happy to find a decent low carb/no sugar option. I ordered the mushroom chicken with super greens. The mushroom chicken consists of well seasoned/sauced chicken with mushrooms and zucchini. The greens consists of broccoli, kale and cabbage. The food was hot, fresh and plentiful. Enough to split into 2 meals so now I also have lunch for tomorrow. They also have a flavored unsweet tea that is very good. Above all the meal was a good price. Just over $10 for food and a small drink and the small drink is more regular size than small.

Charles B.

Yelp
Employees are ignorant, manager barely speaks English and tried to refuse my mobile order that my wife ordered because I didn't have the app to show them ven though I confirmed the name and exactly what's on the order. They were too dumb to understand why I couldnt stop, call my wife at work in a hospital, and wait for her to send me a screenshot. Dumbest experience I've ever had in a restaurant .
google avatar

Patrick L.

Yelp
The store was cleaned, as was the bathroom. The food was OK. The orange chicken and beef with broccoli were good. The fried rice was cold and bland. Had no taste. The egg rolls were hot and good. I probably would go back.

Chrissy Y.

Yelp
Just left this location and wanted to say best service I've seen in a Panda Express, the young man with glasses was so helpful and friendly! I'm very indecisive but he helped me decide on my meat. Let me sample the drinks to decide on which flavors we wanted. The young man at cashier was very friendly as well. Makes me want to come back to this location again.

Yelp
BEWARE OF THE ORANGE CHICKEN. On August 31, 2024 I ordered a medium orange chicken around 2pm from the Baybrook Mall Panda Express...As I was driving home, I started eating it and it just didn't taste right so I stopped eating it...About 2 hours later, I began to have major diarrhea and uncontrollable vomiting with major chills. I was taken to HCA Emergency Room where I was diagnosed with food poisoning. I spent several hours in the ER receiving IV fluids with medicine. I HAVE NEVER BEEN THIS ILL IN MY LIFE AND IM ALMOST 60 YEARS OLD. Now 2 days later I still feel weak and having stomach aches. Tomorrow I will be contacting the City of Webster Health Dept.

Yelp
I stopped here out of a whelm. I was hungry, and Panda Express was right in front of me. They have two sets of doors, but one set instructs to use the other set of doors. As I walked I noticed they have a nice patio for outside seating. Ideal for normal Spring weather. Inside is spacious with not many tables and chairs. Definitely not kid friendly. The environment, and women's restroom was clean. That's always a plus. The process of ordering, and receiving your food is fast. The staff I encountered were jolly. They have carbonated drinks, and bottled tea. I ordered a bowl of noodles, and chicken with mushrooms for $6.10- the bowl was filling; I didn't eat all of it... they have lids for their bowls to go. Very convenient. Well...my noodles didn't taste quite right; the texture was rubbery. The chicken with mushrooms had zucchini in it. The zucchini was over cooked. The chicken, and mushrooms were bland. I hear their orange chicken is supposed to be good. I'll keep that subconsciously in mind for when I pop into another Panda Express.

Yelp
Placed an order through the app. Beef and broccoli. Double order. Picked it up through drive through Got home there was only broccoli. No beef at all. Not one piece. I called. Can you bring it back so I can see it? So I'm a liar then? And no I can't bring it back. Then I can take your name and next time we will give you the order. Sure. There will be no next time. If you can't get something as simple as beef and broccoli right, you're done.

Yelp
I got what I expected. Like grade C Chinese food. I only eat panda when I'm craving. I'm mad about the prices going up but eh im definitely satisfied as far as my expectations.

Darrah R.

Yelp
bro i had to wait 40 minutes for my food to come out only for a worker to ask for my recipt bc they lost our order and had to remake it they got the workers running around struggling to keep up meanwhile the ceo is literally in the building i dont care!!! give me my food!!!

Yelp
When you eat at a crappy Chinese restaurant, you want the best crappy Chinese food you can get. And what better place than panda?! I have to give this place a 3 stars because while it did make me feel crappy and bloated after eating the greasy food, it just didn't make me feel quite crappy enough. Maybe I didn't order enough Beijing beef... The other problem was that the bathrooms were too clean. You can't trust a take-out crappy Chinese food place with clean bathrooms. The best ones have really gross bathrooms that are rarely cleaned, located somewhere behind the kitchen, and require a key attached to a toilet bowl cleaner or some equivalent object. The food was hot enough to burn my tongue, which is also a pre-requisite for a Chinese take-out place, so that was another plus. Overall, a solid performance from a straightforward crappy Chinese takeout place. If it gives me indigestion and oily stools the next day, then I might even bump my rating to a 4 stars.

Yelp
Very disappointing as you walk in there's a mess everywhere water on ground. My wife almost fell down.

Tai F.

Yelp
The fried noodles was tasteless so I asked for steam rice instead and they charged me additional $4.40 The quantity of foods are going down. I'm not going there again. I could go Chinese buffet for the same prices.

Thomas L.

Yelp
Ordered on Uber eats, like I do almost every day. Today I ordered the "Big Plate" it comes with 3 meats and a side (rice, or chow mein). when it got to my room I had the side and only one meat which was a very small serving, missing two of my main parts of the meal. Very unsatisfying. Didn't come with utencils or a straw for the drink. Very nice panda. Very nice. Paid $25 for a scoop of white rice and 5 shrimp lol

Yelp
This is what I call a guilty pleasure. When you are in a hurry but want to satisfy your asian food craving, this is the spot. Some call it fake chinese food, but I call it delicious. I'm not sure what that says about my palate, but honestly, who cares! Sad thing is that they do not have one in Pearland....yet, its coming soon though! I always go with the chow mein as my side, and atleast orange chicken as one of my entrees. I change up my second entree with different things, but usually kung pao chicken is one of my top choices. Their fried rice is decent, but their chow mein is awesome. Now the orange chicken, that stuff is addicting. I love how tender the chicken always is, but it also has that nice crispy exterior. Its sweet and a little spicy. The kung pao definitely has a slight kick to it. Its made with zucchini and peanuts which add great texture. Their chicken egg rolls are tasty as well. If you can't decide, they always let you sample the other dishes. Fake or not, I love me some Panda!
google avatar

Mayah R.

Yelp
Food is always hot and tasty, even when ordering from doordash! This is a Panda Express location I recommend
google avatar

Tanya P.

Yelp
Burnt chow mein. As soon as I opened the container I could smell the burnt smell. Parts of noodles are burnt and the all of is burnt smoke taste.

Jennifer B.

Yelp
Terrible service, half the doors are locked during business hours, and I still can't get all items ordered even when ordering ahead online. Sadly, not the worst Panda in the area.... if there's a regional manager, they should be embarrassed.

Idalis V.

Yelp
Uncooked orange chicken. After eating a handful I noticed one of the pieces were extremely pink meaning uncooked on the inside of the chicken. I went ahead & sliced open all of them one by one to and sure enough, they were ALL uncooked. For your sake @PandaExpress I hope I dont get food poisoning. Never coming again. Disgusting

Drew K.

Yelp
Usually panda gives you good portions of your order but when I get back to my hotel to eat I opened it and there was hardly anything for food

S S.

Yelp
We have been going to this location for years and don't understand why We feel rushed when we drive through And employees including many different Ones from ordering to check out Don't make you feel like you are welcome Don't ask for more sweet and sour Because they won't give you any And I don't understand why order Accuracy is not consistent: We love the franchise but hope This message is well received and reviewed Another family member said the food Is not the same as Gulfgate location
google avatar

Jack S.

Yelp
Picked up food from the drive through, got home wrong food. Returned to the store, explained issue and reordered. Got to the window and was told they were out. No refund offered.
google avatar

Sunil C.

Yelp
Kung pao shrimp was good but fried rice not their signature quality. Had a black bug in my rice for which it should have been taken care if immediately. But the lady has a big question mark and called the manager who seems confused as it was my fault. Agrees to swap a new plate and promises a refund which I did not want as I was gonna pay for what I eat. They should have discarded the entire rice tray and offered everyone in the dining area a new plate but they choose not to. Stupid mentality. I am ok with mistakes not in control of us but you really stand out by choosing to do the right thing after you discover it. I pity those people that ate the fried rice from that tray.

Moody M.

Yelp
Don't even bother coming here if they close within 2 hours. Whatever you want to order, they will say they don't have it. It never fails, I have placed orders through the app multiple times and when I'm on the way there they call me to tell me they don't have any of the things I've ordered. Complete waste of time and gas. Even in the drive through, "we don't have that right now". "the kitchen is closed". Keep in mind they still weren't closing for another hour and a half. Why is the kitchen closed? I always end up leaving disappointed. I'm sure I'm not the only one this is happening to.
google avatar

Yelp
I enjoy the food and service at this location. The vegetable sides are delicious and all of the chicken dishes are seasoned perfectly. The Mango tea is always fresh and the service is excellent. The staff is always glad to see their customers and they make every effort to satisfy any special requests. If you are watching your weight, focus on the vegetable sides and chicken entrees. You can enjoy good food and maintain your health.
google avatar

Marah M.

Yelp
Before I went to this place, I checked the reviews because not every Panda Express is good. I saw some bad reviews but decided not to judge without trying it. I just went through the drive thru and put it in my order. I got the wrong sides than what I wanted. Plus, the fried rice they gave me was literally burnt. You can taste the burnt rice and see the black burnt pieces. I wonder how long that fried rice has been out there. The only thing I was scared about going to this restaurant, and it is exactly what I expected.
google avatar

Alex A.

Yelp
At one point I was eating there omost 1 or 2 time a week but what made me stop was this one employee that gave my the worst customer service. The funny thing was that his fellow coworker said that he is always like thst. Affter that day I no longer have the will to eat panda
google avatar

Nhan N.

Yelp
The food is fine and pretty consistent (it's a chain, after all), but I keep forgetting not to come here just because it's convenient after church. I keep coming back because I like Panda's food...but I get a much cleaner, more pleasant experience at the Pearland (off 288) location. The staff was courteous and as attentive as they could be to line customers. The floor and some tables were the ones receiving less attention, and had food on them from previous visitors (I arrived around 12:45 p.m. on a Sunday), so I did my best with a napkin to clean off surfaces to sit and eat on. At least on the day I most recently went at the time of this writing (I went there on July 9, 2017), the restaurant was also warm inside (it's typically ice cold) despite the high of 95 degrees that day. I should've asked the manager about the temperature issue. Consistently, though, I leave this location with the good taste of the food, but regretting the overall experience because of the environment I'm eating the food in.
google avatar

Kayla W.

Yelp
My experience here tonight was pleasant. The lady serving me was sweet and very generous on my portion sizes. I got the hot chicken and she gave me 5 tenders! Plus a heap of fried rice. Everything tasted great too. I come here for my Chinese food cravings. I don't like little places cause you never know what you're going to get. The guys were on the grill steadily pushing out new food. Place was quite busy for 8pm. Sweet tea was absolutely amazing!! I drank 3 cups of it, it was so good. Panda Panda !!

Jenny C.

Yelp
Idk if it's due to COVID, but I feel like they're skimping on the to-go plates. They don't serve as much as they used to. I've been unsatisfied the last few times I've been.

Kenneth M.

Yelp
I ordered from this location and my drink was half empty, my food was smashed together, and the chow mein was absolutely disgraceful. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and my love for Panda Express. I will never return to this location and make sure it is never recommended to anyone.

Edwin G.

Yelp
We ordered through Uber eats. 50 dollars worth of food and we are missing 2/3 of the order. Our delivery driver confirmed it was everything with the establishment. I will not be coming back to this location. You're better off at Timmy Chan's

Shyanne T.

Yelp
The food was not that great. The teriyaki chicken was horrible.. the fried rice was okay. The egg rolls were gross. Not crispy at all.. no flavor, and soggy on the inside. It was like they just microwaved it.
google avatar

Ronnie G.

Yelp
Good tasting food, but the drive through services was the slowest I've ever waited. There was one car in line that I waited behind for about 7 minutes and all they were passed through the window was a drink.
google avatar

Tonys M.

Yelp
Giving two stars for the obvious decrease in size of takeout container with no decrease in price! Really, do you think customers don't notice? Not buying from you again. You should be ashamed of the size of the container--measures maybe 6 inches wide container where food is placed and then it is shaped like a like a cone so the food is stacked so you don't get a perfect square in each compartment! Food quality was marginal at most. I am very disappointed and will not return.:(
google avatar

Ceseline D.

Yelp
terrible customer service. Food was cold when we got there. No smile. Felt rush at the line trying order. The cashier looked like we owe her money. I;m there 3 4 times a week and now not gonna come back. not worth it. Just gonna drive further for hot food

Elizabeth G.

Yelp
It's simple..if you're going to have an attitude for doing your job then don't go to work..

Jeff W.

Yelp
Open till 9:30 but kitchen closes at 8? Entire staff should be fired for not serving what the customer wants. Losing 600$ in orders every night due to the kids being charge. The owner should be pissed if he found out what is going on here. They are sending money to other restaurants from 8-9:30.
google avatar

David Z.

Yelp
Finally a decent Panda restaurant! My last two experiences at other locations were horrific. We arrived an hour before closing time. The line up of food was full and looked fresh and appetizing. The Orange Chicken was as good as always and the Teriyaki Chicken was also really good although the portion looked twice the normal size. I'm not complaining mind you but there was an awful lot of chicken on my plate. There were quite a few people in line behind us and the line was moving slower than I'm used to seeing. The restaurant was fairly clean except for a few tables that needed wiping down. The servers were friendly and the manager even came over to see how we were doing. All in all what one would expect from a Panda Express Restaurant.
google avatar

Michelle A.

Yelp
This review goes to Lan. Thank you so much for fixing the mistake that was made from my last visit. I really appreciate the way you handled everything

Rebe O.

Yelp
this place should be call Chinese food more like dog food rice is the worst and the chicken was horrible the prices are way to high. Rice was lumpy and cold not to mention old

Jeff W.

Yelp
Give less and less entree each time I come in. The person next to me had almost double the chicken I had....too inconsistent in serving size
google avatar

Tiffany L.

Yelp
(Note: this visit was from a couple days ago.) This is probably the fourth time I've had the food at this particular Panda Express. The food quality was much better than anticipated this time around. The Broccoli Beef had plenty of beef in it, but also a good amount of broccoli, and the beef was not dry. The Orange Chicken was also not dry this time. Last time I had the Orange Chicken at this location, it was unbearably dry and disappointing to the point where I thought I wouldn't return to this location. It was out of convenience that we went with this one again. The Beijing Beef from this visit was probably the best Beijing Beef I've ever had! It was as saucy and flavorful as it gets, and it wasn't hard or crispy. I suppose it's all dependent on the time of your visit and who cooked it. Hopefully they maintain their current quality! Who knows, I may even try the Peking Pork again but at this location (tried it elsewhere and was pretty disappointed).
google avatar

Latasha O.

Yelp
Marco! He was very personable and accommodating. He's like Mr. Congeniality! He chatted me up...made me feel comfortable and welcomed. He also made my order perfectly! Went for the lighter side and ordered black pepper chicken and teriyaki with veggies. Didn't disappoint.
google avatar

Yelp
Horrible food!! Everything was nasty made hours ago!!! Customer service was poor as well don't recommend!! If you want panda go to the one by league city
