Panda Express

This Panda Express location is fantastic! The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavor—especially the Beef Broccoli and Teriyaki Chicken. The portions were generous, and everything was cooked perfectly. The staff was friendly and quick, even during busy times, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. It’s one of the best Panda Express spots I’ve been to, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend for a quick and tasty meal!

Dear Panda Express Team, I’m a routine customer who regularly visits your restaurant after my dialysis appointments. After a physically exhausting treatment, I look forward to a warm, satisfying meal — something your food has consistently provided in the past. However, during my recent visit to your 4940 W Century blvd store, I was treated rudely by a team member named Wendy. I politely requested that my teriyaki chicken be cooked a bit more, as I prefer it well done, especially after my treatment. Unfortunately, she refused to accommodate my request and served me a noticeably small portion, unlike what I’ve received on previous visits. Feeling disappointed and disrespected, I left and went to your other location at 3351 West Century. The staff there were courteous, and the chicken was perfectly cooked — exactly what I needed. 😡😡😡😡😡 I am so upset we ordered a family meal and all of the rice was burnt to the point no one could eat it. (Kids said it taste like burned popcorn) 😩. To make a long story short only thing that the kids were able to eat was the orange chicken. I tired to call the restaurant but couldn't get an answer. Spending 40 dollars on food and not being able to enjoy it is beyond frustrating. Cashier was super nice that the only reason for the 2 stars

For over ten dollars I thought I'd get a little more shrimp than this. And it tasted horrible, almost like a chemical taste, maybe old grease? And what is the black stuff on it????? Disgusting. Definitely won't be using this location again for sure

Do not go to this location unless you want to get ripped off. They will give you the smallest portion especially if you are served by the manager Michelle. I’m not lying I got pictures and I’m telling everyone I know. I’m not exaggerating I used to work for panda. The service size is a heaping scoop except for shrimp.

The king pau chicken was ALL squash. Less than one once of chicken. Will not return to this panda.

The Angus beef has a lot of garlic and is not cooked well, and the chicken teriyaki it has too much fat and not cooked well too, Rice is raw and is keep getting in my teeth. That experience was the worst time that I ate in panda 🐼 express

I truly enjoy Panda Express. The food is terrific, the service is great, and the restaurant is bright and welcoming. The restaurant can be busy, but the service is welcoming. You can order online and pick up your food. The food is good, servings are plentiful.

Now why did we arrive at 9:30 to absolutely no food out? And being told that they're closing in 30 mins which is false, they close at 10:30. Not cool at all and clearly this location doesn't want to make any money.

Mines well go to magnolian Beef right there on Hawthorne. Mostly celery and onions chow main same full of veggies like it's healthy.

I ordered beef and broccoli and only got these two small pieces of beef. Come on man I was looking forward to my beef :( Overall food was amazing

Service is quick and friendly. Food is always consistent-- you know what is offered and what you're getting. Nice and clean dining room. Good for a meal before events at nearby forum and other venues or before going to airport!

Their Teriyaki Chicken has a very STRONG AFTER TASTE OF DIRTY TAP WATER. I don't know who is assigned to cleaning this bin or whatever it is but again... THEIR TERIYAKI CHICKEN TASTES LIKE DIRTY TAP WATER. They most likely hide their lack of hygiene with the strong spices and oil the food comes with but they have disgusting habits. Just try the Teriyaki Chicken, I dare you!, and tell me it does not taste like dirty tap water!

Friendly staff and decently clean. One washroom is temporary closed and the other one is flooded so that's gross. Good wise it's good but not as many options for entrees yet as we went pretty early. The food satisfied my cravings for Chinese food but it's not the most authentic. It's fast like fast food chains, and good for quick bites.

Express? Takes too long to order! Then longer to pay ! Food is getting cold ! I go to panda express because im in rush. One of the restrooms were closed. Waited 10 mins and ultimately left.

The epitome of the worse service you can get at a fast food restaurant, .. they have no time management for their patrons time. They are extremely slow .. they had 6 workers and only one on a register with a line of about 10 ppl and never opened the second register .. after my food was made I then sat in line for another 15 minutes to pay for it.. there was only two ppl in front of me .. there was no way it should have been taking that long to get me out I ordered a kids meal for Pete's sake .. never coming to that location again and on top of that .. there is no parking in the whole shopping center at all which makes it even worse ... negative 5 stars

Food was really good- considering that fast food places and be good or bad based on location I will definitely take the time to drive to this one as I believe it's the best in town. When we went the staff were super busy between in store and online orders but we were still able to get our food fairly quickly so I would definitely say the service was great. Everyone was super friendly and the place was clean so 10/10 for us!

I cannot recommend them. When the food is fresh it's good- unless they do that thing where they put fried items under the sautéed items. How does that make sense to make crispy things soggy? Sadly most of the time the food isn't fresh, or at least it doesn't taste fresh. I wouldn't recommend them for delivery because they'll make your plate any type of way, and if you go in just make sure when the fresh items do come out they don't still give you the old stuff.

I called to ask them to please send soy sauce on my Uber eats order What do you know they didn't send it !! he even asked the name on my order and said he would send soy sauce I hope he doesn't enjoy his next few meals idc .

Yesterday I ordered online from this location, the fried rice was half way cooked. I'm Chinese so I know exactly what fried rice should look or taste like. I decided to write this review and share this comment because it's unacceptable that Panda Express staff cannot tell that white rice is undercooked and makes fried rice with it, Or even worse that staff are aware of undercooked white rice and still proceed to make fried rice with undercooked white rice. If i had seen the undercooked fried rice at the restaurant, I would have cancelled the order but I found out at home. Panda Express shame on you for allowing employees to serve undercooked fried rice!!!

The food isn't good, they have only extremely fatty food. It made me feel like was super full. And I got migraine and stomach aches after eating this food.

This is the second time I have come to this location in a row that I have been served the smallest portions ever. I was served by the manager Michelle both times. The zucchini was super raw also. I hate to complain because I used to work for panda but seriously after I asked her if she could give me a little more and she gave me a table spoon I really wanted to just walk out and go somewhere else. If it wasn't rude to do so I would have. Usually I buy egg rolls, drinks, and Rangoon's every time I come but after the service I decided I wasn't going to give this company more of my money. Keep in mind when you look at the picture it is after I asked her to give me more. The serving size according to the company while I worked there it was a heaping scoop I ordered double I got one scoop and half of one. So that's 1.5 not 2 after I asked for more.

1st time trying Panda Express and last time. I felt really uncomfortable. I asked: What's good in the menu"? I got a look really bad like she didn't even want to answer my question. She said well what do you like ? Never mind the questions since I felt her bad energy. I felt rushed when there where only 3 customers in the restaurant. I got to say poor customer service. Server name is Herandy, Sorry girl but you should be a bit more friendly stop with the long face and bad attitude.

It's hard for me to say it was a racial act but I was denied napkins! Yes napkins! While the guy behind me was given a hand full. I paid for a full meal I was hoping I'll get utensils with it. I had to beg for utensils? They brushed me off with so much attitude I don't ever want to look back at that restaurant. Terrible people, terrible service, and you will never get a penny of mine again.

Came through today around 3:30pm and order two plates. My food was seemingly okay. However, my mother found two pieces of hard plastic in her food. If she hadn't detected the hard plastic in her mouth, she would have consumed it. How does this happen? How many other people have consumed plastic!? This is not okay!

I usually stop by for lunch. It's usually a quick service, even when they're also putting together multiple orders for online orders ( ubereats, postmates, etc). The wait for a new batch is usually short as well. The only issue would be that the parking lot can get filled up quickly, but people usually are in and out quickly too.

For starters, my food was cold as shit. Secondly, I paid for a bigger plate and I only got 2 sides instead of the 3 I paid for. This is ridiculous. How do I go get food and still end up hungry after? I've been coming to this location my entire life but never again.

My review addresses the only time I've ever been to this location several months ago and I will NEVER go here again. I don't know how the food is and dont care, the service and lack of organization completely ruined it for me. I was picking up for postmates one Saturday afternoon and waited 30 MINUTES!! The order wasnt ready, they were out of teriyaki chicken, the guy had JUST started grilling it so it took forever. Finally after 20 minutes I receive and double check the order and they forgot the fried shrimp. I had to WAIT another 10 minutes for them to cook it. No apology, nothing. Nobody seemed to care. The line was long as hell the whole time I was there and they kept running out of stuff making people wait. If it would happen today I would have just left, the food wasnt even for me, but 1) I didnt want to flake on the poor shmuck working on a Saturday at the hospital waiting on their lunch and 2) cause it was literally my 1st postmates order ever and I didnt wanna start out on the wrong foot. I will never go here for myself and I dont do delivery anymore but if I did I would decline any orders I ever got to pick up here.

Order:932253 Online pick up order 9/3/2022 1:23PM. Bad experience overall as my order was to include soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, utensils, napkins. None of these items checked marked were in the order. Having an online pick up service should be handled more professionally as what I though was going to be conveniently turned out to be more of a headache. Food overall was ok but seems like I got nothing but small pieces or the end of the mushroom chicken. Definitely will not recommend to others or come back. Check your items before leaving this place on Century and Felton. Hope you guys can fix these small customer requests for online service.

The food was fantastic however the service is mediocre. This place is complete is disorganized and to top it off, that manager Erick, is rude and hostile for no reason. He gave me the nastiest glare upon entry and has a really thick accent. I had a hard time understanding him. I didn't want to call him out, but wow someone needs to re-evaluate the prerequisites for managerial positions. This man totally ruined my day! This pandemic doesn't give you an excuse to be rude. FYI the young lady who runs the cash register was very welcoming and had great communication skills. She should be manager...

If you want to watch your food go cold, this is the place. Painfully slow service. Almost felt like leaving my food when the cashier line wasn't moving. Limited items a lot are sold out. I picked the ones they still had thinking that I could go through the line faster. I was wrong, they still waited for the people who ordered items they were out of while I watch my food already in the to go box getting cold. If this was the case, I would have ordered the items I really wanted instead of what they had out.

I hate this place, the staff is still rude even after posting my last review. They said that they were going to send me a coupon for my next visit, which entitled a free plate. Never received it. The staff here need to be trained in how to serve there customers.

I was there like and 1 hour ago all the food was good but I order a side of fríe rice and it's horrible it's hard to eat they didn't cook well and I call and they just said sorry

You feel been coming to this same location for the last 5 years and I've yet to see a black employee at this restaurant I would be nice to see someone who looks like me setting up my plate. Dear Panda Express. You do have African American customers also and it would make sense to have a few African American employees

Horrible service! Will NEVER spend my money at this location. Ordered online...arrived b4 time. It was NO line. Why wait 20 additional minutes for the online order if I'm in your face! So, They actually made my bowl but wouldn't give it to me, and with a smile. Never Never never get my service again! There goes my 29 minute lunch break..

This is the second time I order online and they said they didn't receive the order. On those two times I showed them the receipt that I got charged and all they told me they need to check if they received the order. They checked 3 times and still didn't get my order then she said she will prepare my order and guess what I had to wait over 30 mins from the time I had put my pick up order .

I know with a whole pandemic it is hard to be working through these conditions, but this place is very unorganized. I ordered food online and went to the designated "pick up online area" and no one was there to help me. There was an employee tying her shoe right at the door and still no help. I went to the regular line and waited over 20 min for an online pickup. Won't be coming back.

MAN this place f***ing SUCKS. I've been to panda expresses all over the US. And they have always been so good about the portions. This place put literally 6. Pieces of orange chicken on the plate, that's half of what I would get at LITERALLY any other Panda Express. Like I AM SO DISSAPOINTED. The employees here do not wanna give u food. They wanna keep it. This isn't the first time. Been here 5-6 times now and at this point maybe I should only order the individual containers so that they actually fill it up.

There are other Panda locations closer by where I live but I come to this one. The place is cleaner and employees are nicer when I ask for some complicated orders. I gave three stars because there are some improvements, such as portion control and cashier training. I got different portion on same item everytime, sometimes a little much, sometimes not enough. For cashiers, make sure that you put everything in a bag because I was missing some extra items when I got home. But most of the time, I hate to go back to the store, so I give in.

I don't usually like Panda Express, but on a good day, I would at least give them 2 1/2 stars. This was a very bad day. I ordered through Postmates. My husband craved honey walnut shrimp and either the Chinese restaurants didn't have it, we're waaaay overpriced, or not accepting Postmates orders at the standard price. I said, "Well, Panda Express has it, but I don't know." I hadn't had Panda in about 10 years. He said to go for it. I ordered chow mein, orange chicken, teriyaki, egg rolls, and of course the shrimp for the family. Everything tasted like it had been under the lights for hours. Not 1 hour, but all day! Inedible waste of $40. We ended up having leftover spaghetti, since it was getting late. It could be another 10 years before I have Panda; but then again, I'm thinking the "10th year of Never"

This is a pretty good Panda Express location. They have low prices and large portion sizes. Plus, it's a clean restaurant with nice staff. I have enjoyed going to lunch here and like that I haven't had trouble finding parking.

Picking up about 6 items from Panda Express through door dash. The order was placed before I even showed up. I waited for over forty minutes to get the food. They compensated me with a drink for my wait. The customer gives me low stars if I don't show up on time, a low rating in DoorDash could mean termination. THIS IS NOT OKAY

I love this location. I've ordered online plenty times to pick up at this location. They always have my food ready & the order is always accurate. My favorites entrees are the orange chicken, beijing beef, and honey walnut shrimp! Also, if you want to eat in there, they have plenty seating. This location is awesome!

Dear Panda - I got there at 11:20 am and I didn't mind waiting for my food to be cooked. I had the 2 entree plate to go and I got the String Beans & Chicken Breast - which was great. I am upset that when I asked for chop sticks, I didn't get any (but I didn't get any utensils at all), but I never got my fortune cookie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I also miss the carrots in the steam veggies.

The cashier asks for ID, but only certain ones. I don't have an issue for the cashier to ask me for my ID when paying, but if your going to ID me then I expect you to ID everyone. Also the servers seemed to be rushed when serving the food and when asked for anything else they seemed bothered to get it for you. The staff needs to have better customer service if they don't like their job they can look for another job.

Poor service when comes to giving accurate orders and horrible customer service. Such an inconvenience to have to drive back to have them complete my order which I was already charge for... I guess no need to be nice anymore since they had already taken my money

Came here from LAX when they were about to close and they were pretty much all out of everything. I was fairly disappointed since I asked if they'd make some mushroom chicken and the lady there said they wouldn't make it for just one order. She later ended up allowing the order so the chef there cooked up some mushroom chicken. Orange chicken was also freshly made so that was another bonus. So I experienced pretty good service, and even got 2 fortune cookies because the lady knew that I was sharing the dinner with my husband. The food was fresh and the service was great with a fairly clean atmosphere, not to mention a restroom located in the restaurant. The parking lot was small but since I was there fairly late, parking wasn't a problem. If I'm ever around the area again and craving Chinese I'd definitely stop by.

In the last two years that ive visited this location every few weeks with co-workers, this chinese cuisine restaurant is always clean and the staff is responsive when i go during lunch time during weekdays. I normally have a pleasant time with co-workers admiring the atmosphere and the food. The food quality is always good and tasty when I visit. I always get the chow mein and the beijing beef plus either the orange chicken or something new (today I tried the angus beef and its taste was good). Its a nice touch to get a fortune cookie for free at the end with a positive message. Although its difficult to find parking, currently there is construction off Century BLVD, and its not in the best area, if you aren't in a rush to have some traditional Panda Express, this location is as clean as the food chain can get!

Got here at 10:10pm they close at 10:30 and there wasn't any food left so I asked if they can cook me something they refused.

They are so stingy when serving the food, found a worm in my sweet and sour sauce, and the parking is HORRIBLE

The employee VERO has no idea what good customer service is. If you aren't happy with your job; QUIT. No one told you to work there or is forcing you to be there against your will. Don't bring your shitty attitude to work. Second time here & it's the worse service ever. WILL NOT BE BACK.. VERO CHECK YO SHIT.

Negative: century Blvd is under construction and access to this parking lot can be challenging. Positive: this is by far my favorite Panda Express. My job takes me all over LA and I eat at Panda 1-2 times a week. This location is consistently clean, service is quick and staff is always courteous. I always order a double King Pao Chicken, today a manager (Kate) offered a sample of Fire Cracker Chicken, WOW, spicy and delicious. I will be ordering fire cracker and Kung pao in the future. Thanks for being awesome!!!

Hit up this spot today for lost and I must say, my cashier was dumb high. She asked 3 times if I wanted sauce on the side and said "oh, because I'm not sure why I'm pouring this in a container." I'm thinking, well dumb dumb, it's because I asked for it in the dude. Ugh! Panda, please drug test your employees!
