Panda Express

I work in the area and have been consistently coming here for 5 years. This location is going down hill. Whenever I come here recently, the food looks old and like it has been sitting out a long time. The portions are also small and the workers seem stressed. Definitely not a vibe and will no longer be spening my money here.

I tried to leve a review using their QR but it said that code on the receipt was used. The rice was super dry and the honey walnut was not so good, everything else was good. The cashier was very nice although we were not offered soy sauce.

Today, I made a pick up order for two plates. Quick and easy. However, when me and my girl started to eat we noticed that the orange chicken was mostly just fried batter. Each one was hard and crunchy. Barely juicy. We were very disappointed because orange chicken is the most popular entree. I hope someone acknowledges this and changes it.

I have never seen anyone more rude than the workers here. Their treatment is very bad, and so is the manager. They serve the food as if they are serving it for free. They throw the food in the boxes nervously and serve it nervously as well. I hope their treatment changes. There were people before me who took the same meal and put the shrimp in a reasonable way, but they put 3 pieces in my box. It is funny. I hope their treatment changes. As for me, I will not come back here again.

Do not go into this one, if you do come here often make sure it's not a new person as well, do not attempt to Scan your panda account in with a new cashier, Lost all my points that way without even getting a single thing from it and the app doesn't tell you when those points were removed, With that being said they were missing 20 percent of my order, (failed to notice) I guess I've become one of those customers that are very picky now and will make sure they don't leave till their orders 100% lol can't be the person that complains about those people no more lol🤣 anyways do not come to this panda, Go to the one that's just up ahead at Decatur and Charleston

I think list people go there f I really some good Ole Chinese food! They have a good variety of Chinese food. You pick what you want to eat from an array of choices, and it's good and fast food too!

Came here today. Ordered teriyaki chicken and Beijing beef as usual. And chow mein noodles. Everything was dried up, came around 11:00 am. Probably left over from yesterday looks like..

Terrible experience the workers were rude especially Elijah and Gabi. When I politely corrected them on my order they started giving me looks and after when I asked for a fork they threw it at me now I understand people have bad does but this was just abysmal service and I would never go there again

Attention do not go here after 9 PM even though they close at 10 PM they don't cook and they are cleaning. Not sure why they do this while opened in my personal opinion that should be done when the restaurant is closed. Smelling cleaning supplies. In order ordering food don't mix very well. If you go here during regular hours, everything is stocked and ready to go, but like I said after 9 PM, they do not make any new food and they are already cleaning in all honesty. They should've just closed it at 9 PM instead of having people cleaning and hardly any food left. Personal preference don't be opened if you're not gonna be fully ready to serve your customers

Downloaded yelp just to say it's bad here. I usually like panda but this location tasted like cigarette smoke.

Miles was very rude trying to rush us out as if we are not paying customers, telling us they close at 10 & if we could leave , i had already ordered my food. My boyfriend ordered food after and Miles decided to stop cleaning and help out my boyfriend with his food. He asked us if he wanted to play that was already made because somebody didn't want it 10 minutes ago we asked if we could get the chicken from that plate since nobody wanted it and he refused when there was nothing on the bar to serve to people go somewhere where you want to be treated right not here!! Didn't see him wash his hands when he started helping my boyfriend serve his food after cleaning the lobby ... disgusting

I love Panda Express anytime I visit. The food is always good and consistent. I can get something healthy to fit my diet, or I can go all out and get something not as healthy, but both options are delicious. Their Orange Chicken is unbeatable, hands down. My husband was so happy when he asked where I wanted to go on Mother's Day, and I said Panda lol! I can say that Panda Express is my favorite restaurant.

All of the employees were friendly. The restaurant itself was nice and clean. And as far as the food, everything tasted great. Especially the orange chicken because they brought out a fresh batch as we were placing our order.

Clean dining area. Food was very good, love the fresh veggies. Service was fast, even when they had to make new dishes. Very friendly. The only thing is they don't have the tofu & eggplant dish anymore.

I visited this location on Sunday around 9:10pm and I was given an exceptional experience. The staff on night shift are absolutely amazing. The young lady who was fixing the plates gave a warm & welcoming greeting as I entered the restaurant. She then offered to make both of my entrées fresh since they were running low on both. The young man in the back cooking the entrées reassured me that my food would be done in less than six minutes. I sat at a table to wait after I paid for my food. The young lady walked the food to my table and told me to have a great day. I really enjoyed the experience that I received this panda express.

I usually visit this location and everything is fine but today they gave me my two orders of Rangoons that seemed so old and refried that even the Cream cheese inside of them had evaporated. The worse part is that the girl intentionally chose to give me the old ones instead of the freshly cooked. That's just not okay. On top of that, the food was extremely salty.

Today Panda Express catered at the living complex where I live and the food was amazing. I had never eaten here before as I thought it was another horrible chain fast food restaurant but I am sold on their orange chicken!!! Yum! Also the rice and especially noodle dish was really good. The sweet chicken I loved too! Broccoli cooked to perfection: not soggy but boiled yet crispy. I'm not a favorite of spicy and one dish was very spicy chicken. The dessert was an assortment of soft cookies.

Horrible horrible customer service! I usually go to other panda express store but I was running an errand around the area last night (9/1 around 8pm) so I decided to come here. I got a plate and a bowl. For the plate I wanted the orange chicken and brocolli beef, the lady named ROCIO, was putting a verrrrry small scoop of orange chicken in the box. I was like wth? So I nicely asked her if she could be more generous asking for a little more of orange chicken. She then grabbed a small togo box for a side then started putting it in. I told her I do not want a side of it. I am just asking for a little more orange chicken! Ususally they give you 2 scoops or sometimes 3 scoops at the other stores. I again asked her to get me just a little more then she refused. I am not being a cheastake but the portion was too small I could count how many pieces of chicken was inside. Constistency is all that matters!!! Very dissapointed. I even filled out a survey, I usually don't do this but I had to. Will not coming back ever!!!!!!!!!!

The food was ok the staff seemed nice however I noticed the portions are much smaller than ever and the price is higher than other Chinese food places. This place was convenient but I believe not worth the price as they really give to small amount of your selected item they give you one scoop then one extra scrap. It's kinda ridiculous when your paying around $3 more compared to a mom and pop Chinese food restaurant. They stretch your money thin of its value. I believe I'm no longer eating at Panda Express. I've been here twice this week and same experience. I've decided it's not worth what I paid. I feel ripped off by this tactic and I'm not ok with it.

After some coupouns mailed to me for certain mishaps.... I went back to same location service was better but i will say bejing beef i will stop ordering and begin skipping as to it seems to always taste burned or old but rest of my order was good. Fresh fried rice, sweet fire, orange chicken & chicken egg roll.

This place sucks and dirty! I ordered one entry chicken teriyaki and they gave me two.

This is one of the cleanest, fastest, and well maintained Panda Expresses in town. Every time I come they exactly what I want. I order chow mein, Kung pao chicken and honey walnut shrimp, on a plate. Staff is always friendly and the food is always fresh! I work close to the panda on Decatur and Charleston, but would rather drive to this one for better quality!

Went straight to the register thinking it would be quick and easy to purchase gift cards....not here! I asked Elijah right away if I could, to which he responded "give me one minute." Okay, I see you're in the middle of helping someone, of course. Immediately after he completed that transaction he went to help on the line. Okay, I understand, that's why I asked if I could, he should be back..like he said.. Easily over 5 minutes go by before he comes back and points to us as if to ask "you needed?..." Gift cards? I say. He asks who I assume was the manager on duty (at about 7:15pm on Saturday, 12/23) and comes back to tell me "we have a lot of orders right now so it's gonna be a little while before we can get to you." ?? I said would it be better if I just go to another location? "Probably" he said. Ha! What??.. That's so funny. So...gift card sales (that I sillily assumed SHOULD have been a fast sale) seem to be for the slow times at this location. Decatur and Charleston is right down the street, just go there.

Twice this location has screwed up my order. Delivery.The first time omitting an entree item. The second time omitting all sauces. The location does not answer the phone. So disappointed after paying $57.17 for an order no satisfaction. Even Door Dash could not contact them (so they said). I am so done with the uncaring Panda.

Not happy at all with ordering on line from this Panda Express!!!!! I went in to pick up my order and to be sure there was sweet and sour sauce. I asked and she said yes "it's in the bag". Got home and NO SWEET And SOUR SAUCE and the beef and broccoli that 2 people ordered was all broccoli! They won't do that when you're in front of them. Now I have paid almost $40.00 for dinner and I am having to make more food!!! Very unhappy!!!!!!

They made me wait for vegetable and all I got was tons of broccoli? The only Rea on I stoped at this place its course it's close to home but is not worth it! Also a guy in the kitchen was using his cellphone translating the manager I'm guessing he was talking about someone's schedule. But then he just hang up and put his cell on his back pocket and continued cooking! Like really? Wtf???

Yelled at two young girls for accidentally walking in without a mask. Calling corporate and reporting this. No need to yell and embarrass the poor girls, asking nicely would have been more than sufficient.

Panda express is always good for a quick little meal on the go between jobs. The food is Hot fresh and the staff on Sahara is friendly. This branch in particular location represents the values of panda express small family restaurant started in 1983 in Pasadena, California.

Ordered On Line ( order # 15346021 ) & thought to try new Steak & Shrimp. Walked in to p/u , went straight to counter. Manager / Asst Mngr on duty, i'm guessing since she has diff color shirt on, didn't even bother to acknowledge. For some reason she was more concern about chopping meat? to even ask if I needed help. Waited maybe 5 minutes at counter - Thank goodness for Antonio finally asked if i need help. The store wasn't even busy. So kudos & good job for Antonio, but 1 star for Management on duty. Worst Panda Express ever! I eat at Panda Express a lot, and this one is closest to my home. I once again made the huge mistake of trying this location again. There is almost always a dirty smelly bum right outside the door asking for a handout, like there was tonight. They NEVER have any vegetables ready, so they cook them too fast (i.e. undercook) if you order any. I asked them about this, and they said I could call ahead to have them ready. Well, even when I do that, they don't get them started until I show up. What's the use of calling ahead? I hope the store owner sees this review. It lists the reasons we drive a little further to enjoy how this restaurant chain is supposed to be.

Friendly employees, fast service, and a spacious store make this location stand out among the Panda Express locations I have been to around town. An employee is constantly cleaning the dining area as well so everything is always clean. The food is fresh and consistent with other Panda Express stores, and the warming trays are usually fairly full. I have never seen any trays run out because they usually yell back to the kitchen if something is starting to run low. This location gets busy, but there is never too long a line when I'm here, even during lunch rush.

This is seriously the best Panda Express I've been to in a long long time. Everything on my plate tasted amazing and everyone was quick and friendly. Nahomy A served me and helped me check out and she was awesome! 5 stars all around! I will be coming back.

Yesterday i ordered chow mein, fried rice with orange chicken. Few hours later i was in so much pain, turns out i had FOOD POISONING!! I was literally up alllll night to the morning because of how intense the pain was!! I was so sleepy but the pain wouldn't let me sleep, tried sleeping sitting up, still was so uncomfortable and also standing up, but obviously i couldn't.. ( i contemplated on going to the hospital) around 3 am i was puking my guts outtt! Puke was everywheree!! So yeah spent the rest of the day cleaning. I will never eat here again.

Love this Panda Express, the staff there is amazing, they work fast and they know what they are doing. Definitely the best Panda Express around this area. I love the beef and broccoli there, I know it is not the real thing but either way it packs a great flavor. Will be coming back for more. Thank you!

Let me start off by saying that I absolutely love Panda Express. I ordered from this location at 11:05am. It is currently 11:54 am and I still haven't received my food :/ kind of disappointing. But food is now here, Uber driver stated panda lost communication w Uber and someone came in and took the food. I ordered half chow mein half rice, the rice was hard and the orange chicken was nearly burnt it tasted like . The cream cheese ragoons I ordered were really good though! I'm just really disappointed with the fact panda didn't know the difference between real Uber and a fake Uber. Had to wait almost an hour to just receive my food . I love panda but I'm not sure if I'll order from here again

They tried to steal my money and than called me a liar when I told them to give me my change had me waiting 20 mins just to prove that I was right after they tried to ignore me and still not give me my money bad service

The guys behind the bar forgot to put in my side of teriyaki sauce. The double order of honey walnut shrimp was small.

There are some places that I order the same thing 99% of the time...and this is one of them. I always get the 3 item combo with: Fried Rice/Chow Mein Orange Chicken Sweet & Sour Chicken Beef & Broccoli This location is solid....fresh ingredients and quick service. Will I return? When I need a quick Chinese fix...sure.

I love the food at Panda Express. I always get chow mein with mushroom chicken and broccoli beef. The lady who was serving me was so nice. I wanted broccoli beef but there wasn't much beef left in there. It was basically all broccoli, but the lady picked out the beef so the amount of beef and broccoli evened out on my plate. She was very nice.

I'm usually disappointed in these fast food Chinese establishments but no this time! The food was excellent! I ordered a family size meal for about $32 for my students. This includes 3 takeout boxes of chow mein or fried rice (or both) and 3 entrees. We had the chow mein with Kung pao chicken, beef broccoli, and orange chicken. Yuummm! Everything tasted fresh off the wok and the staff was super friendly. No complaints from me everything was wonderful!

From 3/5/15 This was my first time trying Panda Express, and I was unaware that it was buffet style. I got the honey glazed walnut shrimp with chow mein and mixed veggies.Taste and flavoring wise it I have to say not bad. I would eat, here again. The service was decent too, fast and friendly

We saw it when we went to Chipotle next to Harrahs one night and decided to find another one just to explore the strip, we decided to go to the Venetian and its quite upmarket! I've never been before so can't compare it to other outlets but the food was super, really flavourful and plenty of it, would definitely have gone back for more! I had the sweet fire chicken and the string bean chicken both of which were LUSH! We would say tho that the one next to Harrahs seemed to offer slightly bigger portions ;) but the Venetian wasn't crowded at all in comparison. Really good value for money compared to the high prices on the strip!

Always Fast & friendly. Still the same standard issue fast food chinese with my favorites being the orange chicken & crispy beef add a little rice & noodles some wontons and Im good to go. Always a check option to the drive-thru. But remember you will be hungry in an hour.

The manager and the employees are really rude.... 1-I asked for half rice half chow main and they gave me such a small portion of it even that I was purchasing 7+ plates I had to request for more (even if I had to pay extra) oh and for the orange chicken they only put like 5 pieces 2- I ask for a rag because the tables where really dirty and the supposably mgr never have me or went out with one yo clean the table.. 3- I ask for chili sauce and for 7+ plates they give me 7 packets (like really) lol I ask for more and the cashier tells me she can't give me more or she will get in trouble with her mgr next to her... so my husband went and ask for the manager and tells her she need chili sauce for 7 people because the cashier didn't wanted to give us more... to what she reply- oh it's because you have to ask me for it .... like really?

I ordered online and set a pick up time, they did not have it ready but they did give me a drink while I waited for them to finish. That's customer service. They know they messed up but made it right! However, I watched the line and the person I would have been behind already got their food, so I don't recommend using the online services & won't be using it again.

Inedible. I had the Bejing Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. Mrs WhoDo had the Orange Chicken. Neither of us could eat our entrees. We threw this food away. We won't be returning.

I love Panda Express and this location is super close to my house. I eat there at least 2 times a week and I have always had a good experience. Today I didn't want to wait in line so I decided to call and order over the phone and they took my order without any problems, got there 10 minutes later and they had it ready and waiting for me. The staff is Young and energetic, fast service and good portions.

What I like the most about this place is that every time I come here is ALWAYS clean, food is good and service I can't complain so far.

I really enjoy the food here it is really tasty and it's amazing. All the food that I had was all done and it was amazing I really recommend the orange chicken. I give it 5 stars!

If I could give this place a zero... I would... came in a month ago, and ordered chow me in, orange chicken, and teriyaki chicken.... long story short... after a long wait I got home to find out I had chow me in, and a small portion of teriyaki chicken, and no orange chicken, no teriyaki sauce, and no fortune cookie... fast forward to tonight, ordered the same thing... they gave me a decent size of teriyaki chicken, and they remembered the orange chicken... and practically had to beg them for the teriyaki sauce, and a fortune cookie, and even at that I got a very rude look from the person behind the counter... I will never be stepping foot back into this location ever again... until they get their act together

We walked into a clean environment. It made us feel comfortable getting our food from this resturant as we are very picky about where we dine. Overall, very happy with our experience. Food was very fresh and tasty.

Mexican girl kept being rude, rushing us when there was no line, and getting a big attitude when we tried to ask a question about getting a big plate or not, asking if it's easier to do that. I know people get frustrated for working at places for a long time, or are just frustrated in general... but they don't have to take it out on the customers. I work in the same field but at least I respect.

Service friendly. Ordered one side two entrees. Ordered fried rice, walnut shrimp, which of course cost more, and the beef broccoli. Which should be called broccoli beef because I got a ton of broccoli and two small slivers of beef. Extremely disappointed. Shrimp was tasty but overall serving was smaller than beef broccoli. So I ended up with very little meat and am now still very hungry

They always run out of food and the food that does remain is dry or not well made. For example... The orange chicken is dry, chow mein is discolored and had no flavor, the sweet fire chicken was sweet and had no spice. This is maybe my 3rd or 4th visit here and they always have problems. The only reason I gave this location two stars instead of one is because the ladies were nice. Don't come here, go to different location!

I'm honestly tired of this place, in fact tired with Panda. I always look before I order and the food looks sad, most times. What can I say. It is what it is. Not the best place for dinner or lunch, but it does fill up for less then $10
